Its too good in taste I had my day ruined nicely But only one minus is that staff smile is missing I knew its very hard at busy but just by your smile customers can divert they mind towards pleasant

There was a crackhead in the KFC, who first spilled his drink on the bottom. Than sat down took like 2 bites and stood up again. He said "I need some fresh air" and slippt on his own drink :D Food and service were normal but the guy made the KFC experience 10/10

Does management know that staff close of 90% of the eating area in tje evening. and why is this, also closing the toilets over people leaving loo roll on the floor, it's not everyone's fault so why take it out on the customer, we are patrons not your enemy and if you dont like your job find something else.

Made the mistake of ordering from here on Just Eat instead of the good KFC. They forgot to pack half my order and told me I'd need to walk 30min to their shop to get it fixed. 100% failure rate from this KFC.

The chicken was lukewarm at best and the chips were a soggy cold mess Will not eat here again and will try to tell people not to eat here as so bad and disappointing

If you like floppy chips and greasy chicken this is the place for you! My Sprite was totally tasteless as was the coleslaw. A tiny portion of garlic sauce - also greasy - couldn’t cover the issues. I probably shouldn’t have gone there in the first place! But I did, and I won’t be returning. Sorry.

This branch now has Order terminals, which makes things so much quicker as this branch is notoriously slow at taking orders. Food is exactly as you would expect from KFC but now with less food poisoning, which can only be a good thing. P.s. The chips are finally made of potato instead of 20 year old cardboard, which makes them actually edible and quite good!

Paid £28.49 for take away , delivered by the absolutely useless Just Eat , wrong order delivered , food items missing , food was unedible

I find it strange that this KFC allows you to order and asks you for a table number but the customer has to collect the food once it's ready.

Went to the KFC today, one of the lady staff is the rudest one I have ever met in my life, have to ask ketchup few times, she totally totally ignore me , no smile on her face , looks like someone owes her millions of pounds, will never go there again just because of her . Rude 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡

I don’t usually write reviews but this place made me angry yesterday ! I was really looking forward to my leg of chicken as my fav part , it came and I couldn’t even eat it! Never seen a peice of chicken so over cooked and I couldn’t eat it as stupidly tried to and it tasted like the whatever it’s cooked it wasn’t changed in a long time! Nasty!!!!! Greasy , made me feel sick , had to spit out in napkin! Plus the younge white man working there kicking in every door he went through! Not polite staff and food was minging!

It's definitely one of the better KFC's. The chicken was nice and juicy and tasty. But the state of the toilets does let it down. I would avoid them at all costs and use the public toilets in sovereign centre, they're a lot cleaner. There are about 4/5 steps to get in, but it says on the door they have a ramp. They do have a disabled toilet, which is accessed by anyone and judging by the state of the other toilets, will probably be like using a horrible public toilet.

Very slow service and so much noise outside

Found a black hair in my 20 chicken bucket. It was so disgusting I didn’t want to take a picture of it and phoned up this kfc to tell them I had found a hair. They told me to come back and replace it I told them I was on holiday until the 12th so could I come in then. Just been in on the 12th and they are treating me like a fool. Lesson learnt take pictures and upload them don’t give these jokers a second chance. Disgusting food disgusting customer service

It's a KFC so nowt to shout about ,the chicken bites were clap cold and the gravy was watered down apart from that the rest was as expected, didnt have to wait long for the food.

Visited today around 20.45 - only 2 tables available as main seating area closed for cleaning. Asked for some salt apparently they had run out!!! Unbelievable!! Plenty of nearby convenience stores - you would have thought the manager could have used a bit of initiative and popped out to buy so.e as a stop gap.

Ordered a delivery order, bargain bucket and 2 chicken fillet burgers. No fillet burgers turned up. Called shop they could offer no refund or no further delivery. Gave me a number to ring that no one was answering. I suppose I should be grateful that the chicken I got was at least edible. I emailed their "KFC Care squad" - PMSL should be the KFC don't give a monkeys squad. Anyway they blamed deliveroo and suggested I contacted them. Can't be bothered chasing round. Will never order again, total shower. They seem unable to give a refund.

