Delicious steaks. The Monday to Wednesday steak offer including wine, beer and soft drinks is great value for money. Service was impeccable. Coming here again.

First time visiting this branch a couple of weeks ago, and I'm pleased that it lives up to the Prime reputation. This was one of our friends first time, and she loved it so much that she came back with her family that same weekend! Everything was well-proportioned, and the quality was spot-on. The cocktails were fantastic, and we couldn't help ordering more. The staff were friendly, and the atmosphere had a great vibe.

Our favourite restaurant, great service, and great steak. Scones for pre starter is always a nice touch too

They wouldn’t let us in because we are Irish and the tables were empty and we book it and they said there is no booking and my dad called them the service is bad

Absolutely racist establishment drove an hour and 20 minutes from London to eat here cause I was Irish. I was refused to service from a person that’s not from the UK totally embarrassed. I’ve had out of the other prime steakhouse in Amersham people. They are absolutely beautiful and welcoming the staff at this one in Beaconsfield completely racist if you’re from any type of Asian or African or Irish refuse sensory really really bad racist service

Anna the hostess was absolutely amazing catered to our every need. Was a bday party but they accommodated and were extremely friendly . Food was amazing if your a steak lover is a must! And rhe coctails are on point. With a date ir with frieds its a must.

A fantastic steak restaurant. We had a birthday celebration and it was wonderful. The food was outstanding, and the staff were great. It also catered for our 7 year old too. It's definitely an occasion sort of place but it's impressive.

I can't imagine anyone not rating this wonderful place 5 star because everything here is perfect the wait for food and if they take a little longer than they should they will take something off the bill. even the toilets are clean so if you have money spare you have to go there.

The food was ok buts thats as good as it gets just ok , and for £130 for 2 of us with 1 drink each and no starter I definitely wont be back , worse than miller and carter and a lot more expensive

Went with family for dinner..We waited 10mins before anyone came to us with menus, once we ordered, our starters arrived before our drinks did had…. it was pretty empty at the time we went in. We ordered a Tomohawk to share, medium cooked, however it was more rare, very dry and chewy with bits of fat strings that you could not even cut through…..I should have mentioned it at the time but we were in a rush .first visit and would be the last one unfortunately, quality of service and food just not what I expected for the price you are paying for

Was just OK Staff were helpful and pleasant. Food wasn't brilliant everything seemed to have too much dressing/ sauce/ salt/ cheese etc. ambiance was was, cozy and fairly pleasant. Got a bit loud as there were about 4 birthday parties in this evening. I wanted a quiet birthday dinner.

Attended here for dinner with friends on 21.12.24. Atmosphere was frenetic and restaurant appeared overbooked. We were seated at rear of ground floor and could hear 2 incidents of smashing glass. Our seats were jostled several times as people passed our table often shouting to each other. This used to be a special occasion venue with prices to match. Triple cooked chips appeared anaemic and flaccid. Sadly despite the best efforts of the hard working female server we will not be back. As customers we anticipated a more peaceful ambience for the money spent. By the time it came to dessert we had had enough and decided to call it a night. Horrendous.

Always feel welcome, like part of a family. Can never fault the food or service.

10 days ago on Saturday I enjoyed the best fillet steak I had ever been served, so Sunday roast an essential next move ,unfortunately the sirloin was extremely chewy but nice taste, I bought this to the attention of the staff and was given 2 more slices which were exquisite..... my advice is just serve the exquisite sirloin first as by this time the whole meal was out of sequence, definitely see you again for the fillet.

Absolutely amazing service everytime me and my partner go here, we usually go on the motorbike down for a dinner date they always offer to take our helmets and gear to keep it safe. They are soo friendly and accommodating as we asked to sit near the window to keep an eye on the bike they fit us in always. They know our order after only visiting a handful of times 🙈 but they really care about customer service. We keep coming back because the wagu burgers are soo good we order sweet potato fries too but we never get to finish them as we are soo full. The food is always cooked perfectly, I can’t comment on how all the other food tastes even though they offer other things to us even on steak nights we still chose the wagu burger as it really is juicy and cooked so nicely. Definitely will be back on our usual Fridays 😋 Maybe next time we might try something new 😁

Amazing venue , team and food ! I came with my 2 daughters Sunday 3/12 for dinner and everything was exceptional.

