KFC in South Bucks

Manager overly concerned with outside garbage...not a good impression for a paying customer. Outside inside and washrooms were dirty...service very slow.

Always dry, like it’s been cooked twice. Won’t ever go there again, tried a few times and always the same.

Started by going to the toilet but no toilet paper. 10 minute wait for it to be replaced. Then no soap. Only the accessible toilet in use and it was filthy, looked like hadn't been mopped for months. We were in a hurry so had to eat there despite the cleanliness. Around another 10 minute wait for food despite us being the only people in there, it seems drive thru customers get served much quicker. Food was standard KFC. My daughter went to find a table but most were dirty so chose high table alongside the wall. Two tables were adjoining with a small gap between them, the dirt in the gap was disgusting with all sorts of food remnants that had obviously been there a while. Would never eat there again. On leaving we discovered a McDonald's a few hundred yards down the road.

Needed to meet someone and chose this for its location: share some wings as we talked. I waited in the car - in a darkened car park, which did not feel safe - and watched rats drinking from the puddles. I saw no one go in. Not many drive through customers, either. It’s not clear why KFC keep this outlet open. It can’t be “good sales”. Might there be other reasons?

Not sure who has responsibility for standards at this place…but they clearly aren’t doing a good job. Poor quality food…..chicken burger cooked to a crisp…..chops old cold and soggy…..no napkins…and no soap in the toilet….I told the staff , they said “ maybe tomorrow”. A food outlet , in a cold flu and Covid spike with no soap. Avoid.

Big queue for food, disgusting toilet with no soap or toilet paper - told a member of staff who ignored me, rats in yard - we didn’t bother stopping to eat !!!

Had to wait half an hour to be cooked, when I got home it was discussing, I would have taken it back but living eight mile away, I put it in the dustbin,

Awful food, verging on frozen! But one positive there wasn’t anything missing for once! ALWAYS something missing or wrong!

Used drive thru placed an order, Mighty Meal One. Asked if I wanted to go large, said no. Got order, charge for large, which I did receive. But on the chicken, I was missing the chicken strips. Paid 6.59 for two pieces of chicken, leg and thigh, and two tiny pieces of wings, fries and coke. Not worth the drive back as about 10 miles away. .

I’ve been to this KFC a number of times now & I have been consistently disappointed. Staff seem to be poorly trained with customer service and also in the preparation of the food. Chips are always cold and greasy.Time for the franchisee to sell up to someone else who really takes an interest in the business. It’s got the locations for potential to be a real success.

I’ll confess that I’m a long term fan of the Colonel (since that first formative bite as a boy in the 1970s) but this particular restaurant has to be the worlds slowest ‘fast’ food outlet. Queued for about half an hour in the drive through, had to repeat order a few times and still found that they’d got it wrong when we got home. Would give 1 star but at least the food was hot and tasty.

Fancying something to eat on the way home pulled in to kfc lovely empty car park out of car and now standing at the counter to be told no chicken will you wait for 20 minutes? Well the answer to that was no I mean this was 6.20 in the evening for a single product outlet to be out of the only thing they sell at tea time!i guess they have no management no skills and hopefully no jobs soon how I wish it was still a pub and not this joke of a place will never go there again.

Worst KFC I have ever been to. Totally incompetent staff, and food was cold. Won't be going back. Got a takeaway, but as the place looked filthy.

I pooped into this KFC after work for a quick bite, I waited at least 25 mins just to order in the drive through and I ordered a bacon & cheese box with a mini fillet the bacon & cheese combo comes with 1 piece of original recipe chicken and a side, the picture even shows you a drumstick. On collecting this I got home to find the tiniest minge looking piece of chicken it definitely was not a drumstick and it was 1quarter the size of a breast piece. If you go to this Drive Through make sure you have at least 20 mins spare and that you check what they have served you before you leave the forecourt!!!!Terrible terrible place

Food good just unfortunately didnt get the popcorn chicken when we collected order. Apart from this the chicken was good and we did get the popcorn chicken when we went back later that evening to complain.

Ordered a bucket and box meal for my team in the office, had to park the car and wait for order, When I got back to the office I noticed the box meal was missing (Yes, missed one of 2 charged items).Called them back immediately with receipt/order number and explained I was missing order, the manager who was extremely unhelpful with an awful attitude refused to help and basically said tough, he isn't going to help.I called the KFC customer support, who really tried to help, but the branch manager refused to take their calls.I also went back to the restaurant with all the food I received and receipt, I was still refused replacement food or refund (Which I am sure is illegal)Competently disgusted by the managers attitude and will never go to this branch again, We have been here multiple times and the orders are often wrong and wings often pink.I like KFC, but warn you all not to use this branch I am waiting for feedback from the KFC head office from their internal investigation before I take this to trading standers and further action

Wow , Ana is great , efficient and always welcomes us with a smile , such a asset to the company Ana works hard , and seems to be in control of the situation

The usual kfc experience, not much else to say really, as with all kfcs the hot wings are hit and miss how fresh they are.

