Great place for kids with an outdoor play area. Convenient with retail area nearby and ample car parking

After standing and waiting for quite some time, having counted 10 presumably staff members milling about and no one taking my or that of another customer’s order I gave up and on leaving saw a member of staff emptying a bin by the door and commented that I didn’t know who the manager was but with 10 staff there was no one to take an order. I was met with “ now wait a minute “. Not a “ sorry “ or even “sorry but …….. “. So I really have to say that not only is the place run inefficiently but certain staff are rude as well. I am sorry Mcdonalds I have never had cause to complain to you before

They are trying to force on the delivery instead of there customers in the restaurant they are slow at doing everything they do I been hire for 30 minutes and I still not got my food and my little boy is still not got his happy meal and when it did come to them getting me my food, it had been sat on there for about 20 minutes waiting

Absolutely disgustingly filthy restaurant. Staff stood around talking. In this state it should’ve been shut until cleaned. The tray my food arrived on had no paper cover, was filthy and the hash browns were touching it.

Went in for Pay day breakfast with some colleagues. Great food and surprisingly fast considering it was extremely busy.

When ever I come here the click and serve area is always being allowed to be filled up with the food delivery people this should not be allowed

I didn't think it was possible! We ordered in store ,one of 2 coustomers in the place, and still receive a bag of cold food. There were LOADS of staff, and at least 50% of them were standing around chatting. I could see our food left by the open drive-through window (we weren't drive through) while they made our 3 drinks. By that time, the whole lot was cold. The cheese wasn't even melted on the burger! I have had hotter uber deliveries in rush hour.

Slow to get served through the drive through and missed one of my items had to go back to get it . Wont be going back there again.

Rubbish not for me how have they managed to con the public cold chips surly youngsters BK 100% better.

A suprise as I have not been to a McDonalds for a long time. The touch screens where ok but it all seemed very clunky as it was not busy but took over 5 minutes or more to get the meal. I am sorry but I was not impressed

McPlant is great. But why do they fail to give napkins every time when using the drive-through? Update 4 Feb 2024. Broken glass beer bottle outside third window; right where you drive, unbelievable that it is not swept up.. A bin in the car park was open and overflowing everywhere - the seagulls were lovin' it. My burger was thrown together - a right mesd...and I still had to ask for paper napkins. What is wrong with the management and staff here - no smartness nor pride?

Almost everything was wrong with the food and drink. The cola syrup tasted nothing like coke and I had to change it for a not much better 7up. The burger was lifeless and not hot and neither were the chips. The grandchildren appeared to love their food, but they will eat anything so not sure how much of an accolade that is! The staff were trying hard and were helpful.

The place was clean and food came quickly by using the ordering system.

Ordered a McDelivery order. Missed out my double quarter pounder with cheese. Virtual assistant in the app was useless and kept putting me onto an 0800 number for Uber Eats. Left on hold for 5 mins. Put phone down. Called restaurant. Can't do anything except give me an email for Uber Eats. Decided to drive down there with rubbish from order. Eventually got my double Qtr with cheese. Whole process is poor though. Think you should take accountability when orders go wrong McDonalds - my local curry house would be straight round to my house with the item and extra poppadoms to apologise if it happened with them. £40 is a lot of money for abysmal service.

Just got back from drive thru. Waited 30 minutes for our order to be brought out. I asked why the delay, she said it was the apple pies. Normally when we placed order for apple pies the order taker would have said there will be a wait and if that was the case we would have not ordered the apple pies. We went home all our food were cold apart from the apple pies! We were asked what sauce we wanted with the nuggets and we said ketchup and BBQ but none of those were in the bag! What a horrible service!

Zero as a restaurant. Yuk Burgers.

Really disappointed- waited 18mins when we were one of 3 others in the restaurant we had 4 simple non amended orders and they were still wrong, my daughters sausage and egg mcmuffin was wrong the first time as was served a bacon and egg, then when the correct one came out it was extremely burnt. By this time we had all finished her food and she got so upset being a neurodivergent 9 year old she refused to eat alone! Would not return!

Ordered a quarter pounder with cheese just cheese and ketchup came with everything on it, burger was cold and the chips were soggy and cold

The children working there give you a bar atmosphere with loud music when you should enjoy your food quietly. Service is just as slow. Too bad for the place as it is nicely designed and situated.