Had bottomless brunch here on a Saturday, server Danielle pop was fab, drinks and food were lovely!

Ten of us met up for annual New Year start. Was not busy at all in the afternoon but the service and food were done well , all meals very good, simple but done well! We were there around 4-5 hours -chased out for next people. Shame such big restaurant has only one table for 10 or more. We had continued buying drinks so were not space fillers. Staff were very good, look on the manager's face was priceless as he thought we were going to stay ,he was polite though!

Overall everything tasted good, but nothing was amazing. If you're in the area, it's a good place to stop for lunch.

Nice space. Food really well cooked but either too salty or not seasoned enough. Steak was tender but tasteless. Service was poor - it appeared under staffed, staff working hard but we had to ask twice for several things and waited along time between requests for condiments and bill, touch of arrogance to the way they dealt with the delay. I celebrated my 40th Birthday last weekend and I must say thank you to everyone at this restaurant. After a last minute let down for a big table booked at a different restaurant, this restaurant saved the day and moved heaven & earth to fit a big table of 33 people. The service was excellent, staff were really accommodating and nothing was ever too much. The food and cocktails were excellent and will recommend to anyone celebrating their big birthday. Our go to place for birthdays , mothers day etc treats ! Great food ( go for the Chateaubriand) great cocktails ( negroni and French 75 are particular favourites!) , and fast efficient service.

First off, it’s just nice to find a restaurant where the table doesn’t wobble, is big enough and is not on top of the next one. Such a rarity these days. The basics are done very well. The staff are very friendly and actually know how to serve properly. The service is spot on from start to finish. The restaurant itself is lovely and decorated so well. The food is nice. Yes it’s quite pricey steak depending on what cut you want but it is at most places that do it right. The portions are a decent size and the starters and desserts are all really good. I’ll certainly be back.

Absolutely appalled by the service received at this restaurant, no review can be given for food because we were turned away by the manager at the door due to no booking prior even though we provided booking confirmation and a reference number. We had all driven over 40 minutes each for an annual meet-up and this restaurant was recommended to us by others, only to be turned away. (As written by other reviews) I hope these reviews are being read and dealt with accordingly as no one should be wasting their time when their booking has been confirmed in advance.

DO NOT GO TO THIS RESTAURANT IF YOU GOOD SERVICE. Possible the rudest manager I have ever come into contact with. I had a booking with a confirmation number to prove it and the manager turns me away after showing my booking confirmation. I asked can I please have a table anyway he says they’re fully booked despite they’re being only one table full. He even refused to look up the confirmation number too, so even if you book you aren’t guaranteed a table- great stuff! I have eaten here a few times and the food is lovely it’s a shame you can’t say the same about the unpleasant manager. AVOID.

Wonderful experience, wonderful food and super friendly staff! Visited on a business trip. Arrived early for our table and were welcomed with open arms. The service was wonderful throughout. Food was super fresh, super tasty, well presented and a delight to consume (I took no photos, for which I am kicking myself).

The food is amazing and it was not too busy on a Saturday lunch. The waitress is lovely and got us the high chair for our little one. Great quality steak! I think we will pop back again soon. 😄

Tepid fillet steak, flaccid fries, barely redeemed by nice maccaroni cheese. Serving this in twilight gloom does not make it better.

An enjoyable, quality steak meal with a high standard of service & some interesting starters in a restaurant where it seems like the experience matters. We appreciated the service of our waitress Daniela & other assisting service staff. The carpaccio fish with green curry flavours was something else and the chateaubriand sliced to present as multiple steaks were delicious with the additional port and mushroom sauce. Timings serving the meals were spot on to enjoy them and judging by the number of people eating with us, we are not the only ones to enjoy it of a Friday night.

