The best restaurants serving American food in England

1 out of 5 staff just not good enough the order was short boneless filet and dips meal. The dips didn’t appear with the order. The chap who took the order in the first place couldn’t speak much English which you’d have thought was a must given the job. This isn’t the only time I have had bits missing from previous orders. Only use the place once in a blue moon, it’ll be a long time till I go back there if at all.

The food was fresh and I loved the service it was pretty quick. The manager of the store was very kind.

No hand sanitation available in broken toilets or disabled toilets. Asking kitchen staff for hand sanitation was non existent. So how do they clean their hands. Disgusting.

I live nearby and I've been there a few times, and it has been absolutely great every time. One of the times I asked for a regular when I actually wanted a small. Even though I corrected my order after they had started making my coffee, they still charged me for a small. Great customer service!

Tuve tiempo para matar antes de llegar en tren a casa, siempre pasaba por lo de Archie y siempre parecía bastante ocupado. Probablemente hasta el tiempo de espera para la comida! Sólo pedí tiras de pollo y tater tots. Esperé más de 15 minutos, un par de pedidos después de que consiguiera su comida. Acaba de leer comentarios y puede ver por qué la gente se equivoca de comida o la gente la toma. El servidor no revisó mi boleto y podría haber tomado la comida de cualquiera. Aunque, después de la espera y tener que correr por mi tren, las dos cosas que sí tenía eran muy buenas. De hecho, me impresionó mucho.

Stopped to charge the car. Store was closed due to a card fault so used the drive thru! No issues. Went to the door to see if they would let our daughter use the toilet (it had been a long drive). The rudest old lady was sat in her Modus outside stuffing her face. Stated she was a member of staff. We asked if they could let us in so our daughter could use the toilet - her growl/reply "No - we are not a services love". Then back to stuffing her face!!! 🙄

Asked for 18 hot wings told him twice. Paid for 18 hot wings.got home and there were only 12. In the bag. Seriously needs more English people working there..

La comida estaba bien, y la señora del mostrador era encantadora, pero, justo cuando empezamos a comer, un miembro del personal con el que no habíamos tenido ninguna interacción, o incluso visto antes, vino e insistió en que dejara comentarios, apuntando a la dirección web en el recibo. Dije que lo haría, pero ella se quedó ahí, insistiendo en que lo hice de inmediato. Empecé a completar la encuesta, pero ella seguía inclinándose tratando de hacerlo en mi teléfono ella misma, y diciéndome que eligiera las mejores puntuaciones para todo. Cuando llegó a una pregunta en la que se preguntaba si algún funcionario se había destacado, dijo “pon mi nombre, Fahima”, señalando su placa de identificación. Protesté porque no había tenido ninguna interacción con ella, pero ella dijo “solo pon mi nombre y haz clic en continuar”. Hubo muchas preguntas, y remarqué que era muy largo (y también me estaba abrumando un poco que ella se parara a mi lado hasta que lo había completado a su gusto mientras mi comida se estaba enfriando) a lo que ella respondió “bueno, por lo general tomamos los teléfonos de los clientes y lo rellenamos por ellos”! Un poco más tarde, hubo otra pregunta que preguntó qué era lo mejor de mi visita y de nuevo, ella dijo “solo ponga mi nombre y haga clic en continuar”! Puedo asegurarte, Fahima, que ser intimidada para dejar comentarios fraudulentos por ti definitivamente NO fue lo mejor de mi visita, y le daré a este restaurante un amplio lugar en el futuro.

Manager overly concerned with outside garbage...not a good impression for a paying customer. Outside inside and washrooms were dirty...service very slow.

Got uber deliver and they forgot 80% of the order!! Driver couldn't give a toss so wont be using uber of kfc again!!!!!!!!

My Quarter Pounder was stone cold, even the cheese was not completely melted. The gherkins and onions were so sparse as to be almost non existent. The fries were cold . My husband had a double cheeseburger and fries which were cold. His chocolate milk shake was pink and had the taste of a mixed strawberry and weak chocolate. The staf were very pleasant. We would never return to or recommend this restaurant . The birds ate some of the recycled food; although rather expensive bird food.

We ordered online and went to pick it up. It must have been three quarters of an hour after they opened. The chicken we were given was, we can bet, the previous day's.

Nothing wrong wrong with food but prices are ridiculously high for dry fast food not worthy anymore. Everytime I take kids there it’s costin £30+ I mean you can get indian, chinese, fish and chips and anything you want for that much. No thanks.

Once again missing items from our order. We expect it now, but getting all the way home to find other items missing after already highlighting is just another level
