Burger King in Bournemouth

Very nice restaurant, the staff are polite and the waiting time isn't long. The food tasted great!! Recommend.

Great experience at Burger King! From the moment we arrived, the service was top notch. The staff is very friendly and helpful, making sure everything is in order. The place was clean and well organized, creating a comfortable environment to enjoy the meal. I ordered a Whopper and as always, the quality was exceptional. The bun was perfectly toasted, the meat was juicy, and the unique Burger King flavor did not disappoint. Also, the fries were crispy and freshly made - everything was delicious! The soda was nice and cold and served in just the right amount. I love the consistency they always deliver, both in taste and quality. I will definitely be back, and I would recommend them to anyone looking for a quick and tasty meal. Great job, Burger King! See you soon!

apparently the couriers bike broke down. The meal arrived cold.

I called the restaurant after the driver had given me my order that I checked on the doorstep and the fodd was cold. the driver said that it was not his problem so I called the restaurant and they said that it had been picked up and hour before my delivery. they said to contact the carrier and get a refund. the driver had no care at all about it being delivered cold.

Nothing really wrong with food, but chicken burger to sweet and not to my taste. Everything else was fine.

Always use the BK app when ordering to great great deals. Can't beat a whopper and chicken royale combo at BK. Could tell the lad was new who served me but friendly and polite 👌

Cold food. Bag ripped. Waited two hours for poorly assembled burgers.

I watched the driver on the map driving around for ages, then walking up and down another street for 10 minutes. Then he stood at my door telling me i had the wrong code and wouldn't give me my food. By the time i got it, it was freezing cold.

Waited hour and a half for 2 cold burgers.and fries, then had to watch the delivery driver ride past and go. Wrong way so another 10 mins till we got our lunch, awful service all round.

Food was as expected. However none of the tables had been cleaned for what looked like all day and there was no bog roll in the toilets.

El personal parecía interesado y el restaurante estaba sucio y las mesas necesitaban limpieza a pesar de que el personal estaba de pie alrededor! No volvería a usar y no recomendaría! ¡Usa mc Donald’s mucho mejor y más barato también!

my food don't come at all and wen I phome to see were it is just to get told I got to what for 7 day to get back to Me I'm home holiday and can't even got my food all my money back to go somewhere else

The drinks and ice cream part of my order was correct however I received the complete wrong order for my hot food. I rang the restaurant who said I need to take it up with Just Eat and Just Eat say that want photographic evidence and will get back to me in 48 hours. What help is this when you have a hungry family waiting to eat? I find this happens more often than not with missing items and part orders. It has put me off of ordering this way again

The food was good. The ladies toilets was disgusting, the leaking sink flooded the toilet.

The toilets are soooooo disgusting, I saw a bloody cotton tampon, blood all over the toilet, and a pregnancy test on the sink. There is no actual person to clean this up??? Sorry Burger King but this made me uncomfortable ,maybe this is not your fault but this is such a ridiculous service. Almost made to throw up, Jesus Christ dude...

This was a very dissapointing meal , it was meant to be a treat for my grandson , his meal was missing and the chips were all cold .

I put on form where to get to my address but the driver go by sat nav and takes you to ophir road. entrance to my flat is in Porchester road. The meal wasn't very hot. had to reheat it

Ordered it for literally the first time and had a lovely brown hair in it causing me to puke thanks 😊

Drinks were warmer than my food, no napkins, lettuce in burgers were the middle hard parts of the lettuce and the proper lettuce that was there was brown and off. Most of the chips were solid inside so uncooked and the burger was like a hockey puck

Unacceptable small portion of chips for the medium size and nearly raw bacon. Literally there were 10 chips in a little bag. I order weekly and is never been like that.
