The best restaurants serving American food in England

I thought I’d try Tim Hortons as I’ve heard mixed reviews. I tried the large caramel frappe and 2 doughnuts, apple and caramel fritter and chocolate brownie. I’ve had a lot of doughnuts in my time and these were really good! Very tasty and really hit the spot. However they were £3.29 per donut for quite a small donut, when you can get dougnotts for a similar price that are twice the size it’s quite expensive. The frappe was also very good and in line to the prices at Costa so can’t complain about that really! Overall good experience , tasty food, but very expensive doughnuts!

Ordered zinger meal and chicken fillet meal and it's was literally bagged to go as I drove from one window to the next. Food was ok

Typically at kfc i order a regular family sized meal for myself, however today was different as i just couldnt believe my eyes when the worlds greasiest biege kentucky fried chicken was served to me on a luxurious stainless steel platter. And instead i ordered the whole menu to do on my youtube channel (NicocadoAvocado) as a mass scale mukbang. Also lovely service from the cutiepie from behind the counter

Awful, waffle chips tasted like they had been cooked in fat from.last year, burgers looked great but tasted overcooked from a dirty griddle. Will never eat from.there again.

I visited Celebz diner on Ladypool Road for breakfast. I was made to wait outside for 15 minutes even though the diner should have opened at 12 on a Saturday. I was told I had to wait for a member of staff to come into work. Finally, the main door opened at 12:15. I ordered my breakfast and was disgusted to find a dead fly on the egg. I was also served cold tea. I complained to the female member of staff who was unapologetic and not helpful at all. She rudely replaced the breakfast. When returning with the tea, she sarcastically asked whether the tea was hot enough. I have never experienced such poor customer service. I requested to speak to the manager, however I was told that he had to leave. I left my number and I am still waiting for a call. Would not recommend this diner!

Chicken was dry, burnt and tasted disgusting, the chips were cold and covered in black bits, the beans were stuck together and crusty on top, the whole meal was foul

Absolutely terrible , wouldn’t feed it to my dog, pizza was awful, not even cooked right, didn’t cut the pizza, chips were cold and tasteless, I was over charged by £4, wouldn’t recommend to anyone, awful!

Este Burger King horario de apertura 8 am lunes - domingo pero siempre tarde nunca abre a tiempo , esta una estación de tren que la gente viaja necesita para obtener el desayuno. Espero que la oficina central haga algo al respecto. Gracias

Nice helpful staff but very slow service in the evenings, only me and 3 cars ahead but stuck here in the drive thru Q for 20 mins... Maybe someone has gone to tesco for more frozen chips????

Ordered home delivery via Just Eat. Food provided was less than ordered and paid for. Tried calling the number on the receipt but would not connect. Found the landline number and called several times, all calls rejected after a few rings. Tried to give feedback via KFC website which required branch number from receipt. There wasnt one. Found branch number and tried again providing order number on recipt as required. Details not recognised so could not proceed. Imagine if every customer is given less than they’ve paid for then somebody is making a healthy and undeclared income at the expense of the paying customer. Having investigated fraud for very many years I would not advise anyone to order from this branch unless you are present in the store to see that you get what you paid for.

Tienen una buena variedad de cosas para elegir, incluyendo un menú para niños, que es muy conveniente. La ubicación no es tan malo, destaca de las otras tiendas y negocios en esa carretera, que es una calle principal. El servicio estaba bien, pueden variar en función de lo ocupado es el restaurante. En general, fue una comida agradable y volvería de nuevo.

just picked up a meal. Chips were cold, burger was cold and the drink was cold which was the good thing. administration transformed the good old kfc experience with an eastern style.(that i didn’t like).

nice place for burger and staff are also friendly quality if food is good and fresh but not so fast is almost taken 40 min to serve as. Over all is worth but need work on timing .

Abysmal service; very slow in the kitchen (waited ~40 mins for a small order); generally poor attitude to customer service from the staff; food not up to KFC's usual standards — needs some QA
