The best waitress funny and making you feel comfortable always the best way to be with customers. Paulina is such a lovely waitress would for sure be coming back the food was incredible, makes you feel at ease to also helped to decide on which meal to get when theres so many options to choose from x

I have visited this restaurant several times whilst working with a disabled child I am a personal assistant for. The food, atmosphere, service has always been exceptional. Big portions, lovely food & very reasonably priced. Best of all for us the staff are SO incredibly lovely to my client, speak directly to her, hold great eye contact, make conversation and anyone who does a similar job to me will know them traits are very hard to find. Thank you so much :)

The garlic bread is amzing in my opinion, and tomatoe pasta sauce is good but I only eat it without anything on it (:

Think F & B 's is no longer anything near what they used to be. Every visit it's worse. So sad as used to love going to F &B's Suppose when a place is almost empty on a Bank holiday Saturday night there's a reason.

I am a pensioner who often visits this restaurant with various friends in various age groups. All the staff are good but a young man called Sam is exceptional. He has served us on several occasions and is an absolute delight. Unfortunately, I am about to have a hip operation so have not been very mobile since my last visit earlier this year and it will be a while before I am able to visit the restaurant again. I would very much like Sam to know how much he is appreciated and to be assured that I will return in due course. He is a credit to Frankie & Benny's and I would like the Company to know that. During my last visit, the "birthday" recording was out of order so, when bringing his birthday dessert to a small boy, Sam sang Happy Birthday to him instead! Says it all really. Customer service at it's best.

This our 4th time visiting the GunWharf restaurant and the staff are always lovely, from the serving staff, the chefs and the manager they are all amazing, very polite, and accommodating. This is why we have continued to visit. Our latest visit was for my daughter’s 18th daddy daughter lunch and the manager was very keen to make her lunch a special one. So a big thank you to everyone.