Stopped off for a KFC after work as we needed something quick to eat. Parked up in the car park and watched a family of rats devour the leftovers that had been put in the overflowing bin. To top it off there was no gravy and once again never offered any dips to go with the meal.

There's not much to tell you about the food and menu. It's a KFC, and that's that. This one seems to serve food quite quickly, unlike some other local ones, where you have to wait...and wait...and wait.

The best part of this KFC is that at least every time have ordered from here the chicken appears to be cooked fresh and full of flavour,

A restaurant selling chicken that has no chicken! Arrived to be told “sorry, run out”. Staff thought it really funny, they don’t care, they’re still getting paid.

We bought a bucket and a zinger burger . Brought it home and the burger was uncooked. Oh my god I was shocked when I couldn’t even bite into it . What a shame as they have lost my custom now .

How when it's their only job to do does this KFC always under cook it's chicken. It's quite frankly dangerous. Never go here.

I always order zinger burrito, chicken popcorn and white choc krushems. Went to this KFC today and wanted to order the same, but the cashier said "we don't have rice", and after "our machine (for krushems) is broken."

Great despite logistical issues nationwide this kfc on Oxford Rd Uxbridge is still doing the business! The tower fillet burger lacks lettuce (boo hoo:) happy as Larry :)

I don't normally write reviews on fast food places but this has got to be the best KFC i have had.

Once in a while one gets a KFC craving and this suits the bill. The KFC is in an old Pub on the roadside and is fitted to suit purpose and drive through. There is seating inside and the ordering is directly as you enter causing congestion at busy periods and when I went on Friday 19th Jan about 7pm the wait was about 7 mins for each customer although it was clear the food was freshly cooked and tasty.

Didn’t use the drive through, went in and ordered. Fairly quick with the order, average staff, nothing to write home about. Pity about its surroundings, next to garage, always lots of nails, screws laying around on the road. Lots of litter in car park, wouldn’t entice you in unless really desperate. Equally grotty McDonald’s further down the road.

This is our local KFC. We treat ourselves every couple of weeks.

Still use this as it is near me, but staff get orders wrong so you will end up with no dips for example or cold chips,so you have to check everything.Staff don't seem to be trained up properly and you get the impression they have no manager.Last time I was heading there I did a U turn & went to Galaxy kebab instead.

Timed our wait at 22m. Would have reversed straight out if we'd known. Saw cpndtabt stream of customers getting orders corrected. Never again.

Normal KFC food, unusual shop that was previously an Indian restaurant and before that a pub. Parking is easy, it has a drive through and is handy for the A40.

Frequently miss items from your order and food is rarely better than tepid! Service is often muddled and staff require training. Worst KFC ever experienced!

Chose to visit the Denham KFC Drive Thru'. Had seen some negative reviews but our first visit was very good. Visiting early evening on a Saturday proved to be a popular time with many cars queuing up and more parking to eat in or having a take away. The food was good, very hot and excellent value. One downside, if eating on site, car parking spaces are a bit limited.

Food is ok, usual KFC standard but the drive thru queue is always very long.

Got a take out from here when we got home they had not put any chips with the meals tried to call them up the phone just rung for ten mins with no reply

Did the drive through here. Very quick and well organised. The meal was the usual for KFC but nothing like I remember from the past. What happened to the herbs and spices.

Went there for takeaway drive through food was disgusting had family round so got something quick would rather not of bothered greasy disgusting chips cold sides all cold complete waste of money bin enjoyed it most

Have tried this KFC a few times and each time ended up with an upset stomach. I have had great meals at other KFCs but they must be doing something different here as the qaulity just never seems to be right, so much so that I would never go back to this restaurant

Found this kfc to be very dirty food all over the tables and floor we had to clear a table before we could sit down and eat was not even that busy staff just seemed to be walking around in slow motion would not go back

Wifey & I had been to the cinema in Uxbridge which finished late and as Chiquitos was stupidly expensive we opted for KFC as our standby. We were pleasantly surprised at the speed of service for the drive through and the food was delicious and portion size good. Other KFC franchises can learn from this branch. Well done. We'll be back !!

In recent times we have been disappointed with KFC service, this time I must say here at the Uxbridge restaurant the service was acceptable. The food was the usual standard and freshly cooked. They got the drinks wrong, we did not make it an issue as we managed with what we had. Overall we were satisfied.

Standard KFC with a drive through, service is a bit slower then you would expect from a London KFC. But they never made me wait long at the drive through.

KFC has opened a new drive through and sit down restaurant close to the A40 / M40 junction. Location is closer to Denham than Uxbridge. Standard KFC offering.
