Mighty Bite Pizza in Dacorum

Delivery was right on time and food arrived piping hot. The chicken shish and lamb doner kebabs were fresh, juicy, and perfectly seasoned. Friendly service, fantastic flavour—definitely my go-to now for local kebabs. Highly recommended! A++

Ordered pizza and chips in the shop but after waiting over forty minutes with only one other customer in there decided not to bother!! I did get a refund without too much trouble but will never get that forty minutes back. Awful experience

This was terrible I got this with my friends we where charge for a medium pizza only to be given a small also the pizza was not properly cooked and had bugs on several of the 6 slices this was terrible and should not be consumed

Ordered 2 pizzas last night and asked for 8:00pm delivery. They arrived promptly just after 8:00 and were piping hot and delicious. I will definitely use Mighty Bite again for pizza.

i came into this establishment absolutely thrilled and jubilant about the cheesy chips i have been drooling for all day and evening. when i took my engaging lunge into the shop i was taken away at the prices. £5.90 for some chips with cheese on (that was frozen and the chips being room temperature). i was absolutely appauled at the sheer site and state of what i was fixed my hungry eyes upon. they were rank. sort it out.

Decided to give it a go on the way home, the food was really good! Best chicken shish and chilli sauce I've had in a long time. They went out their way to make my partner a halloumi burger rather than a wrap too. 10/10 will definitely be back :)

The Shish Kebab is excellent, and the pizzas are second to none. They even make a perfect Southern fried chicken 🍗 And grant values for money. I highly recommend this take away 👌

We ordered for delivery - chicken, doner and shish kebabs etc. It all arrived hot, fresh and bang on time. I must admit that we haven’t tried their pizza, but even so I think you’d really return here mainly for their excellent kebabs.

Food quality as always, decent portions and very enjoyable! (Also please never go on holiday again, we had to suffer food from your inferior local competitors last week!)

I used to eat mighty bite from time to time but will never come again or recommend anymore. Bought a donner kebab last night, already half way through before I noticed fine silvery shiny pieces glimmering, taking a closer look, most of the meat pieces I looked at had these fine sharp metal pieces in and even hair. Considering the food is priced really high, this stuff is far from good quality or what i'd consider safe to eat. totally unacceptable.

Food tasted good but the chips were cold and it took over an hour to arrive. We had to phone and chase. Also, was cash only which isn’t stated in the flyer!

This was the worst overpriced rubbish I've ever been served never again I wouldn't have minded but I had to stand and wait for 1/2 hour to then have to throw it away. Cash only if you collect? 10 of us working in this area for the next 6 weeks I can guarantee none of us will be using this dump again.

I have to say this is one of the most glamourous food facilities I have visited in my time as an eater and WOWWWWWWWWWWWW!!! they know how to pull off a mean kebab. Mighty Bite Pizza, in Tring (Hertfordshire) might just be one of the best meals I have had in my life. The building may not look like much, but it's whats on the inside that's counts. Never judge a book by it's cover. The staff are very friendly, and will prepare your meal the instant they get the chance. You can see the kebabs in the open, I asked if I could eat it straight off of the kebab..To which the response was no. Peak but fair. I had a great meal, however I also had a painful poo the next day, since the spicy sauce I had didn't have any chill. uter suprise to me and my toilet. I wouldnt fret about that though. Good service. The pizzas were brought to my car parked next to the shop. Pleased to see that there is now an online ordering facility. Though at the time of this order there was a problem with the online credit card payment process. So remember it is cash only if paying on collection.

Having been a regular customer for several years, tonight was the worst experience. Unable to order online as, according to manager, it was too busy. After the inconvenience of having to go out to get some cash, had to wait 1 1/2 hours for the delivery and then the food was hardly good. Not impressed and won’t be rushing to order from there again.

Amazing pizza! Best customer service in the whole world!! Ordered a pepperoni pizza and other things came within 30 minutes but there was onions on my pepperoni pizza? It was the pepperoni special which I didn’t order or even knew it was on the menu. Called up saying I have received the wrong pizza they said they would replace it. I thought it would take another 30 minutes but no!! 10 minutes and the delivery man was at my door, pizza was piping hot and everything!! If that isn’t amazing service I don’t know what is!!!!

