The first time we came here, the workers were busy making tik toks instead of our order. The second and final time , the workers said they were out of ingredients because the refused to prepare them. Whoever manages this location is irresponsible for letting teenagers run a store into the ground.

A couple friends and I went here to grab something to eat. Doors opened at 10:00 we got there at 10:15. First, we were not greeted very friendly then once we ordered the girl taking our orders, Sabrinah G didn’t have a cash drawer and needed help putting it in. They were cooking food for themselves and overheard them asking what they wanted, which personally I think is very unprofessional. Once we got our orders we realized the açaí bowls were FROZEN. One of our girls went up to ask why they were frozen and Sabrinah said “well we opened at 10:00 and we haven’t taken the bowls out of the freezer yet” We had to ask for larger bowls and Sabrinah rolled her eyes but did get us the bowls. We literally had to chop up the bowls and wait for them to thaw. While we were waiting for the açaí bowls to thaw the girls who were working there were saying they were going to quit and looking for new jobs. They were also on TikTok and Blaring Frank Ocean music in the back of the restaurant saying “I hope this isn’t too loud” These girls who were working were very unprofessional and I will never go to this location again.

I ordered a Detox Island 🏝️ Green smoothie 🥤 online and it was ready when I arrived. It says on the app that curbside is available. When I arrived, there was almost nowhere to park. I was fortunate to find the only open space. The smoothie tasted good 👍. Update; November 2023; Sunrise 🌄 Sunset 🌇 smoothie was good. The Chicken 🐓 Chorizo 'Dilla was okay for franchise food. Someone was wiping down the tables. Update: January 2024; Island 🏝️ Detox and Pesto Chicken 🐔 were good. Update: June 2024; Baja Chicken and Acai Berry Boost were good.

zero customer service skills at this particular store. I walk in and two of the people working there are sitting on the floor in the back and can’t even be bothered to say hello. someone finally walks out from the back to offer to take order we ask for a moment then tells us she needs to go to the bathroom. I understand people need to use the restroom but i don’t feel like it needs to be announced to customers. i absolutely love TSC but i promptly walked out of this store after that interaction.

So I will be the first to say. I love tropical smoothie. Absolutely love it, and have had 0 issues at my home store in Rochester. I decided to try the Portsmouth location about three days ago. My first order. Absolutely immaculate. Everything was perfect. Day two I order the same thing, and they put about two cups of pineapple on the wrap that isn’t even supposed to have pineapples, and they totally forgot to put the rice and beans in the wrap, I call and I let them know about it. Not a big deal. This morning I order a different item, which I will post a picture of, but it’s a quesadilla that also is not slated to have pineapple on it. I eat the first half no pineapple, then I get to the third piece and it’s all pineapple. I understand it gets busy. Stuff gets made wrong, and I’m not really that upset, but I just figured I’d leave a review

The place is pretty accurate with orders, I never had a problem if I needed certain foods removed. The sunrisesunset is probably my favorite thing to order and if they happen to have it in season again I highly suggest ordering the mango monsoon!

"With a side of snot please"! The smoothies and food are usually pretty good. This time I purchased a smoothie and I must have ordered snot on the side. After the sniffling female handles the money in the till, she began to wipe her snotty runny nose with her hand. After assisting another customer at the till she wiped her nose again and proceeded to make my smoothie. After all of the COVID-19 aftermath, you would think there would be more cautious. Please advise before purchasing a smoothie from here.... unless you enjoy snot with your smoothie.

I mean…if paying $9 for blended sugar and ice is your thing, this might be the place for you. I’d say that falls more in the category of slushy rather than smoothie but whatever floats your boat. Styrofoam cups and the small font disclaimer that they add sugar to each and every smoothie, ick. Yea - drive down the street a bit and get an actual smoothie for the same price at The Juicery. That place is definitely worth the money.

Normally this is my daughter and I favorite lunch choice, so we went to the one in Newington/Portsmouth. THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! The older woman working the grill was horribly rude and disrespectful. After my order they became extremely busy and she mixed up orders. Because my food was opened and touched, I asked to have another made and I would wait. I had no attitude nor was my voice loud. 3 times she came at me with attitude so I requested a refund. I received more attitude and was told to leave after I asked for her name and corporate's number. I was so upset and frazzled because just 20 mins prior I had just ordered food for my daughter and had no issues. As long as she's working, I will not be returning to this location.

I visited the Portsmouth/Newington location today and the young lady behind the counter name Maddie (sorry if spelling is off) was by herself dealing with multiple customers and taking online orders. This girl kept her cool, greeted everybody, and had multiple orders going at once all while having a smile on her face. Thank you for being awesome and I hope the management knows they have a great employee!

The styrofoam cups were a huge bummer. I didn't even know those were a thing anymore. I would come here way more often but the environmental impact is too much. Place is super clean, staff was very helpful, service was FAST, and smoothies were delicious.

This place use to be good, Ordered food and was told a pick up time. 40 minutes later food not ready, the place is packed with a ton of upset customers. The three girls behind the counter will not address anyone and then when they finally did the answer was "Well you can cancel your food and call the manager tomorrow". Wow! great customer service! And then to top it all off, the one thing they did complete was the smoothie which the lid came off because it wasn't tight and spilled all over the car.

I've gone here practically every time I've gone up to my cottage in Maine. The smoothies always taste really good and make me feel healthy! Its amazing at how consistent this location has been over the years. It's next to the Qdoba which makes for a good flavour combination! Would totally recommend to anybody wanting to refuel on their way to Maine.

