Burger King in Great Yarmouth

Clean and tidy. Staff so kind to a lady who has a seizure. Good food for a good price on the app. Thank you for being friendly Ethan.

The food is nice as a burger goes and the price is quite steep but for a treat it’s fine , however the staff were not working well together and I was waiting for 20 minutes just to be served and then another 20 for my food to be ready the burger was also wrong when we eventually got our food but due to how long it took didn’t have time to go back and change it , more organisation and teamwork is definitely needed so cuts down waiting time, this lost you at least 4 people who walked in and saw how long it was taking and just walked back out again.

Great atmosphere, family friendly with great food. The waiting times seem to have gone down. Had a lovely time

Had a home delivery, I ordered loaded fries with cheese, few strands of cheese on it!!! I work in catering my self and when they ask for chips and cheese they get cheese !!!! When paying extra for loaded chips??? You expect loaded chips!!! Not dusted with cheese!!! Bit of a joke really not impressed at all. Is I management?? Being tight??? Get a bonus if cut costs??? If the customer isn't getting what they order I can't see it being open long???? 😒 and another thing has any one seen a flamed grill in burger King??? Or is it exactly like the have in mc Donald's a convare belt that cooks the pre scored patty 🤔 😳 😕 look next time you in???? If it was flamed grilled it would be cooked on a chargrill.

Great bk.. swapped our drinks as the slushy machine tasted mouldy.. the machine wasn't serviced or allowed to be by bk themselves..

Almost killed my children put mayo on their burgers after I asked for nine, then no apology and because I lost my temper called manager and security

Coffee rank ,her burger 🍔 was a miniature one no sugar or milk offered had to ask ,extra to eat in ,sauces 30p extra for each one it's a rip of won't be going back .

Bit expensive and charged extra for sauce. The restaurant was a bit deserted with only a couple of customers sitting in a huge place but this seems to be the way all towns are going and at least you can sit and watch the people below. The food was nice for a rare treat but at that price it won't be very often.

laughable, missed out a whole meal fr our order so we had to keep going back to ask for the rest of what we paid for, workers were arguing behind the counters and the place is actually a dump so expect to clean your seating area yourself before you sit down

vegan chicken delux not great tbh..i got this when i asked for the vegan burger....atmosphere as to be Expected at the service places...The older lady staff member whom served me...was very unpolite.. Instead of engaging telling me there was no vegan whopper meal...she gave a vegan delux...thats full of mayo..my son did not eat... When approaching her to explain I did not ask for this... She said that was all they did..walked away....so i chips cold all of 7 in pack Never engaged in Further so called conversation

Fast service and plenty of clean tables. Nice elevated view of Great Yarmouth whilst you eat.

Because of the location of this BK it seems to be somewhat quieter than other fast food outlets. Reasonably clean, but they do cater more for staff's toilet needs than those of their customers...one locked toilet ( you have to find a member of staff to unlock it. God knows why??) But right next to it are two staff toilets warning customers it's not for their use. Not a very good customer care message, BK...sort it out 👎

I placed an order online through just eat, when it turned up it was cold I was missing a burger and it had bbq sauce on which I requested no sauce. I spent 30 quid on food and got the worst experience ever. I had been in the restaurant in the past and waited 25 mins for a meal and there was about 6 people in the restaurant at the time!! The world's slowest and they pre cooked the burgers.

In the past had pleasant experiences, but most recent one on 26/7/2023 was the worst. Food was fine even if they did get the order wrong - twice. No tables had been cleaned, the floor was sticky in places, a little lad spilt his drink and the woman behind the counter was told but couldn't care less and the toilets were shut and they would not let a little boy use the other one that is apparently for staff only?!

Food and staff were up to burger king standard everything else was terrible random boxes and rubbish just left in the seating area and the toilets had no lights and we part store room part toilet they looks like a scene off a saw film unless your taking away avoid !

The service here is quite poor Extremely slow when it wasn't even busy.. could do with some smiley staff too... wow ! It was hard work at that counter... He asked me if i wanted any sauce, " Tomato please " ok I'll give you two sachets...He really did too... two sachets for two people ha ! My burger wasn't very warm Chips were red hot and the onion rings were soggy Don't think I'll waste my money there again.. Oh yeah ! Didn't go to the toilet this time because last time i went into their toilet i walked straight back out,it was filthy..