Twice now i have used the McDs app to order delivery and they have forgotton a double quarter burger, both times! Its so difficult to get this resolved and get hold of any sort of customer service. And to pay for something and not recieve it is frustrating and disappointing 👎 C'mon guys

It's a McDonald's like any other but this one was very clean compared to many others I've been to and the service was very fast. Can't complain, parking was very good also.

We went in on the off chance mid afternoon, we ordered 2 coffees, 2 quarter pounder meals. My coffee was luke warm I drank it one go, the fries were just about warm and the burger a little warmer, not sure if we visited at the wrong time of day!

Kids keep dragging me back but the last 4 times I have been the food has been poor for the money. Burgers are cold and dry, the buns have been chewy, fries have been hardly filled to the brim, more often half full, and never any puddings or shakes in stock. Bins have been overloaded and never getting a receipt from your menu machines..... The kids don't care but I do. £20 could have been better spent elsewhere. Happy meal toys are a joke these days too. Both my kids just bin them every time...

Standard McDonald's so food is cardboard. This has drive through and a kids play area service is consistently bad typically fifteen minutes to get through the drive through... I should have never taken my kids there to start with

There was mess on every single table. It looked like a pigsty. The staff looked very unmotivated. Even when it was busy there was a lack of urgency. Avoid at all costs.

Bought a filet o fish…. Didn’t ask for less sauce or whatever…. The sandwich comes like this…. Is this the new norm? McDonald is supposed to be all standardised with equipments designed to give exactly the same amount of whatever every time…. How can this happen? Well….

The food quality varies quite a lot. The McMuffins are basically the same, but the hash browns vary - some times not quite cooked, other times a bit flimsy and finally too crispy (overcooked) - I must admit I thought the cooking temperatures and times would be standardised. I like their cappuccinos, but they tend to vary when the machine isn't cleaned/maintained properly or on time. Why do they charge 40p extra? In terms of atmosphere, we'll it's a typical McDonald's.

Had x3 muck ups now using this macdonalds! They can't get a delivery correct and have mucked up 2 orders ! Food is awful to chips look and taste like they have been left for weeks!

I’ve ordered from here a few times and they never give you any dips or napkins. they always seem to get something wrong with the order like missing drinks or food or the wrong size I’ve tried calling the number on google but it keeps getting disconnected and I’ve also tried complaining though the app but all it keeps saying is that you need to contact Uber but Uber doesn’t pack the food they just pick it up and deliver it my most recent order I was missing fries had no dips and had different sizes of things I also had things sent instead of other things

The only place you can get a chicken or beef burger and it taste the same

Clement Attlee McDonald's was very good this morning, very clean especially the toilets, all the staff were cheerful and friendly and working hard.

Was missing items from order but was rectified and sorted as soon as I noticed the missing items

Don't bother trying to get in the bays to use app they are always filled up with deliveroo and just eat delivery vehicles it seems that is where this macdonalds priorities lie and when you go in, the order area is filled with guys waiting for there delivery to be ready

Cold burgers and chips. Missing bacon on one burger and wrap had been made nearly half an hour before serving. This was 7pm on a Friday night so not really busiest time. Staff disinterested and seem to prioritise Uber eats etc

So ordered through uber eats and only received the drinks when I ordered 2 meals and ordered ice creams and the drinks were spilt all over the bag

Had breakfast here on the way to Weston-super-Mare.

I did not go in the restaurant so really no idea about the atmosphere.

Place seemed ok but parking a bit hellish. Simple request for tea and porridge turned into a nightmare... arrived by table service porridge was so cold you would think it was rice pudding... employee took back and another returned with yet equally cold porridge that you could stick your finger in...long story short ended up getting a refund and no breakfast... Shirkey shoulders from all concerned, very disappointing

Ordered a delivery never turned up when I called them they said its not there problem I need to speak to uber eats ,they never answered my call, disgusting customer service happy to take your money but don't care that the food hasn't turned up

Their price list adverts were put of date and the staff including thevso called manager could not care less Dreadful attitude So I went to Mac Donalds

Went to the drive-through and was surprised that no menu is shown. You had 7 items to choose from or ask them to read out the menu. Service was slow and wrong. I asked for a large and got a medium. As a fast food place, it's going downhill, poor service, no menu.

