Started queuing at 10.50 with a sign up saying wait time for food was 8 mins. Got seated quickly enough mmjw to be told it was lunch menu only. Disappointed but ordered anyway. After 40 mins still my food. That's simply not good enough when you're trying to catch a flight. Really bad show. 👎

Had an early flight and went here Big Mistake order food nothing big and breakfast come first and food was Luke warm and looked awful dried and portions were very small it took me a while to get the attention of the waitress. I asked the waitress could I speak to the manager and she replied what's wrong I said this food is not acceptable for the price mean while my hot drink still had not arrived a while later waitress returned with drink and said manager has cleared all charges at that point I left not even finishing my hot drink awful service and place.

Meal was sub par at best, my friend ordered a vegan meal, the presentation was completely unacceptable. The ‘tofu’ I wouldn’t even want to feed to my dog. When we had a complaint our waitress took it upon herself to argue back with us when we politely bought up the problem with her which was extremely condescending and patronising. We are four young girls who don’t often complain so this experience completely put a dampener on the beginning of our holiday. Absolutely DO not go here if you’re flying from Luton.

Rude, uninterested staff. Unable to accomodate the most simple requests. Couldn’t be bothered to take our order and wanted us to order on the app which you can’t do for certain dietary requests. Glasses were filthy, tried to swap for cleaner ones but they were all the same. Extremely expensive meal with a complete lack of basic service. Avoid.

Wish I had read the reviews first. Typical airport service where the servers know you will rarely return for food. Ordered two full English breakfasts. One arrived cold, the other tepid. Sent one back and it returned just as cold. Waitress was uninterested and offered no apology. The venue needs a good clean and the staff a good kick up the backside. Slovenly approach and poor attitudes all round. For the price I would suggest a much better result !!!

This place is a disaster. They have a sign saying food taking 13 minutes to serve yet an hour after ordering we were still waiting and almost missed the flight. Don’t stress yourself out. This place is awful. The waitress didn’t seem to care less.

Not all reviews are as written, some are very tru.... for instance the service from Jen is great, big smile, friendly chat. We had just some starters, tasted great waited for 30 min as promised when we got in :-) And it is at the airport so not cheqp, nothing is at the airport

Visited here before our flight, service was adequate and food was well cooked and hot and price ok. You get what you pay for.

I ordered a pepperoni pizza. WS terrible salty and oily. I couldn't eat it. I send it back that salty was. Explanation was that the cheese from the pizza was salty. I ordered a bolonese pasta. I was realy hungry. Let we say wer pasta swimming is tomato sauce. Not pleasent at all. The only good think was the browny with ice cream that was spot on. Food disgusting. I do not recomand at all for food. Total was £27.

It was such an amazing experience for me, I was also served by a beautiful kind young lady Jen, she was absolutely sweet and kinda to me and my friends made our experience a whole lot better.

Perfect! Jen was our waitress. Loved the experience and the food , I'd definitely be coming back again!

Food took forever to arrive. And was stone cold. And cost a fortune. My chicken salad had mouldy lettuce. Save yourself the hassle and eat somewhere else.