Good food at a good price. Friendly staff some of whom seem to own the business. There are a few places to park nearby or you can wait along the road. There is the big car park behind M&S, only 300 metres away. The food is freshly prepared and cooked on the premises. The restaurant has been in Tring since I can remember, about 1995 at least, so it is probably the oldest surviving take out around. You can order and pay online on their website and there is delivery too. Most convenient.

Can not fault the food, it was lovely! We had the mixed kebab and a lamb donor along with chips and cheese. The meat was lovely, the chicken and lamb sheesh was full of flavour and not dry at all. Portion sizes were very generous. The salad was lovely and fresh too! The only let down was the delivery time. We ordered at around 6:30 for delivery at 7:30 unfortunately it didn’t get to us until 8:15. We did call when it got to 8 o’clock and were told it was on its way which seemed right because 15 minutes later which is roughly the time it takes to us from there it did arrive.

Took 2 hours to arrive, called them 3 times just to be passed off with excuses, it finally turns up in a cab?!?! Cold and missing food. Normally order from them all the time but can say we never will again

Been coming to these guys for years, and think I’m yet to encounter a bad meal! I’ve tried kebabs, pizzas and burgers. Only criticisms are you tend to have to wait as they’re always busy (that must say something too....) and that when I’ve had pizzas they could do with more toppings. Guys are always friendly and always helpful, oh yeah and parking can be a nightmare

Seriously ive had a few kebabs over the years so i know what im talkimg about. The chilli sauce on this was like none ive EVER tasted. It literally tasted like how I'd imagine fresh poo would taste! It had a strange consistency and smelt awful. I couldnt stomach it and threw both (I bought one for my son) in the bin. Nice friendly staff but i wont be visiting again sorry.

Used to love this place! Always ordered when I was back at the parents, but this time the chips taste awful! Get told it's 45mins to an hour delivery (fair enough, it is a Saturday after all) so decide to collect. Get home to find that the chips have been cooked and then gone back in the fryer which has resulted in over cooked, crunchy, oily chips! Not up to their usual standard! Will be going else where next time I visit the parents!

Went to this place last week with my friends.. The guy was so rude, if I wasn't with my friends I would have jumped over the counter and chinned him... Very dirty place rat droppings outside the restaurant.. Awful.. Good luck to whoever tryz this poo hole

Being given lazy we decided to have a takeaway so we Google who delivered and this place came up in had a lamb shish kebab that was very good no fatty bits and my partner had a chicken one the salads were very fresh and we will be trying other foods from this takeaway again

Normalmente encontrar pizza para llevar y el topping predecible. Su masa era fresco y con ingredientes relativamente fresco bready. Teníamos un pepperoni picante y había un montón de pepperoni y un montón de chili fresco. Buen sabor tocino. Una buena puesta en una buena base.

Es genial un viernes y/o Sábados después de que he tenido algunos para ir y conseguir pizza y patatas fritas, sin embargo, no recomiendo que lo trajeran y recogerlo si comida pidiendo como la entrega tarda mucho tiempo! Precios muy razonables!!!

Pésimo servicio tarde y olvidé 3 artículos. Traten como idiotas = encontrar nuevos clientes básicamente prometió la entrega de 45 a 60 minutos que tardaron 80 minutos y una carga de llamadas! Luego fuera de 1 x 2 patatas fritas ensalada 1 coldsaw!

we ask for the "Meat Feast" - we not really after the salad, just the meat, its a quick bit of quality mixed meat, cooked well with good service, parking is a bit of an issue and most people mount the pavement, (we walk and collect).The staff are always nice and friendly, and the food is better than you would expect, lovely flavours, and good cooking.

