I visited Celebz diner on Ladypool Road for breakfast. I was made to wait outside for 15 minutes even though the diner should have opened at 12 on a Saturday. I was told I had to wait for a member of staff to come into work. Finally, the main door opened at 12:15. I ordered my breakfast and was disgusted to find a dead fly on the egg. I was also served cold tea. I complained to the female member of staff who was unapologetic and not helpful at all. She rudely replaced the breakfast. When returning with the tea, she sarcastically asked whether the tea was hot enough. I have never experienced such poor customer service. I requested to speak to the manager, however I was told that he had to leave. I left my number and I am still waiting for a call. Would not recommend this diner!

As a family, we always go to Celebs to have breakfast and it is has always been served at a high standard consistently . However, our visit on Saturday had to be one of our best visits due to customer service that was received by the gentlemen on the shift (around 12.00pm). He was attentive and ensured that our breakfast met our needs. Would definitely be coming back to the Ladypool branch again!

Después de arruinar nuestro pedido dos veces, uno de los camareros nos ofreció un reembolso, que aceptamos, pero dijimos que como habíamos comido, no queríamos un reembolso completo y solo en parte. Resulta que el camarero no tenía autoridad para anular una factura y acepto que fue un error de su parte. Sin embargo, la forma en que el gerente manejó la situación y le transmitió eso fue despreciable. El gerente le gritó detrás de una puerta medio abierta. Nos enfrentamos al gerente sobre esto de manera educada y claramente no tenía intención de dejarlo pasar, ya que se puso a la defensiva. En lugar de disculparse por su conducta, respondió que el camarero era su personal y, por lo tanto, puede manejarlos como quiera. Discutimos una y otra vez y finalmente salimos de la tienda. El problema no está en el reembolso y tampoco tenemos un problema de que el camarero haya cometido un error ingenuo: solo estaba tratando de resolver las inquietudes, a diferencia de su gerente, que parecía querer agregar combustible al fuego. El camarero era excelente. Me pondré en contacto con la oficina central acerca de esto, ya que es claramente inaceptable. Como alguien que trabaja en el manejo de quejas, no querría que esta persona trabaje para mí. Su actitud es repugnante. Si usted (el gerente) está leyendo esto, entonces estoy seguro de que probablemente esté utilizando una gama colorida de improperios contra nosotros, como probablemente lo hizo cuando salimos de la tienda. Manager is very rude & humiliated my friend infront of diners after a faulty order was served & a discount was requested. Manager swore and humiliated the waiter who kindly offered a discount. Sorry, celebz, you need to learn how to approach situations with business ettiquette. You need to respect customers and your colleagues. By using foul language at iftar, when staff are busy serving fasting customers whilst themselves probably fasting too, you have only humiliated yourself. I do not recommend this restaurant because PAYING customers are not treated with respect by the angry, stingy manager. Excellent service from the waiter today (28/5/19).

Fui a comer a celebz en ladypool road y el chef (desafortunadamente) se equivocó de orden dos veces. A lo que uno de los miembros del personal dijo que me devolvería la comida. Acepté mantener la comida, pero pedí un pequeño descuento. El personal era absolutamente encantador. Sin embargo, cuando llegó el final de la comida y vino a recibir mi reembolso, el miembro del personal le pidió ayuda al gerente para poner el reembolso. Luego el gerente le dijo que fuera a la parte de atrás y le gritó (extremadamente alto) tanto al chef como a él. Cuando el gerente volvió a mí. Dijo que porque elegí quedarme con la hamburguesa y comerme, no había tal cosa como un descuento. "Su oficina central no lo permite". Le dije al gerente que no debía gritarle al personal y que debía hablar con ellos y con nosotros con respeto. Trataron la situación como usted esperaría un lugar profesional y de servicio al cliente para hacerlo. Luego me dijo que no le dijera / dictara cómo hablar con su personal. Y que él trata con ellos de la manera que él elija. Mi sobrino que estaba conmigo, le dijo que debía comportarse de manera más profesional y hablar con el personal en privado y que la situación debería haberse resuelto simplemente señalando su "error" y seguir adelante, en lugar de gritarle que no lo hiciera. El gerente luego tuvo la audacia de recordarme que es el mes de Ramadán. . . bastante irónico, considerando que no tiene la etiqueta básica de la empatía humana, o la capacidad de hablar con alguien con respeto. Le dije que ya no quería el reembolso porque me hacía sentir incómodo incluso querer hablar con él, y mucho menos querer pedir un reembolso. Me sentí mal por el encantador personal que estaba allí. Cuando nos íbamos, volvió a entrar en el área de la cocina y lo escuchamos gritar y maldecir nuevamente al personal. Una persona absolutamente vil!

Now what can I say other than the burgers were amazing. Nice atmosphere with lots of seating available. Welcoming staff. We ordered the peri peri burger, Southern fried burger and the bulk supreme burger. Absolutley delish!

Sat down very quiet in there . Didn’t realise we had to go up to order. So eventually we put our orders in couple of classic hotdogs. Simple enough food arrived hot ordered tea with food the cups were half filled thimble sized. Nothing to write home about but don’t bother rushing down here

All day breakfast. Quite good. Portions decent. Staff friendly but found the order complicated. We wanted well done eggs but initially they said they didnt do them that way.

I visited Celebs and had a great experience, the staff were very friendly and welcoming. Working within the catering industry I visit many restaurants and leave my views with the manager good or bad. On this occasion I went for my son's bday and it was a great choice. The Manager was very nice and catered to our expectations, food was fab... will definitely recommend and ignore any of the bad reviews.

My friend and I visited celebs today for some brunch...our waitress maryam was friendly and helpful..we chose the all day breakfast which was nice the only downfall was the food is served in metal tray hence went cold very quickly...saying that we will come back n try something else as there is a good choice of food on the menu.

So decided to try this place out. We had a kid with us as well. Service was friendly enough when we entered. However, there was a screen right behind us with music videos featuring half naked women. Not very family friendly. Requested the employees to lower the sound and they were nice enough to do it. We'd placed orders by then. Then the manager came out and asked why the music had been lowered. He proceeded to put it back to full volume despite being told that we requested it. This all right in front of us. We then asked to cancel our orders saying that we didn't like what he did. He was fine with that. Didn't say anything. Just cancelled our orders. I guess customers aren't that important to him. Fair enough.

I tried to place an order at the till with a visa card and was refused. I was told to use one of the electronic ordering stations. I was advised it was franchise policy. ...even though there was card machines at the till. I don't like using electronic kiosks so left and took my business elsewhere. Wont be going back.

Pasé muchas noches en este bar brillante. Me encanta Kate, Rowland, Tim y todo el personal. Lugar perfecto para jugar al billar, beber e incluso hacer karaoke. Incluso se convierte en un club los fines de semana. No puedo recomendar lo suficiente

We ordered a meal for our family, for home delivery from Rooster king It was extremely disappointing everything was cold and undercooked! The pizzas was burned and cold, the fries also cold and for a large fries the carton wasn’t even half full! The Chicken burger was soggy and pink, and under cooked inside. The order was wrong they didn’t add on extras we had paid for either. We phoned them up to tell them how a whole order was cold no offer of a refund just we can send out more chips no thank you! It all went in the bin wasn’t edible please avoid this takeaway cost us £48 total waste of money!
