Five Guys is a great spot for a delicious burger. The burgers are fresh, juicy, and you can add all the toppings you like. Their fries are tasty and come in big portions. The place has a casual vibe, and the staff is friendly. It’s a bit pricey, but if you're craving a good, satisfying burger, it’s worth it.

Tasty burgers and fries but the choice is not quite good. It would be nice if they add some coffee or tea not just the unhealthy sodas. But my son enjoys the place so we go there every time when in Bournemouth.

Shout out to Jake (per receipt - may have been someone else) who said he was new (2nd week) as he was so friendly and polite. The staff here all cheerful and it makes such a difference. Clean, relaxed environment - good for kids. American style boothes. Plenty of seating. Simple menu, great tasting burgers - fresh patties and delicious shakes. Good portion of fries. Pick your own toppings, all included. We love this chain.

There’s no burger I’ve ever tasted that matches up to the amazing burgers we had on Sunday evening at the Bournemouth 5 Guys. Food was amazing. Shakes were to die for. Staff were really enthusiastic and friendly. We had a great experience… thank you!!! 😎

Lovely milk shake ( no straw ). Burger was tasty but was missing 1 item. Fries were tiny portion compared to what you get in the shop . I love five guys but they need to make sure that delivery items are as close in standards as in house orders

I've visited bournemouth for two weeks with some of my friends and we went to this five guys nearly everyday and Ion regret it. Best food, best Service! The best men is Roberto with a big gap, because he's just such a delightful, greatful person with a big smile on his face which makes the experience 10x as good. Give him a raise!

Nice, clean, restaurant. The service was great. We had Cheesburger (all the way), vegetable sandwich with cheese, and little fries. Daughter said, "Best Burger I've ever had!" You can get your own amount of ketchup, mayo, vinegar, salt, and pepper. Drinks you get yourself from self-service machine. Toilets are clean - unisex. We had a lovely lunch, nice and fresh food. Delicious

I come here regularly and the food is amazing. The staff are really lovely too. I was served by the manager on shift on Monday and he was very welcoming and a nice guy! Always smiling and very patient while I was ordering! :)

The drinks were ready too early compared to the food. Hot dogs tasted synthetic and were small. Burgers basic and dry. Buns were scrunched up and dampish eewww. Never going again 😔

How you going to employ a guy to serve that doesn't understand basic English? I walk in there and ask "do you do a meal deal with drink and chips included like burger king do", I walked out cause he didn't understand. Now having lunch in spoons. Much better atmosphere too compared to the 1 guy you had in there.

Turned up almost at the end of the day. Staff still friendly, food still tasting great, nice and hot. Less than a two minute walk if you park underground and get the lift up. Recommended!

Only issue is that the delivery instructions where not used !!!!! and he went to the wrong house

You know what you're going to get. Not cheap but a good burger.

Chips cold and burger was all greasy wrapped in foil not so good idea of greasy as all the juices spilt out everywhere. Perhaps double wrap the burgers or in a box. Heard so many rave about 5 guys but not for me I’ll never order again

Chips were cold/luck warm but the burger was insane!

Went here on a Tuesday evening before an event held at the BIC. We arrived with about 2 hours prior to the show starting. It started with people being sat long after us were getting served before us. Once we did finally order, the drinks came wrong, though they did correct it swiftly. We then waited well over an hour for our food to arrive in which other people who ordered after us were getting their food way before ours. The wait came as a bit of a surprise as we noticed that the restaurant had quite a few empty tables. Eventually when it did arrive, there was a side dish missing and another had been sent completely different to what was ordered. By this point with time getting on we were so hungry that we had accept the food as we felt refusing it would have meant us going without. The food itself was nice and plentiful. But when there are the issues we had, it felt like the premium price tag was not really justified. Upon paying and leaving. We overheard several tables complaining of similar issues and which seemed to create a negative atmosphere coming from the waiting tables. I do appreciate that we are all humans at the end of the day and it may have just been a bad night however, it was a shame that the experience turned out like that. As we ended up rushing so that we wasn't late.

Visted here today for the first time at Five Guys .The best cheese burger and milkshake ever .Was greeted by a very warm and inviting young male and was an excellent service and excellent quality meal .

The food was shattered inside, and the burger came as opened , and the veggies were spilled inside the cover.. worst packing

Delivery was fast and easy, the order completely ignored my toppings and added tomato lettuce and onions that i didn’t want.

It’s what you’d expect from a Five Guys in that the food and milkshakes are pretty decent but overly expensive. At this branch in particular I’ve never had any issues - staff always polite and the place is always kept clean and tidy. 4 stars instead of 5 as a reflection of price which although is a corporate decision I feel reflects on my overall review of the place.

All is very good! But the toilets are always so dirty

No sauce. I asked for sauce on the order and none given. This is the second time in 24 hours it’s happened from the same store.

Went to use the Ketchup pump after receiving my order. When I pushed the lever to squirt the ketchup into the pot, it squirted directly at me and went all over an expensive brand new white T-shirt. The staff were very unhelpful in helping me resolve the issue. Completely ruined my meal, and caused me to spend the rest of my night with a stained T-shirt covered in ketchup.

Five guys on time and with everything we ordered. Burger was really tasty so was everything else. Portion size of chips was massive. Perhaps only needed one portion.

I have got five guy’s embarrassingly probs once every other day mainly not via app and once again they messed up my order when they get it right 10/10 everytime but unless I wish I could attach pictures on here because I’ve just spent £20 on burger and large fries and five guys fries large is suppose to be 1500 calories according to them and when I get a portion as small as Maccys small for £7 and not even correct season I am not happy at all 0 consistency. 30%+ of all delivery orders they have ducked for me…

Delivery driver called for some help to find the address and was extremely rude!!!! As I closed the door I heard him calling me names!!!! Absolutely disgusting !!!!

Can’t complain about food quality 👌 delivery in relatively good time although they forgot to put sauce which I added on in bag 😢

Once again the correct portion size of chips I am happy with quality taste all good I will keep coming back if they stay consistent like this

No salad at all. Burgers were tasty but I like salad and choice of ketchup and mayonnaise. There was nothing just cheese. Unbelievable for £25. I then found out that you need to choose salad etc. I wasn't advised. I'm very unhappy

Very disappointed as a first time customer, value for money is not a thing I feel 5 Guys offer. It looked like slightly better version of a grubby Mac Donald’s. For similar cost Burger King offers better. This order was made online, I will add that the delivery service was on time and polite. Will I use them again? Sadly not the cost of this meal which consisted of a double cheeseburger with bacon and small fry at £16.90 wow

On my last order I made a complaint that the rider's GPS was not working, however I didn't realize that it was raining very heavily and the driver was attentive and the food arrived hot. I would like to withdraw my complaint and report this driver. thanks

Fries were great and while the burger was decent, the price of it is kind of high. Delivery was free at least.

Super helpful, patient and cheerful staff. Great food if you're into smash burgers and customisation. Milkshakes are pretty much too good to finish as they are so rich and creamy. Clean modern interior, great location. Don't order bigger then a small fries unless you're sharing.

Nothing special about food, HATE unisex toilets, always dirty.

First time at Five Guys...Couldn't hear the girl taking our order and she seemed a little fed up so when we were given the receipt and realised the order was wrong we decided to just eat it anyway. The food was ok. The Jalapeños weren't my kind of Jalapeños and the mushrooms had that defrosted chew to them and tasted a bit too earthy for me. The fries were nice. Maybe if we had the order we originally wanted we'd have enjoyed it a tiny bit more but a don't really think so. Not gonna bother again.
