Gemma was a fantastic server Food was delicious

England. Our proud and great nation. The only thing promised is that the weather is never promised. The waking moments of hearing the recalcitrant rain hammer against the window glass. Through my crippling depression and cynical out look on life I concluded nothing exists on purpose, no one belongs anywhere, and we all die alone. Roses are dead, love is fake, weddings are basically funerals with cake. The marching of time then delivered some exquisite beauty. Miller and Carter. Fillet mignon fired by the breath of angels, perfectly accompanied with lobster, fished directly from gods ocean. Delicately and tenderly slathered with a garlic sauce that could topple empires. The dining experience is just one thing. From the moment we took our seats, the beautiful Gemma tended to our every need, not only delivering the evenings repast, but doing so with kindness in her eyes, a smile to make the brightest star cower, and the softness and gentleness of every word spoken let you know you were home

Great food. There was an issue with our order but rectified very quickly and dealt with well.

Wonderful food, lovely night out and had a brilliant waitress called Gemma, highly recommend.

We do not live int he area so we had a lovely conversation about our trip which was part of my birthday, Gemma made me feel like our meal was a really special occasion! Lunch time treat whilst visiting the area. What a charming place. Was a little busy for a Wednesday lunch but that did not impact the service in any way. Food was also amazing. £16.50 for a two course lunch which is fabulous value for a steak house.

We are regulars at Miller and Carter Kings Langley. The manager Javier is very warm and friendly and makes us feel so welcome. He especially takes the time to talk to us and he is very attentive and will pitch in to help when it is busy which is very unusual to see these days in restaurants. Today we had Mel serve us, she was prompt to take our order and attentive asking how our meal was. We have also had Clare serve us- she has a very friendly disposition. All in all the waitresses are a credit to Javier and the Miller and Carter restaurant chain. We will no doubt continue to be regulars as we can’t fault the food on each occasion.

Great place to come and eat when arriving late at the hotel with the kids. Food was good, and a pleasant spacious restaurant. Service was great from Shannon, being patient and helpful with the kids big decisions over what to eat. She also provided some good humour for them too which helps when you are trying to keep them in check! The best dish for the kids was the chocolate brownie, helpfully suggested by Shannon to have the icecream separate for my youngest who doesn't like them mixing! Thanks

Wow, wow, wow, what a place!!, what people, I swear you’ll never eat anything better than this, the staff are all friendly and just as scrumptious as the delicious food. The atmosphere is amazing I can barely contain the excitement as I wait in anticipation for my food, Mel is absolutely sensational, Jordan is amazing so kind and formal, Chloe what a manager absolutely made the evening with kind service, the young gentleman and women that bring the food are a team of stars so friendly and happy to fulfil your needs. If I could I would eat here everyday, and you know what I think will as the variety of food is here is superb. They all cheered when we rang the bell and all thanked me and my wife for dining here. The bar staff were quick and provided us with stunning cocktails, thank you Sam you were great. Yoinnas was so funny brought us dessert he was a delight so charming and kind. I love you Miller&Carter.

Had an an amazing evening with family today at the Kings Langley branch. We were served by Sally, a bubbly, enthusiastic, smiley and caring individual who made our time great. Always checking on us and giving us any updates on food as we waited. Food was great as always! Thank you yet again Sally for your hospitality this evening! Came in for meal last night and it was brilliant. The service was first class. Milla especially was a star and the food was amazing! The chef Cassie made fantastic steaks!

came in for a meal today and thoroughly enjoyed it. mel looked after us and she was really attentive and bubbly which made us feel like we were in safe hands! massimo brought our food and he was really polite and was quick with service!

Went in for lunch the place was almost empty it's really big inside only about 5 tables with people on so we got seated got a drink straight away then we ordered our food which took ages to come had our starters then waited about 20minutes for the mains to come my husband's steak was almost raw and he wanted it med to well done and it was all gristle so sent it back mine was the same my sons was ok so he had to eat alone we waited another 15minutes but when it came it was lovely this time we did complain and thay gave us the 2 meals of the bill and free puddings and coffees so we was happy with that as thay put it right god knows how thay cope when the place is full

Another good experience at Miller & Carter this evening. The food was really good, we plumped for the butcher's block. Staff were friendly and the bill was reasonable.

Food was delightful however, nothing I couldn't have cooked at home. Our server Connie was splendid! Our table was kept clear at all times with consistent offers for more food and drinks. We left as very satisfied customers and will certainly be returning thanks to the efficient and welcoming service provided by our wonderful waitress!

