I seldom write negative reviews, but my experience at this place was so dire that I feel obligated to share. We ordered a shisha with great anticipation, but what was delivered bore no resemblance to our request. Our efforts to address the mix-up were met with astounding apathy. Worse still was the management's demeanor—unapologetically brusque and patently inhospitable. Not once did they show the slightest inclination to rectify their error. This establishment's flagrant disregard for customer satisfaction and basic courtesy is unacceptable. I am left with no choice but to advise others to steer clear if they value their time and money.

I rarely leave reviews, but my recent experience at this establishment compels me to warn others. We placed an order for a specific shisha flavor, only to receive something entirely different. When we brought this to the attention of the staff, our concerns were met with a disheartening combination of indifference and dismissiveness. The management’s behavior was the pinnacle of unprofessionalism—rude, unfriendly, and completely unapologetic about their mistake. It's one thing to err, but it's another to show no intention of making it right. This place has shown a profound lack of customer service and respect, making it a venue I can neither recommend nor plan to visit again.

If I could rate my experience with this place without giving any stars, I would. The scenario was simple: we ordered a shisha flavor we were eager to enjoy. What we got instead was a completely different flavor—a mistake that could have been easily forgiven had the staff shown any interest in correcting it. However, their indifference was eclipsed by the management's outright rudeness. Instead of finding a solution or offering a sincere apology, they treated us with contempt. It's astonishing how the basic tenets of hospitality were ignored. I regret stepping into this establishment and advise others to avoid it if they seek a pleasant experience.

I don't know how they have 4.7. The halepino balls were way over fried 🤢 They Cookie dough was like an undeniable Dime bar, no joke 🤮. Manager was ok at the start but annoyingly fussy over us taking pics when we were alone. Not to mention the annoying coal change costs another shisha price after 2 hours along with the £2 charge paying by card. Never going again.

A decent Sports Lounge, it host many sport events, you can get food and drinks from here and they provide many different shisha flavors, it's decent value for money, and after 6pm you can park at vicarage street for free which is opposite the University of Bedfordshire Library block, it has many tv screen and there are heaters inside to keep you warm, the staff are cool, pretty chilled which is also great, the seating arrangement isn't too bad, there are some seats which aren't so optimal for viewing, It's cash only which is a bit annoying and the mint tea is green tea so if you want mint tea, they don't have this.

I came here a few days ago and all I can say is wow! The food we ordered was clearly cooked fresh and made to order. The drinks recommended by the waiter were delicious! We got a sharer platter and the portion sizes was very generous. The price was really reasonable: the atmosphere was second to none, plenty of screens and good music for a nice vibe. Will deffo be making this our new regular spot! The only thing I could fault was that it was cash only. Other than that we are looking forward to our next visit.
