Sorry but that was the worst I’ve ever had. Chicken tasted off. I don’t like leaving bad reviews, however……

Food is always great and hot even after drive back home. 10/10

The chips were inedible, rock solid and had clearly been cooked mutliple times. The garlic was had no ounce of garlic in it, tasted like mint sauce. The donner meat had 0 flavour. Ended up binning the meal. On the plus side the can of coke was great.

Lamb kebabs were awful meat was too crispy and very dry as was the pitta bread it was thrown in bin..this is very unusual for this restaurant as never had any reason to complain.

meat was over cooked and dry pitta was dry n hard usually great fro here chips were ok unable to eat the meal

I ordered a large Shish kebab and salad, the lamb was cooked perfectly, tender and seasoned well. The salad was lovely and lots of it, I collected my order, and it was ready on time, I would recommend

Online order. Positives: chicken in the shish moist and tasted great the bread was nice. Negatives: salad small in quantity. weapons grade chips mainly too hard dried up and virtually inedible. Disgusting cheese dippers and chicken bites should have only be used for hand to hand combat. Chocolate eclairs still frozen and sweating profusely in their container. Premises impossible to contact.

it was a little late, but on a Friday night, totally understandable. most important thing, food was yummy and service was friendly! Will definitely use again. Thank you!

Arrived early but incredibly poor value for money. £28 for 2 kebabs and wings which were cold, dry, rubbery and just bland. Won’t be ordering from here again.

Such a shame as we use this takeaway all the time. Nearly always late but his time the lamb was blackened and the chicken was as dry as a bone. Come on folks, 45 minutes late and less than 10 minutes away?!! 🤦‍♂️

Made a bad decision by giving them another chance, blond haired lady delivered I opened the door all cheerful (have proof on ring doorbell) delivery does not look at me and chucks bag in front of me (over 50 pound) bag splits, we both try to pick up she throws on floor again. Leaves not a word! I’m in shock

Half an hour late (1.5 hours total wait). When it has arrived it is soggy, stone cold and inedible. Straight in the bin and too late to start cooking something else. Livid.

Food took ages to be delivered was half hour later than we got told an then when it did turn up half of the food was cold

Delivery tonight was very poor, arrived with only drinks and salad. When they returned the food was cold and old. Very disappointed

Not only was the food late, there was no apology from the driver. I found a chicken bone in the pizza which made my gum bleed slightly, and in the kebab there was about of fat on the chicken. Normally the food is very good so I’m very surprised and disappointed for this

Had a special chicken kebab here and it was insane. The chicken was moist and the chilli sauce was crazy good! Definitely recommend, delivery was fast and the guys on the phone were great when I felt I needed some more sides after placing my order. Thanks!

Placed my order at 8:45pm given an initial delivery time of 9:20-9.40pm.. phoned the restaurant at 9.45pm because order had not arrived, to be told by the restaurant that the order is out for delivery and should be with me in 10-15mins so by 10pm, restaurant apologised as they had one driver… 40mins later time now is 10.20pm still no order so I phoned the restaurant again, and they said the same thing…. So I asked to cancel the order and I have now requested a refund through just eat…

Ordered donner and chicken kebabs, delivered with no salad, called and told can't send driver back with just salad. Food was just about edebail, only just. Will never order from here again

Owner shouted at me for collecting at the time specified by just eat and not 20 minutes earlier! Very rude.

So not only was our food 20 MINUTES LATE, it was also barely adequate. The burger roll was soggy, the chips and pizza was warm. And the scampi had no flavour, and there was no apology from the driver due it being late.

No salad for kebab and only one can of Rio delivered

Poor taste, so much sauce in it that it just disintegrated the wrap. Asked for lettuce and onion only but it was packed out with cucumber. Meat was pretty bland.

I’ve ordered Shish kebabs before which normally include the lamb, roasted onions, peppers & mushrooms. Well todays order didn’t have anything apart from the lamb. The order was missing the roasted peppers, onions & mushrooms so I’m not happy with my order this time.

Unhappy with the food, cold on delivery and food was generally soggy. Disappointed and won’t be ordering again.

Pizza's are not greasy, and the mixed kebab is outstanding

My order was nearly two hours late. After calling them they admitted it was a fault of there’s and they still refused to give any money back . Had me Waiting until gone 8 o’clock to feed two young children ! I used to be a very good customer of theirs and after three bad experiences and lack of decent customer service I will never buy from here again.

The food box and paper were open and the large mixed kebab was all over the bag with sauce. Due to this, the meat was cold and inedible. The reason for the late review is due to the app not working on my phone and having sign in problems but I demand a refund on the kebab as I’m a frequent customer.

My food arrived late and Luke warm and I called the restaurant twice asking where the food was and I was told the driver had tried to ring me and I had no miss called. So the food was at reception and I was not informed

fast delivery but food quality has gone totally down hill. every order gets worse and is always missing atleast 1 item. then they cancel my last order as was unhappy for me to use a stamp card that I'd built up with them over 6 orders safe to say I will not be using this place ever again and wouldn't recommend to anybody. a shame it is though as this place use to be a favourite of mine

Burgers were fine, chips were cold and rough as if they'd been sat out for a long time. SF chicken was old and had been reheated... Bit grey looking and entirely cold in the middle where it hadn't been heated through. Probably won't order again. Its a cold night so didn't expect it to be boiling but the chicken was awful and the chips very disappointing

Food was 40mins late and cold. Was told driver had a puncture on the way. Shame food wasn’t sent back and driver sent with new food. Very unusual as food is usually good! 😢

The food was cold wrong sauce and the meat quality has changed. Used to be lovely, not even remotely enjoyable now.

The nuggets meal was drenched in salt. Was not eatable. I have photographed the nuggets meal if required.

Wasn’t as warm as it usually is. Probably because the COLD can was in the bag. Would be best out of the bag somewhere different 😀

Chips are dreadful! Tasted stale and like they were yesterdays leftovers. Lamb kebab meat was tough and chewy. Again tasted like yesterdays. Won’t be using again.

Staying with family and needed food. Someone said they heard this place was good. I ordered a chicken burger meal with a 12” garlic bread. Had the lovely delivery guy come back because they gave him the wrong garlic bread, a pizza but the driver spotted this. I’m not sure if they’ve tried their own food as I found this one of the worse meals I’ve ever consumed. The chicken burger had no taste and wasn’t what I expected it to be, actual chicken breast and not a giant chicken nugget. Chips wear oily and chewy, I think they might’ve been left out and re-fried? The 12” garlic bread had no taste too. Good if you like band food I guess. Definitely won’t be ordering again when I’m in the village.

I picked up a kebab from here late on Sunday on the way home after a very long work weekend, and I have to say it was a great kebab. Beautifully cooked chicken and nice doner, I was especially pleased that they serve a real garlic sauce instead of the garlic mayo so many do.

Ordered for 7pm and it arrived at 6pm. The food spent an hour waiting for my wife to get home at 7 and then had to be microwaved. Not the first time this has happened. Pointless asking for a time slot if it's going to be ignored.

It was good experience with food and service

Vegetarian kebab was disappointing this time, mostly onions which were burned, very little of the other vegetables listed and no cheese. Not as described.
