I never got my food, driver told me km the pgome he was just leaving jt and then hung up on me, after an hour and a half of waiting

WE ARE A COUPLE OF OLDIES OVER 80 YRS OUR DAUGHTER TOLD US TO GO AND GET A FREE WHOPPER ON THURSDAY WE GOT TO THE STORE AND DID NOT KNOW WHAT TO DO .A LOVELY MAN CALLED TONI HELPED US AND ORDERED OUR EXTRA TEA AND FRIES ANOTHER MAN BROUGHT IT TO OUR TO OUR TABLE .WE ENJOYED OUR MEAL IT WAS DELICIOUS AND THE KINDNESS SHOWN TO US WAS FANTASTIC .THANK YOU TO YOU ALL BUT ESPECIALLY TONI WE WILL BE BACK ROSEMARIE AND TONY

Great drive through service received from Toni

By far the best BK in town, for both quality of food and service. The drive thru is always fast and efficient too. I recieved particularly good service today by Toni, who kindly informed me that it was a free whopper day for all BK app holders, which was greatly appreciated. He also helped me with some issues with the app too.

This Burger King claimed to have the "courier at the restaurant" after two and a half hours of waiting, only to find it wasn't even open the entire time? How is this level of miscommunication possible? Never had an experience like this on Just Eat.

took 2 hours to get to us, delivery time kept going up, phone restaurant and was told they can't do anything we had to contact just eat, nowhere on just eat could we contact them. food arrived cold. overall no stars and disappointed

I really like this resterant. The da is always clean. The food is always hut and finally the toilets are actally cleans.

Nice little Burger 🍔 King near Bournemouth Hospital. I always order to get the deals. Whopper meal £5.99 is a great price. Unfortunately, the bun was dry, and the burger was very bland, which Unfortunately was great and left half of it. Fries 🍟 was excellent. Normally, Burger King is great. The restaurant was very nice and the service was great. OVER BIT LET DOWN sauce was 30p each. This a real joke.

Says the Cooper Dean store closes at 23:00 for dine in, take away and drive thru - but actually closes at 22:00 - this both on the Burger King site and Google …. Please correct the closing times to avoid disappointment and annoyances

When ordering a delivery from this restaurant I have items missing. Very little care taken by the staff here to pack the correct items.

Burger great but the fries were cold

Spending £25 on a order for 3 people, we were expecting a really good meal. However, the food took ages to arrive, dispite only being 1.9 miles away. Once it did arrive the whole order was stone cold. The buns were stale and falling apart. Completely disgusted and totally disappointed with the whole experience. Even more unable, I contact burger king straight away and still have heard nothing from them, not even an apology for the total overall bad experience.

Completely the wrong order sent! Restaurant couldn’t do anything to sort it out, so had to reorder and wait again!

Estimated time of arrival change three time. Food arrived cold. Had very upset children because of this issue.

Driver was at the restaurant for a long time and when the food arrived it was stone cold. Food was on time if you consider the number of times the delivery time was changed due to the drivers lengthy wait.

Asked for loaded fries with cheese but received with cheese and bacon, i dont eat bacon so had to give to give to someone else in house to eat.

My favorite place to pick up a drive-through lazy dinner. Never had any issues, service is decent and it's easily accessible by car.

I ordered food on the Just Eat app from Burger King. After waiting for the preparation and delivery time shown on the app, it showed that the delivery driver was three minutes away. Then, suddenly, the app said my food was delivered. I waited for 15 more minutes and then called the number provided on the Just Eat app, which was the restaurant's number. They took my order number but said they didn't know what happened with the delivery driver and advised me to call the Just Eat number. However, there was no Just Eat number on the app. I spoke to a staff member named A.P., who was not helpful. Then, a manager named Jake took over. I thought I would get the right help, but instead, he said he needed to consult with staff member A.D. and advised me to call back in 15 minutes because they were busy. He then hung up. When I called back, they never answered. So, I paid for my food, received no food, no help, and no refund. Instead, I was left hungry and frustrated.

food never arrived. you are playing up on people who are working for their money they pay for you. and you leave them frustrated and hungry. no food, no money, no contact about your delivery....shame on you!!!
