Hadn't been in a Starbucks for a while. We won't be returning. For those who are not regulars, it is not clear where to order. £9+ for two small coffees 😳 (albeit non standard). Is the straw meant to pierce the plastic drinks covering? It doesn't! The toilet was not clean. There was unmentionable brown stuff around the rim. This branch is not a good advert for Starbucks.

Visited today with my daughter and Granddaughter for coffee. Served by a rude member of staff, she definitely needs some customer service training. As much as I love Starbucks I won't be going in there again, politeness costs nothing.

We are big fans of Starbucks, generally. And even in this one, our drinks and pain-au-chocolat were good. However, given that the Starbuck's mission is apparently "To inspire and nurture the human spirit...", I think the lady who took my order had better go back to nurturing classes. She never cracked a smile throughout the whole transaction and made me feel completely unwelcome. (The guy who actually handed over the drinks was much nicer.) We won't be going back. There are plenty of other lovely places in Lynn where you can get a drink and a pastry!

First a last time 6 members of staff and still very slow, one member that had finished her shift was standing in the food preparation area brushing her hair followed by a secondnd one playing with her hair and as I sit writing this a nother one doing the same it's not good

After my visit today it would be my last to this store. No customers were inside yet the tables and floors were absolutely flithy. Dirty pots on the table, when they did collect the pots they were just piled in a corner for later. I went to the toilet area, firstly i went to the middle toilet to walk to a blocked toilet with poo all over it. The next toilet was 'ok' with a macdonalds flurry on the sink. I kindly told the staff about the blocked toilet and the answer i got was 'oh dont worry it does it all the time'! I found this attitude very disturbing in a food establishment. The woman continued to slouch on the counter and talk her colleague. The sandwich i bought was warm, food safety not at its best. Coffee was warm not hot. Sorry but staff need re training on food safety.

I am customer of Starbucks for many years and visit it in many different towns in UK , ireland and Europe but only in Kings Lynn start stuff start to clean whole coffee 1-2 hours before closing time ,no place to sit , uncomfortable environment

The coffee served in this cafeteria is good but the venue is a “bit of a barn of a place” which is perhaps a good thing during these difficult times when social distancing is the order of the day. The service however cannot be faulted.

Staff are rude and would rather chat with their flock of mates than serve people queuing. I’ve been in several times recently and have experienced this on each occasion. In addition, CLEAN THOSE FILTHY TOILET DOORS. They are minging and have been since my first visit 2 years ago. With or without Covid, they are disgusting. I push open the door by using a napkin.

A friend recommended that we pop in for a coffee. Well where does one start! Dirty and unclean tables Floors have spilt drinks and food Chairs/soft furnishings are utterly filthy Toilets disgusting and smell Staff stand around talking Greggs is 30seconds away, go there! This may sound harsh, but at £3.00 per drink, I expect the service and premises to reflect that!

We are normally Starbucks fans and when we come shopping to KL we pop in. Today, however, we looked closely at what the place was like and have decided that in future we will go elsewhere. Very pleasant lad took order, but quite a wait between ordering and receiving drinks as the girl making the drinks was awol collecting more supplies. Said drinks were produced in takeaway, paper cups with plastic lids. When I looked confused, I was told they were serving drinks in paper cups today as the dishwasher was broken. Toastie arrived on proper plate. Drinks do not taste the same out of a takeaway cup. Had to clear our own table; one end of the counter was overflowing with detritus which thoughtful customers had tried to clear; floor was generally pretty grubby and many of the armchairs were filthy. When it opened a few years ago it was quite an inviting, warm and comfortable space. It now looks a little cavernous and grubby. After sitting for 25 minutes or so, we did witness a worker start to clear the end of the counter by putting plates in the dishwasher (wait a minute, I thought it was broken?) as we left she had abandoned the tidyup. A disappointing visit.

We ordered a coffee frapchino and tasted it and it was really sweet a boy like caramel,so we went up and asked for a new one. They made us one but it was still really sweet.then we went up again and asked for another one this time a different person made it. It was still really sweet! So then we asked for a mango smoothie instead so they they would make it and they made us a tropical ice tea. We are never going there again

Came in for coffee and sandwich with family , couldn’t help seeing two girls who I later found out were staff, sitting in the middle of the restaurant eating McDonalds! When my other half arrived I jokingly said to her that we should have had McDonalds too - only to be shouted at by one of the girls that they work here and are on their break. Think Starbucks need to review their approach to customers , especially as their staff take up space meant for customers Not impressed and won’t be returning

Gingerbread Latte is insanely good, cannot have enough of it!! I have seen a new drink - salted caramel brownie hot chocolate.. Anything that is salted caramel flavour must be tried on!! Lovely atmosphere with view of high street of Kings Lynn to stare at people while sipping coffee. It is so on, anytime.. Place could be a bit more tidier I would have to say. Every time I’m walking in I have to ask for table to be cleared and cleaned. That needs to be improved.

My partner and I ordered a meal yesterday evening through uber eats around 8pm. Our food was delivered about 9:10pm and we opened our food to see our order was not only wrong! Plus the fries we ordered were pale, hard and very undercooked! The cheese burger was meant to be plain and it comes covered in mayo sauce I'm allergic too! The meal was inedible... The restaurant closed at 9pm but my partner called them the second we saw our meal wasn't correct, they answered the phone and we explained what happened then they hung up!! I called them back instantly and they never answered. I called over 10 times and they still didn't answer. So my partner drove to the restaurant and the staff members were still inside but locked the doors, he knocked on the door and told them what happened. They said there's nothing they can do!!Absolutely appalling!!

Great restaurant with friendly and welcoming staff. The food was really tasty and well presented. We had one of the charming and very cosy beach huts. We will certainly be back in the future

An amazing Dining Experience . Beautifully cooked and presented food , expertly served by Catering and Hospitality students. My only issue ( if you can call it that ) was the large quantity of the Bacon main course. I took half of mine hone for the cat. We enjoyed the meal and the team were lively. Our thanks to Amy for reserving us a Parking space. Highly recommended. We will br back
