Kfc in Dacorum

There is no issues with staff and are friendly. The issue are teenagers and especially children, all who are underage, who are smoking (e cigars), leaving the trash because they need mommy to clean after themselves, and bring food (like pizza) and more trash from other places, and just dump it there. However the real issues are the children (no adults) and not the teenagers as some group of them are constantly "anti social" because they take full advantage that no one can do anything to them. So if you see a group of children (no adult) and you see them being "offended" please take care as they intentionally will scream, start fight, Throw their rubbish (like chicken bones on the floor), and more that makes me wish there was a ban for children who are NOT supervised. But again, this is a particular group of children who are known in this area, otherwise, i can't recall anything as bad. Also you need to order from the touch screen machines (no order from employers) but you can pay with card or cash.

Always forgets sauces with meals..

missing main meal AGAIN! Have tried calling KFC directly 73 times and line constantly engaged. don't care about getting the refund. I ordered food as I was hungry!!

Staff are very nice but they wait for drivers to come then they prepare the order, previously they used to be great all orders used to be ready. There is literally no parking so you have to be lucky to find a spot to park then go in and wait.

We waited 2 hours for our food to arrive and they were delivered cold. We were very disappointed. We should be refunded for our meal.

Food was being “prepared “ for over half an hour . Delivery driver was quick but food was already cold as had obviously been “prepared “ and left on counter

order sent 17.37 received at 19.19. not only an exceptionally long wait but food was cold. the tracking app showed the driver left kfc shop then travelled first to warners end then back to my address, over a 2mile trip from restaurant hence cold food. very dissappointed

Ordered food online for six people. Two burgers missing and no way to obviously contact KFC to complain, get the burgers delivered or get a refund. This is the second time we’ve had missing items and no refund or replacement (by the way we’ve only ordered about five times in total). I would never have ordered again, but the kids wanted it. Now though… never again!!!!!

Delivery not received, no answer at just eat. Partner went to the restaurant to sort it out and they refused to talk to him claiming it to be just eats fault and nothing to do with them. A multi-million pound company and they couldn’t give us the order again, unbelievable. Will never use KFC ever again, most unhelpful staff ever.

I ordered it at 655 waited an hour with no update, 3 hours later it turned up and I refused the order as it took far to long. I'd like a refund. I ended up ordering from a different kfc which arrived on time. I tried to call the restaurant over 60 times and noone answered

Waited for almost TWO HOURS and nothing arrived. The restaurant started “preparing” the food within 10 minutes of the order being placed, but then the estimated delivery time just kept getting pushed back again and again and again, until all of a sudden, the order was magically marked down as delivered. What an absolute joke!!

Booked for 8.20, arrived 8.50. We love a Kentucky Zinger burger but they were both bland, only just warm, and missing the supercharger dips. Fillet burger was underwhelming but Colonels chicken was OK.

Very greasy floor. Won't accept cash and you MUST use the electronic screens to make your order (which was very complicated). No face to face, only when you collect your food. Some tables were not clean and the TOILETS were absolutely filthy.

Not only was it delivered late it was shockingly cold and had to heat it up in the microwave which is never good. Ultimately very poor service and waste of money to be honest and will be raising a written complaint.

After food turned up late it was cold, I had to put all the food in the oven and heat it up. I don’t know who is at fault here either KFC or Just Eat but spending over £30 on food I dont want cold food turning up.
