Best staff and best KFC I ever had

Ordered boneless banquet 6 piece and hot wings, got home no hot wings, also could not eat the chicken strips as they were so so salty inedible, what a waste of money, will not be visiting again.

Food was cold and soggy by the time the delivery driver finally arrived. He picked up the order and then drove around with his location turning on and off and not even heading in the direction of our address and the delivery time just kept increasing.

One of the cans was damaged and the contents were leaking

Gravy spilt everywhere! One gravy was placed on the bottom the other on the top. No chicken legs. Over all food was nice. But very messy 😢

Delivered too much, ordered three mini fillets, corn on the cob, mash, gravy and fries. What I got were eight mini fillets, Hot Wings, four regular fires, a chicken burger, and two corn on the cobs, with no mash.

I've ordered extra bottle of 1.5l pepsi max and only received one that was a part of a bundle, asked the delivery driver and he said that is all he received... Hence 3 stars only... Still i will order again and recommend it too

how can you call it kentucky fried chicken if it’s in kettering surely the k in kfc stands for kettering. kentucky is thousands of miles away, don’t they know that?!

watching the delivery driver I soon realised that I was going to receive cold food. they had about 4 stops over kettering town mine was the last .when he turned up I checked the food cold as ice... told the driver take it back.paid over £14 they offer £3.27 as a refund I dont think so. I don't mind waiting as long as it's hot.

Where to begin…….. chicken missing but did get a popcorn chicken free, we would have preferred what we ordered, food cold, gravy like water but not as tasty, chips cold and soggy. Usually when we order the food is really good exactly the opposite of what we received today? Really disappointing and expensive for below standard product.

While I understand the negative sentiment surrounding this KFC location, my personal experience has been largely positive. Despite occasional minor cleanliness issues during my numerous visits, the overall quality and service have been satisfactory. The restaurant is rarely crowded, and seating is generally available. However, I am concerned about the restaurant's future viability given the potential closure of the nearby Odeon cinema, as their proximity suggests a significant interdependence.

My order was on time, but I ordered a mini box for one, normally that comes in a little box. This didn’t, just a couple of bags. Not to worry! The main thing is the meal…. It was ok

Ordered at 10:25pm on the just eat app and it said it would be here at 11:45, after that it kept going up and up and up till around 0020-00:40 almost 3 hours is disgusting, I even rang up and said where is my food at around 11:30 and they said “we’re waiting for our driver and we will call him in 2 mins” never responded and time kept going up. Tried to call back and they didn’t pick up and never got my food. It’s now 00:39.

I have ordered multiple times through JustEat and they get the order wrong all the time. Tried to call them and they just tell you to get a refund from JustEat. I don't need refund when I am buying food to feed the family.

The fries tasted very sweet and was not cooked in fresh oil. The chicken coating tasted very bland and not of the proper coating .

ordered 4 pieces Boneless meal from kettering KFC. apparently they don't know the meaning of BONELESS. IT had bones in it

By the time we got our food it was cold and not nice! Over an hour from point of ordering to delivery… I was watching as the different sections were changing and could see that the driver was sat for about 20mins at the restaurant but in reality I don’t believe this to be true as when it finally changed to delivering your order the driver was half way to me so I can only assume that there were multiple drops done and my food was just sat getting cold on that list..

Both gravy’s were missing from our ‘double gravy bucket’ and also some of our hot wings. This is not the first time this has happened either. Tried to contact the restaurant 5 times with no answer. Extremely disappointed.

I waited for over 2 hours for my delivery the food was stone cold when it arrived. if there isn't the capacity to make the orders or deliveries it shouldn't be available in the first place

Estimated delivery time kept getting later - originally due to be delivered 7.40-8pm, it's now 9.20pm and still no sign of it, with estimated delivery time still getting later and later.

The restaurant made a mistake with the order and had given the driver the wrong meal. The driver at first was aggressive in tone and I had to ask him not to shout it me. I do feel bad for him because he was just delivering what he was given thinking it was my order. I think its important that drivers practice listening to the customers and try to help as they are also paid for a service. Most customers like myself are just trying to figure what has gone wrong, I wasn't rude or out of line.

I can't believe it, but we were at KFC with my family at approximately 20:45 on December 5, 2024. The manager was yelling at a female team member very loudly and then he acted inappropriately towards a customer. We're sorry, but we will never return to your restaurant. The atmosphere was appalling.

driver couldn't find the right house number or even the right street. after a call to explain where to go from his location, he wanted me to walk to him instead of delivering to me. it would have been easier and quicker for me to go to KFC and pick up the order myself. not impressed
