McDonald's in Portsmouth

3Kids wasn't happy .only books n mask singer toys left but wasn't told untill delivery was @ table.

Absolutely dirty place, toilets were filthy staff were rude and pushing people out by cleaning and wiping tables A few of us were ill later that day and we are convinced it was the food, nothing was very hot, all in all an awful experience we will be looking for somewhere else to stop before we board our ferry to the Isle of Wight

Had a 1/4 cheeseburger meal delivered Wednesday evening. Barely lukewarm. I have since been extremely ill with food poisoning. This is the only item of food the rest of my family did not have, and they have been OK 4 days after and I am only just starting to feel a little better I will not be using this McDonald's again

24 hours my ass just been here and the other 2 restaurants in the area and they are all closed at 2am

They Try to get you to use the kiosk instead of ordering at the till, this is unacceptable! Because I have a disability making it extremly difficult to use kiosk so I have no choice but to order at the till, all orders should be taken by staff and the kiosk should be abolished because it’s discrimination against the disabled like me. They make you use the kiosk which is unfair.

Item missing but resolved super easily. Great customer service from Holly. Would recommend, great place to eat.

Friendly staff, always helpful north matter what time it is. It's a 24hr place. Come tastes slightly different to other McDs.

Sent a coffee instead of hot chocolate. Otherwise nice

Absolute disgrace just went pick up a happy meal for my grandson, it took me less than 10 minutes to get home and the food is stone cold 0 value for money it’s why I never eat in these dumps

Not happy!! Nearly 2 hours to receive our delivery and then when it arrives it’s cold and thrown about all over the place!

Absolutely awful. Over an hour late, meal is freezing cold, ice cream liquid - all gone in the bin. What a joke.

Took over 90 mins food was stone cold and soggy. Driver didn't care. Was rude and insulting driver didn't update delivery until just round corner, probably delivered multiple orders letting mine go cold. I want tmy money back, this food is stone cold an inedible.

2nd time iv been in there over the last few months both times been served gone off eggs showing signs of black in them and generally smell taste bad Took my breakfast in and told them and did make me another one but eggs was the same.also had to get our coffees remade because the large cups was literally half full.used to be the best McDonalds we went to of a week but I suppose staff come and go and quality control has gone down.lucky I got home in time because been running to the toilet

Dont go here we've been twice now and its a disgrace. Food left on the tables not a table was clear to sit at. The floor was covered with fries. I complained to the manager who clearly didnt give a dam. I wont ever step in there again. Oh and just as we left we saw the employee who was brushing the floor use the brush to clean one of the table tops. OMG

Food ok but not the hottest. Served quickly by a nice young lady. But cleanliness wasn't the best. There were uncleared tables when we went in that still weren't cleared when we left after eating in. I got a cut on my finger from something left on the table we sat at. Staff stood around chatting so they weren't busy. My daughter in law had to force the packaging from our meal into the overflowing bin. A staff member did hold the lid open for her! DIL wanted the loo but wasn't prepared to go in there, given the state on the restaurant. Rubbish in the car park looked unsightly too.

Ordered 3 McFlurry’s, 3 drinks and a burger. Oder turned up with no drinks which is what was most wanted. Unbelievable.

Food was hot ans delivered earlier. Pleasantly surprised as it was all correct and the fries were salted too.

It will never be the best restaurant in town but they are very good at not being completely terrible, I can summon up my experience as “predictable” not necessarily a bad thing.

Excellent quick delivery only one mistake I asked for extra lettuce I had none with double the amount of sauce I didn’t ask for so a pretty sloppy chicken burger. Delivered very quick and meal hot so no problem there.

I wrote on the ‘delivery notes’ that I did not want anyone knocking on my door as I have a extremely unwell person living here, however the driver banged on our door so hard meaning my dogs went ballistic. I told the driver that I was annoyed and he rolled his eyes and walked off. I’m really sad because this request wasn’t for me, it was more for the fact I have someone who is extremely unwell downstairs.

Food was extremely late and when it turned up, my drink was warmer than the actual food! Horrid!

The fries were cold and the big mac's were messy, it looks like the staff member who made them just trough the fillings in the box and packed it apart from that the salad was good.

Running at what I can only see is full steam with a full crew and still had to wait 15 minutes for a cheeseburger happy meal and a wrap of the day. There were no custom preferences or changes, and even with 15 orders in front, that order specifically should take no longer than 8-10 minutes to put together

I did not go in the restaurant so really no idea about the atmosphere.

waited over an hour for food to not come after watching the driver on tracker drive all over my area and into my road, then put it as delivered when we received nothing!

Getting so annoying ordering set meals and parts of them not coming! Disappointed child now as no apple pie or stickers!

Waited 13 minutes for a counter pick-up, then saw my food left on the counter for another 6 minutes while the delivery drivers were served and the drive thru. When I finally got my food, I said to the server it's going to be could she gave me a nasty stare and walked away I had one bite of my muffin and left it on the counter because I didn't have time to complain .

Chicken nuggets cold in the middle, and wasn’t crispy how they usually are. Chips were cold as normal when ordering from maccies. And the crispy chicken wrap well it wasn’t crispy when I ordered crispy not grilled. Oh and it was cold

Food was originally set to be delivered by about 00:20, didn’t arrive until nearly 1am. Chips were cold and unsalted. Burger and mozzarella sticks were good though.

The delivery was great. The macdonalds was, as usual, rubbish. I don’t know why I let my children talk me into buying one. They’re always disappointing