I've gone to many Burger Kings across the country and this in the last 10 years or so since its been open the food has always been consistently good and staff as friendly as you can be. I often have a boring plain burger and if I don't receive it quickly gets changed to one very quickly. Keep it up guys 👍

Not even really worthy of a 1 star. Ordered food to be delivered & they left off my sons meal. Rang up & they said they don't care & it's not their problem! Well I think it IS your problem! It's your job! The attitude of staff is despicable (I'm suprised you still have a job!!) & we will NEVER use them again! Absolutely disgusted. This isn't the first time either but stupidly thought we'd give them the benefit of the doubt. Disgusting 🤬

I'm only posting this as I can't find out who the franchisee is. During my visit one of the staff pulled the fryer from under the extraction canopy whilst it was alight. I confirmed with staff that the fryer is gas and asked them to replace it under the canopy immediately. Being a gas fired appliance, as part of the process of combustion, it creates carbon dioxide and carbon monoxide and quite a lot of them, these products of combustion were therefore being expelled into the restaurant. This is completely unacceptable as was the managers comment of "we always do that". After explaining the issue, and the fact that I'm a catering engineer and do this for a living, they eventually replaced the equipment after putting the staff and customers at risk of monoxide poisoning.

Was a cold weekend in Great Yarmouth and really a hot drink would go down better with the burger. The bk is located in the shopping centre up the escalator near the bus station. Burgers are nice so if you need a burger before the bus you know where to go.

Asked for a bacon double cheese burger and the pot of sauce was bigger I asked for an exchange and was told no £7.99 for a mini bite burger what a joke.

Good tasting if hot. But when I saw the toilets it let the whole place down. Dirty dirty people who are only as good as the last tidy up.

Went at dinner time. No milkshakes as machine cleaned earlier. Server no idea what was going on. 3 what I assume we're managers in kitchen area just talking and little else. Burger was cold, chips where warm at best and no ice in drink, wasn't even asked if I wanted any either. The fact you pay that bit more for quality was not evident here in any way. Extremely disappointing and will not return.

Hot drinks machines never seem to be working!

Amazing staff, fast service. Manager was very polite and even took to the extent to come ask every table how their food is and if there is anything he can help with. Keep it up!

What a awful, disgusting place. Every single table was disgusting and dirty, food all over the floor, Staff not got a clue what they are doing. The food was nasty, rolls so dry I needed a drink to get it down me. Had to ask for the table to be cleaned 3 times. Cost me £45 for 5 meals and Burger Kings Burgers have shrunk!!! Don't bother going here and wasting your money.

Food always cold, staff unorganized and panicked if there's more than 3 people in the Q. Shame for the BK franchise. Skip it and grab a Macdonald's.

Probably one of the most unprofessional BK's we've ever been to. The toilet was for use by all and was dirty, water of some description on the floor. The staff were sarcastic to their managers, arguing at the front of the restaurant in front of customers. We got to hear how "phil" was no where to be seen and the other supervisor/manager (adam) isu rude. This is no way to run a business. Customers do not want to hear about internal issues, that should not be discussed on the shop floor for all to hear. Staff were popping in and out for cigarette breaks when they wanted to. If they were on site actually working, we would have received our correct order. In the current times restaurant staff cannot afford to be inconsiderate, loud and rude.... the cost of living rise will eventually put you out of a job if people cannot afford to eat out in a nice environment. Open your eyes 👀 BURGER KING. train your staff the difference between right and wrong, professionalism and Customer Service.

One disabled toilet for everyone to use I only ordered a drink as we had to find a toilet for my daughter quick so went to mcdonalds in the end so feel 3 stars is fair lady who served me was polite and apologised so can't fault staff

As good as any burger bar, went at a very quiet time, 2.30pm, staff excellent, I have limited mobility and nice young lady carried my order to table even though we had picked seat farthest away from service area. Food was hot and freshly cooked

Absolutely filthy , rude staff , what seems to be untrained staff .. toilets a disgrace , manners non exsistant..all this an the place was empty !! An utter disgrace an I am now going to contact the complaints department as I was taken back by how this Burger King is poorly led. They should be ashamed of themselves. I was served by Louis who was slower than a no armed man and had no enthusiasm for his work and I've never ever been spoken to the way he spoke to me and my friend.

While I enjoy a burger King, I do always find for a fast food place it's a lot slower than the likes of KFC and McDonalds. Or maybe it's just this branch, who knows? Also they are more expensive. Service has been fine the times I've been there, but like I said it is slow.
