Kfc in Kettering

Rubbish. Haven't tried these chaps for 3 years after they had half a menu. This time around, 35 quid through justeat, and after a 90 minute wait, ended up with someone else's order, which was subsequently declined. Knock this place down whilst they're doing the cinema!!!

The slowest service i've ever seen from a fast food restaurant. Friday evening? Don't even bother youll be waiting for hours. If you want to contact the store to cancel an order you won't even get an answer. They'll let the phone ring out, you wont get an answer

Staff, okay, Food Okay, not the best KFC but passable.

I ordered two twisters with the two fries, the twister BOTH had the wrong sauce in them, and I only received one fries, which had maximum 4 in it! Standard KFC Kettering! Useless!

It was ok. Got free popcorn as order was over £15. But has to put chicken in air fryer as I wanted it extra crispy

Absolutely shocking, this app should allow you to post pictures. Will not be ordering from here again. Missing items and what is there is ridiculous portions, £12 for a meal, the 3 piece boneless box (boneless banquet)3 tiny strips of chicken, AVOID!

I ordered at 17.13 and my meal turned up at 18.07 cold

Items were missing from our order. The driver had gone when I realised and nobody answered the phone at KFC. Food also tasted really salty.

Probably one of the slowest KFCs around. Get the order wrong more than they get it right. The people that work there look like everything is such an effort.

The chicken in the tower meal was about the size of a single size fillet that you buy separate and it was so hard you couldn’t eat it. The food temperature was good so great service from the driver.

we ordered at 6.30 it was delivered just gone 8pm. when the food arrivedit was stone cold , called restaurant ... no answer . had to re heat meal .... you have potentially given us food poisning. Thank you just eat and kfc you have lost a customer , the service waa distusting !!!!

it was not great at all, my experience today, for y came too early with the order and my boss had to leave the office to bring my order to the factory.

This has to be the most grubby drivethu I have ever visited. Bins at entrance that stink. Scruffy paper stuck to the menu about qr codes does not work. Rats running about. Staff is slow at answering the speaker, then a window that needs cleaning. Needs a good jet wash. Really is a letdown to the KFC brand

The lady who served me didn’t once look at me, she threw the chicken into the boxes without a car in the world for MY food !! Had 4 drinks and she didn’t tell me which was which she just plonked them down again without a care in the world !! Pretty poor tbh I wouldn’t recommend KFC in Kettering near the ocean cinema as they don’t care at all !! So rubbish

Estimated delivery time keeps slipping, eventually took over an hour from when order placed. 2 cans of drinks not delivered as part of order. Going to stop ordering from KFC as something is always missing from the order.

My food arrived 3 hours late and it was cold, 2 sauces missing. Absolutely disgusting service

had a delivery that had half the food missing (not the first time ) gravy smashed all over the bag . 4 or 5 th time i have complained about this restaurant they cant count or send out a correcy order . will not use them ever again

They have young people serving that have no interest working there, no manners , thats my thoughts.

Worse I've ever had. the skin on the chicken was over cooked (dark brown) and soggy not at all crispy.

although the food arrived cold and the chips were soggy, it's understandable as I was the last-minute order of the night so I appreciate their efforts with getting my food together and delivering it after their delivery hours! 👍

Food is always hot on arrival

Looked nothing like the pictures - no lettuce and minimal mayo. Took forever to be delivered, they had the order 40 mins before starting to make it and delivery time kept changing.

your delivery driver is a bit of a problem to be with you for the rest of the time to make sure that she did the right thing to do with the rest of your career as a result of the situation as I am not a lot of things to do but I don't think it's a very bad person to be with you all the time now

Food was good and delivered on time. I’m not sure why kfc can’t give the correct dips ordered and place sides in the correct boxes too. All the time same; just throw anything in any box.

I do love a KFC but this kettering branch does not really deliver on the food quality of other KFC restaurants I have been too.

3 drinks wrong. Chips missing from one meal. 3pc meal contained 2 drumsticks with very little on them, and a small mystery cut (maybe breasts) of chicken (?)

Customer service is always on point food is lovely me and my husband is a regular here and we have never had an issue the only downside to here is 99% of the time the delivery drivers (DELIVEROO, JUST EAT AND UBER EATS)are parked in the disabled bays.

The burger tasted reheated and the skin was pealing off the chicken. I took one bite out of it and through it away

I ordered beans but was given gravy. I like the gravy aswell so just had it but you need to be more aware of this going forward

Wrong order delivered, tried ringing but engaged every time

For the umpteenth time they have left items out if my order. On calling to ask them to deliver them I was advised that none if them have a car and I would have to drive back to them to get the items. This place is a disgrace. Don't bother.

Food quality was very poor with items missing. The bag had split, was leaking and dripped all over my jeans and floor/rug. This has really put me off KFC and unfortunately gone to waste. Definitely not worth the £40.

Really not happy at all!!!! Pick a time for the food to come and decide to send it a hour later!! Kids not happy cause food come cold waste of time won’t be ordering it again

I ordered 2 x 4 piece meals so my young son could have a piece from each each meal. Out of the 6 pieces received 5 pieces were legs! The person who prepared this order needs training.

The bag was open and items were missing, normally I wouldn’t make such a big deal out of this but I am not well at the moment and can’t cook or even move properly, I can’t contact the restaurant as they’ve closed, and I now don’t know if my food has been tampered with as it was open.

This has to be the worse KFC in the country. Chips are always just a soggy tasteless mess. Staff are completely soulless and don't appear to care about anything. Ran over a rat through the drive through.
