This has to be the worst Burger restaurant in the area - visited tonight, cold tough burgers, no taste - chips were warm and tough ! Staff seemed in interested and restaurant was dirty and tables needed clearing despite staff standing around ! Wouldn’t use again and wouldn’t recommend! Use mc Donald’s so much better and cheaper too!!

The food was good. The ladies toilets was disgusting, the leaking sink flooded the toilet.

The toilets are soooooo disgusting, I saw a bloody cotton tampon, blood all over the toilet, and a pregnancy test on the sink. There is no actual person to clean this up??? Sorry Burger King but this made me uncomfortable ,maybe this is not your fault but this is such a ridiculous service. Almost made to throw up, Jesus Christ dude...

Unacceptable small portion of chips for the medium size and nearly raw bacon. Literally there were 10 chips in a little bag. I order weekly and is never been like that.

Shocking!! Waited 15 minutes and then asked where my order was to be told that they will do it now and be ready in 5 minutes. Still no food and asked for a refund, if I could leave minus stars as I review I would and the Customer Service is an absolute joke

The food was good and the staff are very friendly and nice. Definitely would recommend this place for the food as it was hot and clean. The speed of service was really quick. The one downside is they make you do your own drinks which to mean seems lazy of the workers.

The worst Burger King I have ever been, table's were so dirty, coffee dropping from the tables, no one clean them until an old man (client, I believe) started to clean the tables, the toilets were disgusting, no disable toilets and it wasn't a single rubbish bin in none of the toilets. Very bored staff and none of them have 5 minutes to check the tables.

My order was ready in a good time plus it was super tasty .i enjoyed every bite 💯 I will definitely visit again 🥰

I remember going here, the burgers were cold, chips too, the restaurant itself was not very clean, tiloilets were a mess and there was a drunken man sleeping in the upper part, causing a smell and making some poor wee girls feel uncomftoble so he was asked to leave.... not a great visit, it just shows management does not know how to run the place and has a lack of proper security.

The restaurant was really clean and the experience that I had was amazing, staff was really polite, my food came on time and the food was nice warm, fresh and delicious, definitely recommend.

Mid evening the upstairs seating area was locked which meant no access to the toilets. I had a gastric problem so I asked the lad who was mopping the floor to unlock the door so I could get to the toilets. He refused and I was literally begging him and in pain but he simply put his ear pods on so he couldn't hear me. I had to make my way to the counter and, in front of loads of customers ,ask a manager to unlock the door for me explaining why, which thankfully he did. I found the whole experience embarrassing and degrading. At 56 years of age I should not have to beg for access to a toilet.

Staff are very friendly and the service was excellent I got what I wanted including a cup of black tea only a little problem was they didn't have any sweeteners as I am diabetic otherwise everything was excellent 👍

Popped in for a quick snack after having a 10km beach run. Would highly recommend as the service was second to none. I have to give a shoutout to Finlay as he was very easy to talk to and he was very welcoming.

Ordered 2 x bacon double cheeseburger xl meals both burgers stone cold, like this just come out the fridge, that cold the cheese didn't even melt. Took the burgers back and complained they put the open one in the bin and the other back on the food rack and gave me 2 more burgers none of the staff touching and making the burgers had gloves on but front counter staff did and again both burgers stone cold so asked to see the manage who was playing with his phone behind the counter he gave me 2 more burgers not even a sorry just said hope these ones are better. This time they was warm but ok to eat. Place was disgusting like it's not been cleaned for weeks, the tables were dirty, rubbish on every table and over the floor and the staff didn't seem to care was more interested in chatting to each other about what there doing tonight, very poor service will not be going back there wouldn't be surprising if the place had mice or rats. Very shocking and disgusting as most burger Kings are clean and staff make an effort to have good customer service. 😒

Well no wonder it’s cheap and cheerful the meal deal, all cold even sitting in the place. Wanted to use the toilet , they put a divider in front of the stairs. Asked can I use the toilet said no cleaning it . This was 21.30pm closes at 23.00pm on a Thursday night. Only us two sitting in and one other person . Wouldn’t bother ordering from home, it be stone cold , was in the premises . You pay cheap, get service which not great, and cold food.

I advise order delivery is taking a lottery ticket on wether your order comes complete, cold, battered or even has more than 32 chips in a "large" chips. Complained to BK H/O with no compo or even a follow up with the franchise, as orsered thru just eat any issues has to be thru them and still no refund for past 3 delivery fails. This one today last straw muppets, birger in meal missing store says re-order or refund. No, i want my burger that says on that stupid sticky label on the outside with reciept that my order was checked. Lying, chip stealing, money grabbing muppets. Principle now, just eat may handle refund eventually but BK will handle a potential law suit. This is against trading standards and my rights.

The burger and chips were cold, tasteless and old, looked nothing like the pictures advertised. Should have returned after the first bite but didn’t want to complain. £8.99 too expensive for what I had. Never again Burger King.

