KFC in Bournemouth

Check your order before you leave it's clean it's KFC can't really say more than that

Customer services Indian lady’s behaviour is not polite,.she talk very rudely, I ask ketchup because basket was empty. She said ketchup we given customers free, if basket empty we no rush fill up it.

Took ages to arrive compared to previous orders from the same restaurant. Food was very average chips cold, can on drink wasn’t even cold!

Missing the hot wings in a £50 order. Last time the gravy was missing. An absolute rip off!

The chicken fillets were overdone and bordered on being burnt. They were dry and rock hard and totally inedible

Chips were a bit soggy, don’t travel well! The piece of chicken was almost dripping with grease, actually put me off kfc for a while

My order did not arrive despite saying it had and no refund has been given.

Food was good, nothing special. Girlfriend and I say its like 4/10 stuarts (400/1000 normal rating). Fyi stuart is fhis nice little guy from pizza hut who really wanted that tip.

Missing items for bargain bucket

Boneless fillets so small and 3 of them. Chips only just warm, no coffee, liquid milk shake with chocolate bits. BUT I THREW up and UPSET STOMACH afterwards. Not good.

I didn’t get the 8 hot wings in my order. Not happy.

delivery driver never left Winton, I never received my order! £40 down and no food what a joke. check the deliver drivers GPS he left the shop and did not move!!! also took £2 tip - I want the credited back also. regards Melissa Hann

Delivery man was very nice and polite

The chicken was dry and overcooked yet freezing cold chips were also cold definitely not value for money

Delivery guy turned up on a push bike 90 mins late. He handed me the order and the bag was wet. I instantly refused the order because after 90 mins the food would have spoiled. I would order from Just Eat again but please revue your delivery options.

food wasn't great 2 piece meal but never any breast meat. not very hot

there was parts of the chicken such as the neck and spine that were in my order which are not supposed to be eaten for moral and hygiene reasons

The large gravy was missing but there were two popcorn chicken instead of one. I would have preferred the gravy and there was no message to explain why it was missing. apart from that it arrived fast and was hot.

You forgot half of my food and most of it really and you give three pots of rice and we did it on special offer meau and it was half price too

Staff is very rude seriously They even don’t know how to talk politely with customers They are fed up with their work so they just rude with customers

I had items missing from my order

For the 1st time, the staff did not read the notes on the order, or if they did, they completely misread it. I asked for no sauce in the burger as a diatwty requirement. The mayo causing some sort of allergy, instead they put no salad in the burger. Now I'm unsure if they didn't read at all or just misread it, both of these options are bad.

Trash. Don't bother with the scraps they serve you.

It took you an hour and a half to deliver my food and it was lukewarm at best.

I ordered it and it didn’t arrive for over an hour when the estimated time was 15-30 mins. It didn’t say it was being prepared for over 30 minutes. Nothing to do with the delivery driver, the restaurant took way too long considering it’s basically heating stuff up. Not happy.

chicken in burger was very tough so didn't enjoy. chicken pieces were mostly bone.

Ordered mega box. Less quantity. Tray wasn't cleaned. Driver's waiting area filthy. Toilet is tiny, managed to get in but soiled heavily. No one attending the condition of toilet

Really bad cooked chicken is too greasy and wasn’t cooked properly like used to be.

Box with burgers a bit smashed and the chips could tell me being chuck in the back with no care they look really badly and the chicken pieces too greasy and there’s not the first time this happened very bad cooking.

This is the worst KFC. We waited from 18:19 till 19:30 for our order. They say it’s not their driver and they didn’t want to take responsibility. Forgot our Sweet chilli bites and Mini fillet. The woman on the phone was rude, unprofessional and telling me we didn’t had this on order which we clearly did. This kind of people should not work in customer service . I will never order from them again. I expect voucher of £30. The food was cold and this unpleasant experience made it worst. Never again

I ordered the 20 wings, couple of wings had chicken feather and hair still on it. I called the manger to inform about the order, explained her that I don’t want any scene to create at the shop so please replace the order or refund and she agreed to it. At the shop, she herself created the scene saying that it not her job to check each piece of chicken and spoke rudely. I had to give one star because there was nothing less than that and it all because of the manager working on shift. 😡😡😡😡😡. She had a horrible attitude and costumers don’t deserve it.

Same issues every time with KFC ! Why can McDonald and Burger King get it right 99% of the time but KFC always forget items!

The regular fries were very minimal, gravy was missing, and 4 pieces of chicken were all legs, usually get a mix.

Kfc was as it usually is, except 100% more crazy people and staff shouting at each other. Good times? We weren't impressed. The food was the only saving grace.
