centro pizza in Bournemouth

Only received half of my Order .. I ordered chicken strips and potatoe skins but I received potato skins and fries!

Food was never delivered and I spoke with restaurant employees on the phone asking ETA

It's not been delivered yet but have confirmation it's delivered

Completely misses a portion of chips

Absolute shambles. They've Clearly just thought f*** it just give them that, and been handed leftovers from the night. The food was freezing, the order was wrong, literally just had a couple of onions, lettuce, about 4 strands of doner meat and a few cubes of chicken. Couldn't even be arsed to put the kebab in the pitta and gave me the pitta separately wrapped in foil. The lamb doner kebab was quite possibly the worst thing I've seen in my life. it looked and felt like it had air dried sitting around as leftovers from the last load of shavings. if I could show a photo of what's just been delivered you either laugh or cry.

He just sat in his car waiting for me to come out, I had no shoes on, just a lazy driver

If you don't have an item in stock tell the customer, Don't give something else! That's Rude.

If I could I would give it a zero. Disgusting kebabs, cold, old and tasteless. The kebab didn't even had kebab meat but cubes of boiled chicken pieces with curry seasoning on top! Coleslaw old and full of juices. Chips soggy and cold! Avoid at all costs! Disgusting!!!

Ordered buffalo chicken wings and got cold chicken strips instead. The mixed kebab was just depressing, barely resembled a kebab. 3 bits of chicken and 1 dry shaving of donner. 9 quid. Not happy

Asked for bacon in one of the burgers, they didn’t put it in. Paid for two dips and didn’t receive them either.

Well we ordered a pizza, a chicken wrap, a burger and chips.... The pizza was squashed to the point that the cardboard had melted into the pizza, the chips were cold, the chicken wrap was cold and rock solid. I don't appreciate spending money on inedible food! All the food has gone in the bin and we are left hungry... Thanks!!

Extremely disappointed and dissatisfied with the service and food Eaters Pizza provided. The food arrived late and was cold. Furthermore, the chips were hard and stale along with an unappetising pizza. It’s unacceptable to charge people for such poor service. I am writing this as a complaint and expect to hear back to see how this can be resolved.

I barley had any kebab meat compared to chips. I had about 5 slices of kebab meat and it cost me quite a bit of money. I expected more meat for the price it cost

Let's be honest...you're here for the pizza and as you can tell i think it's the best pizza you can find in the area . But they also have other AMAZING dishes for you to try like kebabs,burgers, their OUTSTANDING sides and even salads! Things i would recommend, -Peperonni Pizza -texas bbq Pizza (it's actually good) - fries (they're sooooooo good) -ANY KEBAB I genuinly eat this all the time and it's not evn that expense.

After almost 20 min delayed, my Order came without the salad I’ve ordered and without the sauce. Last time im ordering from this place! Not worth it!

It was the kind of food that's fine were you to be rolling out of the clubs, but a little lack-lustre for a decent takeaway contender. Not "bad" per sé, just uninspiring.

The pizza was delivered PIPING HOT as if I were sitting in a restaurant. It was delicious and exactly what I ordered.

Service and time but was a little disappointed in the food. Nothing wrong with the quantity in fact they are more than generous! But the chips seemed really undercooked and I was quite surprised to find the wrap to be incredibly tasteless. Don’t think I would order again

This place is great! the staff is also really friendly. They know what they’re doing and what they’re talking about, and you can tell making the customers happy is their main priority. Food is pretty good, and for their prices it’s 100% worth it.

Although I appreciated that the order arrived quickly and was still piping hot, I ordered it for a specific time because I wasn't home. Luckily the driver arrived at the same time as I did. Their milkshakes are delicious and they're not stingy with toppings.

Selected to pay by cash then waited til 10 mins after delivery time and phoned and they then decided to tell me they could deliver alcohol if I was paying by cash! Then had to wait another 20-30 mins for delivery, so waited over an hour for delivery in the end, Absolute joke!

