KFC in City of London, Westminster

Happy to give you the selection of chicken pieces we wanted. Chips nice and hot and staff happy to be there. Very very quiet restaurant.

Decided on a quick bite, it was raining so wanted something warm. Was not impressed. Ordering was slow even though the site was not busy, the tables were not clean, they were free of trays but not clean. Went to the bathroom, water all over the floor, no hand soap in the dispenser and no toilet roll in the toilet. Told the guy behind the counter and he said there was some sort of leak, fair enough, but how does that stop you from filling up the hand soap or replacing the toilet roll?. Food came out after 15 minutes? Have never waited that long for a KFC, it was hot and quite greasy but good. The corn on the cob looked like it was decomposing, no snap or pop, just a yellow slimy texture, did not eat it. After the meal i went back to the bathroom, no change, still no toilet paper or hand soap, will not be going there again.

We were delivered only half of our order and when I called the restaurant they told me that they did deliver everything and that I was wrong. I threatened to complain to their head office and/or the Citizens Advice Bureau. After I said that they immediately hung up on me. They refused to give me a refund and refused to deliver our missing food. I shall be taking this matter further.

It was around 00:10am (they’re closing at 1am), I arrived and start checking the menu, I directly have been asked what did I want to order, Kassin, who was the person that has took my order, was extremely rude and unprofessional, I could barely understand what he was saying as he was simply looking for getting rid of me as fast as he could, I asked if they were in a rush as I could barely think of what I wanted for me (I never go to KFC and I found it on my way to the underground) Kassin (or Kessin) told me « Yes we are, it’s super busy right now » when all the screens of orders were empty and I was alone in the restaurant… I really felt unwelcome and pushed out of the place just because they wanted to close, clearly. (I checked on Uber Eat and the delivery service wasn’t even available) that’s to show you how not busy at all they were… Very unprofessional, I would not recommend this person nor this restaurant as my food had barely some taste due to be in the oven for so long probably… 3 burgers, chips and a box of 3pc chickens, I barely had time to paid that it was already ready on the corner of the counter for me. LOL Never again.

I places online order through just eat. Food was delivered in time but there was one meal missing but it was labelled that all items were checked. Most of the chicken were either over cooked and dry or burnt. Burgers didn’t have any lettuce or mayonnaise. Portions sizes were very small as you can count 7-10 chips in a portion. As during Coronavirus, prices has already gone high and portions are small but this quality of food is embarrassing and disgrace to KFC brand. On top of that no one picked the phone to discuss mistakes in their order. They charged me for 4 chicken burger meals and delivered 3. I have complained to just eat but no response and not sure is there anything I can do for compensation apart from advise others not to buy food from them. I hope authorities take action against them.

I read the reviews and expected the worst however I was pleasantly surprised with the service and quality of the food (I realise it's a chain and relatively standard food). It was late on a Saturday night and although a small queue it moved quickly and I received a very friendly reception.

Worst Takeaway I've had this year without doubt..... got a fillet burger box meal on delivery from my local branch in Colindale, upon delivery to which the branch is only 5mins from my house, the food was literally stone cold, the chips were inedible and brown! The piece of chicken that came with it as a side also, was tiny and dry as sand (which I had to give to my dog!) The chicken in the burger was flat and also dark brown! And the corn which was also a side, was the only item i could eat, complete waste of money, and was left hungry! I am really annoyed, food standards need to visit this branch of KFC, and as a Valued member of Trip Advisor, I strongly recommend you do not eat in this place! COMPLETE RUBBISH!!

We ordered the 10 piece family bucket for take away and despite asking for no drum sticks when we got home discovered that they had thrown in 2 piece at the bottom of the bucket. No a problem if the chicken pieces we not so oily and soggy. Also they were way to salty... !!! I’ve eaten at this place before since it really close to our house but the last time was last year and I think the management has changed hands cause it wasn’t KFC standards ... not likely to be going back anytime soon .. very disappointing

4.45 8 June 2019 OMG The KFC in Wakefield is getting so bad. The service is terrible, they box you reheated warm and when I say warm I mean just warm food. This is tonight's experience. I approached the counter. There was a staff member serving. A young lady. She took an order of a customer. There was a chat in a grey shirt I presume was a supervisor or manager who I asked as I had a taxi waiting could serve me. I'm not on the till I was informed, I'm sorry the restaurant is empty so could you serve me as I have a taxi. His reply was was if your gonna be rude you will not be served. I'm not being rude I replied but I was told I was not being served. WOW ok and I left. KFC you really do need to sort your bored, rude and arrogant staff out. In Wakefield. We as a family use KFC on a regular basis all over Yorkshire but if we have an issue it is always this outlet. This chap was well out of order and we will never return and will use an alternative food source in the future. Please retrain or dismiss this rude arrogent young man

Fancied a change whilst staying at the Hilton over the road. It is your normal KFC takeaway experience, service was good, friendly assistant and enjoyed my chicken, chips and gravy. You j ow what you are getting and this outlet delivered on that.

We all know that eating at KFC is not fine dining but at least it's tasty and hot emergency food. However, this branch is dirty, the staff mix up the order as others have said and the chicken seems old and greasy. We had less chicken than we ordered and the packaging looked scruffy. Having just subjected ourselves to a takeaway meal here we feel queasy and unsettled. The windows on the driveby were filthy - a bad omen. There is one other branch that we pop into about 2 x a year and it is always clean and piping hot. These place needs new management and a good cleaning team and some integrity about serving old chicken and cheating customers.

We popped into the Burnt Oak KFC and as I was waiting for my order a lady cam ein and compained about her Fillet Burger as she had ordered a fillet tower burger. The elderly Indian lady behind the counter argued with her and said that she did not order one, the arguement is whay I noticed what happened next. The lady, in the end, had to show her reciepy to proove that she had ordered a tower burger and she showed the fillet burger without the tower bit, took it out the box and actually gave it to the serving lady who put it back into the box upside down and put it on the side. When it came for my order to be put onto the tray I noticed the lady serving me pick up the returned and handled fillet burger and put it onto my tray!! I did compain and it was changed but how could this happen and what if I hadn't noticed what had gone on? Terrible. We also had a zingerburger that was as flat as a panckake and dry as toast, so who knows how long that hed been sitting about, they changed that as well. Not good enough for a KFC.

Little bit difficult to park in the evening.But place always clean and food always good.Staff very helpful and friendly.Only wish they could do more just thights or legs,because I don't like white meat. Good place to eat when you tired and just don't want to cook.

great as always. the drive through seems to be packed most of the time. inside could do with a bit of cleaning

If I were writing a healthy food review would have to give it a lower rating. The chicken is better then the chicken in all the other chicken places I have ate in. I have never gotten food poisoning in KFC, but most chicken places...

My daughter went to buy three meals and a zinger burger. The burger was missing and she went back. The managers on duty were extremely rude. The incompetence of their workers is quite annoying considering the fact that they are not really a busy branch...

Was down in London for the weekend doing some Christmas shopping and sightseeing to cram as much shopping time as we could we thought we would get food to go, so decided on the nearest food outlet which was KFC we have not been fast...

Nice place for chicken lovers, cheap and quick meal on the go....... great if u like chicken.... personally I like it but may be once s or twice a month...
