McDonald's in Kettering

My Quarter Pounder was stone cold, even the cheese was not completely melted. The gherkins and onions were so sparse as to be almost non existent. The fries were cold . My husband had a double cheeseburger and fries which were cold. His chocolate milk shake was pink and had the taste of a mixed strawberry and weak chocolate. The staf were very pleasant. We would never return to or recommend this restaurant . The birds ate some of the recycled food; although rather expensive bird food.

Had a breakfast for the first time in many years and was pleasantly surprised. Service was quick, and we were offered table service. Staff pleasant and friendly. Has disabled parking and toilets.

Went for the 1st time today 2/8/19 went through the drive thru after ordering and paying waited 10 minutes for the food for it to arrive undercooked chips were raw and chicken was rubbery with brown lettuce and hardly any mayo definitely will not be going there again

What can I say been 3 times since opening giving benefit of doubts etc but all times (in quiet times) food is very slow, tables are dirty and all condiments/napkins either empty or almost empty, look around and seem to be always two at least managers on shift one some times doing their best to clean.

Popped in for breakfast after visiting Wickes, we passed on the van outside Wickes, which we have enjoyed in the past.How slow can 9 people be, we counted them.Food was not good, hash brown was a shocker.I ordered an espresso, which was made far beyond the food being served, she obviously had more faith in the service than I did.I tried the coffee which was now cold, and I asked for a fresh coffee, which again took an absolute age, which was in total contrast to the speed that the first coffee was produced.Poor, I'll stick to "kind of magic" next time!!!!!

Going to stop using this one. Chips always taste half cooked. Staff nice restaurant always clean but they do need to learn from other sites regarding the chips. The last 3 visits I left the chips.

went for lunch with family. Opted for the table service. Efficient service and must highly commend the staff member Harry who brought out our food. He has served us a few times time and is very polite and pleasant. His excellent customer service is noticeable and id say he is the type of staff member that will go along way with his good polite and helpful attitude. Good work Harry. Keep up the good job!

Everything you would expect from this chain Quick service despite being busy Hot food Good value Exiting can be time consuming as the road does get busy Would I visit again yes when I am in a hurry or need quick eats

I went through the drive through to get my granddaughter and son their lunch and saw the advert for the Christmas millionaire latte , I sat at my sons and it was nothing like the advert pic, then I tried it, I was nearby sick. I don’t advise anyone to get these.

The McDonalds experience is pretty much all the same but this place just doesn't have enough seats. A number of them are high bar stool chairs which aren't particularly useful for a small toddler especially with a hard tiled floor.

Very busy Maccy D's. Same fast service, same fast food. Grand children love it! Nice and clean, outside says too but always seem a bit untidy out there. Car parking can be a pain but easier to park in the retail park and walk over.

Couldn’t even manage to put my sauce in with the mozzarella dippers so they tasted awful. Firstly she didn’t even give us the right order. The food is cold. They can’t even manage to put the flipping cheese in the burgers properly.

Food is as you would expect but the staff at this McDonald's seem to make more order mistakes compared to other McDonald's in Kettering. And the food isnt always hot here for some reason???

Having used this restaurant 3 to 4 times, I could go on about not being able to read the menu when trying to place a order, having just eaten a signature burger (spicy) all i can say it was nothing like the signature burger I had before which was supplied within a pocket to keep it all together, this one was a burger on one side of the box with the bottom part of the burger bun to the right, with the salad and fillings all over the place....which brings me to the Quarter Pound cheeseburger purchased a few weeks ago..it was dry...it was cold when I got home...the slice of cheese on top was not existent only a colouring left on top of the burger which had obviously been sitting there a few hours...not impressed!! Maybe give this one a miss

was awful the food came out cold and the drink cup of my frape cracked from the cold of it the staff where very polite btu the food was horrible.

Whilst this is essentially a standard McD, it is a bit smarter and I would say, pretty nice staff. Breakfasting on a coffee & wrap, this was prepared very quickly and served hot with a smile.

My son bought a McNuggets happy meal plus 3 mcchicken burger meals, when we got home and my daughter in law opened the happy meal one of the nuggets had a big bit out of it, this is disgusting. Have emailed head office but will not be using it again

A McDonalds is what you expect, a McDonalds, but in this one, the staff are not very friendly. That apart the food is what it is.

Most of the mac vies in the area Corby, a14 are great but this one after various tries night and day at various times remains slow and poor on service on the drive through cannot comment on walking in

Visited with a friend, admittedly quite busy at the time. Used the self-service screens and specified no pickle, had to wait for the "special" but when it turned up had to send it back as it had the pickle in it.

It had been a long drive, and we were only halfway to our destination when hunger struck.

Shouldn't even need a review, McDonald's is McDonald's, great fast food if you like that sort of thing. Good pound saver menu. Cheap and cheerful. Would love it if they did veggie food though, other than a salad. Bring on a 'Big mcquorn mac' !!