The guys there work extremely hard, plus they are very kind and have a lot of patience. Highly recomended

Worst chips in the world, ordered ice-cream, but they didn't have any,

Mobile ordering. Not working. In-house ordering screens. Not working. Card payment. Not working. Had to leave and get cash. Who uses cash any more? I'd almost forgotten how to use a cash machine until visiting KFC. Fortunately, the food was up to scratch. Ate takeaway this time, but have eaten in before. It's a dismal place that was previously a bank and even fitted out with KFC furniture it's still dreary. Not a brilliant experience, but it's ok for takeaway.

Fizzy drink won't tasting correctly either soda or liquid is too much or something

A very busy night for the staff here but they remained professional, courteous and helpful. Despite the self order machines being down the staff member was very friendly amd helped to ensure we got our order timely. The food was very good and my daughter enjoyed the treat!

This is the second time in a row I've ordered and they got something wrong! Last time is was my BBQ Wrap and they sent me the other one, and this time I asked for no mayo on the burger and it's got mayo on it🙄 love KFC but gone down hill with these mistakes happening.

Ordered with Deliveroo food arrived two hours late. Nothing was correct. The piece of chicken was disgusting with no meat on it. I ordered a meal at 6.15pm and it hasn't arrived by 9pm! when I went to the place where Bournemouth Boscombe KFC was supposed to be shipped the manager said she can't do anything because they are late it's a joke two and a half hours!!!!!?? ?

Terrible. Waited half an hour for our food then had to go and ask for it. Missed our order so they didn’t have what I ordered and gave me something different. Chicken under cooked and cold fries. Staff unapologetic and I don’t care attitude. Definitely won’t be going back there, put me off KFC for the foreseeable future

Without question the worst experience I have ever had in any KFC. TERRIBLE customer service, staff were incompetent, argumentative rude. Food was just about acceptable, I will never go there again. I suggest you avoid going here, if I had seen the reviews already on here I wouldn't have taken my family members to this KFC (Boscombe)

The best KFC I have been in, nice big space food is just what you expect. They could do with cleaning tables once a customer leaves.

They do not give a discount to social workers even the blue light card show 10% off! The lady at the till said manager's instruction! I'm so disappointed!

Second time this year being robbed by KFC Boscombe staff. Please check your orders before walking out of store. Again tonight paid for 10 chicken pieces and got home to find 8 in the box. This has happened to me a before at this very same branch.

It's a nice place and the staff are customer-centric, neat and fast in putting your orders together.

Would never order from them again. Ordered family deluxe bucket and should have got 4 orders of fries. When it arrived no fries. Used just eat for delivery and so rang the store and they didn’t want to know. We had to go through just eat. Wasn’t there fault. Got no where. Not happy. This kfc is a joke. Don’t order from them.

Better than other KFCs in the area for quality Staff do take a while to serve but do their best to please (they look over run with all the delivroos and probably dealing with being in Bos Vegas)

Usually love a KFC. But no wheelchair/pushchair access, even though has a disabled toilet. So after carrying the pushchair up about 8 steps and waiting to order (as both self serve machine were put of order) they had ran out of chicken, only had fillets left

Worse KFC I've ever had. It was that bad I doubt I'll ever eat KFC again. Chicken smelt & tasted off so didn't eat, chips were cold so didn't eat ended up with just a drink & an empty stomach. It will be a long time before I have KFC again if ever it was that bad.

Very disappointing meal, came without chips, the corn on the cob was mushy and brown in centre, the chicken was dry and chewy. I always regret getting KFC from Boscombe. £26 wasted

Today I had a very bad experience with kfc boscombe. Half of the items which I ordered were missing. When I rang the store no one answered. I had to go to the store to tell my issue. I politely asked about the missing items. The staffs were very rude and questioned me like I was lying. I felt insulted by their rude behaviour. My very important guests had to wait a long time for food, I had to ring the store several times, finally I had to walk to the store and had to face the rude behaviour of the staffs in the store. They gave my missing items at last after a lot of explanations. My day is ruined because of this one food order from KFC boscombe.

