I recently grabbed a takeaway from Copnor Grill in Portsmouth, and it was nothing short of amazing! We ordered the lamb shish, kofta shish, chicken shish, and doners (Copnor’s special), and every single dish was cooked to perfection. The meats were juicy, flavorful, and packed with that authentic smoky taste you look for in great kebabs. Despite being a takeaway, the quality was top-notch, and everything was still hot and fresh when we got home. On top of the delicious food, the owner was incredibly kind and welcoming, making the experience even more enjoyable. If you’re after an excellent kebab and great customer service, Copnor Grill is the place to go!

I’ve been using for a long time but I feel like they give up trying once you’ve become a big regular. Great team but the service has dropped and the food as well in my last few orders so I am done with this place. I wouldn’t have mind if the food wasn’t great had the service been good but it’s slipped unfortunately.

Great timing on delivery, food was hot and the driver was very friendly, we were missing a portion of chips when delivered but the store got right on it and delivered the missing portion within atleast 10 minutes so I was incredibly happy with this, the staff on the phone were very friendly about it too. The food is super tasty, my daughter loved her fishcake and the donor kebab was just mouth-watering! I would definitely recommend to others and will be ordering from here again.

Really poor 1* the food turned up stone cold . Chips were triple dipped & i also ordered a large donnar kebab which had very little meat & was also very cold. I Used copnor grill a couple weeks ago which wasn’t great but i thought it would be a one off, as i know they are busy on weekends. Just Really frustrating because i’ve used these before but really was poor the last couple of visits. I called the shop and then got handed over to a manager who explained how busy they Was & that they have made 150 deliveries tonight. I said i get that.. And that’s why i didn’t moan about the Long wait. I then asked for a refund. Which was declined but offered free food which i’m anxious to order in the future as had poor experiences. 😡😡

Second delivery from here because flavour was lovely but after 1hr 30mins and 2 phone calls later the food arrived cold.....not a great experience.

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. The food is absolutely disgusting the chicken didn't had any salt or any flavour and it had the worst wrap ever.

Just had a chicken doner wrap that was more salty than the sea. Phoned and explained, and all they offererd was to give a discount on my next order. Well I certainly won't be ordering from copnor grill again!

Ordered a 1/2 pounder cheese burger, chips , onion rings and a drink . Burger was OK, chips and onion rings stone cold. Waited an hr for a delivery. Even tho I'm 5 minutes away from them .Called up to complain about the chips and onion rings to get my money back. They refused to give the money and offered my 8 pound on my account. I told them I wouldn't be coming back . And they still refused to give my money back . So if you want hot food with a decent quality. This place isn't for you. So it's 1 stars from me and won't be returning again and waste of money

Bought a chicken sheesh got 3 cubes of chicken and 4-5 strands of lettuce, absolute joke after paying a small fortune, pizza quality has gone right down as well poor poor poor

£17 for 1 stick of kofta 3 bits of chicken shish 3 bits of lamb shish I never got my 5 different pots of sauce I ordered. I left a note in the note section in CAPITALS saying NO SAUCE ON KEBAB PLEASE, THANK-YOU. My £17 kebab was delivered laced with chilli and garlic sauce. So I rang the shop and got the guy who answered the phone to read out the notes, so he read and notes were exact, his words were.. WE DONT NOT READ THE NOTES THATS FOR DRIVERS ONLY!! Long story short (haha) Kebab got binned and now I'm eating a cheese garlic bread pizza!! Thankyou Copnor Grill you's were great! (NOT).

After using Copnor Grill for many years I ordered my usual order which for some reason took a lot longer to be delivered . When we started eating everything was cold . I rang the shop to say first time ever food was cold . He was great said when you order next you will receive a discount . I thanked him and this week I rang my order through and was told we’re not giving discounts any more . I explained what had happened and the guy said No I asked him to check there system because it had a note he checked and said No discount . I cancelled my order and will now look for another shop. It’s a shame there food had all ways been good.

A great take away with super friendly staff and always good food. I recently used for a delivery and the food arrived fast and hot, and no silly pricing structures, you pay what you see.

Ordered food at 20:35 called after an hour and 45 minutes to be told the order had only just come through .. so not even been made! Despite having the email that it had been accepted at 20:35! Will not order again!
