Single down thing is the price two people 27£ the cips wore delicios and hot much better then Macdonald ,small children unsupervised on bathroom . On the end of the day was ok recomand

My favorite place to pick up a drive-through lazy dinner. Never had any issues, service is decent and it's easily accessible by car.

Very well presented meal, the food was piping hot and clearly had just been made. Definitely recommend this branch of Burger King with pleasant staff who clearly made me welcome! Thanks guys!!!

food never arrived. you are playing up on people who are working for their money they pay for you. and you leave them frustrated and hungry. no food, no money, no contact about your delivery....shame on you!!!

I ordered food on the Just Eat app from Burger King. After waiting for the preparation and delivery time shown on the app, it showed that the delivery driver was three minutes away. Then, suddenly, the app said my food was delivered. I waited for 15 more minutes and then called the number provided on the Just Eat app, which was the restaurant's number. They took my order number but said they didn't know what happened with the delivery driver and advised me to call the Just Eat number. However, there was no Just Eat number on the app. I spoke to a staff member named A.P., who was not helpful. Then, a manager named Jake took over. I thought I would get the right help, but instead, he said he needed to consult with staff member A.D. and advised me to call back in 15 minutes because they were busy. He then hung up. When I called back, they never answered. So, I paid for my food, received no food, no help, and no refund. Instead, I was left hungry and frustrated.

VERY BAD has gone over to self service only now, and the prices have also gone up. I won't bother to use this place again. Before I used this Burger King for years. Thank you.

15 minutes late. Forgot one of the two burgers ordered. And as usual, unsalted, half-cooked chips that need an extra 3 minutes in the air fryer.

A very pleasant and enjoyable meal at burger king roday, the staff were friendly and environment was clean and the manager on duty did his up most when I had a panic attack:-)

Best service I’ve ever received, the burgers we’re delicious and on time and the wrapping is better than most I’ve seen, definitely worth visiting castle Lane. Toby is a polite and helpful member of staff

Where do we start!!!! Food was cold, bacon double cheese bacon wasn't cooked, Chips bland and unsalted! Warm drink (ice machine broken) tell us this when we order please!!

I ordered a vegetarian Meal, Fries were hot and cooked to perfection. Staff were friendly and helpful. I ate in and tables were clean, a great environment to eat. I would recommend this Burger King, it is clearly well run by its managers.

Great service! The self service wasn’t working properly and the Manager Toby was super helpful in making sure I wasn’t charged on the system and doing my order manually. Nice and fresh chips too!

A good Burger King to use plenty of parking and GOOD service from the staff but food a little cold at times. June/2024 update this place just got a lot worse as it's self service only now the staff are right there to use the till so it makes no sense. I don't want to be forced to order food. I don't want to eat, so I won't bother to use this place anymore. Thank you.

I was unsure where to pitch. my star rating. Mine is a tale of two halves. On the plus side, the eating area appeared clean and tidy, the staff were friendly enough and the food tasted good. On the negative side, the toilets are abysmal (I would strongly recommend avoiding them if at all possible) and the Coca Cola tasted "fragrant". Having subsequently read all the other reviews on here, I will probably not return any time soon.

I had missing items, the food was freezing cold! Had to go out and go to Burger King and get the correct food which is not what I wanted to do that’s why I ordered online. Will just be going to the shop in future not ordering through just eat to get Burger King again.

Staff very grumpy and not motivated. The place was full of dirt everywhere. Noone seems to be interested in cleaning the tables. The floor full of litter. The toilets very very dirty. Will not use this branch again.

Rubbish. Food never turned up and claimed as delivered. Called the place, they said they hadn't made it yet then said they would deliver again and didn't. Asked for a refund.

I am their regular customer. They always welcome you nicely and the food is always hot and on time. The manager and his workers are very polite. 👍

My son vomited after eating in the restaurant. The burger had a funny taste , but couldn’t realise in time what is it. Clearly after eating it we realised was not good. Washing taps not working . One needs to keep them pressed to have flow. Hand drying machines not working. No paper towels. No complain system from Burger King.

Nice food and people there especially the lady in the front side she always has a smile and it makes my day we want to see that smiley face all the time

This is the worst restaurant I’ve been to in a very very long time. I placed an order, and waited for my food. On waiting, I could see fruit flys coming out of the drink’s machine, and going around the dips. I then also saw the manager, put rubbish in the bin and push it all down into the bin. Not wash his hands and then grabbed a bud and made a burger. I then started to look around and the place is so disgusting. I asked for a full refund before even being served my meal. The staff are not trained at all.

Why is it saying my order has been delivered when I have not received it or had any communication from the delivery person or the restaurant! Terrible terrible service. I am now money down and no food!

Although Bournemouth has a lot of visitors and requires good hospitality and service. This branch has a bad service. They require training, being able to give options and familiarity with technology. I.e when they are only able to receive cash as their system is down, they can suggest buying online or making sure to put tissues in take away bag or sauce. They need to provide service with kindness and politeness. As you walk behind the shop you can see the terrace of wasted oil and smell off burnt oil. This can lead to a pipe that ends to the neighbouring lake with ducks and another animal in it and harm them.

A good Burger King to use just off the main road car park is OK to use, and there is a drive though here as well. No more breakfast served anymore.

Was missing items,rang to resolve and got told to put in a refund request but can't as the missing item was an add on to a whole meal...don't order any add on sides if you'd actually like to eat them that day haha

Cold food, late & wrong order.

Loads of items missing food so incomplete meals cold food never really had a problem before but when everyone is waiting for food and burgers and chips are missing not great

All food cold delivery driver went to the wrong address was a good 45 mins from picking up to delivering all food cold and in edible. The driver apologised but I am not satisfied

Absolutely terrible. Going to this establishment is worse than having a warthog leave a present in your bed. They got our order wrong and the drinks tasted like poison and pond water mixed together to make a deadly combo. Just thinking about this restaurant makes me want to burn it down. The staff looked at me distastefully as if they wanted to melt my stomach. The food was stale. It tasted like mouldy cardboard. It seems as if the staffs mission is to get your order wrong, no matter how simple. I would rather get kicked in the teeth by a government official than eat here again. Or I would sit in a warm toilet seat for 16.8 minutes. The 1 star review is reasonable no matter what you say.

Food is stale, loaded fries is dead. Driver was loitering around, on different road, referring to wrong map usage, although the address is fully and correctly specified by myself. Was waiting outside in the parking lot in front of the house for like 15mins. 0 stars, if possible
