Top place for anything steak related, but also really good for other dietary requirements. Location and atmosphere is great, and the service is spot on! Kasia is a great host!

I really like this chain restaurant. The steaks and accompaniments are delicious. One steak came out cold but was quickly and politely replaced.

Ksandra was our server. Constantly checking whether we were happy with the food and drink. Food as always was delightful. Only downfall is the restaurant is a bit dark, hard to read menu etc.

Everything was amazing, lovely atmosphere however the steaks aren’t ever good they are clearly cooked well but the actual steak itself isn’t good.Maybe need a new butcher.

A solid performance from M&C, it’s difficult to get a decent cut of meat these days however, I really enjoyed our meal, every bit of meat was beautifully cooked and full of flavour. The staff here are friendly and approachable, they interact well with the guests, I think we were served by Cassie? Extremely polite and attentive. The venue is presented well and offers a great atmosphere inside, I’m not sure if the restaurant is positioned in the best place, I felt a little exposed with where the restaurant is situated in a arcade of shops, everyone looks in which can be a little distracting, sadly there was a homeless guy sat outside which made us feel guilty when eating our meal. My only other criticism would be that the salads were brought out a little to early and not with our meals, the plate that was used to serve the meat was cold as so it wasn’t long before the meat lost its temperature.

Attentive & welcoming service from Steph. Polite, courteous and most helpful. She considered that the sirloin steak would be a good choice. And she was correct; it was very tasty, wholesome and satisfying. Thank you Steph.

My server was Sylvester and he was the loveliest man ever he was always there when we needed him gave us excelllent recommendations and checked on us constantly is was so nice to chat to him and if you ever go to the miller and carter in bh2 I would totally recommend it and if you have Sylvester you are so lucky

Did not meet expectation. Greeting a bit dissinterested. Service impersonal and rushed. No 'check ins' during meal. Meal average. We had Boxing day set meal 3 items were unavailable at 6pm, the goats cheese on toast came out without the pomegranate seeds as advertised (dish needed these to add sweetness) could have asked the wait staff but they were never around. Rib eye quite sinuey and alot of fat, which is unfortunate as it was cooked perfectly! Chocolate brownie very 'rich' / bitter not overly easy to eat. Not worth the $$ had a pub meal the next night which was 10x better for less than 1/2 the price.

The atmosphere was very relaxed and refreshing the staff were very friendly and knowledgeable especially Kasia. The food was to die for!!

Overall a lovely experience. Sylvester was very kind and welcoming as well as accommodating. Only thing I would change is how dark the restaurant gets, it was pretty difficult to read with how dark it was.

We were booked in at 7:30pm, we arrive roughly 7:33 and our table wasn’t ready for us. The management were great and friendly with my young niece. We complained during our meal, as our side salad was served to us approximately 8:30pm and at 8:50pm we hadn’t received our meal. When querying this we were told by a waitress there was a delay at it would be another 22 minutes. This wasn’t acceptable, the salad had been sat on the table for 20 minutes already and was due to sit for a further 20 minutes. Not to mention my niece was falling asleep at this point after waiting almost an hour and a half for our meals. When we questioned this the manager came over to speak with us. His customer service skills were fantastic and he reassured us the meals were on the way and they were too eager in bringing out the salad (would this have been left sat on a kitchen side if it wasn’t bought out?) When our meals were served to us we had two waitresses, one was fantastic and attentive moving to the other side of the table to serve food, the other was rude. As I was speaking with my niece, she stood next to me and shouted ‘Well Done’ across the table, indicating a well done stake and almost shoved this in front of my dads face at the other side of the table for him to take. The stake was also not well done, it was red inside. My dad ate this after the long time we waited but wasn’t impressed. We had a discount added to the bill at the end due to our experience; however, we booked miller and carter due to the reputation of the restaurants and it being for a special occasion. We were let down and won’t be returning.

Everything was perfect lovely food, amazing steak , we had a lovely waiter Sylvester❤️, cozy environment the only thing that need to be changed or improved is the half lettuce salad American style which I didn’t eat and nobody in my table ate.
