Horrendous rude service to the point where I would never visit or buy anything from Starbucks again

Apathetic staff serving in a cold uninspired scruffy environment. Disgusting dirty toilets with wet toilet paper all over the floor with hand drier hanging off the wall, unbelievable. …Amazingly expensive drinks that don’t actually taste that nice. Just shy of £5.00 for an iced coffee that is 70% ice cubes??? The value & choice at somewhere like Greggs for example is far far superior. … this Starbucks was such a horrible unwelcoming and cold place. Shameful with no redeeming features whatsoever.

Called in here for a quick coffee with a friend. Strange queuing system which I eventually navigated. Large premises that while on my recent visit seemed to be mostly full of students with laptops working together in groups. They were obviously taking up a lot of the tables so took a while to find a suitable table. Not a coffee shop I’d choose to revisit.

One of the worst Starbucks I’ve visited. Floors and tables were dirty throughout. Coffees were Luke warm, tea was like dishwater. Told they don’t heat the cinnamon swirls (since when?!). Overall a last bit for Bournemouth town centre. Should have gone to Prets!

Terrible decaf coffee, they don't know how to make a flat white, it was cold in seconds. Wish we'd gone over the road to get a proper organic coffee. Didn't see it until we were sitting down in Starbucks.

It is freezing and the staff are too. Head Office are the only ones that can adjust the no heating. See picture for people in their coats.

Nice sitting out sipping a cold brew watching world go by. Feels European and cosmopolitan at same time. Good place to start a Sunday in Bournemouth at 8am when elsewhere closed

Disgustingly filthy toilets with the cistern hanging off the wall! Shocking for a Starbucks.. Makes you consider the back of house standards 🤮 Im actually starting to use smaller independent coffee shops that actually care about their Hygiene..

It was quick friendly and it was coffee... i'm really not sure how to review much more. Fast and efficient.

Oh cielos, esta será nuestra última visita! Todo el lugar está sucio, solo ha estado abierto una hora, sin que el personal se aclare. Definitivamente no hay limpiador diario. Los baños están asquerosamente sucios, no solo la "suciedad" de hoy.Dos miembros del personal luchan por hacer café quemado.Nunca mas lo siento

Visité Starbucks en Richmond Hill el sábado (29/09) por la noche a las 19. 40. Había alrededor de 20 clientes ya sentados y 2 clientes pidiendo en el mostrador. Una chica amigable estaba tomando las órdenes y alineando en el mostrador. Un barista (Kevin) estaba limpiando los mostradores y varias máquinas mientras conversaba con una conocida que estaba sentada al final del mostrador. Esta era obviamente su prioridad sobre el servicio a los clientes, ya que se había formado una cola de 10 clientes. Un hombre mayor que obviamente era un supervisor apareció desde el otro extremo del mostrador, y tuvo una palabra discreta con Kevin. Ignoró al supervisor y siguió limpiando y hablando con su conocido y quejándose de lo cansado que estaba. Bueno Kevin, si tus clientes no son tan importantes y estás cansado, muestra algo de respeto y deja el trabajo. Después de un largo retraso, mi café llegó. Decidí usar el baño. De los 2 cubículos unisex, uno estaba ocupado, el otro tenía una falla en la cisterna que funcionaba constantemente con agua, y el inodoro estaba lleno de papel y orina por todo el asiento. (Prepárate para una foto)Está bien, las averías se producen, pero esto había estado en este estado por algún tiempo. Eso no justifica el mal servicio al cliente. Necesitas ir por Starbucks

I often come here to write & get some work done as it’s relaxing and the coffee is nice. I was motivated to write a review after meeting Lydia. So many places you go to these days the staff look so miserable and demoralised but meeting Lydia I was very impressed. I have worked in hospitality at whitbread, Miller & Carter, cafe rouge and I also worked at rick stein front of house where we would serve a thousand covers in two days. So I recognise good service and recognise poor service. Lydia impressed me because she had pride in her work. She was smiling and friendly and professional. She was constantly cleaning, working hard and serving customers giving them an experience not just coffee. Lydia is a star with great potential and I would urge the management to hold on to her, develop her and support her with her employment at Starbucks.

A 20 minute wait for basic coffee order. Large queue. Fed up patrons. Server has two speeds - slow and stop. If this is a Starbucks experience forget it. Dreadful.

What a total difference it makes when a team pull together and get a que down very quickly, efficiently and with smiles. Well done to this team. Spotless inside.

We went in for afternoon coffes as the weather was not too kind My partner had some vouchers from work in mcr to use The first one came back invalid but the second one worked The staff handled the situation well didn't make a fuss and staff are very good We will use this coffee shop when we return to bournmouth later this yearThe coffee was very nice the best we had in bournmouth The shop is very nice good ambience

Yes, it's pretty much the same as every other Starbucks. Although I do think the service here seems to be a lot quicker than previous experiences I've had with Starbucks so that's a plus. Also the decor is very nice; it almost feels like you could be in Italy. Plus it's very spacious, no weaving in between tables like in a lot of popular coffee shops. So yeah, maybe even a little better than every other Starbucks.

You shouldn't put staff serving the customers without knowing 100% what are you serving. For a customer, knowing more than the staff it's a little bit awkward. I was charged wrongly for what I get: they didn't know what they had on the menu, and I asked a size small and they charged size tall..

Dear Starbucks (not just Bournemouth but all - although this one is one of the worst offenders). Please stop letting cheap people order to go drinks and stay inside. It is ridiculous. Every single time I come in this particular location they are everywhere. The world already has a huge trash problem and these idiots are just contributing to it. If you stay inside - use reusable cups and pay the extra like the rest of us. Please consider enforcing. Sorry for the rant, it's just a senseless waste.

Dieser Starbucks ist wirklich unfassbar dreckig. Wir haben hier ca 45 Minuten verbracht, in denen niemand die klebrigen Tische abgeräumt hat, und das obwohl zeitweise kein Kunde am Tresen war. Die Toiletten sind ebenfalls nicht in guten Zustand. Der Kaffee war wie überall. Das Publikum war stark gemischt, einige Besucher lungerten lange herum ohne ein Getränk. Wir kommen nicht wieder.

Everything at this Starbucks location is similar to other locations, good coffee, and good customer service. My favorite thing about this location is the patio you can sit out on when the weather is nice. It faces a busy street and is a good place to watch the world go by and enjoy a brew ❤☕️