Excellent steak restaurant with reasonable prices and very friendly staff! I would highly recommend the butchers block if two of you are hungry! Good cocktails and drink selection! Attentive and friendly service. Family friendly. Some of the best steaks in the area by far.

Absolutely fantastic friendly and attentive service from Sally and the team👍🏻 We had travelled for several hours from up north and what a refreshing and lovely time we had to round off our tiring day. Sally recommended sauces for our steak ! Spot on 👍🏻 and suggested steaks cooked as per service suggestion. The meal was perfect, service was tremendous and we would definitely recommend . Sad we don’t live nearer to experience again! Thanks again Sally what a refreshing experience Carol and Anth 👌🏻

Being an allergy parent going into a place always makes me worry, however, Sally and Javier were thorough and filled us with confidence throughout the whole experience! It was a lovely meal and they did a fab job! Thank you! My birthday treat was delightful!

Went with family, one of which was in a wheelchair, and the staff were extremely helpful and accommodating. As for the food I am not a steak eater by any stretch of the imagination but the butchers block i shared was absolutely beautiful and worth the price as a treat.

Lovely round table for all 6 of us to sit around so it was easy to chat together.

Went there for birthday lunch on 28th June . Staff very pleasant and the food was excellent ,it had been recommended to me and I wasn't dissapointed . Their lunchtime deal was very reasonable .

Arrived early , greeted and allowed to have coffee. The meal was excellent. 3 courses on the set menu. Great value for money! Steak was cooked medium well (and it was). Staff listen to your requests. Great experience, try it you wont be disappointed.

Food was amazing, Claire looked after us and was exceptional. She helped us with the menu as we hadn’t been before and her recommendations were spot on, she was so bubbly and lovely to talk to and we will definitely be back!

Waitresses we're more interested in chatting amongst themselves than looking after customers. Our waitress took our drinks order then disappeared for over 15 min. I had to go and find someone else to ask her to come back. She came back after 5 min with drinks for 3 tables. I suppose she could not be bothered to bring the drinks that were ready, just waited and stayed there chatting at the bar. I needed to get up and go to them every time I needed something. They all simply avoided eye contact with customers huddled in the kitchen area to pick up their food. Dated furniture as well. For these prices I expect a lot more. Restaurant not even busy probably around 10 tables at most and 3/4 waitress. Not going there again. Forgot, food was just Luke warm, steaks dry.

The food was next level and sally our waitress was incredible very jolly and always knew when we was ready to order something, kept us topped up on drinks and provided excellent service.

The waitress, Sally, was brilliant, full of energy and bubbly. But the food was very slow, and very average. My partner and I used to visit you every month , now we dont think we will visit again. The last 3 times have been very poor. Removing sweet potato fries because of 'gluten' and changing the onion side recipe to something much worse is so disappointing. Hopefully they sort it out for the future.

You always get a great steak with them and the service/staff are first class!

The signature fillet steak salad was a big disappointment. The portion of meat was nearly inexistent, no dressing, no pomegranate, very plain.

EXQUISITE STEAKHOUSE DINING It was my first time here. The place is fantastic and the food is superb and the price is good value! The dressing code is smart, so remember that. But, I really recommend this place to either bring your partner or family or have a birthday celebration. I hope you enjoy it when you come.

We were looked after brilliantly! Our server, Christina, was great and was really good with our two young children, bringing them paper and crayons to keep them entertained. Would definitely recommend.

I’m staying overnight at the hotel next door but wanted to treat myself to a nice meal. Sally was my waitress and was a delight. The steak was better than any other I’ve had in England and the atmosphere was nice. Highly recommended

Went out for dinner as the most awkward group ever - a celiac, two with gluten intolerance, and one with a soya and sesame allergy. Sally was incredible at making sure everyone’s allergies and intolerances were taken into account. The food was all amazing, as always! Still gutted their beef dripping sauce recipe has changed, but their steaks are amazing.

The food was really tasty we all had steak and it was cooked to perfection. Veggies potatoes starters all very tasty and cooked to perfection. And the atmosphere was lovely, Our waitress was so lovely very helpful with everything, such a great waitress's such lovely personality she made our experience at restaurant fantastic. We definitely would go back to eat at the restaurant again and we would recommend the restaurant to others so thank you Sally for a lovely night.
