Been here 3 times now with my family and we always enjoy our meal. simple beef burgers and veggie burgers but the food always tastes delicious. Will definitely be back to try the ice cream and milkshakes.

Ordered here twice now..food was nice however the first time we both woke up the following morning with really bad stomach pain and sat on the toilet all day. Thought it was a one off so tried again and the same thing happened. Won’t be ordering from here again although the taste of the food is very nice we can’t go through it again.

Fantastic place for Piri Piri Chicken. Big plate very delicious food. Very clean and comfortable. I recommend visiting!!!!

Avoid like the plague. Got charged £10 for 2 two scoop ice creams with average ice cream. They don't have any signage up for the ice cream so I'm pretty sure they just made the prices up on the spot. The woman serving us moved at a pace slower than a sloth. Never ever would go again. Awful.

Went there for my first time with my girlfriend and daughter, music wis chilled, hygiene, food and customer service were outstanding, will definitely be eating there again

Bossman was very friendly & welcoming. Price was very fair for the value received. Also given some spicy wings which were really nice, not dry and had flavour. Overall a great spot. I'll be back when I'm next around.

Firstly , Ordered food for collection , and even though they said 25 mins the food came an hour later… Got home home and besides the food being cold ( assuming it was warm , having been freshly made after an hour wait ) the chicken looked like it was made hours earlier and just heated in a microwave. The lamb chops were so salty and hard like it was lying somewhere for a long time. The worst experience ever and we ended up throwing the food away and just order McDonald’s Should’ve picked up that for a takeaway/restaurant there was no smell of food coming from inside at all…

Very rude staff refused to admit that she made a mistake with the order and rather than apologise called me rude and cut my call

This place is so dirty. Zero customer service by the lady behind the till. Chicken tastes like oil, old oil. Awful food and service. Definitely won't be back again.

Not best looking location and their chicken and chips taste like rubber. Have you seen it Inside? Tablets are greasy /dirty and the floor and counter the same. Won't risk coming back to this place again ever.

Very friendly owners. A bit over priced. But food is good and delicious. They cook fresh, so expect a 10 min wait. Grilled whole chicken is very good and moist. Wings are a bit too spicy for my liking but that’s subjective. I go there regularly and would recommend.

7.50 for a chicken fillet meal - quality and size doesn’t value the cost. Poor frozen quality fillets which in fact cost around 40p each too buy in bulk. Rip off.

She over charged me afew times , paid £8.50 for 6 strip meal ,how is that justified

£8.50 for a meal what a joke. Chips where dry and tasteless. Chicken Fillet burger was full of water. Took one bit and threw in the bin. For that price you what expect a premium burger that you can actually eat.

Food and customer service great

Been here many times, such nice and friendly staff. I usually get the crispy chicken wrap, which is really nice and great prices.

I order regularly from here and usually they don't let me down. But today's food, particularly the chicken burger wasn't the greatest but more importantly last few of my orders have been late in delivery, taking more than an hr each time. Hope they can improve it, else would be looking elsewhere in the future.

Portion of chips didn't come with order... asked for a cheese burger and got an hamburger please be better

A great place for well cooked and properly seasoned chicken and many more great meats, staff is talkative and approachable, a nice atmosphere with the right safety checks to eat in and have a good time.

Tasty and high quality food. The grilled chicken is amazing from here and the best in town by a long shot, then i tried the burgers. The burgers are the best in town also! Seriously you must try this place out, i also find their chips amazing! I use this place as a takeaway but there tables so dine in also.

Always great food. Try their peri chicken with chilli sauce. Not too spicy but very tasty. Also the chicken poppers are nice and their chicken stack burger with burger sauce is delicious.

Dreadful. My partner ordered a chicken burger, fries, some spicy olives and a sticky toffee pudding. Delivery time was reasonable but fries, while generously portioned, were soggy, greasy and cold, and quite tasteless. The seasoning on the olives was extremely salty, while my partner didn’t even finish the burger. The sticky toffee pudding went straight into the bin, because it looked horrendous. It was a stodgy, unappetising cylinder sitting on a bed of something gelatinous. There’s simply neither passion nor care being put into the food here, clearly just frozen rubbish heated to order with no pride whatsoever. A total waste of £20.

