KFC in Worthing

Typically at kfc i order a regular family sized meal for myself, however today was different as i just couldnt believe my eyes when the worlds greasiest biege kentucky fried chicken was served to me on a luxurious stainless steel platter. And instead i ordered the whole menu to do on my youtube channel (NicocadoAvocado) as a mass scale mukbang. Also lovely service from the cutiepie from behind the counter

I came to this kfc at Worthing town centre, I order to eat in one zinger burger meal with coffee, and small popcorn chicken. When I collect my order, she packed it as it take way , when I remind her she didn’t even bother, the other Asian staff offered me tray . I went to sit and eat . I just finished my small popcorn and open my burger , found out it’s very cold , I went to counter to ask to change it, The staff and the manager talked really loudly with me , they said it’s been long enough you have served, we will not change it . I felt like I am Asian woman that’s why they behaved like that with me . This was my first visit to Worthing town . Feeling really bad . Everyone deserves good polite treatment

Wont eat again in this KFC branch, yesterday the gravy is like a water and today gravy is like a paste and thick..woah.

Had are last family take out in December. Lots off missing food or like really cold food. Told the manager his staff did it on perpose and he didnt give two s**ts TBH. Don’t ever come too this one. There is better chicken places in town and way cheeper as well…

For years Iv been going into kfc asking for the wrap sauce to be swapped for Mayo. This has never and is never a problem unless one female worker in there serves me. I’m not asking for extra ingredients, simply to change the sauce. She is extremely rude and told me it’s “against the rules”, doesn’t offer another option just a point blank NO. I just left after this. Iv been in there a few times recently as I work nearby and everytime Iv been in there they’re so unprofessional! They argue with eachother for the whole shop to hear! And one time instead of seeing if anyone was there to be served (myself) they gathered round the corner to bitch about another staff member! There were 2 other customers in the shop and we all heard it! Absolutely disgusting.

First KFC I’ve had since Covid began, and it was gorgeous! Zinger Stacker burger was excellent and I love the skin of chips! And the NHS Blue Light Card didscount was much appreciated

My experience seems to have been quite different from some of the recent reviews. I called in on a quiet Monday evening and was greeted in a friendly way. My order was just a simple one but quickly prepared and handed out in a polite and charming manner. I hadn’t realised that the move from further down the road had happened and had been sad to find the old premises closed a while back. Happy to report a tasty cheap meal to be my experience at the new site. I will definitely return.

Wow where do I start. Spent over £20 to wait 45 minutes to take home a bag of 4 tubs of mash potatoes, 1 beans 3 gravy pots and a paper bag of chips. What I ordered was a family boneless box and a banquet box. Where’s my chicken?? Also a female covered in love bites called Hannah came out to shout at the 20 plus people waiting for their orders and this is what we was told... “ if anyones ordered a f*****g burger it’s a f*****g long wait!!! Then screamed at the poor girl out front to f*****g pack faster ( shortened versions) How that poor young girl stood there and took the abuse I don’t know.. I will be contacting the main chain holders and tell them how Worthing represents the brand.. what a joke.

Come here as a last resort, after leaving a restaurant on Valentines day that let us down BADLY. We were over dressed and hungry, the staff were very friendly and helpful. They even served the food at our table, service with a smile. They really tried to make up for our bad experience earlier in the evening. A BIG thank you to the staff at KFC Chapel Road Worthing, on Valentines night.

Had the Zinger Stacker burger, absolutly delicious, came away with lips tingling for the heat, love it And thier new location down the road is a HUGE improvement

Absolutely horrible. They always forget my food, once again missing beans, gravy, chicken and more! The staff is rude and the bathroom is absolutely filthy. The staff is also on their phone all the time!! I would not recommend it.

Out shopping today 31/12/19. With my career and her daughter went into the new bigger KFC Worthing first thing we both noticed was the noise behind the counter coming from we both presumed was the manager barking out orders to the staff, a little bit more consideration for his customers wouldn't have gone a miss.my career ordered a zinger burger which after a 15 minute wait to collect it was told oh sorry madam somebody should of told you that we've run out of zinger burgers which we found very hard to believe as tonight being probably the biggest party night of the year with plenty of people out for the evening. When my food arrived I was met with a great big pool of grease in the bottom of the bag containing my 3 pieces of chicken obviously not drained long enough probably due to the regimental Sargent major barking out orders at front of house,so as this place is so mismanaged. Food to greasy we're not be back we'll use Macdonald's a short walk from you, BUT AS I EXPECT NOBODY FROM KFC IS GOING TO READ THIS, I DON'T EXPECT A REPLY #STEERCLEAR #NEVERAGAIN #CRAP

Inedible greasy horrible chicken. Worst chips I've ever tried to eat...Soggy,under cooked & hard. 6 spotty underpaid serving 1 till very slowly & had to sit at a dirty table next to a chav in a shell suit. Went to wash the grease from my hands whilst walking on chips, Broken door,no soap, cracked mirror & not cleaned. Had to pert with £7 for the pleasure too!!! Never going back, Avoid this hell hole at all costs.

The tables in the restaurant are infrequently cleaned, a couple of tables next to where we sat were dirty (the floor was dire, lots of food, drink and litter all around) when we arrived and only cleared after another customer had to sit at one of them (and left) about 45 minutes later! Average chicken burger, lettuce was fresh fortunately, chips were nice but seemed to have quite a few black bits in them (so they were around 20% inedible), nice to have the thicker skin on chips now. The zinger burger was bland and dry, like it had been kept heated up for a month, hubby hardly ate any of it. Orders being taken weren't called out by number, so you had to hope nobody else fancied your food instead of theirs when the man behind the counter bellowed out a list of food. The bin was overflowing onto the floor, adding more mess and filth to this already dirty grimy place. People had to leave their rubbish and leftovers on their tables, nowhere else to put it. I'm sure environmental health would have a field day here! Give it a wide berth is my only suggestion!

Horrifc service, awful cold food delivered an hour late. Wrong food delivered when we called to let them know we were told that we could bring it back to the store or eat it. When i did that they managed to give me rancid chicken. Whale of a server with greasy unwashed hair picking her nose then touching chicken. Disgusting people and service. Avoid at all costs.

I came here for lunch today, if you haven’t read my last review I think KFC is brilliant, but today (May bank holiday) whoever usually does the batter mix on the chicken must have has the day off. Greasy and thin, it was disappointing; that’s maybe half the flavour gone and it’s lost KFC a star today

Good quality and quantity, excellent. However, waiter behind counter was not professional.... Because of this, I don’t see me going there anytime soon , until KFC in subject matter- substitute and or replace “him” ....

I LOVE KFC, the chicken is always perfect whether you have on the bone, off the bone, breast, wing or leg!

We went to order chicken to go at KFC in South Street Worthing on Monday 17th December after doing Christmas shopping and didn't fancy cooking when we got home it was 6.30 in the evening and tried to order a bucket of chicken. We were told eventually as they didn't speak English very well that they only had four pieces of chicken when we told them we would wait till they cooked more we were told they had no more in the shop but were offered chicken popcorn or chicken burgers which we really didn't want. The staff were very difficult to understand they didn't understand other customers who were queuing up next to us for food. This was not the first time this has happened in this store so we will not be going back there again unfortunately as this was a firm favourite of ours. Shame