Bad service had booking made 3days before we Arrived to then be told can not find booking had all Email confirmation and text to show but would not help in any way very rude do not Recommend

All very nice until we left and the waitress who had been very nice & friendly thought the meal seemed off as we said goodbye. We left the full service charge and we are now wondering if they receive the service charge as it’s hard to understand why the friendless died on the way out…? Shame really!

Had a table booked for 7 people for 6.30 pm, place wasn't busy however didn't get our table till 7pm even though the table we were given was empty and preped ready when we were shown upstairs to the bar. Overall it was a nice evening, food, table service and value for money all good.

Fantastic meal with our group there, amazing food from starters to mains to wines. Really enjoyed getting a nice table for 6 out of the way of the main flow. Be aware if you're seated upstairs there are no toilets upstairs and no lift.

A very nice and modern restaurant with plenty of tables. We dined early and booked a table 5.30pm so it was not busy. The service was excellent and we were greeted in a very friendly manner. The menu is mainly steak and burger based however there are other options. I had a Wagyu burger and my wife a Halloumi burger served with salads. Both dishes were excellent. I could only manage half of mine and was offered a takeaway option which I accepted. Please bear in mind you will pay Beaconsfield prices although I felt that £5 for half a bottle of water was a little steep. Hence I dropped them a star. Overall I would recommend Prime.

All the staff were amazing and so accommodating and really gave us a meal to remember. The food was exquisite and service better than anything we have experienced. We made a very last minute reservation via open table only to discover much much later that they were due to stop serving food 20mins after we arrived!. They never made us feel unwelcome. I was mortified to discover the delay we likely caused. We ordered a Chateaubriand, it was cooked very well, to our specification. The sides were delicious. Plenty of wines and cocktails. Ambient. Good pace , good lighting, good food. Will definitely be back to try the other menu items.

A brilliant bustling place which wouldn’t be out of place in central London. Service was great and the decor very appealing. Noisy. Extensive steak menu. Although an obvious steak restaurant our whole party felt the steaks were just OK. Not brilliant! Which is what we were hoping for.

I would highly recommend this restaurant. 18 of us visited last week for a 30th birthday celebration. We were given a private area on the 1st floor. All staff were attentive, friendly, helpful and very efficient. We all got fed at the same time, food was delivered to each person correctly. I really can't fault this restaurant, which is a rare thing in these times. Thank you all for making it such a special evening for us all. Greatly appreciated.

For a steak house, the steak was the worst bit of the meal. Ordered a medium steak, came delivered with a ‘medium well done’ stick in it. Was actually cooked medium rare. Was chewy, tough, flavourless as was my wives steak too. The bernaise sauce was runny and had no flavour. Side of sprouts soggy. Really not worth the money. The waitress was really good though and super attentive and helpful, and the fries and other sides were ok.

We have eaten here many, many times. Our family know that for any special occasions they can take us here or buy us a voucher. My wife and I arrived at noon and had the place to ourselves. We both ordered the larger fillet steaks plus fries, sauces and onion rings. 3 mouthfuls into my steak and I had the worst pain in my chest, something similar to indigestion. I was slumped in my seat trying to remain calm while struggling for air. Obviously my wife was alarmed and concerned for me as I couldn't answer her questions: did I want an ambulance, discuss further how I felt. The person who had taken our order saw me and asked her if I needed anything. After 7 or 8 minutes and drenched in sweat I decided to get outside for air which I just about managed. I think that a piece of steak had lodged in me preventing me from breathing properly. Now this was no fault of the restaurant. However, once my wife had seen me sitting on a wall and trying to keep calm she went back in to apologise and settle the bill. We had not finished our drinks, and our plates of food could be clearly seen half finished. We paid in full just under £120. They had done nothing wrong but I do wonder if some type of discount could of been offered.

The bar and restaurant are super nice the ambience and look etc but the food is very average. For the price you pay I wouldn't be inclined to go back any time soon.

