McDonald's in Portsmouth

I called josh as i cant have a breakfast roll without syrup [don't nock it till you try it] and he put two in there. unreal service lovely bloke. Definitely getting a tip afterwork :)

Still stood here waiting for my food - it's been fifteen minutes so they're getting a bad review. I have never seen less urgency in my life.

Usually don't have any issues with this location. Today however, was shocking! Ordered using the kiosks and selected dine in and table service. Woefully slow process. To add insult to injury, they delivered a drink incorrectly (meant to be their promotional hot drink and was a cappuccino instead). After waiting at an unstaffed till for 5 mins (no one queuing) and being thoroughly ignored by staff who could clearly see I was waiting, someone eventually someone saw fit to see to my point. It was quickly rectified once the issue was outlined. That being said, despite the order clearly being for a "large" hot drink and being charged the additional for it, the contents were barely half full. Overall, rather disappointing. I normally wouldn't have an issue as reasons for poor performance (high numbers of orders and understaffing) can be evident but today held no evidence of this.

Food was fine, but fast food it was not. We joined the queue and 20mins later we left it

Fast service, enjoyed my coffee. Clean inside but the kids play area was closed.

Very good staff lovely atmosphere situated in a nice location by the motorway but everytime I order the Diet Coke from this branch, it does seem a bit iffy and taste completely different. Without this issue, I would of given this McDonald’s a 5 stars but none the less it’s still a recommended branch

Food is just a pure disappointment, the people who work here just simply don’t care! Whole meal missing ? How can you miss a whole meal? Doesn’t make sense to me! Just spent £30!! Spent 30 minutes trying to get through to them but always says user busy Food was completely inedible chips might aswell have been crisps at this point. Waste of time and petrol! Save your money! Better chance eating the Aldi dupe!

Worst McDonald's ever. They are so slow at doing anything, and unorganized. The food normally comes out wrong. Hate coming here. I have managed to even write this post before even being served here and I'm the only customer

Disgraceful customer service. By customer service lead no help taking food to table even when asked. Dirty baby change wee everywhere

The floor in the restaurant was dirty and had rubbish on it .

Large store just off the main road, plenty of parking.

Scroller menu hung up on me halfway through ordering. Closed the top floor just after I had got served. Almost nowhere else to sit. Not great access for pedestrians.

Just one thing all the drinks apart from water was available at the time I when in but otherwise was happy

Appalling take away food. Cold when we got it back to our hotel. Dried burgers. Indifferent service and chaotic place.

The worst McDs I've ever had. The staff were totally uninterested in what they were doing and completely ignorant. The burgers were cold because they'd been left "waiting for the CHIPS". I never knew McD had chips, I thought they were fries!. The whole store was a chaotic mess. Not all the crews fault - too much is being done. No wonder McDs have lost massive sales. Buck your ideas up. I'm an old store manager and I could see apathy.

Don't want any freebies. I enjoy the staffs smiles, good sense of humour, and spicificly the food. Best Wishes, Philip.

Waited for cold food. Not a good experience

my food is stone cold, it said my order was 2 minutes away but the deliver done 3 other stops before mine and kept going back to mcdonald’s, NO WONDER ITS STONE COLD. not impressed at all!!

ordered at 7.30 said arrive by 8.00.Actually arrived 8.37 and everything was stone cold.

Seemed a bit of a shambles. Couldn't move for delivery guys ... 3 of 4 order screens not working. Never did see our order number on the screen. Did get the food we ordered eventually though.

food was cold when it arrived and delivery time kept on changing so kids where moaning about it taking so long so when it arrived cold this just added to there disappointment everything that was ordered had to be put in microwave may have to try uber next time

When the food turned up it was all cold!! The milkshake was like warm water! It had obviously been sat for sometime and then to only receive a partial refund was pathetic!!

Driver basically chucked the food at me causing food to be damaged and leaving all over my carpet absolutely fuming

Chips not very hot but they were changed quickly when I complained. Staff very friendly, especially Clive in the lobby. Very clean even with the usual cohorts of teenagers messing around and shouting, throwing food etc. Well dealt with!

Great dast delivery and driver was polite and respectful, food nice and hot.

Driver drove the wrong way which was the icing on the cake. Restaurant took forever to make my food. Just eat to even looking trying to find me a driver. The whole thing from start to finish was awful

Ordered at 19:27 food wasn’t delivered until 20:53 and was stone cold, my mcfullry had near in melted!!! Not at all impressed! Won’t be ordering again!

The food was hours late I should not of had to pay. It woke everyone up

The service from this restaurant is very poor

The order took an hour and 20 minutes to arrive (when I ordered it said 20 - 35 minutes delivery time) and then when it arrived it was stone cold!

