Great place and good value for money with great staff

Awful, cold food, drinks dispensers empty dirty floors, never going back!

Me and my family went to Burger King after shopping and I got the burger box meal with Cheese bits and chips and my brother ordered a chicken royal with cheese with no mayo and no lettuce and we got to the car and I didn’t have my burger and my brother have lettuce and mayo with no cheese instead of cheese with no mayo and no lettuce and we went back to burger king and they said we didn’t order a chicken royal with cheese and they said they put the burger in the takeaway bag but they didn’t

a wonderful experience. we loved the food and how fresh it was, workers were lovely and the food was immaculate. a couple of vegetarian options which was great for my child

i walked in and instantly was mesmerised by the exotic smell that entered my nostrils, the beefiness of the burger was so good and the fries were extremely crisp and perfectly salty, truly changed my life as before i was extremely depressed and now i am happier than ever as i have eaten this food.

I recently visited Burger King and had a good experience overall. The food was good, and the drink was also satisfying. The atmosphere was very good, and I particularly appreciated the friendly and helpful staff. It's always nice to feel wanted when dining out. Overall, it was pleasant visit to Burger King.

Fantastic amazing incredible service from ROBBIE. the food was so good that I think I’m gonna order again right this second because it was so delicious. Robbie was quicker than a flash, I barely even caught his name badge!

Very angry that when ordering you are given the shake option but then told mot available. This isn't a huge problem but when I asked for a refund for the extra paid for the shakes the manager was almost surprised that I'd ask for this. No customer service at all, stroppy and non engaging and looked mighty annoyed I'd asked.

Dirty tables and floor double the price of McDonald’s which is always clean you are taking a risk eating there will NEVER go there again. Perhaps after all the awful reviews Burger King should do something about it its cleanliness

Normal BK experience. With a sea view, of course. We ordered some onion rings and fries and they were both hot and ready, the burgers were classic BK quality, but I think there were some minor downsides as well. The new Fanta slush machines are broken, but I wasn’t going to try them anyways. The sea view is only visible from the left side of the store (due to the spinnaker tower just in front of the restaurant), but I think that is already enough. Good food, good experience.

Food was fresh and delicious, exactly what you'd expect from Burger King. However, we ordered dine in, but the food was served in a bag instead of on a tray. It was a minor inconvenience, but the quality of the food made up for it. Overall, a great experience at the Gunwharf!

A horrible experience. We went there for a meal after a movie and we were extremely underwhelmed. There were flies, workers were shouting at each other, and food/packaging on the floor. It took ages for our order to come, only for my burger to have a piece of someone’s glove.The straws, napkins etc were all in different places than drinks ,it was extremely confusing. I will not be coming back :(

Had a wonderful experience ☺️ so many happy staff members expecially he Robbie was the best he gave me good advice and showed me how to use the drinks machine there was a spillage so he was straight over to clean it before anyone seriously injured themselves

Ordered via order point. The shop was dirty, spilt drinks on floor , rubbish on floor. Toilets smelt awful. The young girl who served us was miserable, if she had smiled should would have cracked her face . Very poor

2 cheese whopper without cheese, so they took the burgers on the back added some cheese but the meat was already cold, so no melting. The bread was so soggy that it kept crumbling. Ordering system is a total mess,.it is kind of random order fullfilment with excessive waiting time. They hide ketchup and you dont get any unless you ask. By the time your order is ready as you ordered it and paid for, everything is cold. Will go to Five Guys instead next time we visit Gunwharf Quays.

The reason why 2 stairs it's because my older was abit wrong my burger had pickles on when I didn't want no pickles and the burger didn't test amazing but the service was good but forgot my other burger but it was ok at least it was hot and the ice for my drink didn't work so I couldn't have no ice in my drink

came in mainly for a drink but ended up getting food aswell,, love that i could buy a cup and just keep refilling it to fuel my coke zero addiction

came in the morning this time, and loved how that meant there was no que or crowds since it seems that every time i come in it’s just so busy!

No ice in drink machine, all drinks cola Fanta sprite were flat felt like days old drinks what have been left out opened discussing. Unfortunately it was taka away so didn't try drink on spot otherwise would have returned it. Whooper burger was alright , more simpler ones where dry and not much to add. Chicken nuggets overstated basically not edible. No bags available for takeaway. All chairs up on tables which made feel that place is about to close but was only half past six. Will not visit this particular place again. Maybe just bad day in there but anyway not recommending!

