Delivery driver was prompt polite and represented the company well

very tasty, fries were delicious, haven't had kfc for a while. worth it!

Burger was so dry, could not eat. The meat was not tasty , it was hard

Ordered food online for six people. Two burgers missing and no way to obviously contact KFC to complain, get the burgers delivered or get a refund. This is the second time we’ve had missing items and no refund or replacement (by the way we’ve only ordered about five times in total). I would never have ordered again, but the kids wanted it. Now though… never again!!!!!

delivery driver did not follow delivery instructions which was not to ring door bell as baby is sleeping

Delivery not received, no answer at just eat. Partner went to the restaurant to sort it out and they refused to talk to him claiming it to be just eats fault and nothing to do with them. A multi-million pound company and they couldn’t give us the order again, unbelievable. Will never use KFC ever again, most unhelpful staff ever.

asked for no sauce in my kids burgers so they put loads of ketchup and no lettuce.. its a simple ask they clearly looked at my request just didn't take the time to ensure it was right.. just did whatever they wanted. surely someone should be doing quality checks I mean we are there only only source of revenue.. they must be disappointed this happened to a food critic .. all customers matter

they missed 1 out of 3 items!!! ordered 2 chips and only got 1 portion. not the first time either so very unhappy

I ordered it at 655 waited an hour with no update, 3 hours later it turned up and I refused the order as it took far to long. I'd like a refund. I ended up ordering from a different kfc which arrived on time. I tried to call the restaurant over 60 times and noone answered

saying delivered but it has not been !!!

Waited for almost TWO HOURS and nothing arrived. The restaurant started “preparing” the food within 10 minutes of the order being placed, but then the estimated delivery time just kept getting pushed back again and again and again, until all of a sudden, the order was magically marked down as delivered. What an absolute joke!!

apparently sat nav didn't work, I spoke to him on the phone.. he obviously didn't listen as he was walking around looking for our address ... Food cold

Booked for 8.20, arrived 8.50. We love a Kentucky Zinger burger but they were both bland, only just warm, and missing the supercharger dips. Fillet burger was underwhelming but Colonels chicken was OK.

Very greasy floor. Won't accept cash and you MUST use the electronic screens to make your order (which was very complicated). No face to face, only when you collect your food. Some tables were not clean and the TOILETS were absolutely filthy.

Its was alright service and food as well the lady in the front was bit rude

Not only was it delivered late it was shockingly cold and had to heat it up in the microwave which is never good. Ultimately very poor service and waste of money to be honest and will be raising a written complaint.

chicken was so small far to much lettuce very disappointed with it.why on earth it took so long to prepare and deliver I really don't no.utter waist of money. the amount of chips is disgusting as well not even child portions.

After food turned up late it was cold, I had to put all the food in the oven and heat it up. I don’t know who is at fault here either KFC or Just Eat but spending over £30 on food I dont want cold food turning up.

I originally got the wrong order and when I finally got my order I refused delivery but he marked it as delivered. I can hopefully get a refund for the items but not the service charge and delivery. Won’t be using again.

Food was full of grease and soggy…

When the food arrived, the order was wrong. I sent it back with driver for replacement. It never arrived and i had to go to shop. Your driver never returned the food. Disgusting service. I paid for delivery and had to go to shop myself.

Yet again i ordered via Just Eat and order was incorrect. Returned it and wondering how long replacement will take. Shocking service and phone not available and no way if contacting the restaurant. Wo t be using again.

We have order KFC from this shop. They give us very horrible chicken. My kid eat them and say it’s bitter. Chicken is over done, Hard , so dry and taste bitter. I never mind about you give 3 small leg of 6 pcs chicken but you give us not good quality food that’s make me disappointed. 👎🏻👎🏻

Oh my god the chicken burger I got I swear the chicken got buried with the pharaohs about 4,000 years ago, honestly it was so old and crusty it must have been fried the day before cleopatra but the asp to her busom, shame on you hemel KFC, we know that ordering from you is hit and miss, we expect raw fries and 0 breast in our bucket but seriously don't you have some kind of rules ok how long you keep the chicken, you are a disgrace, never ever again, I would rather eat out of the dustbin at Sam 'n Ella's chicken emporium, seriously though, your average rating on here is 2, do you even care

Chicken was nice but very bony pieces, no drumstick or breast in 4 piece meal. Still don,t like the fries. Much preferred the 'old style fries'

The staff are an absolute DISGRACE! I simply asked about my order as it was wrong only for the bag to be ripped out of my hand whilst the guy aggressively shouted 'you get refund, no come back'. I cannot find words to describe these completely classless imbecilic fools. I wouldn't darken their door if they were giving food away. Pathetic place ran by pathetic people! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!

Awful. Never getting KFC again. Cold food. Split bag, cans in with food making food cold and cans hot. Food crushed by the cans on top. Missing two portions of fries but got charged for them.