The previous experience sounds like such a shame, especially as it clearly wasn't the café's fault if the Uber driver could not find the customer, of course the food would be cold and soggy. I highly recommend trying them again, as my Husband and I went there for the 1st time a couple of weeks ago, and not only did they insist on doing our chicken burger despite only just opening up, it was a fair price and the quality was outstanding - loved the nice fresh bun as well, the chicken was grilled beautifully giving it as wonderful flavour. We can not wait to come back and have more!! Keep up the good work guys, we need more places with people like yours!

I ordered from this restaurant in the middle of February and was informed that my order would be arriving between 7:50 and 8:10. The order was running late so I decided to call the restaurant to find out when it would arrive. But when I tried to enquire the employee tried to rush me off the phone and in the middle of me asking a question he had hung up on me. When The order did arrive it was late, cold and the driver was clearly confused on the definition of social distancing and “leave at door” option. The customer service has clearly decreased during the few years this business has been open and I am appalled that enquiring about your order raises such rude behaviours and poor customer service. I would not recommend going here if you wanted to be treated with respect as a paying customer should be treated.

What an experience!!!!!!! Wow. upon entry to the store we were greeted by such a lovely lady and sown menus with a quick polite conversation. then we made are order the lady did tell us the food was freshly prepared so would take several minutes and sed we could sit and wait. Whilst waiting another gentleman pop over and another polite conversation then very shortly after are food arrived. !!! Now to the food!!! 😋😋😋😋😋❤️❤️🍲 Fresh, tasty, hot, well seasoned, well worth the money which wasn't even a lot We will be back 🤖 I will be telling my friends Keep up the amazing work.

Just had a take away from here, we ordered the full platter between two of us, and have plenty of chicken left for tomorrow. The food was delivered quickly and was hot, the portion sizes were amazing, and the food itself was all so tasty and well cooked. The salad was fresh and we were given plenty of sauces. Perfect!!

Really enjoyed the sharing platter. Will defiantly be a ordering again. My son who picked up the food said people who work there are really polite and chatty and were very helpful when my son said he can't have it too hot as his little bro can't have it hot so they did half and half which was appreciated.

Absolutely love it. Hubby remind best takeaway in Hemel Hempstead (for burgers and chicken and peri peri). We never have a bad one, probably order once a week from here. The food is always spot on and fresh, and full of flavour. You can pick the heat of the spice for the food, good selection of lots of options on the menu, tasty tasty tasty. Careful of the chefs new spicy rice, as it was indeed blinking spicy!

After trying pretty much all of the Peri Peri places in Hemel this is the best. The burgers are mega tasty too, and so fresh, they’re awesome. Can’t fault the place, hot, delivers on time, good size portions, full of flavour, an outright winner!

Was told my food would be delivered in 40 minutes but instead came 1hour 45 min later, order came wrong and then found a black hair in my food. I called to complain and got told everyone that works in the kitchen is blonde so it cant be anyone who worked there and as a gesture of goodwill I would have £5 off!! Absloute waste of time and money. Will never be ordering from there again.

So fresh! Peri peri chicken is my husbands favourite from here. Better than al others tried in area. I love the burgers, super nice. Chips are fluffy and tasty. If you get a delivery it always arrives on time if not a bit early.

Yup, I like the burgers from here. They are charcoal grilled and so that adds a Nice flavour! Salad can be a bit basic. As part of meal deals you can upgrade to the peri peri chips, which are nice as long as they sprinkle enough peri peri on them! Always arrives on time and it evidently cooked fresh. Chips are nice! Crispy with fluffy middles! Rather tasty! Much better than some other burger place chips that you get. Always happy to go back! Chicken popcorn doesn't look all that but tastes really good!

Great food exspeclly the breakfast limited parking near the cafe but plenty of car spaces in gadebridge park

AVOID AVOID! After an hour they said will be 30 mins then called after 30 mins and got fobbed off again so cancelled the order! Poor customer service will not be ordering from them again!

Fast delivery food hot and nice

Came across this place while looking for somewhere for a quick lunch. What a gem! Peri Peri chicken was perfectly cooked and very tasty. My friend had lamb which was nice but she preferred my chicken. The fries were crispy but not greasy. Generous potion with a soft drink, all for a very reasonable price.

Food is nice but an hour and a half for food to arive. Really