This location used to be really good - food was made quickly, accurately, and served well. Unfortunately, over the last several months that has changed. I love the menu TSC offers so it has been my usual go-to for lunch since I work nearby. This location has really gone downhill since earlier this year - orders are more consistently incorrect, additions and subtractions to food and smoothies aren't followed, and the customer service is almost gone. The last several times I've ordered or picked up an "order ahead" order, the employees are more focused on talking to their friends who are in the establishment than on their jobs. I've ordered smoothies and added supplements or ingredients, only to grab my order, return to work, and find the additions missing. I've lost count of how many times I've been given the wrong side with my order, being told, "Oh, we were out of those. We must've just gotten them in a few minutes ago!" each time. Tonight I ordered a Three Cheese Chicken Quesadilla and returned to work to find no chicken!! There is one man who I encounter during the morning lunch shift who seems to care about customer service, but he's been the only one. I've slowly been taking my business elsewhere and hoped things had changed. Unfortunately it seems they haven't and perhaps my love of TSC's menu isn't enough to keep me coming back.

The first few times I came it went pretty well and the food was good. This time, it appears it’s a dad and all of his seemingly untrained children running amok. My food was supposed to be finished at 137 and it’s now 150. Still nothing. I was just recently shown they hadn’t even started making it. Second time in a row this has happened. First bad time was they took my online order when they were closed for cleaning and then did not refund me. Everyone seems confused and the place is full of people waiting. Never again.

I go here to eat a lot and love it here but the staff needs a good manager. These poor girls have overwhelming orders, weren’t trained on the register well, no direction. I find this upsetting that the staff needs help and no one to help them. There needs to be someone up front someone at smoothies and another on sandwiches and a manger helping keeping them in order. I feel bad for staff when I go in.

A good place to get smoothies, the staff here is cheerful and nice. Not exactly the place to get a smoothie thats healthy (be very prudent in your ingredients) but you can make it healthy if you keep an eye on it being made. Inexpensive for a smoothie. I would get a smoothie here again.

Been there quite a few times now, and I have had a good experience. Today though I wasn't very impressed, as the smoothie I got tasted like tap water (probably too much ice), and my wrap was smaller than usual. I have gotten the hummus veggie a few times and this one was half the size. UPDATE: I've come here for lunch quite a few times because it has more vegetarian options than other places and it's fast, but today was the last time I will go. A couple weeks ago, I went and while I was waiting for my food, two staff members were yelling and swearing complaining about the owner making them wear hats. This woman wasn't t even trying to be quiet, she was absolutely rude. The staff at one point was nice and welcoming, now they are all grumpy and rude. Then today, I ordered a wrap with Beyond Meat (a vegetarian alternative), and received a wrap with real meat. I know she heard me because the cashier was new and had to ask how to ring it up, and the person who helped her was the one making the wrap, and still got it wrong! I had to drive all the way back to get another one and all I got was an insincere "Sorry". I loved this place when they first opened, now I'll never go back. And for those who don't know and are looking for "healthy food", they add sugar to the smoothies to help sweeten it to mask all the ice. Don't fall for their scheme, it's a rip off.

Just had food delivered and it was absolutely shocking ordered 3 meals all with drinks but only 2 drinks come which was both wrong completely ordered 3 cokes and got 1 ribena and 1 Diet Coke and the food was all ice cold

Great burger but that’s where the good story ends…. Had to wait about 10 mins after an online order on a very slow responding screen. Place looked tired and dirty, topped off by a fat/waste container with a disgusting waste pipe attachment on the counter. Food arrived in a bag despite ticking eat in - no big issue here. Self service coke machine broken , second one out of coke. Third no ice and a very warm non fizzy drink was dispensed. Finally found the ice in the second machine worked. Back to meal, whopper was actually very good. The loaded fries were terrible and literally grease was pouring out the bottom of the box. Whopper was £4.99 total bill was over £10 so the fries and drink raised the price and I felt totally conned. Wasn’t worth complaining as by looking at the staff they couldn’t give a monkeys about the place.

A Mickey D’s manager once told me that ‘if’ you want fresh hot food, then please don’t hesitate to ask the order taker to make a ‘fresh drop’ on your item such as fish fingers. I’ve always done that, but still I have to check the fish fingers since they quite frequently make a mistake and put in the old ones that are well well past their freshness I visited today the 6th of Decemeber at 2232. I waited about 5mins before I asked for someone to take my order. A young man was in the middle of processing an order and appeared confused so I said please finish what you are doing I shall wait. Meanwhile a young lady came and took my order. I asked for two happy meals with fish fingers and asked for them the be dropped fresh for my order and I also clearly stated I am more than happy to wait. She told me that she would personally ensure that I would get fresh fish fingers and that to not worry. I asked her her name and she told me she was Bernie. After awhile the orders were ready and she gave them to me and I went to the car and decided to check the fish fingers as it seemed like something was not right. And to my surprise the fish fingers were not only rock hard they weren’t even like warm. I returned back to the store and Bernie did not seem as happy and as cheerful as before. I guess she has assumed I’d trusted her and that I’d be upset when I got home. I didn’t yell, I didn’t cause a scene she went and told the manager. A largish young lady with dark rinmed glasses who just looked at me casually and didn’t even bother to come and talk to me. I simply was served the fish fingers after the allotted time and this time although fresh, it seems the met were taken out before their time as they had no actual color on them. Am I being picky? Am I wrong? It’s not as if when McDonald’s tells you that you owe them £9,24 that we can pay them £8 and they’d be happy. Whatever they ask for we pay, so why is it so difficult for the staff to simply get the order right. Bernie asked me if the £11 she was making is worth people yelling at her. I said no one should be yelling no matter what the reason. Anyway needless to say this store like a few others sure needs customer service training. But hey for me, I will avoid it like I avoid a few others. Wherever McDonalds stores fails, the local KFC pickup the business. And they have so far always been on the money.
