Stopped to charge the car. Store was closed due to a card fault so used the drive thru! No issues. Went to the door to see if they would let our daughter use the toilet (it had been a long drive). The rudest old lady was sat in her Modus outside stuffing her face. Stated she was a member of staff. We asked if they could let us in so our daughter could use the toilet - her growl/reply "No - we are not a services love". Then back to stuffing her face!!! 🙄

Second time in 2 weeks I've ordered a drive in take away. The first time I got home and realised 1 burger was missing 2nd time having collected at the drive in window then parked in the car park. Realised out of an order of 2 Big Macs and fries both Big Macs were missing. Back into the store to complain and eventually somebody acknowledged me and the missing items were replaced.

25mins wait for a cup of coffee, after asking where it was it was collected from the back and I was told it was my fault as the called out my order two times. They didn’t , I was standing three foot away and at no time was my number called or a coffee brought out. The wait was bad enough but for the blame to be put on me was very cheeky. First time in many trips to McDonald’s that the coffee was nice and hot though.

We ordered a double quarter pounder and only got served a single. When my girlfriend went to enquire she was told that without a receipt as proof they would do nothing but the machine wasn’t issuing receipts! They had then run out of common sauces. Customer service was non existent. Whilst we were there they had lost another customers order or forgotten about it. Terrible place! A disgrace to the franchise!

Today Itook my 2 grandchildren for a treat at Baynards Green restaurant. First disappointment, no milk shake drinks. Second requested book with Happy Meal got a toy. Third no tomato sauce or serviettes available at the dispenser area. This was followed by a lengthy wait as my order was of a reasonable size and the restaurant was busy so I accept this as I do with the fact food and drinks were cool to cold when order was collected. What was highly noticeable was the number of customers having to return their order as it was incorrect. My first and last visit to this restaurant. Hope this may be of help to others with young children that this restaurant is very much a drive through prioritised facility.

We used the drive thru for a breakfast order today and I am still 7 hours later sat in disbelief at the poor customer service and rude encounter I received by the female manager on duty. Having ordered porridge amongst our breakfast order, had this added to the screen, paid for the full order moved to second window I realized that they had forgotten to give us our porridge. I went back and the manager on duty rudely informed me that I couldn’t have porridge as they haven’t sold it for 3 years! I said, McDonald’s do sell porridge as I bought some from a different branch last week!? She said well you didn’t buy it here we don’t sell it! I explained no one had mentioned this at either the order point or payment point and I had been charged. The manager continued to argue with me and had a really awful attitude, she was blaming me for ordering something they not sell but their staff had not told me. I think some basic customer service training wouldn’t go a miss, if this is how the manager behaves what hope do the staff have. I left without the porridge having paid for something they don’t sell! Crazy.

If anyone suggests otherwise tell them to visit this restaurant full of halfwits who seem totally incapable of packing items from a screen in front of them into a paper bag. Every bloody time we've been we have had issues. Today two kids missed out on meals because despite ordering online 40 minutes earlier we sat and waited for another 20 for them to make the food. Moved to the second collection window for a large 40 quid order where drinks and ice creams came out ages before the hot food and yet again we got home to not one but two missing meals...this time they remembered to put the drinks in mind you so a slight improvement on previously but little consolation to a pair of eleven year olds whose words were "Why did you go to Barnards Green anyway Dad?" They are quite right, I'd rather drive to bloody Ipswich than give these fools 40 quid again. According to anyone else I've asked this is commonplace and most of my mates avoid it. I don't want your free meal apology offer thanks, you'd probably get it wrong anyway

Visited here twice in the past few weeks trying to get food after watching motorbike racing at Silverstone - word of advice, DON’T BOTHER. Rude staff, last time they waited until we had ordered our food, waited 15 minutes for it then said that we couldn’t eat it there and would have to leave. Today arrived to be told they were doing drive thru only, not even allowed in to use the loo. Total waste of time!!

One thing about being a key worker is working night, but on the way home ? you just get the craving for a Double Sausage and Egg McMuffin, this place really lets everything down, I've stopped here several times, and you guessed it I've actually been served once, and that was a pretty bad one at best( it wasnt the greeting ( Morning Darlin? whats you poison ?????? ) it was the fact the website advertised 6.00 am Opening ? now that to me means ready to serve,when you see the Till person packing up the cones and telling you to come back in half an hour, when I questioned her" she replied you cant use the toilet till at least 7.00 either as the staff arent in yet????

