Nice chicken and a real bargain with the eat out to help put offer. I don't know about all the complaints on other reviews. Food was good and typical of kfc. Would definitely go back

Terrible quality chicken. It was chewy & crunchy, suggesting it’s either undercooked or just poor quality meat. I won’t be returning any time soon.

It's a KFC..... What else do I need to say.... My lad kept on about a kfc how his friend live on them.... Their so good and so on...so while on a shopping day out we decided to go for a quick snack to kfc...We had a large bucket meal, the service was slow and the food was chicken and a very small fries.... Do I need to go on...........at least it stopped the lad going on about how good his friends think they are...lol

Treated friends to a family bucket here last saturday evening. The chicken was dry and the portions of fries were absolutely tiny. Disappointing. Have had much better from other KFCs.

Always been through the drive through here. Food is always as good as KFC can be however it seems to be the slowest drive through ever even if there’s no one in front of you. Staff are always polite and nice.

And definitely my last. If this was a typical offering from KFC, then their marketing people are geniuses. The chips were particularly awful, they must have been fried in oil that should have been changed last year

On a visit to this KFC purchased a 10 piece family feast on returning home found it to contain 4 legs, 4 thighs and 2 small wing pieces. Whilst I accept this is 10 pieces I also note that chicken has breasts and these are normally included in other KFC I have visited. Phoned up to speak to the manager and give my views and was told “well you got 10 pieces”. I explained I though there should have been breast included and she said “there is no value on the pieces whatever they have and as long as there were 10 pieces she didn’t see a problem. She also went on to tell me the chicken I received are the only pieces they had for buckets. No sign of apology or empathy - bad. customer service attitude. I added that KFC should explain they o my had thighs and legs; then I would not have ordered. No return to this place for my family.

Stopped Sunday teatime for take out. Went inside as opposed to drive thru. Got 2 Zinger meals and 2 popcorn meals. Service was polite and quick. Food was good.

First time back since first awful time at coulby and it was still filthy.I just don't understand it others in Middlesbrough are so clean, staff all seem very young but lad serving us was really friendly so is it down to not enough staff or person in charge?Food was nice but not a nice clean environment, steer clear!

although the pizza was great. I have to say the worrying thing about what I saw is the fact that when the staff are preparing the food. They do not wear gloves doing it that's my only thing and that needs to change. saw staff members make pizza and not wearing gloves

Been here many times, and often enjoyed the parmo which are decent tbf, however, recent visits have been very disappointing. My main issues are the price of the food, portion size, presentation and general service. Fillet 10oz steak £35+. See the below picture make your own mind up. Fries portions are more like kids portion sizes, one onion ring no mushroom, tomatoe etc and generally lack of effort. The steak was ok but nothing special and did not warrant a £35+ price tag. The mark up on this meal must be 10x +. The service is very rushed, we spent £240 plus for 4 and I think we were in there 1.5 hours. Plus the electric went out and they stopped serving draft beer, the first beer took over 25 mins to arrive then the food was quickly served, tip- ask if the table is ready for food. Can do better and I won’t be heading back for a while until they sort it out. I do understand that food costs have went up in price however, other restaurants are serving better steaks for similar prices with much more to offer. Maybe not the best place to go for steak lovers. You have been warned!

The tipsy cow is class gorgeous food,lovely staff,good atmosphere and it's a all arounder basically.The only problem is though if you want to have a seat or if you're coming with loads of people book the seats because it can be choc a block sometimes and I'm not sure how much we spend here all together as I have a huge family but what I can tell you is for the price isn't bad and it's warm and you get plenty of chips etc so if you're looking to go to the tipsy cow for some food and drink i suggest to come 😊

Disappointing Afternoon Tea Experience Unfortunately, our afternoon tea experience fell far below expectations. From the start, we were told we couldn’t choose our sandwiches because we hadn’t given 48 hours’ notice — something that was never mentioned on the website, in the confirmation email, or via text. The sandwiches we were served tasted dry and slightly stale. The soup was the only highlight in terms of taste, but it was far too salty to fully enjoy. When we asked to take our remaining desserts home, we were told they had no takeaway containers and were instead offered foil wrap, which felt unprofessional and impractical, especially for delicate sweets. To top it off, we had to chase the waiter just to pay the bill — not ideal when you're already ready to leave after a disappointing visit. Overall, it felt like poor communication and lack of attention to detail really let the experience down. Would not recommend unless significant improvements are made.

Waiting so long for the food and the peri peri burger was under cooked and the chips were under cook. Not good customer service.