This was my third visit with 2 not so great meals.. 3rd time lucky we thought..NOPE.. I cook alot of steak and class myself as a bit of a steak connisuer, I ordered the £69 porterhouse for myself and it was average!!! If I'm honest I've had better in Miller and Carter!!! Everyone in my party said the same 'pretty average'!!! Very pricy and them hit with a £35 service charge!!! Was only one of us drinking!!! Yep not for me I won't be returning after 3 visits!!

The steak itself was good. But the sides were poor - the fries were luke warm and soggy and the sprouts tasted really odd and only were delivered so long after the steak arrived the steak had cooled down. We sent the fries back for some hot ones, which we got, but no apology. And the expensive peppercorn sauce tasted synthetic, or from a bottle. Overpriced for the food and service.

Belligerent people near us so we got moved to a private place. Food was great, service was great. The group of loud people got removed, and they gave us free martinis as an apology.

Our table was booked for 6.30pm and 2 hours later our mains were finally brought out by 1 waitress, (there was 34 of us). When we complained to the manager more staff did arrive to help but by this point sides & sauces were cold. Drinks ordered at the bar still incurred a 12% service charge.

Really nice restaurant with lovely decor. The food was lovely but a bit overpriced for what you get, we ordered steak and that was literally what we got a steak not even a bit of garnish on the plate, sides were all added as extras. Visted Prime Beaconsfield the other night for a lovely dinner. Food was spectacular and loved the new editions to the menu. However we were saddened to hear that the tall blonde waitress was now at university she was always so accommodating! That being said every waiter at Prime is extremely well trained and we particularly enjoyed the cocktails the other night!

Initially were seated in an area that was already very noisy and with the imminent arrival of another large party threatened to be too noisy. But host staff quickly re-seated us in a quieter area that worked out well, for us. We had dined at Prime branches elsewhere and the steaks lived up to expectations. Service however was inaccurate and somewhat inattentive, particularly in not topping up water regularly. Overall, Very Good

First time here and I'll definitely be back! The food was amazing and delicious, the portion size was just right. The atmosphere was great, it wasn't too busy when we went (early dinner) but even as it started to fill up it still felt cosy but private. The service was great and they had a good balance of being around when you needed them but not bothering you. I would definitely recommend Prime if you like steak!

Sunday roast 12 November 2023 12 .45 pm WOW initially excellent not busy visited previously, so expectations high , when meal arrived superb service noticed beef looked extremely fatty, so sent it back, 15 minutes later replacement plate of roast arrived looked great, horseradish extra gravy let's do this , oh, dear now very chewy, sirloin, the waitress volunteers sirloin is fatty and chewy..... roast potatoes anemic and extraordinarily large literally LARGE Yorkshire pudding cold carrots cubed like for children and unbelievably this plate of food included cauliflower and broccoli cheese at £25 per person great value except it wasn't edible, incidentally we had been here 3 weeks ago and immensely enjoyed chateaubriand which was unforgettable hence our choice today , the manager attended our table and we hadn't eaten anything decided he wouldn't charge us for the food.... so we just paid for the wine , one glass £15 which is fair enough but a complete waste of time regards

I have been here a few times now and neither me or my friends/family have been disappointed. The food is absolutely on another level, So nice to have a steak cooked to perfection, big shout out to Matt for ensuring that everything came out the way we wanted. Delicious cocktails and the most dreamy deserts. It was so nice to not feel rushed or hurried along, the service just flowed . Will definitely be back soon.

The meal was lovely. However, when me and my associate vacated the premises to smoke a cigarette we heard the waiter utter to another member of staff “they still need to pay”. I am disgusted by this comment and it embarrassed my self and others I was with. Therefore I will not be returning, a great shame as the food was sublime.

For mains I had a beyond burger which was great however the bun was a little cold and smaller than the burger which kept slipping out. I also had the creamed spinach was excellent! For dessert I got the creme brûlée which was served in a martini glass and my husband got the warm pecan pie which he absolutely loved. Overall I had a fantastic experience here; the service was brilliant, food was great and the setting and atmosphere was perfect for a date night.
