KFC in Bournemouth

unfortunately one small problem only one corn on cob not two hope it's not going to be like this all time

it was cold chicken was awful and chips were not seasoned like they normally are

Delivery driver stopped at wrong address and we had to go looking for him down the road

Didn’t get the whole of my order Two popcorn boxes of chicken missing

Food wasn’t as good as the last time it was very fatty and some of it didn’t taste fully cooked not very happy at all. One piece looked like it was off.

My meal turned up missing the gravy & piece of chicken.

Ordered boneless banquet and fillet burger meal but got sent 2 fillet burger meals

I haven't had a KFC for years. This was better than I remember. Succulent chicken and corn on the cob with much tastier fries than previously.

The food was HOT!. The chicken was cooked through, no pink bits around the bones.

Missing my food what is being done about this!!

Fries were soggy and no taste. We had to throw the fries . Chicken pieces were cold and very small size .

Arrived just under two hours after ordering original eta was 30-40 mins and the eta kept on going up wanted to cancel as we weren’t notified it would take that long but didn’t want to loose money and needed the food. KFC weren’t helpful when we called and offered no explanation other than it being busy.

cold food, everything fallen out of bags, items missing

Food was hot, cooked well and on time I enjoyed the meal.

cold .limp and unenyoyable.never again.very upset.you believe that you pay .but reality.its deffo not worth it.go out.

tiny tiny tiny chicken pieces!!!! everything from the order was nothing like described basically nothing but chicken in a dry bun. over priced and tiny amounts. burger looked like It should of cost 99p with no taste or sauce or lettuce. all undercooked soggy.... the worst kfc I've ever ever ordered... do not go here!!

I live about 8 minutes away from the KFC but due to health I had it delivered arrived luke warm and the fillets were dry I won't order from them

I went to this KFC recently, I ordered wings its was not cooked properly, very poor customer service, no tray for customer, full of messed up all over the place. Wrost KFC ever I had

From the map it looked like the driver went the long way round to get to our address - food was ok but not over hot

great food. and delivery driver was excellent. just 20 minutes early so food will be cold by the time people are here. pointless being able to select a delivery time if it's going to be 20 minutes out.

Check your order before you leave it's clean it's KFC can't really say more than that

Customer services Indian lady’s behaviour is not polite,.she talk very rudely, I ask ketchup because basket was empty. She said ketchup we given customers free, if basket empty we no rush fill up it.

delivery guy was great the kfc didn't read order instructions as usual.

Chips were a bit soggy, don’t travel well! The piece of chicken was almost dripping with grease, actually put me off kfc for a while

My order did not arrive despite saying it had and no refund has been given.

Food was good, nothing special. Girlfriend and I say its like 4/10 stuarts (400/1000 normal rating). Fyi stuart is fhis nice little guy from pizza hut who really wanted that tip.

Boneless fillets so small and 3 of them. Chips only just warm, no coffee, liquid milk shake with chocolate bits. BUT I THREW up and UPSET STOMACH afterwards. Not good.

delivery driver never left Winton, I never received my order! £40 down and no food what a joke. check the deliver drivers GPS he left the shop and did not move!!! also took £2 tip - I want the credited back also. regards Melissa Hann

The chicken was dry and overcooked yet freezing cold chips were also cold definitely not value for money

Food arrived quickly, and hot throughout.

Delivery guy turned up on a push bike 90 mins late. He handed me the order and the bag was wet. I instantly refused the order because after 90 mins the food would have spoiled. I would order from Just Eat again but please revue your delivery options.

there was parts of the chicken such as the neck and spine that were in my order which are not supposed to be eaten for moral and hygiene reasons

The large gravy was missing but there were two popcorn chicken instead of one. I would have preferred the gravy and there was no message to explain why it was missing. apart from that it arrived fast and was hot.

You forgot half of my food and most of it really and you give three pots of rice and we did it on special offer meau and it was half price too

For the 1st time, the staff did not read the notes on the order, or if they did, they completely misread it. I asked for no sauce in the burger as a diatwty requirement. The mayo causing some sort of allergy, instead they put no salad in the burger. Now I'm unsure if they didn't read at all or just misread it, both of these options are bad.

Shocking. The only thing warm was the Pepsi. I’m deleting the just eat app after that one.

I ordered it and it didn’t arrive for over an hour when the estimated time was 15-30 mins. It didn’t say it was being prepared for over 30 minutes. Nothing to do with the delivery driver, the restaurant took way too long considering it’s basically heating stuff up. Not happy.

chicken in burger was very tough so didn't enjoy. chicken pieces were mostly bone.