Is lovely place. No waiting even in peak times. Good Staff I interacted with one staff. So kind and amazing person her name was Lia. She is very gentlewoman. kudos to her and the rest of the staff. People like Lia and korey make a brand more big and more popular.

Went in to grab some food . Ordered a crushems which costs extra on top of the meal itself. Got told that they didn’t have it after I had paid. Asked for money back but they refused and said I could have a different flavour of crushems which I didn’t want . Then opened my meal to find no chips . Asked for some and was greeted my rude staff. I will never come back. Terrible staff need lessons on dealing with customers.

Second order messed up in a matter of a few days. Got home to find not everything ordered is in the bag. Should have checked but shouldn't be expected to in the first place. Staff need training. Poor management. Not supporting this establishment again!!

I usually void having KFC in London because the chicken is so dry however heading stumbled KFC here is actually really good. Staff was nice and allowed us to eat inside when they are due to close. We ordered 2 piece chicken me and chicken strips and found The chicken is Succulent, the chips was good , def come again.

The food was really cooked wery well. I do recommend the KFC Boscombe and those around Bournemouth except the the KFC at Lansdowne which is just bad--the food is not good enough.

worst kfc in the country .order never complete or correct chips always only half cooked. waiting time is long due to the total confusion of staff not up to the job. ask for a cold drink you get all ice and a splash of drink. total rip off think this franchise is out to rip off customers

Ordered for delivery. I think they run out ingredients as is barely anything in the wrap. Also the stacker burger wrapped in to paper and someone tried to flatten it like a wrap. Wrong drinks as always.

Extremely old meat served, taste like an old shoe, smell similar, reaheted meet probably served.

Popped in not expecting much from the service but I have to say the staff were exceptional. I have had, quite frankly, sh*t experiences at kfc so didn't have high hopes. I dont know what they have done to the team! And even better, i could hear them enjoying there jobs. Thanks girls, simple but it made my day...(spicy mayo sauce).

KFC service is a bit hit-and-miss around the area. However this branch is super friendly, staff are willing to chat, smile and have a conversation. They had closed the seating area but the duty manageress allowed us to sit in. We were also given a cookie as the restaurant was closing soon. Top service.

Sweet chilli wraps are proper!! Lots of juicy chicken smothered in sweet chilli and delicious Chunky Coleslaw all wrapped in a soft wrap. 100% better than the other chains!! Well done.

Recently visited the KFC on Westover Road, Bournemouth, when COVID 19 restrictions were taking place. I was absolutely shocked and disgusted at what I saw. I popped in to get a takeaway for my son, nobody ( apart from myself) was wearing a mask and there was absolutely no social distancing being followed whatsoever. I unfortunately needed the toilet whilst there, and they were utterly disgusting too! Dirty toilets, dirty sinks and over flowing sanitary bins to the point that the sanitary towels were touching the toilets. The local authority needs to make a visit here and quick before someone becomes seriously ill!! Never again

I absolutely love kfc, they are great value for most of their food, especially the snack boxes and the 2 hot wings for 99p, could do with making their fully loaded meals etc cheaper, but do love my kfc

Wouldn’t even give them a star, Had food from there on Tuesday evening and since then I’ve have food poisoning, haven’t been able to leave the house or eat anything since it’s now Saturday and I’m No better My advice is don’t bother getting anything from there, I know I won’t be going back again.....

This is THE best KFC in Bournemouth, I usually get something at least once a week, much better than the others which I find hard to understand as it all comes from a central supply?! Always tasty and hot, once or twice on takeaway it was a little cooler than I'd like but still fine. Staff do a Stirling job, boscombe is not the easiest neighbourhood, the staff are fine with me, but I try to be patient and respectful, goes a long way, best policy in life!
