I went here for the karaoke night which was so much fun. Nylah’s customer service was the best she really looked after everyone and made me feel welcome even though I came by myself. Very quick and friendly service. *cough cough* give Nylah a pay rise🤪

Worst service ever seen by the bartenders. They are making fun of the guests behind the bar. Making racist comments. Not recommend at all. Food was good but it took so long to come to the table. Bartenders are giving fake promises on food timing to just get the order in and making guests wait for so long. That girl in blonde hair is so rude not even to us but to others too. She is just not seem to be happy with her job. Making comments after taking all the orders from the guests to their way of talking when guests don’t understand the menu. She is the worst bartender i’ve ever seen in my life. Being a manager of the restaurant, I really didn’t expect this from the restaurant where the food is so good and the atmosphere is so magical to keep the guests there for long. But this kind of service ruined everything when guests want to stay there for long to enjoy. We wanted to spend the whole evening there and wanted to order some more but she makes us leave the place and I won’t be coming back again. I defiantly knows a lot of guests leaves everyday because of this kind service by these bartenders.

Nice place many tvs to watch sport. Nice friendly atmosphere with good service bergers tasty.

Nice pub in Luton Town Centre. They have a poll and ping pong table that you can get to play with friends, so long as you have coins to feed it. The ping pong table is free for now, so get in there fellas. Patrons in literally every age range, so you can't feel out of place.

Will definitely come back here the place is clean and the service is really really good I will definitely refer friends for a nice place good food and good service

Went in this morning for breakfast, food right on point. Staff was very friendly and welcoming. So many tvs for the sport would definitely recommend for any sport fan. Will be back!

My brother's and I decided to try this place out for breakfast. We got there just before 10 and checked out the menu. Ordering was pretty straightforward. After 5 minutes one meal came out, the eggs looked questionable as the yolk was everywhere. My brother started eating and I noticed his egg looked snotty and a large glob of raw egg white dropped off his fork. I told him to take it back and get a fresh one. 10 minutes later the other 2 meals came out. My other brother's egg was the same and one of mine was like that. Bro 1 got his plate back and the eggs were still poorly done so both took them back. A 15 minute wait-to cook 4 eggs!! - and the meals are returned, however the rest of the meal was stone cold!! Like in all that time they couldn't heat it up. We weren't impressed at all and they even almost forgot their drinks!!

Just as I finished my meal on the 8th January found a long black hair on my plate (my husband and I have short grey hair). The staff on that day didn't care. I was contacted by staff with an offer to put things right, which I accepted. The food today was wonderful. We will be returning in the future.

Milan was absolutely wonderful. Always has a smile, and the service is excellent. Takes time to chat and nothing too much for her. Never let her go!!!!

Thank you to all the staff at Off the Wall who hosted our choir for our Karaoke Party recently. They were all amazing, we all had the best time and everyone was so welcoming. I’m sure we’ll be coming back for our next one!!!

Off the wall is a great place for watching sport and regularly takes bookings from groups of Luton fans on a match day. Youre spoilt for choice when it comes to screens . They have a good variety on tap to cater for most tastes.

Cold food greasy chips un edible, I shall give them credit for wanting to sort it out but that’s as good as it gets. Refunded and left and never going back. Staff were helpful but that doesn’t make up for the experience.

If you like pubs to have lots of sticky tables that needed a wipe over and empty glasses dotted all around, disinterested bar staff and loud customers then this is the pub for you

Food was surprisingly good and the bar staff where friendly. Some of the people in the pub where undesirable but it's what u get with a pub in Luton.

It's like being home! It's so warm and welcoming; the stuff is super polite and they do take care of you. I could spend hours and actually I did. I came here for work a couple of times (you can work nicely and comfy) and took the chance to eat in here. I would have the same again and stay for longer too! Well done!!!

Staff are all lovely and welcomingand the food is great came in with my partner. I highly recommended the katsu and my partner loves the chicken wrap. Will definitely be back

The manager is a big problem I was in there one week and there was a girl outside obviously had a drink spiked and the manager tried to remove her from the property and as far away as they could apparent lack of duty and welfare for a patron who was 20 something in a short skirt

Nice drinks, staff are funny & really good TV entertainment... Only negative is that I wish the toilets were better, maybe they are getting them fixed soon.

Great place to chill and have drinks. There's not many places in Luton that are this great for entertainment and there's stuff for everybody tbh. I recommend the pornstar martini cocktail!

Off the wall is great! Took my staff there for a drink at 8/9ish and ended up staying til 3🤣 the music and 2-4-1 cocktails had us!