This place is your standard pizza/burger/kebab shop. If you align your expectations accordingly, you'll be happy because they can do the basics well.The pizza is especially good, especially if you're a cheese lover; they really pile it on. Kebabs are also very tasty with fresh salad and well cooked meats. Large kebabs are worth the price if you're hungry enough because they don't skimp on the filling (A large chicken or lamb shish will have 2 skewers worth of meat, compared to the 1 skewer of a small.)In several years of being a customer I've never had any problems with dodgy food from here which I think is probably the highest commendation you can give to a kebab shop.I've never ordered for delivery so I can't comment on that but the service when going to pick up or ordering in shop is good. You give them money, they give you food, done. I'd highly recommend them if you're socially awkward as they're not likely to bother you with conversation.

It's the 3rd time I've had to wait well over an hour for delivery on a quiet night! With no apologies or any offers for this to say sorry. The kebab pitta was soaked through with grease and the red cabbage you could squeeze and easily produce enough liquid to drink! Very disgusted won't be returning again!

Myself and my friend normally do order for delivery, but after while we had several times issue with delivery, delays for about 45-60 mins, wrong items, burnt pizza, soggy chips without any taste. after while I went again for take away, I collected my things, but when I came home and open a bag it was same scenario what I have had before. I paid £10 for this crap! I could not eat it for free! I would not recommend this place to anyone unless you have got strong stomach and you love tasteless food!

Phoned £20 worth of different eats, by the time this "food" came it was 2hrs late!! Not only was it late? The order was missing 2 portions of chips! The "breaded garlic mushrooms" what a joke! Like something out of a horror movie, just normal manky shrivelled up mushrooms with dirty cheese on the top covered in oil and I mean covered! Who ever was serving didn't know her **** from her elbow, " the foods just left the shop" what? And the driver is stopping of in Turkey on the way round? Jokers! We used to use mighty bite alot for their pizzas and kebabs..for 3 years we have never had a problem..until now..and we are never going back..if this is how they are running a business im suprised they are still open! 2 months ago we orderd a pizza meal deal on a sunday evening. We were told it would be 30-40 minutes. 1hr 20min later it finally arrived by which point we didnt want it anymore..i dont want to eat pizza at 1130pm on a sunday!! We vowed we would never order from there again..but, this evening we decided to give them the benifit of the doubt and orderd a combo kebab and chips..fairy easy order u would think..but again 1hr20min later the food finally arrives..again we turned the man away as i had already started cooking something that i pulled out of the freezer..to which the man admited that he knew this was the second time the food had been late..really i think he should have offered us the food free of charge as a gesture of good will..but no, nothing..As ex regular customers we will not be using mighty bite again and we strongly recommend that you dont either!! Save your money or find somewhere else!!

Ordered my food online and after an hour rang to find out where it was. Oh, they couldn't find my address in their GPS so they didn't come.

After a night on the sauce you can't go wrong then to soak it up with arguably Hertfordshire's best doner kebab. Lost count how many times i've used the place and haven't had a bad kebab there yet!My only gripe is after leaving the Akeman last night at 11pm and walking over to get my chops around an alcohol absorbing pre-bed kebab to find they had shut:( surely 11-11:30 is the busiest time for a kebab? Oh well, noted that must leave pub 5 minutes earlier on a school night.

We use mighty bites quite often and have to say the kebabs are some of the nicest I have tried.Large portions and plenty of salad.We usually get it delivered and most the time it turns up very quick and piping hot.There has been odd occasion they have been late but this is rare and usually they bring up a large bottle of drink as an apology.Not much competition locally but certainly the only place I use.Pizzas are ok,not great but burgers are very good also.

Without a doubt my one stop shop for snacks and a quick meal in Tring. Absolutely exceptional doner kebabs and the garlic sauce is to die for. Combine that with the very reasonable prices and you got yourself a stonking kebob!

