Cassandra was the best waitress we have ever had

Excellent meal, with great service from Cassandra.

Sylvester was lovely, he made sure my twin and I were very comfortable and well fed. We had a great laugh and enjoyed our food. Great service and tasty food

Perfect evening. Location. Table. Setting. Service. Drink. Food. First time trying a Chateaubriand and overwhelmed with how perfect it was. Whole evening makes Miller Carter Walisdown PALE in comparison as last vist there was horrendous. This was my first time at Miller Carter Bournemouth BH2. Will now only go here.

Everything!! We were in a rush as we had left it a little late to order our main course after appetisers as we were talking, I was travelling that evening, Kasia our watches was wonderful in arranging for our main courses to be expedited so we could enjoy our steaks. Kasia is THE consummate professional and an exceedingly good waitress. (I worked in the industry for 15 years and recognise good waitresses. This was exceptional and should be commended. Kasia is an asset to your team.)

Just had an amazing meal with my wife and I can't fault it in any way! Amazing service and food... Thanks for great meals of Full Ribs and Half Chicken...and a bottle of Pinot ...Delicious 🤩

Yes! Chateaubriand was fantastic. Lobster tail decent. Our waitress was friendly and helpful. Bonus: I could actually tip for the pleasure of the experience and feel good about it! No service charge slapped on the bill! Has to be a five.

Extremely rude door host turned away for wearing smart shorts not beach attire in the summer I haven’t had this in other branches as I am a regular patron in miller and carter was no explanation just a sign waved in my face

Disappointing. Ordered cote de boeuf medium. An hour later it comes out well done. They suggest I order something quicker. Wait another 25 minutes for two sirloins. Better but not what I went there for. Could have gone to the pub for something just as good and cheaper. No apologies from manager or offer for a discount for our time and inconvenience. We smiled, left a tip for our server and left.

Just left our dinner feeling that Kasia would be most of the reason we would visit again! From start to finish, my partner and I agreed this was the best service we have received at ANY Miller and Carter in the UK. She was efficient, super helpful in providing me with recommendations, and kept checking in to make sure everything was okay. I wasn’t feeling too well and she made sure to turn the air con above us down to make sure we were comfortable. Despite it being towards the end of the day, she still went above and beyond. A memorable experience for sure. Service aside, the food was lovely. Tender and well cooked. I had a ribeye and my partner had the burger. The flavours of both were strong too. Very good value for money. I would specifically like to note how much we appreciated not being pressured into tipping (as some places do). We ended up tipping more than we usually would as a result, as it was a pleasurable experience from start to finish.

Waitress was lovely, not sure of her name, it sounded like je jay , dark long hair with curls. Very good at her job

The food was lovely. We were celebrating our anniversary, Zoe the waitress looked after us very well.

Even tho' I arrive almost at closing time the waitress, Stephanie, was most helpful & extremely welcoming. She made a special effort to enquire from the chef if he would cook another steak. I was most pleased that thru' Stephanie's effort I enjoyed a fine fillet steak & vino dinner.

The service and quality of food was excellent. We told the waiter that we had just gotten married 2 days before and he came back with a dessert plate that had ‘congratulations’ written in chocolate on the edge of the bowl. This was a lovely touch and we really enjoyed his service on the evening.

First of all I have to say this was not what we expected. We been waiting at the entrance door but nobody came. Behind the bar a bunch of employees were just busy chatting and even if we made eye contact no-one was coming. After a while a manager came, with no a smile on his face. He just asked if you booked and took us in.Straight away a lady waitress came very quickly and polite introduced herself and took our drinks order. I think that was the only good thing happened tonight. From our table we could see a blond lady(we guessed she was manager or something) garnishing plates with her long nails (disgusting). Hair no tight up and most of the time on her phone or laughing with the kitchen staff. Another 3 member of staff were there busy chatting and watching phones. After seeing her touching everything with her hands(nails) we didn't feel hungry anymore. Sorry but this is unpleasant. Considering this is an open kitchen looks horrible. Probably if we were seated somewhere else to avoid seeing all this(touching hair, face etc, and after our food with no using proper tools).... Anyway, from our point of view regarding food safety, allergies etc this wasn't a great view. The lady who served us was well polite but we made a bad impression already, so unfortunately even if her service was great we are still disgusted. Toilets were decent but again, you expect high standards from this brand specialy when you pay £38 for a stake. No offence but even McDonald's staff are following the safety roles better. Not sure if will be back.

Manager at door was slightly rude. we waited an hour for a table which isn’t a problem but she failed to mention the hour waited for would have for food and wasn’t helpful so we decided not to eat.(from experience at other restaurants food would be nice)

It was me and my familys first time in this miller & carter, the food was very scrummy and enjoyable. We were served by a young lady named jaya who was very helpful & sweet which made our night ! Will be back again.

I went for a meal with my kids and we had Maya attending our table, I have to say she was so lovely. She went above and beyond to help us with the menu and was very friendly and so polite. She made the evening a lovely experience.