The wings here are some of the best I've ever had, I've been here for 3 separate occasions to watch sports and each time the wings have been to die for. Although will say the last time they started the clubbing part of their night while the boxing was still happening, so it makes it quite difficult to watch the match when there's lots of music blaring. But aside from that everythings been perfect.

Great evening spent here with friends and family. Insanely good food complimented with a great selection of drinks all at a competitive price! The service and attentiveness from all the bar and floor staff was exceptional and exceeded all my expectations. Would highly recommend!

I don’t go out in Luton often since the nightlife has changed so much over the years, but I found myself in Off The Wall last week and was shocked at how good the service was and considerate the staff were. I don’t often leave reviews but it would give me great satisfaction to know that the lady who worked there and helped me out when I felt unwell was recognised. She had blonde hair and I think was the manager. She was so friendly offering water and a place to sit, and even called me a taxi. In a world where professionalism and friendliness is hard to find, this lady had it in abundance. I will definitely be coming back - thanks once again!

I came in for lunch with my brother in law. I had reordering and my brother in law had a strongbow we was served by Sophie she was in the kitchen but helped serve us. The food was very nice I had a mixed grill and my brother in law had a chicken tika and had couple of games of pool thank you for your great service. Will definitely come back.

My name is Agatha I’m not rely happy about the events that took place on Saturday night in off the wall because I see it from the beginning to the end a guy had come over the fence in the smokers area of off the wall and the manager kicked him out what was fine because he shouldn’t have come over the fence if they have refused him access to the venue but after that he come back and kicked a Asian guy out for no reason who literally didn’t do anything wrong and he was the only Asian in the venue what make me think it was racially motivated and the manager was trying to abuse his power because he was Asian maybe he was trying to take his anger out on the Asian boy over the boy who jumped the fence but what I saw was disgusting and traumatic we live in a multicultural society this shouldn’t be happening in this day and age hope you fix this off the wall if head office want to speak to me I’m willing to talk to them thanks

Would’ve given 0 stars if possible if only to write this review for all those out there looking for a family friendly environment. Wanted to take my family out for an evening to watch the rugby and enjoy a fun night out. Was told my children were unwelcome in the second half and the manager acted like he was doing us a favour by saying although we wouldn’t see the second half we would have an extra 15 minutes. Clearly he didn’t read the rules on minors as there were two of us accompanying the two children and they are incredibly well behaved. I feel discriminated against as a South African given my team were playing and honestly didn’t want to believe the bad comments the staff had made about their manager the night before. Will not be visiting this place again and feel ashamed that when this was Yates it was a far superior environment as opposed to the abysmal and empty vessel this pub has become. It’s also sad that the owner doesn’t know that all the people old enough to consume alcohol only come out at 10 and he’s clearly not with the times. Please find a new manager and don’t call yourself a family or even decent atmosphere in future By the way if you’re ordering the melted chicken and bacon with barbecue please be aware it comes with own shrapnel of bacon that is too burnt to be called edible. Will not visit again In response to your tasteless message I would like to make clear that when I rang about the game no such policy was mentioned about children so maybe educate yourself on the conversation before commenting. It’s also not “matching” specific needs as you’re basically saying you value people who buy liquor over families who want to spend time together with some party. We stumbled upon this classic sports pub whilst staying at a Luton airport hotel enroute to Greece and we're pleasantly surprised. We dined from the Daily Deal menu, a small plate with a drink, €6.99 plus €1 more for a beer upgrade. I had a delicious piece of perfectly fluffy fried cod with chips (fries) and peas (choice of regular or mashed, I went with the regular) and my partner had Tiki Masala, which came with nan bread, rice and lime pickle. Both meals were great for pub food. At 8 p.m. they put out the free toast and jam (Monday, Toast Night, Tuesday, Jamie's Quiz, Wednesday, UV Pool, etc.). So we had toast for dessert. The bartender and waitress were attentive and the food came out fast. Several people watched Monday Night Football (soccer) and it got quite loud at times. What do you expect from a sports pub?! We had a good time.

My first visit yesterday. I ordered 5 small plates. I enjoyed most of it, but the potato skins wasn't what I was expecting. It looked like jacket potato with mainly spring onion. I have had them before in another pub belonging to the same chain in Worthing, and they were completely different. I will return though, but probably for lunch

Classic town night out. If you go out at night, best to go in a big group though, it is packed with lads haha

This is a sports bar! Sat night at about 2200, playing sports which is perfectly OK if that's what you are wanting but not for us.
