Burger King in Bournemouth

Made my customised Whopper perfectly!

Half the melas missing. Totally rubbish service

waited over an hour and food arrived cold

Food was sub standard. Burgers cold and only half a box of chips. Really upsetting when you pay so much money.

Always missing item we ordered. It’s become a regular issue.

Couriers are taking to many orders at once so by the time you get the food it’s ruined cold fries cold burgers not good enough must do better very disappointing and if I’m honest angry

Staff named Hiba was rude and was just standing there not taking order,waiting for other to take order,no greeting, very bad experience of service, food was also not good, regretted going there, wasted my money, ruined my mood

Incorrect order delivered. Thankfully refund process started today @ 18:44Hrs. Driver sadly not the sharpest tool in the box and treated the delivery with an air of total indifference! Very thoughtful of not using the service again. I'll Be Desperate

The last three orders I have got have all had an issue, it use to be fine, but it is becoming a regular thing that they miss something from my order and I’m not one to make a complaint or fuss but when it is happening more and more, I’m coupled too.

I never got the food, it was marked as delivered, but never arrived. I fail to see how this is possible, as I had a code to verify.

I ordered 2 Aberdeen Angus one with extra Patti, 1 Aberdeen Angus was missing and the one that did arrive had one Patti. unable to contact anyone. unable to find option for extra Patti that was missing. I am really angry my sisters birthday.

burger was terrible hardly no salad in the burger. Just meat and bread.

WE ARE A COUPLE OF OLDIES OVER 80 YRS OUR DAUGHTER TOLD US TO GO AND GET A FREE WHOPPER ON THURSDAY WE GOT TO THE STORE AND DID NOT KNOW WHAT TO DO .A LOVELY MAN CALLED TONI HELPED US AND ORDERED OUR EXTRA TEA AND FRIES ANOTHER MAN BROUGHT IT TO OUR TO OUR TABLE .WE ENJOYED OUR MEAL IT WAS DELICIOUS AND THE KINDNESS SHOWN TO US WAS FANTASTIC .THANK YOU TO YOU ALL BUT ESPECIALLY TONI WE WILL BE BACK ROSEMARIE AND TONY

By far the best BK in town, for both quality of food and service. The drive thru is always fast and efficient too. I recieved particularly good service today by Toni, who kindly informed me that it was a free whopper day for all BK app holders, which was greatly appreciated. He also helped me with some issues with the app too.

This Burger King claimed to have the "courier at the restaurant" after two and a half hours of waiting, only to find it wasn't even open the entire time? How is this level of miscommunication possible? Never had an experience like this on Just Eat.

took 2 hours to get to us, delivery time kept going up, phone restaurant and was told they can't do anything we had to contact just eat, nowhere on just eat could we contact them. food arrived cold. overall no stars and disappointed

Nice little Burger 🍔 King near Bournemouth Hospital. I always order to get the deals. Whopper meal £5.99 is a great price. Unfortunately, the bun was dry, and the burger was very bland, which Unfortunately was great and left half of it. Fries 🍟 was excellent. Normally, Burger King is great. The restaurant was very nice and the service was great. OVER BIT LET DOWN sauce was 30p each. This a real joke.

Says the Cooper Dean store closes at 23:00 for dine in, take away and drive thru - but actually closes at 22:00 - this both on the Burger King site and Google …. Please correct the closing times to avoid disappointment and annoyances

When ordering a delivery from this restaurant I have items missing. Very little care taken by the staff here to pack the correct items.

Burger great but the fries were cold

Spending £25 on a order for 3 people, we were expecting a really good meal. However, the food took ages to arrive, dispite only being 1.9 miles away. Once it did arrive the whole order was stone cold. The buns were stale and falling apart. Completely disgusted and totally disappointed with the whole experience. Even more unable, I contact burger king straight away and still have heard nothing from them, not even an apology for the total overall bad experience.

Completely the wrong order sent! Restaurant couldn’t do anything to sort it out, so had to reorder and wait again!

Estimated time of arrival change three time. Food arrived cold. Had very upset children because of this issue.

Driver was at the restaurant for a long time and when the food arrived it was stone cold. Food was on time if you consider the number of times the delivery time was changed due to the drivers lengthy wait.