What can I say, it's your bog standard Maccies! The driethru is sometimes shut late at night which is a slight inconvenience. Although it seems clean inside. I wouldn't say it's the best or the worst McDonald's in the world, it's exactly what you'd expect.

One hour waiting for delivery at 12. 30 am to 1. 30 am what a joke Earley in the morning easy to walk there an back from Northend going to bed he can put through letter box no stars

No access to the toilets so all had to queue for 1 disabled loo. Not great.

They struggle with getting the orders correct

Had a bacon roll and a coffee after we got off the ferry. Very clean and tidy.

I truly don't know what it is about this particular branch but it is beyond awful. When the brand was formed in 1940 the IP was order to mouth in about a minute. 80+ years later and it's like their business model is now "make it as slow and wrong as humanly possible". I'll summarise: Delivery: arrives wrong, missing items or not at all (it is always 1 of those 3) Sit in: order 'stock' items and wait up to 45m Deive thru: wether its 6am or 6pm, even if ordering the most standard item imaginable you will wait.... Ages!!! It is now truly the antithesis of fast food. The staff always seem pleasant enough, however I'm at the point whereby if I do fancy a "McDs" even though this one is close as hell to me, I will drive further away to a different branch to avoid the misery this one deals!

.... Update have now received a parking fine for staying too long. Thanks McDonald's for taking so long to not only giving us our food but waiting for the lift to be unlocked etc. has meant we have stayed 12 minutes over I am disgusted I've appealed but MET parking are not interested I will not be visiting this McDonald's again..Food is standard MDs, but ordering is a nightmare took me ages, app wouldn't work, then took ages on the console, why can't we just order from a person at the counter like the good old days. Drives me nuts. Also meant our food came after my friends so my 6 year old had to watch her friend eat her happy meal wondering where hers was. Lift was locked so took ages to get upstairs with the push chair waiting for a staff member to unlock it. Parking is also really hard at the branch and as most McDonald's poorly designed car park so if the drive through is backed up impossible to get in and out the car park.

Just reviewing the past two times I've chanced it first time got my order wrong after a 45 min wait got a mc spicy instead of a mc crispy second time no pickles (which Is my favourite part controversial I know. ) on my triple cheese burger, servers seemed more concerned with gossip, laughing and chatting in groups audibly talking about social lives ect instead of getting on with orders (10:45 pm) slow and incorrect, shan't be coming back in awhile.

It is absolute great zone for havin great time and awsome meal with great ambience. Food was nicely done and specially Miss Stuti was so genourous and helpfull she helpled me finding an perfect meal for me and provided me with everything i want Service was for sure Surereal Special Thanks To her!

After our Channel ferry crossing was delayed coming into Portsmouth, we were running out of options approaching midnight . Big M to the rescue . Served quickly , without fuss

No complaints. The Food was hot and fresh, staff good natured and the restaurant was clean and fresh.

We came through as employees and have shown them our schedules and because the app wasn’t working they turned us down because we couldn’t do it on the app as they claim we had no proof of being employees, we have shown them proof that we are employees and still got turned down

It’s certainly not the best McDonald’s I’ve experienced. The coffee was lukewarm and food not particularly hot either.

Very long wait for a double sausage and egg mcmuffin breakfast, which turned out to be single. They did only charge me for a single but twice I asked for double when ordering ! I wouldn't mind but it was quiet and loads of staff on. The staff here wouldn't last 5 mins in a London McDonald's, mind you most of the London staff are rubbish these days.

Just came out of hospital with my daughter tried to order to be told they couldn't take my order as orders are on hold as they have a big order going out . Can they not multitask

No ice cream or smoothies available on a very warm day. Salad in the chicken salad was warm, dry and inedible. Had to ask for a refund. Which was given without fuss by the manager. It's a McDonald's, it's not difficult. Buy a chiller and fix the ice cream machine.

Quite possibly the worst McDonald's I've ever been too, every single time I come here I'm asked to wait for my food. I'm not putting in a big or awkward order, usually a mayo chicken and wrap of the day with no changes. But without fail I'm sat in the car park for 10 minutes waiting

I was passing through and decided to stop in. Very pleasant experience. Probably the nicest staff at a Maccies in England. My food was made fresh albeit there was a little wait, I didn't mind. 5 stars! Returning back - the food was hot but man... be prepared to wait almost 30minutes for a burger and some chips. ***** Update ***** Be prepared to wait for over an hour for your food. The service absolutely stinks. Don't bother, spend your money elsewhere.