Visited on 17/06 and asked if they had a disabled toilet, as there was a normal toilet upstairs. As I have mobility issues and needed the toilet due to a weak bladder, but was told that they had no disabled toilet, which is clearly a breach of the Equality Act 2010 and disability discrimination. So if you are disabled, avoid at all costs! One out of five is even too much for total and clear discrimination

On my £20 note it clearly says I promise to pay the bearer on Demand the sum of £20. Burger King Do not believe our money is suitable for their services, so I won't be going to burger King again.

I went to Burger King Commercial Road, Bournemouth, and will never ever go again!! The food was disgusting! Worst burger I have ever had! I had a dble bacon cheeseburger, the whole thing was cold! I took it back, and they replaced it with another one, which was exactly the same as the first! The bacon tasted like it had been taken out of the fridge, and put straight into the burger, without heating it up! As I was eating it, (because I was so hungry) the bap was breaking up in my hands, which indicated that it was an old one, that had been taken out of the fridge and breaking up. My table was full of crumbs and broken bits of bread! The table and chairs had chunks missing! The health and safety crew would have a field day if they came to this place! Absolutely horrendous!!" People, do not go there. You could be ill!!

The table had crumbs and some stains on it. I asked for a cloth to clean the table. The server said he would do this and he used a J cloth to brush the crumbs away mostly on the floor. The table was still stained as the cloth was dry! The burgers were cold. The fries were lovely and hot and we put these inside the bun to warm the taste up. No cleaning of other tables after people left.

Having gone to Bournemouth to meet friends and do a bit of shopping we popped in to Burger King as it's my favourite burger place.....well never again!😡 The place was absolutely filthy...the floors, carpet by the door, uncleaned tables...and to top it off I went to the toilet...omg...thank god for face masks. I have NEVER experienced such disgusting toilets in my life, I almost threw up!! I'm sure if a health inspector went in there it'd be closed down!! Don't grace them with your custom.... imagine what the kitchen must be like.... I hope BK head office monitor these reviews.

If you ever venture toward Burger King in Bournemouth don’t stop - don’t go it’s appalling Tonight the order was wrong my latte was like warm and half a cup My steak burger was full of bone bits an luke warm even when it was replaced it was barely warm then and my replacement was the same I now have indigestion and feel completely dissatisfied - awful !

The toilets are disgusting really awful. The burger was cold like really cold the cheese was not melting and the bacon was cold like it was taken straight from the fridge. The service was so slow even though there was about 6 staff behind the counter and hardly any customers. This branch is the worse I have ever seen absolutely shocking.

We watched one of the staff clean a table with a dry cloth walked in to the toilet and used the same cloth to wipe tables people r eating off. Its the dirtiest place iv been. Shocking

went to BK for dinner with my girlfriend, staff was ridiculously unprofessional !! literally a group of kids including team leaders, I waited 5 minutes to be served while the staff was speaking using bad words, dancing and shouting in the kitchen, also speaking their language (spanish) witch I understand and didn't like the conversation. After all, the girl who was supposed to be serving just gave me a bad look and asked if she could help ! They got my order wrong and gave me something I am allergic to and when we complained about that, the girl laughed in my face!!! Nobody said sorry about it, not even the manager, they just found it really funny for some reason. Tables were all dirty, I had to clean a table myself so we could seat. Toilets....DISGUSTING! Un burger king que está idealmente situado en el centro de la ciudad, además de estar lo suficientemente cerca tanto del hermoso parque como del paseo marítimo, venden una buena variedad de varias hamburguesas, bebidas y postres limitados, pedí la hamburguesa doble de tocino con papas fritas a el amable miembro de la tripulación que llegó a su debido tiempo ya que estaban muy ocupados, la hamburguesa estaba recién preparada y estaba buenísimo, hay asientos adicionales disponibles arriba.

Visited on Saturday for lunch ordered 2 whopper meals food was fresh and served quickly by polite staff. The drinks were a bit flat but that seems to be the trend with these fast food places. Restraint was generally clean and tidy and felt welcoming.

Tengo que decir que vine aquí con mi familia ayer, fue terrible. El personal era muy grosero y preparaba la comida sin guantes. No había ningún cambio de bebé, así que tuve que cambiar a mi hijo en mi regazo, lo que creo que es terrible, entonces se equivocaron en la comida. y me sorprendió bastante que en los retretes soy de vista parcial, no pude ver la pequeña locura que decía agua caliente hasta que puse mi mano en agua realmente caliente, como familia no disfrutamos de la comida ya que todos los problemas Tengo que decir que no vamos a venir aquí de nuevo absolutamente espantoso

Fuimos para una comida rápida después del trabajo, y aunque la comida estaba bien, el servicio no era excelente. El tipo que nos sirvió habló sobre mí todo el tiempo. Así que mi hija no consiguió la hamburguesa de pollo que quería, él no me ofreció ir a lo grande y no me oyó pedir la ensalada extra en mi hamburguesa. Como dije, no había nada malo con la comida, pero el servicio al cliente era definitivamente deficiente.
