piece of chicken missing from bucket 3 instead of 4 and can of tango missing aswell

the food was cold and time kept changing during delivery most went in bin disappointing

Efficient service and friendly delivery driver. Food was a little colder than expected but tasty.

Where to begin…….. chicken missing but did get a popcorn chicken free, we would have preferred what we ordered, food cold, gravy like water but not as tasty, chips cold and soggy. Usually when we order the food is really good exactly the opposite of what we received today? Really disappointing and expensive for below standard product.

My order was on time, but I ordered a mini box for one, normally that comes in a little box. This didn’t, just a couple of bags. Not to worry! The main thing is the meal…. It was ok

Ordered at 10:25pm on the just eat app and it said it would be here at 11:45, after that it kept going up and up and up till around 0020-00:40 almost 3 hours is disgusting, I even rang up and said where is my food at around 11:30 and they said “we’re waiting for our driver and we will call him in 2 mins” never responded and time kept going up. Tried to call back and they didn’t pick up and never got my food. It’s now 00:39.

late, cold not even the whole order came. £40 meal (3 meals) and the driver wasn't even going to give me the third drink for the meal. 7 wings in a 10 wing meal. the worst service I've ever had! never again!

I have ordered multiple times through JustEat and they get the order wrong all the time. Tried to call them and they just tell you to get a refund from JustEat. I don't need refund when I am buying food to feed the family.

The fries tasted very sweet and was not cooked in fresh oil. The chicken coating tasted very bland and not of the proper coating .

ordered 4 pieces Boneless meal from kettering KFC. apparently they don't know the meaning of BONELESS. IT had bones in it

Why did he have multiple orders foods cold and wet

By the time we got our food it was cold and not nice! Over an hour from point of ordering to delivery… I was watching as the different sections were changing and could see that the driver was sat for about 20mins at the restaurant but in reality I don’t believe this to be true as when it finally changed to delivering your order the driver was half way to me so I can only assume that there were multiple drops done and my food was just sat getting cold on that list..

all food stone cold apart from gravy

Both gravy’s were missing from our ‘double gravy bucket’ and also some of our hot wings. This is not the first time this has happened either. Tried to contact the restaurant 5 times with no answer. Extremely disappointed.

Wrong wrap made came as an extremely spicy variant with spicy sauce not what we ordered

I know things change etc, but over 2 hours to get my order was ridiculous! If I had known at time of ordering i wouldn't have bothered. 2 small children was starving by time it arrived.

I waited for over 2 hours for my delivery the food was stone cold when it arrived. if there isn't the capacity to make the orders or deliveries it shouldn't be available in the first place

Estimated delivery time kept getting later - originally due to be delivered 7.40-8pm, it's now 9.20pm and still no sign of it, with estimated delivery time still getting later and later.

I can't believe it, but we were at KFC with my family at approximately 20:45 on December 5, 2024. The manager was yelling at a female team member very loudly and then he acted inappropriately towards a customer. We're sorry, but we will never return to your restaurant. The atmosphere was appalling.

The restaurant made a mistake with the order and had given the driver the wrong meal. The driver at first was aggressive in tone and I had to ask him not to shout it me. I do feel bad for him because he was just delivering what he was given thinking it was my order. I think its important that drivers practice listening to the customers and try to help as they are also paid for a service. Most customers like myself are just trying to figure what has gone wrong, I wasn't rude or out of line.

driver couldn't find the right house number or even the right street. after a call to explain where to go from his location, he wanted me to walk to him instead of delivering to me. it would have been easier and quicker for me to go to KFC and pick up the order myself. not impressed

Rubbish. Haven't tried these chaps for 3 years after they had half a menu. This time around, 35 quid through justeat, and after a 90 minute wait, ended up with someone else's order, which was subsequently declined. Knock this place down whilst they're doing the cinema!!!

Very fast delivery. All the food was hot when it arrived. The only thing that was wrong was my rice was upside down in the bag and it had covered every thing else in rice. But overall very good

The slowest service i've ever seen from a fast food restaurant. Friday evening? Don't even bother youll be waiting for hours. If you want to contact the store to cancel an order you won't even get an answer. They'll let the phone ring out, you wont get an answer

Delivery driver stopped for fuel (as shown by the literal tracking map) after picking up my order which then resulted in it arriving cold. No fault of KFC at all but just be aware

Probably one of the slowest KFCs around. Get the order wrong more than they get it right. The people that work there look like everything is such an effort.

The chicken in the tower meal was about the size of a single size fillet that you buy separate and it was so hard you couldn’t eat it. The food temperature was good so great service from the driver.
