Food always arrives cold. Hot chocolate was completely cold.

Drivers steal food and claim they deliver it

our delivery time was pushed back many times. Food was icy cold when it arrived no straw for a milkshake and no sauce for chicken nuggets waited over a hour for the food and was cold like it been sat for a hour

the food was nice but they forgot my straw for my milkshake and the dressing for my side salad

Kept changing the delivery time ended up waiting 2 hours! Then arrived missing both the meals and nuggets the happy meal thay arrived was stone cold absolute ridiculous. Kids waited all this time and only one meal arrived! Terrible

Order originally said it would be delivered at 17:14. Finally arrived at 17:40. Food was cold by the time it arrived.

My food was cold when the driver delivered my food he said he’s been waiting at McDonald’s for about 10 minutes while the staff were talking. I think they could communicate a bit more with the drivers. This is not the first time this has happened.

Happened to go on a not so busy day was nice for a quick bite for the little one, food is serviceable, service is practically not existent due to the franchises insistance on kiosks and catering for deliveries more than orders placed in store

Food from McDonalds collected around 19:40 and arrived nearly 20 min later. Food are cold and kids refused to eat. I live 4 min drive from Mcdonalds so it's absolutely not acceptable that orders received 20 mrn later after driver collected the order.

It's McDonald's but it is located in a very convenient area. Close to the Farnham Road Shops, the Trading Estate and on a major route between the M4 and M40! You know the score, if hungry or thirsty then just stop off here 👍🏼☺️

I waited for over 2 hours for my order and it never came despite calling the restaurant. I was told there was no driver so idk I’m a uni student, I’m doing my coursework and I’m just hungry. Wish I was told sooner that there were no drivers picking up my order so I could have ordered something else or gone grocery shopping as I have just come back from the holidays.

WORST we've ever had from this branch and that's saying something. we hate having to order here normally but unfortunately the other 2 local chains weren't delivering at this time- but even by their usual bad standards this was awful!

Food simply wasn't delivered. Received notification that it had. The courier has ONE job. More than likely couldn't find my (easy) address and dumped my food somewhere. Appalling.
