KFC in Luton

3 orders and all 3 times the dips are missing This can't be a coincidence. Rip off merchants!

Food was missing. The burger buns were stale. One drink was missing and the order came 45 minutes late.

Never had such a bad takeaway, all food was cold and dry with a funky taste. This cannot have been fresh chicken. Should be ashamed of themselves selling this! Total waste of money and left with hungry children!

Absolutely terrible 😞 food not been up to standard since 1980 s. And this is true. The chicken well you bite into it thinking lovely and tasty!!! Then the skin comes off not crispy at all very bad chicken. I don't think the KFC man gonna be impressed!!!. So don't waste your money.... honest opinion 👌. Get that chichen shop sorted. 0 🌟 s

I do not understand, why this place still open and works. They worming up old food cooked day before... Why health and safety still did not visit them? If you go through all reviews on Google, you can have a shock. Please close this place some one, save people health... Ordered 6 ps of chicken and corn.. all chicken wasn't freshly cooked at all.. discasting. Do not order from this place to avoid disappointment... Level of the service defenetly not for UK..

The Mam today doing orders, was so polite and helpful. There was some issue with my order but she helped me out in every way possible. Thank u so much. This is our favourite place to eat. C u soon. ☺️❤️

I order original receipe chicken and zinger and the chicken was dry and not up to standard.

It wasn’t ever delivered! It was delivered to somewhere in Bury Park from information on your delivery map, but I live on a farm in Caddington! ALL of my delivery information that I had given on the order was CORRECT. Seriously disappointed.

Food was cold and poor quality. Was only given a credit (not a refund) of £4.50’of £15 paid. Once I’ve used the credit I’ll close my account.

Tiny pieces of chicken which had been cut in half before frying so didn't receive 6 pieces as advertised. Same local chicken+ chip shop taste to chicken nothing special. Fries were only 5 in a tiny paper sleeve! Not enough portions to feed two adults!

This was the worst dry chicken we have ever had. Maybe it was kept warm from lunchtime and then delivered cold.

Disappointed that the order was wrong. The receipt had the correct items but not in the bag? The missing items were ordered for my wife as a treat so added to the disappointment.

Worst experience.. not worthy of spending 13 pounds for the food. Only 8 wings are present in order but i have ordered 10 wings . And also the fries quantity is not satisfactory. They were not fried properly. Literally this is one of my worst kfc experience. I have never faced such experiences before. I thought just eats would help me with the compensation. I have also submitted the refund claim.. but there is no response from them , this is not the customer service expected from your app

The chicken patty in the zinger burger was raw so it wasn’t cooked properly, tried to call the restaurant but no answer 🤷. Well didn’t enjoy the burger but the kids meal was ok.

Hi, I am afraid we are very disappointed in our delivery this time. I ordered a Colnels meal and we received two boneless chicken meals. I ordered Sparkling Water x 2 and received two Still Waters. Also, our chips were very few and cold.

gravy lids were not put on properly so we ended up with loads of gravy across our meals/in the bag, was very messy!

I just ordered from here via the app and after seeing and tasting the food, I feel sick. Everything felt slimy, the batter was sliding off the fillets, the taste was vile and then after tasting I looked inside the chicken and it looked as if it wasn't fully cooked. The only edible thing was the fries. I had to chuck the chicken away it was that bad. I'm not lying, I'll have to say that this was hands down the worst KFC I have ever had. I don't think I want KFC for along time now