They are advertising a special deal on the veggie wrap for £1.99 on a massive board where you order but then I have been charged full price? Just read some of the recent reviews and it seems there is not any point in telling the Manager as he will just shrug his shoulders and say he does not understand! In these hard times he should be grateful he can open and still work and he should be making sure the staff know the correct prices to charge and he should be a lot better at customer service, he does not deserve to be in business.

We recently visited for a meal after a game of football and 11 days later we had a parking ticket for overstaying by 12 minutes. No friends had a parking ticket even though we were all in the car park for the same length of time.We entered the car park and by the time we had parked up and ordered, 10 minutes had passed due to Covid 19 restrictions.We then had to wait 20 minutes for our food! The restaurant did not even seem that busy.After our food the children wanted to play on the play equipment, which we agreed as we did not know there was a time limit for parking.Having spoken to the manager she was not willing to help with the parking charge.Met Parking sent a standard letter back following our appeal even though we could prove that it took 10 minutes to place an order and that friends had been in the car park for the same length of time.

had no problem with the food, the service was fine and the young lady giving instructions on the door was very efficient. my issue is with the horrendous loud music. ive noticed it in lots of mcdonalds. I asked the young lad that served us if the music needed to be so loud during breakfast service. He either had a speech impediment or was very nervous (which is fine) but he replied yes it has to be this loud. my wife said youve asked this before. and i rember the answer i received. apparently its set at that volume and cant be changed. thats ridiculous. it spoilt our breakfast and we left early

Stopped by to have a breakfast meal 30min before breakfast finishes. Our order was missed so we were told we can have an alternative meal. Before 11 i asked a memeber of staff where our order was and he replied “he will look onto it” however didnt comeback with anything.

Disgusted by service, waited for over 15 mins to be told items wernt available and would have to have an alternative and wait for that even longer too. When asked for refund manager only wanted to give me a partial refund and when asked for full refund took forever and tried to refuse me my reciepts! When questioned said manager about why it took so long to be told about items unavailable I had a shrug of shoulders and I dunno I dont understand!!! Won't be going back!!!!

In what I can only assume is some kind of virtue signalling gesture, mcdonalds are stupidly now insisting that diners wear masks when entering the restaurant, even when they are actually intending to dine in.So punters here are made to go through the farce or putting on face masks to order food at the kiosks and can then take it off once they have ordered food. Utterly pointless.

Best customer service I've received in years. Friendly,attentive,nothing was too much trouble and a genuinely lovely lady. The couple sat behind us had 2 small children and we engaged in conversation with them and they said they only come to this mcdonalds because of Traceys service and we totally understand why. McDonalds is McDonalds but Tracey makes this one very special.

We went to the McDonalds’ Baynards Green store for lunch today (3 Jan approx 12:45pm) and were very impressed with the customer service provided by Tracy. She walked past and offered to take our rubbish away and while doing so, she engaged in pleasant small talk. My friend asked her where the nearest Starbucks is and she then asked if we had tried a coffee from the McCafe range. When we said we hadn’t she asked what we wanted and then came back with coffees within minutes so we could taste them them for ourselves. She asked for our initial thoughts and was pleased we enjoyed them. It was a completely out of the blue offer which we not only gratefully appreciated but also made us walk away with a smile! Thanks Tracy; it’s lovely to experience great customer service!