Absolutely shoddy service. It’s apparently acceptable for a multi billion pound business to have no redundancy to their systems and then just leave their customers waiting in a queue for 30-40 minutes to then tell them they cannot accept cards currently. Apparently signs or going out to speak to customers is too complex a thought process.

Went for a beach walk near by only to find see more macdonalds merchandise in the sea than in the restaurant!!!!

Went through the drive through today. It was a bit slow none the less they get the order right. I'm there was a wait in line to take our order and also wait for the food. We got two happy meals which is quick to put together.

This is the slowest fast food place in the whole of the world! Im convinced a tortoise 🐢 would serve quicker and have more sense about it than the management in this place. ***update*** Went through the drive through this morning with my brother and due to the lack of intelligence they can no longer take more than 1 order at a time from a vehicle 🤔

Yet again bits missing from order ( even bits free from using our app points !!!) Sadly won't get those back as no one is answering the phone and the online help is totally useless. Who needs chips anyway!!!

On my visit on a Saturday morning about 10 am I visited here & wished I didn't tbh So I ordered a Double sausage mcmuffin meal & solo mcmuffin Went & sat down with my meal & the Tables upstairs were all dirty from previous customers- you know the ones who's mouths aren't big enough so leave crumbs etc Well I found what looked like a park bench with a cushion on top & proceeded to eat *The fizzy Fanta was flat so went & asked to change it which they tried but no fizzy drinks so settled on a bottle of water *First bite of mcmuffin & it was like biting into an Egg- the crunchy egg shell was disgusting I was shocked tbh after changing my drink I reluctantly asked for a full refund as I had enough & wanted to just leave as the employees were rolling there eyes at me on approaching the counter for a second time- But if the fizzy drink was fizzy & the Egg shell was not in the mcmuffin everything would have been ok so I convinced myself it was not my problem but there's I can only be honest on my visit see pic for the eggshell.. Please please do food tasting & perhaps I wouldnt have had such a rubbish experience..

I went in for a big mac. It arrived quickly but was upside down in the box. Resolved by a smiley crew member.

There’s a lot to fix here. Even during quiet periods it takes ages to turn an order into a meal… went in this morning to get a 3-item brekkie and waited almost 20 mins, even though there were only 4 other orders served before mine. Staff are disorganised and disinterested… requests for updates get met with shoulder shrugs and a couldn’t care less attitude. No sign of any leaders / leadership onsite and definitely no focus within the team of delivering a quality service. My food came off the production line and sat on a tray awaiting packing for over 10 minutes… there were plenty of staff onsite but most were more concerned with chatting to each other and those colleagues who were seemingly on a break. By far this is consistently the worst McDonalds in the area.

From start to finish the worst drive through I have experienced. The person on the order machine mumbled and couldn't hear them properly and when I said pardon they hung up. Got to the payment window only to be met by a very grumpy young girl who couldn't even say 'morning' she presented the card machine and swiftly took my payment before I could even read that the screen was correct. I explained my order was wrong and she told the kitchen. I proceeded to the next window and asked if my order had been changed and another young girl just shoved the bag at me and said I only put in what's on the screen. I asked she change it and she snatched the bag. I eventually got my order .... To find 14 napkins!!! Come McDonald's I think you need to remind your staff a bit of customer service and the need for only one napkin. Be interested to know how many you go through.... Not impressed

Meant to be 24hours but not serving anything and told closest is Chichester. Shocking from McDonald’s and a complete let down! Won’t EVER bother trusting a 24hr McDonald’s again!!!!!

Fast service and friendly staff

Petit pause manger avant de prendre le ferry pour le retour en France. Venu en groupe, nous avons été bien accueillit. Tout c'est bien passé sans que ça soit extraordinaire.

Take away- everything was COLD and they forgot sauces. Meat was dry and overcooked- threw it out. Chips - cold

Visited this particular branch twice in two days once in the morning for their mighty McMuffin and my partner had sausage pancakes. Both meals tasted brilliant but there was no syrup which came but I only realised once I had got to my destination. The second time I attended I went for dinner again as a drive through and we got the BBQ wrap meal and Sweet Chilli Wrap meal which came to a price of £9.98 which was fairly priced. As always well worth the money and didn't have to wait to long for food to come out.
