Forgot my food and didn't even give me a straw

Don't go...far better places with less waiting..they ignore the public and concentrate on online delivery..great place to be IGNORED

I am never one to complain but i went to mcdonald’s yesterday with my little sister who is 2 and autistic. It was very busy. Once i found a table an employee told me it was ‘reserved’.With no indication of it being reserved.She was very blunt and rude with me.Because my sister is autistic she was very upset as she wanted to sit at the table and didn’t understand why she couldn’t.The person she reserved it for was her friend as i heard her whisper ‘i’ve got you a table by the way’ whilst i was waiting for our food.Her friend had no children with her.

We called them and the people the answered the phone were very nice and very friendly helped us a lot with our order as it was our first time ordering macdonalds

Extremely popular, always seems busy, but even though the screen is full of current orders, walk ins are served very quickly. You can order at big screens or go to a cash till to order and pay. Helpful efficient staff. Food decent and tasty, love the really skinny fries they do.

Quicker and cheaper at wetherspoons

Staffs are not friendly. Not everyone but someone

Very fresh. Chips were nice and hot. So was the apple pie. Toilets were a mess, but that's down to some customers. Good service

Got a delivery and everytime there no straws or dips

Missing sauces, straws and napkins

everything was missing no sauce in my mac muffin and never got any syrup with my kid pancakes it tasted rough.

Slowest service I’ve ever seen at a McDonald’s throughout the world.

However I was missing an item, which was promptly paid back as credit on my account, think the money should have gone straight back to my current account, not as credit on Just eat

Appalling. This branch is unfit for purpose and the branch manager should resign. Over 1h late, cold, and nothing new, apparently.

I am very sorry but this delivery was awful. It was an hour late. original delivery time was 20:10 but arrived at 21:10. The food was cold and I was missing two medium fries.

completely wrong items delivered again and this seems to be a common feature when using your service also having to wait upto 24hr for a refund meaning people either go hungry our have to find an alternative is just another kick in the teeth when we the customer pay a service charge wot service are we getting exactly? 🤨🤨 oh if i could give 0 stars i would but guess wot thats not an option either

I didn't get what I ordered. I asked for a Mcspicy. it was a chicken sandwich. I didn't ask for a cookie. the fruit shoot was inside the mcflurry..the chips were cold and floppy. not happy and was really looking forward to this evening meal

absolute joke had to direct the delivery person to where I was, he was on the wrong road food was late and then obviously cold.

When ordering take out it's very slow. Table service seems to be a bit faster. Last time I went I had to wait 10/15 mins just for a quarter pounder burger on its own to take out.

Half my order missing this is the 2nd week a drink is missing now only half an order. I have the take out chit and the wrap meal is missing and 2 burgers this was after waiting nearly an hour. Shockingly bad I’ve no food. Thanks

McDonald’s took a very long time to prepare our order and it was cold when it got here. They also forgot the straws for our drinks and all our dips

Food was made at 19:59 as stated on stickers on the food. Food arrived at 21:20 so an hour and 20 after it was made.

The food was ordered at 12:33 and arrived at 13:43 when the estimated delivery time was 10-25 minutes. We received no update to say the food was on the way the driver just turned up. The food was cold and half of the coca-cola drink was spilled in the bag. Appalling delivery and food quality.

Absolute mess. Not only was the delivery over an hour late, but I didn't receive what I ordered. I recieved somebody else's order which was less in quantity and also cost less. I complained to just eat and sent evidence but was refused a refund with no explanation. Shameful. Will be escalating my complaint as it is so obvious that I was wronged and unfairly refused a refund. I did not get what I ordered and paid for! Is this too hard gor you to understand??

Food is delicious, but drinks bag split and spilt all over the floor, little disappointed.
