Burger King in Bournemouth

Food is freezing cold , iam not happy with the delivery driver, he took his time as I watched his progress on map and as he entered my road was very slow paced as he was on the map,hence why my good is cold. I would like a refund please

Arrived cold but otherwise tasted just as you’d expect, cold burger king

The food was cold despite the 4 minutes distance from the restaurant to my house 😕

Cold food. Bag ripped. Waited two hours for poorly assembled burgers.

I watched the driver on the map driving around for ages, then walking up and down another street for 10 minutes. Then he stood at my door telling me i had the wrong code and wouldn't give me my food. By the time i got it, it was freezing cold.

Waited hour and a half for 2 cold burgers.and fries, then had to watch the delivery driver ride past and go. Wrong way so another 10 mins till we got our lunch, awful service all round.

Not good. Questionable hygiene, slow service, mediocre food.

Food was as expected. However none of the tables had been cleaned for what looked like all day and there was no bog roll in the toilets.

This has to be the worst Burger restaurant in the area - visited tonight, cold tough burgers, no taste - chips were warm and tough ! Staff seemed in interested and restaurant was dirty and tables needed clearing despite staff standing around ! Wouldn’t use again and wouldn’t recommend! Use mc Donald’s so much better and cheaper too!!

my food don't come at all and wen I phome to see were it is just to get told I got to what for 7 day to get back to Me I'm home holiday and can't even got my food all my money back to go somewhere else

The drinks and ice cream part of my order was correct however I received the complete wrong order for my hot food. I rang the restaurant who said I need to take it up with Just Eat and Just Eat say that want photographic evidence and will get back to me in 48 hours. What help is this when you have a hungry family waiting to eat? I find this happens more often than not with missing items and part orders. It has put me off of ordering this way again

Food was hot and served quickly. Quiet and clean restaurant.

The food was good. The ladies toilets was disgusting, the leaking sink flooded the toilet.

The toilets are soooooo disgusting, I saw a bloody cotton tampon, blood all over the toilet, and a pregnancy test on the sink. There is no actual person to clean this up??? Sorry Burger King but this made me uncomfortable ,maybe this is not your fault but this is such a ridiculous service. Almost made to throw up, Jesus Christ dude...

This was a very dissapointing meal , it was meant to be a treat for my grandson , his meal was missing and the chips were all cold .

I put on form where to get to my address but the driver go by sat nav and takes you to ophir road. entrance to my flat is in Porchester road. The meal wasn't very hot. had to reheat it

Angus burger was expensive very dry hardly any fries, the staff looked like they didn't want to be there, tables were dirty no one cleaned any thing while I was there. Very poor experience 😢

Went yesterday and it was nice and clean

my food came 2 hours late. I was cooled. driver said that all he has had to do was pick it up. this is very bad service. I had to eat what I could and threw the rest away.

Driver said he was outside and I didn’t find him. He left with my order

They close at 11pm, but at 8pm first flour was already closed and the toilet aswell

Drinks were warmer than my food, no napkins, lettuce in burgers were the middle hard parts of the lettuce and the proper lettuce that was there was brown and off. Most of the chips were solid inside so uncooked and the burger was like a hockey puck

Unacceptable small portion of chips for the medium size and nearly raw bacon. Literally there were 10 chips in a little bag. I order weekly and is never been like that.

Burger King is self service, they call out a number, and you collect your food.

Hygiene is very poor, the dining area is dirty and no one cleans up and the toilet is even worse.

Hands down by far the worst burger King meal i have ever had!!. At least try and put the burger in the bun instead of making it look like the aftermath of a car crash. First and last time ordering from here.

Food arrive cold , when I ordered the food it stated 25-40 minutes for delivery …. 2 hours later …. The food is freezing . Not worth the £35 . Very disappointed

The restaurant accepted the order at 22:20 on a Thursday, they updated the delivery estimate 3 times, the app said the food was being prepared and a driver was waiting. And one hour and 20 min later cancelled the order

Stated it was “on the way” for 15 minuets I then called the resturant and asked if I hey have an update they told me the driver has just pick up the food further 10 minuets driver turns up food is stone cold