I have been here probably hundreds of times in the last five years or so to eat kebabs mostly (sometimes burgers and other snacks). These are pretty much the best kebabs in England as far as I am concerned, I have been to a lot of kebab places and nothing lives up to it, only other countries such as Germany and Poland have better tasting kebabs. Chicken shish is particularly fantastic, but the doner meat in bun and just generally doner kebabs are fabulous. However what really makes the kebabs are the sauces, homemade, garlic sauce and chili sauce, the best ever, seriously so damn good. Portions are large and there is a large selection of salad which is always fresh. Prices are reasonable and service is friendly (especially since the staff change about a year ago or so). Pizzas are also nice and burgers aren't too shabby.

After 14 years of living in Tring, my friends decided I needed to try a kebab from Mighty Bite. Sheesh! It was good. Will be back for another next time I'm out on the beers and feel the need for a feed!

This place is perfect for a tasty feast. This place does everything, the Turkish workers in there are great aswell. The kebabs are heavenly, it's just a quick, simple, cheap and good meal all round really! And they do speedy delivery!

I just had a mixed lamb and chicken kebab with a salad and it cost me £5, it went down well and I would defo go back when I'm next in the area.

Great food every time, good value for money and excellent service. My family and I love it. It helps that they deliver as well. Our favourites are kebabs, pizzas, nuggets, well you name it we love it. We just wish we found it sooner

The Kebabs are what they do best, except the donner which is made from puppy dog tails or pixxie meat, nobody will ever know, but go for the chicken kebab is excellent. The Pizza is a little greasy but edible and the fried chicken is all that you would want after some beer over the road.

Good pizza, delivery a real bonus.Kebabs are fine.Nothing special, but prices reflect this. Food has ALWAYS been well cooked here. For this kind of place it's one of the few where I don't worry about dicky tummy.

Be under no illusion, this is definitely not the best takeaway pizza or fast food in the world - and that's reflected in the prices - but this is good value fastfood that's always freshly prepared. The pizza bases are thick and doughy and the toppings are always generous. They're served fast and delivered when promised. In fact the delivery service is excellent: prompt and reliable.When you can't be bothered to cook and need something to eat quickly, you can't go too far wrong.

I personally cannot understand how anyone in their right mind can write a good review about mighty **ite. I have unpleasantly had meals from them about 3 times in total and sadly the last two times I thought I might be proved wrong. I will never buy from them again, the last time was the worst. I ordered by phone and was ordering with what sounded like an animal grunting at me down the phone, I was told my order take 20 minutes which I thought was impressive.35mins after waiting I called and asked where my order was and was told driver was delivering down my road and I'd be next.10 mins later I walked out my door to see where they were. No where in sight. So I called again and explained I was not happy. The apologise a few times and offered to throw in a free drink and my good would be 10 more minutes. Another impressive 20 minutes later the guy arrived and gave me my good I told him about the free drink and he started telling me they don't offer that service???!!! I didn't want to argue but I don't think he had a clue what I meant. I did ask him again and he said told me he would have to go back to the shop and bring me the drink. Then we went to settle up and he asked me for 25 pounds whrn actually it should have been 19 pounds. I then huffed right at me frowned and said this is a joke ok 19 pound please. I wad disgusted by this and said forget the drink handed money over and closed the door. My hungry family and i ate our greasy smelly food and within 20 mins my daughter AND I both had severe sickness and sweats. We had both ordered the chicken. I don't evrn want to imagine what I had really eaten.

When we first moved to Tring some 16 years ago, we ordered our first delivery pizza from the Domino's in Berkhamsted. No surprise that by the time it got to Tring, it was cold. We had been put off Mighty Bite by the fact that it was not a known brand and a bit put off by the fact that it is not the smartest of premises and the fact that s lot if the local youngsters seem to hang around outside. A few years later, someone ordered us a pizza from there and we realised what we had been missing. The toppings are much more generous and the prices are about 5-10% cheaper. In more recent years, we have also ordered kebabs from them. I only eat Chicken Shish kebabs and they are not the best but perfectly adequate, especially as they are included in the free delivery offer. I still get the feeling that this place is an extension of the local youth club, but rarely visit the shop - the telephone service is excellent. I am not the most regular of take away pizza eaters, but for the odd Friday night treat, I can't imagine ever going back to the more famous chains, unless their current special offer was outstanding.