My local MacD’s since moving to Portsmouth. Always polite friendly service. Food on time and tasty. Special applause to Julie, The Lady of the team - she works so hard, always busy, keeping things ship-shape, professional and very welcoming. Well done 👏🏾

Food cold however not unnormal here however had the misfortune to bump into a member of staff called julie or Julia about 60 years old hair up she was being pushy upstairs asking people to complete surveys and also telling people she would put the rubbish in the bin I was putting ours in separateing the recycling when she virtually pushed me out of the way and proceeded to put it all in the same bin and the irony was earlier downstairs she was slagging off a member of staff to the manager saying this isn't the job for her may i suggest you sort yourself out first will not be returning my advice try the kfc nearby

Mediocre at best. It was a last ditch attempt to get food at 2230 in Portsmouth for my daughter after a show we went to see.

My order has not come and it’s staying delivered

all my breakfast wraps missing bacon and had 2 eggs in two of them ,and my breakfast muffin had loads of bacon

The order once again was wrong every time lately the shop staff has got order wrong will not be using that McDonald’s anymore

The staff were wonderful, polite, and so pleasant. I only had a cup of tea and yet the manager was so apologetic that he could not provide a receipt. A vary rare example of McDonald’s good service

frezzen cold missing happy meal toys milk shake was like warter frys hard ware cold so worng had to feed my kids that really really poor

The iced latte was on it's side in the bag and all the latte leaked into the bag

Had the new Philly Steak, pleasantly surprised, the burger was amazing

Visited on 7 September with our grandchildren and have just received a parking ticket as we stayed 108 minutes. Deciding to have ice cream after the meal has proven very expensive. As my daughter was with us too then we will have two parking charges so a total of £120 extra for 5 ice creams! Thank you MacDonalds we will not be visiting North Harbour again.

Took 1 and a a half hours to get delivered. Said it’s on route and didn’t even turn up lol. Great service

two items missing, fries stone cold , I've said it before I only live 1 mile away. from now on I think I will just collect

Hot food was all stone cold, given the wrong types of mcflurries, no dip given with the chicken nuggets - said courier was at restaurant for over 40 minutes before it changed to being out for delivery, when complained to just eat, only got half of the money back for the cold food and as account credit, not even given back as money on my card - wish I hadn’t bothered.

Drinks had no ice, burger had incorrect substitites and sharebox had no dip.

Order was cold. All the dips were missing including dips that I paid for. The biggest issue was the drink by the time it arrived it had leaked but I didn't realise it was leaking until I put the delivery bags on my sofa which now needs to be cleaned

The time kept changing and it took over an hour for our food to be delivered. It then was delivered wihtout the actual brekafast, how can that be missed? The only solution aswell is to complain and get your money back. So no breakfast for us!

mozzarella dippers missing from bag, i asked for them with no dip, the jokers sent me the dip and not the actual dippers…

Food was delivered 25 minutes after the latest time it was initially due to arrive. When the food arrived it was all cold! Not good enough really when I live 5 minutes from the restaurant and the driver was supposedly waiting at the restaurant for 20

It stated that the courier was at the restaurant for 20 mins which meant, by the time the food arrived late, t was all cold and inedible. Had to bin the lot! Awful service!

Today at lunchtime was absolutely rammed but the well-led staff all pulled together with smiles on their faces.

Fast food, same as all. Had a breakfast burger!

Bought a family meal today at roughly 16:50 which consisted of a dbl cheeseburger, bbq chkn wrap, milkshakes x 3, chkn nuggets box, mango smoothie and dbl big mac. When I got home I noticed some items were missing this is very poor service as items should never be forgotten!

booked delivery for 20.00 didn't turn up till 20.45, food was cold , no milkshake three all in the bin waste of money, disgusting

We Ordered 2 mcmuffin meals with extra hash bs and received 2 orange juices and no food!

I asked for it to be cancelled and refunded as it took absolutely ages. It then turned up hours after I ordered freezing cold and I couldn’t even eat it

I made an order before 11:45 pm and it arrived past 2 am, with the system facing a driver was waiting for over 90 minutes. This meant I stayed up much later than I intended. The food was cold and was missing one of the items. Just Eat did not help with other complaints along the way.

They can’t ever seem to get a single order correct!! Every single time I order to try and give a slither of hope for redemption they still forget items on my order! Today was just maple syrup for the pancakes which is minor but they have forgotten a whole cheeseburger and even a 20 box of nuggets in the past. As someone who used to work at McDonald’s I never used to have these sorts of problems but now they happen all the time!

Don't even get me going on the food but I will say this about the drinks and general cleanliness of the area we ate in. Stains and ald food around ever surface that surrounded. My first chocolate milkshake was strawberry at the bottle and somehow, the second one was strawberry at the top. We I gave up trying ro get the order right I asked for a come instead and that was the least coke tasting drink I have ever experienced. The already low rating this place has is easy to understand once you've been here