Veggie burger was the worst food I have ever been delivered. Ordered pineapple only to be told on delivery that they don’t have any - no refund of the extra charge or substitute offered, apparently I’m just expected to accept that. The bun was stale and disgusting, there were a couple of pathetic lettuce leaves and some manky tomatoes in there, too. Will never order from here again, absolutely disgusted.

Nothing ever came! said it was on way? So don’t understand at all, if they cancelled it right away or even called or even a text! I would of been happy but waited and then in the end i ordered elsewhere I don’t normally write reviews but disappointed massively I normally order from here I only just moved back to Bournemouth but before had no problems, I ordered before 11 aswell and I don’t think they shut till 1 so thought I had loads of time anyways. I will order again just hope it don’t happen.

Great food. Best pizza dough and stuffed crust! My only comment would be the Texaa BBQ chicken pizza should already have a bbq base, but in selecting through extras you can only select tomatoe base which isn't at additional cost, so unfortunately I ended up with a BBQ chicken pizza with no bbq at all. Maybe you could get the options changed for that pizza? So the base with no extra cost is bbq and there's no confusion. Will order again. Great quailty of food!

The kebab was disgusting. Didn't even taste of kebab. Only dried grease taste. Want a refund on the kebabs. Never ordering from thm again.

Arrived on time and exactly as ordered, delivery instructions followed, but the kebabs were so vile that they were inedible (but no point arguing that at 2am)

Absolutely disgusting... worst pizza tasted bland and unappetising. Kebab was the worst part. looks like they microwaved precooked Iceland kebab strips. dreadful.

Not much good to say about it tbh the food was cold and the diner kebab tasted horrible had a really weird taste to it and the chicken kebab was like a curry sort of chicken instead of the usual chicken used for kebabs. The chips tasted like they had been sat around for a while and and they also came in pizza boxes with tin foil in the bottom which the cheese stuck to so ended up pickin bits of tin foil out of the cheesy chips. One of the ketchup pots had exploded. Apart from that my kids said the pizza was nice

The wrap was really yummy but the chicken kebab tasted like boiled chicken and the cake was really dry and grainy. Chips- OK. Appreciate the service nonetheless; thank you.

Ordered late night mixed kebabs, really disappointing. Shavings of dried doner meat with random chunks of chicken, not kebab chicken. Served in a soup of salad and coleslaw with a dried pitta on the side.

Completely my fault, I had an old phone number on my account so they weren't able to contact me and it arrived late as a consequence; but they came to let me know and even upsized my order. Thank you for that, and sorry for the inconvenience.

Awful pizzas.....waste of money nobody would eat it ..pizza base soggy and chips weren't even cooked

Ordered food late at night and you normally assume it wont be that good. But had a chicken wrap and asked for it extra spicy. The food was warm and extra spicy plus they gave me an extra pot of chilli sauce. The wrap was really tasty and had nice chicken. Cant fault will be ordering again

food was aweful stone cold when arrived, driver was not taking any precautions, no gloves mask ect yas to be literally the worst kebab i have ever ever had, so bad my partner couldnt eat it. never again.

Delivery driver didn't do no contact service instead handed it to the resident. This house is currently under 14 day isolation.

I tried to cancel this order after my partner messaged me advising he had also ordered a delivery from another restaurant I spoke to probably the most rude and obnoxious woman I’ve ever spoken to and accused me of not being able to speak English (I’m at least 18th generation English), she didn’t even have any resemblance of an English accent, although I didn’t ask her history She then hung up on me, I tried again to ask her to cancel and even said I would pay just didn’t want the delivery but she was so so rude she hung up again!!!! I accepted the order as it was not the drivers fault but despite having ordered from this restaurant before, I will never again order from them and to be honest their kebab meat was terribly dry and in-seasoned I’m just glad we also had a Chinese to enjoy DONT ORDER FROM THIS RESTAURANT!!

Really wasn't at all happy with my order, I had a large vegetarian pizza which cost £19 if you're spending £19 on a pizza! You should get fresh good quality ingredients and for it to made with a bit of care but this pizza was neither. I wouldn't recommend anyone go here for pizza safe your money it's really not worth it.
