KFC in Portsmouth

Visited her and it was just not up to the usual standard one would expect. The place was busy and the staff were coping well. However this was not reflected in the food. The chicken was greasy and almost undercooked and the pieces were on the small side. To be honest the bucket we had was only fit in my opinion for the bucket. The chips bore little resemblance to chips I have had there before, very much like cold straw. never will I go there again and probably none of the other KFC's around the country

The food always comes out ok at best. It's not the best managed KFC but it isn't the worst. It's quite a big restaurant so is often busy and tables are often left uncleared. The section of commercial road it is in is really starting to look run down.

We stayed at Port Solent East Premier Inn and came here for dinner. Friendly staff, Prompt service and a nicely cooked product. We had the bargain bucket with sweetcorn and it was tasty and not at all greasy. We ordered 2 colas and were informed that a 1.5 litre chilled bottle was only 99p and would come with cups so thank you KFC for the money saving tip, to me a sign of good customer service. We will come again.

My family like it, I done not, the coating has an unfortunate effect on me. That is in any KFC

I always enjoy spicy chicken with my kids as an occasional treat very nice hot wings
