Kfc in Kettering

Mix up with address driver did called and did not take code he hasn’t come to me or took the food to the address I sent it to he has Marked as delivered and took it

The order took a significant amount of time to arrive, and when it did it was all stone cold and inedible

Food was cold gravy had leaked everywhere the delivery time kept getting changed i had to call the shop in the end and still took ages to arrive refund wanted

Estimated delivery time kept getting later - originally due to be delivered 7.40-8pm, it's now 9.20pm and still no sign of it, with estimated delivery time still getting later and later.

I can't believe it, but we were at KFC with my family at approximately 20:45 on December 5, 2024. The manager was yelling at a female team member very loudly and then he acted inappropriately towards a customer. We're sorry, but we will never return to your restaurant. The atmosphere was appalling.

The restaurant made a mistake with the order and had given the driver the wrong meal. The driver at first was aggressive in tone and I had to ask him not to shout it me. I do feel bad for him because he was just delivering what he was given thinking it was my order. I think its important that drivers practice listening to the customers and try to help as they are also paid for a service. Most customers like myself are just trying to figure what has gone wrong, I wasn't rude or out of line.

ordered at 16.40. arrived at 18.15 and then had to stop driver as was no drinks. ended up with wrong drinks. food was cold. either just eat or kfc were lying as both were saying conflicting things

driver couldn't find the right house number or even the right street. after a call to explain where to go from his location, he wanted me to walk to him instead of delivering to me. it would have been easier and quicker for me to go to KFC and pick up the order myself. not impressed

Rubbish. Haven't tried these chaps for 3 years after they had half a menu. This time around, 35 quid through justeat, and after a 90 minute wait, ended up with someone else's order, which was subsequently declined. Knock this place down whilst they're doing the cinema!!!

Very fast delivery. All the food was hot when it arrived. The only thing that was wrong was my rice was upside down in the bag and it had covered every thing else in rice. But overall very good

The slowest service i've ever seen from a fast food restaurant. Friday evening? Don't even bother youll be waiting for hours. If you want to contact the store to cancel an order you won't even get an answer. They'll let the phone ring out, you wont get an answer

Delivery driver stopped for fuel (as shown by the literal tracking map) after picking up my order which then resulted in it arriving cold. No fault of KFC at all but just be aware

Absolutely shocking, this app should allow you to post pictures. Will not be ordering from here again. Missing items and what is there is ridiculous portions, £12 for a meal, the 3 piece boneless box (boneless banquet)3 tiny strips of chicken, AVOID!

I ordered at 17.13 and my meal turned up at 18.07 cold

Items were missing from our order. The driver had gone when I realised and nobody answered the phone at KFC. Food also tasted really salty.

Probably one of the slowest KFCs around. Get the order wrong more than they get it right. The people that work there look like everything is such an effort.

The chicken in the tower meal was about the size of a single size fillet that you buy separate and it was so hard you couldn’t eat it. The food temperature was good so great service from the driver.

we ordered at 6.30 it was delivered just gone 8pm. when the food arrivedit was stone cold , called restaurant ... no answer . had to re heat meal .... you have potentially given us food poisning. Thank you just eat and kfc you have lost a customer , the service waa distusting !!!!

This has to be the most grubby drivethu I have ever visited. Bins at entrance that stink. Scruffy paper stuck to the menu about qr codes does not work. Rats running about. Staff is slow at answering the speaker, then a window that needs cleaning. Needs a good jet wash. Really is a letdown to the KFC brand

Estimated delivery time keeps slipping, eventually took over an hour from when order placed. 2 cans of drinks not delivered as part of order. Going to stop ordering from KFC as something is always missing from the order.

The lady who served me didn’t once look at me, she threw the chicken into the boxes without a car in the world for MY food !! Had 4 drinks and she didn’t tell me which was which she just plonked them down again without a care in the world !! Pretty poor tbh I wouldn’t recommend KFC in Kettering near the ocean cinema as they don’t care at all !! So rubbish

They have young people serving that have no interest working there, no manners , thats my thoughts.

Worse I've ever had. the skin on the chicken was over cooked (dark brown) and soggy not at all crispy.

although the food arrived cold and the chips were soggy, it's understandable as I was the last-minute order of the night so I appreciate their efforts with getting my food together and delivering it after their delivery hours! 👍