Now that may not be Tracey's official job title as I cant remember exactly what her name badge said, but she excelled in making sure customers were enjoying their visit to the restaurant. She apparently is able to step into almost any position, should it be required to avoid customer delays, and she continually went round checking if customers/diners had everything they need. She saw we hadn't any napkins so immediately went and fetched some for us. She even spent time created various model animals etc from balloons for any children when she wasn't assisting customers. A welcome addition to any McDonalds restaurant for sure. Tracey is definitely a Mrs Fixit at Baynards Green, well done Tracey

I have the dubious pleasure of passing this Mc Donald’s on a very regular basis. Usually at silly o clock in the morning, it’s convenient if nothing else. They do seem to like playing games with food orders, as it’s a struggle to get it right first time. Don’t take it for granted that the label on your food actually means that’s what you have been served either! Very often I have had incorrect food wrapped in a wrapper that should contains what I have ordered.They can also be unbelievably slow to the point that one of my team left this mc Donald’s, drove to the Mc Donald’s in Bicester and got served before I was served at this branch!FAST FOOD IT IS NOT

I visited at around 8am on Friday 29th November to grab a coffee, it took well over ten minutes to arrive after ordering, lots of another customers were waiting around for their food as well. The restaurant appeared to be chronically understaffed and the staff that were there seemed to be prioritising the drive through customers.Obviously I don't blame the staff that were working, management just need to plan more of them.Not at all to the usual high standards (for a chain) of a McDonalds.

Just popped in on our way down south for some lunch and a driving break. The customer experience lady was fab! Asked if I was eating in and got me a high chair for my little girl. I hadn’t bought anything for my 18 month old as she’s picky and would just nibble on my chips, but the lady bought her a happy meal box with a whole selection of different foods for her to try! She ended up eating/trying apples, some fish finger, a chicken nugget and some chips! Nice touch.

Stopped here at 7pm on a Thursday night and was really disappointed to see just how unclean this place was. The table I sat at had crumbs from previous customer's meal and the 3 tables next to me had been cleared but not wiped (liquid stains clearly visible). There was food and wrappings on the floor under many of the tables. The napkin dispenser was empty and the split ketchup hadn't been wiped (for a while by the looks of things). The waste bins inside were full and the ones outside were overflowing! I saw one customer take a tissue out of her bag and wipe her own table before sitting down. Most Mcdonalds restaurants are spotlessly clean - this one appears an exception. Won't be going back.

I've just gone to the drive thru - 18.25 17 July The young man who was the order taker could not have been less interested. Tried to be smart with me, wearing a cynical smirk. Just got home, and the order was wrong with a portion of chips left off - no surprises given his disinterest.

2nd visit in a month. 2nd time no milkshake/ ice cream available, opted for coke instead. My husband took it back to change it because it didn’t taste like coke at all. Very weak replacement was exactly the same . Couldn’t be bothered to go through another ‘team tasting ‘. Chips were overly salty, I know it’s not the end of the world but the whole point of McDonald’s is that it’s the same everywhere. This one definitely is not.

Came here after a bad experience from Bicesters main store and the service was fantastic. Even though they had no fries the staff made the effort to make out orders the best they could be and also checked to make sure everything was there.

We stopped here today before heading back to London after shopping at Bicester. We placed our order at 10.40am and we finally received our Luke warm food at 11.20am. We only received the food after asking two members of staff to chase it up. It seems hat they concentrate on the drive through and neglect the customers in the restaurant. The manager needs to explain to the customers what is going on instead of hiding in the back and leaving the young members of staff to deal with the customers. I won’t be going back there in a hurry !

Visited this store for a quick breakfast, and whilst I was parked up as others have mentioned, the food did arrive quickly, and was hot and fresh. Did notice another review which went on about being charged for a "free coffee" and would just like to add my comment that for other stores in the area this is a very common policy to actually allow a customer to get a large drink on the loyalty card, because if you read it, whatever size drink you buy, you're only entitled to a medium. Just figured I'd mention this as it's not the fault of the store for following a correct policy which is consistent with what's written on the vouchers! But all in all, a good friendly, would definitely recommend!

Stopped for a coffee as I had been stuck on A43 due to an accident. I found this to be a typical McDonalds, but the staff appeared unfriendly and the welcome was poor. It was suited me to stop here on the day, but I certainly will not go out of my way to return.

Came across this outlet by chance whilst heading to the Motorway. Yes its on a busy A Road, but half a mile away is a large Motorway Service Area, with a large selection of outlets. Its a typical McD's usual range, but I found the service slow and the staff didn't seem to care. Disappointing.

Love this place to eat , always friendly service and quick, food is delicious. Only quibble is some portions like the popcorn squid need improving, either a bigger portion or not so expensive for what you get ! £8.75 is definitely too expensive for a few bites.
