Best Kebab in Basildon, great taste , good value for money

Send the wrong sauces ordered garlic and got 2pots of mayonnaise. Driver did not hand me the salads. Called and was told replacements would be sent and never arrived. I had put the order in the oven thinking the salads would arrive and then after 20 minutes we had to eat the food without the salads for the kebabs .

there was no sauce 😔 I wanted burger sauce I hade the cheese but was dry and was unhappy

Food was wasn’t edible apart from the chips

They did forget my salad but can’t fault the quality of the food

Per usual, food was great (fresh, cooked perfectly, tasty), delivery time was fast (and I mean lightning fast, under 20 minutes from placing the order until deliver arriving)

Food was great at usual. Good sizes, prices are reasonable and similar to other restaurants. Only downside was the food arrived a little bit cold this time

The delivery driver was absolutely lovely. Poured it down with rain and he used his coat to cover my order rather than himself. A very sweet guy that always goes above and beyond when delivering. Haven’t stopped thinking about it since! What a lovely guy

Definitely the best kebab by far in Basildon hot tasty no grease whatsoever and fresh tasting 100% going to be ordering from there from now on

Don’t normally leave regieee but I was so impressed! We placed a large order (over £90) and not a single item was missing and they even paid attention to the order notes about the salad too! Food was hot when delivered and no complaints all round!

Not sure if this shop has been taken over by someone else but was completely different taste and I order the same every time, always order loads of red cabbage as it’s my favorite but tonight tasted pickled and like pure vinegar never had that before so will now try to find another restaurant with decent red cabbage

I had a chicken and bacon burger with lettuce onion and red cabbage and it was delicious!

My delivery drivers hair was in my pizza so she must have gone into my pizza and eaten a piece or done somthing to my pizza

An awful kebab. The chicken was so dry, all it tastes like is salt, it's inedible. I paid £11.50 for a large but it came with a dry, hard small pitta bread that just cracked when I tried to open it. The only thing I could eat was the cabbage but that was a very small portion compared to tons of lettuce. A terrible experience, terrible food. Avoid at all cost!

One of the best lamb shish kebabs ive had in a long time and its consistently nice every time allways cooked perfectly the staff all friendly nice and clean shop cant fault them

I am a regular customer but todays food was really poor, not any where near normal quality. Wraps were tastless and chips looked and tasted like reheats. I will not be ordering again.

Chips were good but the chicken wrap didn’t taste like chicken and was disgusting

No salad and got a milkshake instead of two cans of drink also said still preparing when it turned up, nice and quick but warning would be great

Cheese on chips was hard and chewy when it arrived. Ordered chicken doner not chicken strips, menu wasn’t clear to say that, and asked for sweet chilli in wrap, but they put hot chilli in it which made it near enough inedible. Very unsatisfying to have half a meal that was barely edible

Ordered xl meat chips and cheese and my 10 year old was still hungry! Disgusting portobello size!

Me and my partner ordered from new capital this evening, the food was okay however the portion size compared to the price we paid was terrible. My partner got a small lamb donner with chips that come to the same size as the chicken sheesh and lamb Donna that I got. However hers cost £8 and mine cost £17, and it didnt even come with chips. When I called up to ask why it was so little they did offer to send more chips. They then took 35 minutes to deliver them after our main had arrived. Their customer service was awful and they were rude on the phone and we will not be ordering from here again.

Big portions. Only con was they put the sauce we got with the meat and chips actually on the chips for you which she didn’t like as it was too saucy instead of being able to dip it in the sauce instead. Great otherwise!

Had Lrg shish kebab with salad. Had plenty of it and really tasty and hot. Would defently recommend. The place looks nice and clean too. Very nice.

Absolutely disgusting! I require a full refund! Couldn't even eat any of it! The chicken was dry and so was the kebab and tbe chips were stone cold! The restaurant has said that they will refund the money through just eat as the restaurant have pocked the food back up from me.

Pizza was delicious as was the chilli sauce however chips weren't that good, which was a shock tbh

The chips were wrong size I ordered a large not a small and the chips were also cold. The kebabs were nice and hot but the pizza was on the greasy side. I have on previous occasions had good service from you but today was average at best. I hope to order from you again in the future and hopefully it will be better service and food quality. Absolutely delicious thank you. The pizzas were perfectly topped and cooked. Your chilli sauce is and always will be the best to us! Would definitely recommend.

All of times we have ordered from here, we had our first mistake tonight. Only order lettuce and mayo on the chicken burger due to eating disorders of the person eating it. Always read the note and only get lettuce aand mayo as requested but ended up with onion aswell tonight. Not too much of a problem as can be easily taken out. Won't stop us from ordering again though.

Chicken didn’t taste right and there was multiple dead fruit flies on packaging .
