Food came hot but no white cookie or trilogy burger came in delivery

cold and forgot to deliver our burger

Absolute joke you can’t even send out the correct order, yet again my whole order is missing and trying to get a refund from is a joke!!!

Half my order is missing. Tried to ring the store and they put the phone down on me and now won’t answer! Rudeness at its finest. I will never order from here again!

The order turned up missing 2 burgers the loaded fries & the dips. The chicken we received was also well overdone.

Just ordered a chicken burger, waited about 10 mins for the guy to give me a burger that had been sitting on the rack the whole time. While they were sitting and chatting all on their phones .Buy the time I got it it was warm and on top of that it was overcooked dry as cardboard and was like a breast had been sliced into 1/4. Absolutely terrible, very unprofessional to be on your phones and preparing food ,no wonder it was so bad. Worst chicken burger I ever had. Is the first time in a long time I've been in here because last time they done the same thing, put my food in the thing to keep.it warm instead of just giving it to me as it's ready then watch you serve all the moped guys then grab my soggy food like I was the last priority.

asked for a delivery time due to restraints on times for family but it came late and people had to miss out

Chips were nearly cold and the gravy side didn’t show up either.

20 min preparing my order to send it cold , looks like they sent me the food that was ready to be waisted. The delivery was fast but the food very disappointed.

Skin was mushy like it's been steaming itself in the bucket. I'm a huge fan of KFC, but this was disappointing 😞 Also, the chicken itself had the texture of reheated meat and was tough. Possibly cooked from frozen??

3 piezas de harina de pollo, pollo recalentado sobre cocido y hirviendo caliente que no podía comer. Las patatas estaban frías. Fui a tomar de vuelta, pero el personal de todo el lugar con otros clientes así que tiraron en la papelera. Nunca volverá a este lugar.

this order was never delivered and I was never called complete failure of a service 2nd time in a week this has happened you need to vet your drivers better.

it was cold chicken was awful and chips were not seasoned like they normally are

unfortunately one small problem only one corn on cob not two hope it's not going to be like this all time

Asked for breast chicken - told only 1 breast and 2 thighs. Thighs were not edible, chicken on thighs looked a grey colour and extremely greasy. To be honest this has put me off KFC forever! I appreciate that they seemed short staffed but cooking should not be compromised.

Delivery driver stopped at wrong address and we had to go looking for him down the road

Food wasn’t as good as the last time it was very fatty and some of it didn’t taste fully cooked not very happy at all. One piece looked like it was off.

I haven't had a KFC for years. This was better than I remember. Succulent chicken and corn on the cob with much tastier fries than previously.

The food was HOT!. The chicken was cooked through, no pink bits around the bones.

Excellent, thank you, only thing I wish you had normal Pepsi and Coca-Cola.

Entró después del trabajo para conseguir un kfc tratado de pedir en el mostrador, pero fue dicho por el empleado masculino joven que tenía que usar la máquina . . dijo que quería pedir en el mostrador, pero no tenía que usar la máquina . . Tienda estaba vacía nadie estaba esperando han escrito a la oficina central cliente muy descontento que se fue Y no va a volver

Fries were soggy and no taste. We had to throw the fries . Chicken pieces were cold and very small size .

Arrived just under two hours after ordering original eta was 30-40 mins and the eta kept on going up wanted to cancel as we weren’t notified it would take that long but didn’t want to loose money and needed the food. KFC weren’t helpful when we called and offered no explanation other than it being busy.

Food was hot, cooked well and on time I enjoyed the meal.

I live about 8 minutes away from the KFC but due to health I had it delivered arrived luke warm and the fillets were dry I won't order from them

Customer services Indian lady’s behaviour is not polite,.she talk very rudely, I ask ketchup because basket was empty. She said ketchup we given customers free, if basket empty we no rush fill up it.

Took ages to arrive compared to previous orders from the same restaurant. Food was very average chips cold, can on drink wasn’t even cold!

Food was good, nothing special. Girlfriend and I say its like 4/10 stuarts (400/1000 normal rating). Fyi stuart is fhis nice little guy from pizza hut who really wanted that tip.

Missing items for bargain bucket

Boneless fillets so small and 3 of them. Chips only just warm, no coffee, liquid milk shake with chocolate bits. BUT I THREW up and UPSET STOMACH afterwards. Not good.
