KFC in Bournemouth

Food arrived and some of the order was missing, then found after biting I to one piece of chicken that it was raw inside , very bad all round !

Would be nice if they put napkins in the takeaway bags The small chicken wraps were nice.

Went there at lunchtime. Service fine. Burger was cold. 7.95 for cold chicken 🙄

I ordered the 20 wings, couple of wings had chicken feather and hair still on it. I called the manger to inform about the order, explained her that I don’t want any scene to create at the shop so please replace the order or refund and she agreed to it. At the shop, she herself created the scene saying that it not her job to check each piece of chicken and spoke rudely. I had to give one star because there was nothing less than that and it all because of the manager working on shift. 😡😡😡😡😡. She had a horrible attitude and costumers don’t deserve it.

I haven't had KFC for a long time & won't be bothering again, the order number & my phone number weren't recognised by delivery man, nit my fault, the food was Luke warm, not impressed

Not the best, food was cold! Not much of it either! We ordered a bucket with fries 🍟 and chicken. The service however was very quick

Kfc was as it usually is, except 100% more crazy people and staff shouting at each other. Good times? We weren't impressed. The food was the only saving grace.

We’ve had no problems before with drivers locating our address, the driver of this order was very impatient and angry even though I was trying to help the driver locate our location yet he was ignorant. Only having to say the same thing over and over

Staff was really nice, so quick to give me my order, thw mighty bucket was hot and tasty. Thank you I enjoyed my meal this morning.

Very good service, it’s been a while that I ate a tasty KFC, and it didn’t disappoint.

I went to kfc winton yesterday and i found the staff very nice they took time to show me how the kiosk works after i placed my order the order was ready so quickly, my party bucket was so hot was very impressed thank you kfc.

Today I visited kfc winton absolutely fantastic experience. Hot and fresh. Will visit again.

Missing more than one item, after calling store, zero care about the missing items that made a massive difference on enjoyable meal!!

Cold and bland, no salt no napkins absolutely a waste of money.. Cold soggy chips and cold soggy coated chicken it all went into hotel room bin. Will never order KFC to go ever ever again. Regards Philip Gardner 10/09/2024.

I’m on holiday and I ordered from the loacal KFC and they couldn’t find the address!

Ordered a few times from here now and they never seem to get the order right. Always missing items, usually a side or a drink. The odd time here and there I could accept but it’s every order! Can’t be that hard to make sure an orders right before handing it to the driver?

Didnt get my additional Gravy and my gravy had spilled everywhere due to someone being incompetent in the kitchen not being able to seal a simple cap onto a container.

Haven't been for a while won't be going back in a hurry bought a 6 piece bucket gone up to £14 got 2 wing 2 thighs 2 drumsticks chips looked and tasted like the.pealings not the potatoes they called them signature fries I called them spud bashings most disappointing!!!

Restaurant substituted corn with beans instead of gravy, not sure what difference that makes as it wasn't actually for myself but maybe notify customers when a substitution is needed so they can pick their own?

Food arrived early which was nice and still piping hot, no complaints really except that only one of two drinks I ordered turned up. The delivery driver was very apologetic and he explained he was only given one drink by the restaurant. We both double checked my order as well to make sure there were no mistakes. At £1.79 for a small 300ml can, I expect to at least be given a substitute drink if the restaurant has run out of the original drink I ordered.

Times just kept changing to when it was going to be here apart from that great service and delivery man was lovely and very polite

The original fries came covered in pepper, not what I ordered. All the chicken was dried up. I`m a huge KFC fan, but this is the worst one I`ve had. Ever.

I’m absolutely appalled that there is no number to contact about a missing delivery I used my last money to order food for me and my children and all we got is a email saying we contact u about a refund. That is not any help that your delivery driver has taken my food to the wrong address and my kids now have to starve as no food in the house till tomorrow when I get paid. I’m disgusted and will never use just eat again

Cold drink mixed in bag of hot food, rookie error!

I'm a bit fed up ordering the party box, costing £39.99 and having a ridiculous number of drumsticks as part of the 14 pieces of original chicken. Tonight I had 8 drumsticks; another time I had 12 drumsticks. That is not how the servers are taught to portion multi-piece boxes.

My order was not delivered. It's marked as being delivered but it is clearly being enjoyed by someone other than me... And then to add insult to injury you have to wait days for it to be sorted out!!! Fuming

One of the burgers looked like someone had stepped on it. Forgot the gravy. Ordered two pieces of chicken, both drumsticks. Meh.