So confusing, no idea where anything was layout in this place is awful. Salt, straws and sauce sachets were kept behind the counter. Do they not trust people to get them themselves? I didn't know where the drinks machine was and when I found it, it was probably the saddest cola I've had. Flat and for some reason it was bitter? Food was fine. Having the order machines a plus when you have social anxiety but the sauces being behind the counter is stupid. I will probably not go back here. Lol

If I had the option between skydiving and eating some great food I'm choosing the food, great burgers, loaded fries are a definite addition and the drinks are definitely refreshing after a hot day, the staff are an absolute delight and helped massively with my order 10/10 would come again

Wanted to try the new tangy cheese doritos chicken fries and burger....did not disappoint! Absolutely amazing! Not had a burgerking in years, I hope you keep it on your main menu as I will be coming back for more! As i was waiting for my food, I was admiring your stuff as they work so hard! This is the BEST Burger King ever, after visiting other Burger Kings, in the UK, Italy ans Portugal, I thought that it could get any better than the ones back home. But I loved it, the salad was fresh and the burger was hot and well cooked just how I like it. Not to mention my kid that got a free pen, a map and a crown! I would totally come here again!

My daddy took me to Burger King and I loved it, there was lots of fun! The people behind the counter even played with me so I was not feeling alone! I will never forget this birthday, thank you all for everything! (He loved the manager Josh that was on the shift and a crew member called Harry).

Restaurant was dead, with only 2 families and a table off two the restaurant was filthy. And to top it all off the warmest part off my meal was the milk shake 🤦🏻‍♂️. Not coming back, wouldn’t recommend.

Dry burgers not hot 😩 Tables uncleared and rubbish on the floor. A dump. Staff lethargic. Not the standard one would expect in a prestigious location. Would not go again

Normally enjoy Burger King but in the gunwharf restaurant I found a very long hair in my burger went to complain and there was a cook with very long hair cooking without a hair net so asked for a refund and left won’t use this restaurant again

Good place to grab a quick bite to eat. Cheap, fast and tasty, what more can you ask for? The staff are friendly too - Pedro was lovely.

Went the other day for a meal and I really enjoyed it, specially the onion rings, the service was polite and very helpful.

We loved the whopper, its one of my favourites. The oreo milkshake is a 10 out of 10 as well. I've been to many Burger Kings but this one I really liked, it is also very close to the sea and you can go for a stroll before or after the meal. Shoutout to Pedro, great customer service.

Very busy. Food was dry. But it turned up quickly. No lids or napkins or straws given had to find them, very low in stock. The meal we ordered had small burgers.

Crime against food Meat dry, chewy, tasteless. Dirty, almost green in color. Bun so hollow it falls apart. Barely any toppings or sauce inside.

I've got real bad food poisoning from here and i know it's from the food i had here because i hadn't eaten anything else. I had the chicken nuggets, bad chicken🤢 Also had an unpleasant smell in there, floors were sticky with drinks, completely ran out of ketchup and had to pay for mayo so no sauce and litter on the floor inside. not very pleasant. And now im very ill 🤡

Food was ok but the service was very poor. 2 out of the 3 dispensing drink machines were completely out, and the remaining drink dispenser only had full fat regular Coke, with no flavours. When I pointed this out to the staff they just walked away and shrugged. I asked for something else and they provided me with 250ml Capri Sun (Only had black current) which is a child's drink, with paper straw to drink with. Surely they should have been aware and should have informed the customers of the issues prior to completing the purchase or at the very minimum a sign to that effect would have done. I will not be going back there again.

Cleanliness was lacking, staff seemed to be losing the will to live. Asked for mayonnaise and was told "mayo is 30p". 30p for MAYO??! If that's true, that's pretty ludicrous. Burger was cold and dry. Not a good BK.

Same as any other Burger king really. Had run out of mayonnaise sachets, the only choice was to buy a plastic pot for 55 pence - rip off! Food OK except the chips had been over salted.

Large burger king in Gun wharf quays , it used to be so busy before the ordering system changed to the large tablets whatchamacallets appeared , today it seemed very calm with a sense of order as there wasn't really a queue and the baying hordes of people trampling on each other to get to the front service desk to place their orders. Seemed quite tranquil and humane really.

Probably the cheapest place to eat at Gunwharf Quay. Tasty and freshly made, very busy but turn around time quick so managed to find a table without a problem.

I went there in person and still the orders are cold. Also The place is filled with flies which really spoils my appetite.

Used here quite a few times, no issues and plenty of seating.

Waited ages for food, self service not working , ordered items not in bad , dirty tables outside ! Disappointed visit to BK today

Food was warm at best, but the soda machine was awful, not cold, not fizzy, toilets needed a good clean also. Won't be back here any time soon.
