Was met by a very charismatic, handsome gentleman by the name/alias of Jamie, he is very blessed with bar knowledge, guest satisfaction and a rather stupendous male appendage. Truly made my day a rather spiffing endeavour.

Our host, Janita was very attentive and polite and catered to all our needs - absolutely no faults with her, food arrived fast and was great.

Have to say we’ve been to Miller and Carter a number of times across the country but visiting Kettering branch with Julita waitressing us was the most amazing experience possible! Julita was the best waitress I’ve had, not just Miller and Carter but in all restaurants if you are local, then it’s worth a book. Our experience would not have been the same without her! Thank you!

Andrea was very pleasant and helpful with allergies?. The food was cooked to perfection and very tasty. The bar tender made our drinks to order..

We were served by Andrea tonight who was delightful from start to finish, nothing was too much trouble, got a lovely booth for two of us, comfortable visit all round. We had the Beef Mac+Cheese for the first time and that was beautiful - recommend!

Lovely Food, Raymond Was Fantastic!

Ray was very attentive in his service and put a smile on your face from the moment you walked in - a rarity these days! Great food as always, but not sure about the lettuce wedges, an odd American import perhaps?

Our server Raymond made the whole evening a delight..he could do enough for us and kept us entertained when he did come over..fantastic evening lovely food and definitely made all the better by Raymond.

Me and my girlfriend were out celebrating our 1 year anniversary and we had an amazing time. Our waiter Ray was a great laugh and provided great service to us both.

We had a wonderful dining experience at Miller and Carter in Kettering, thanks to the exceptional service provided by Andra. When we encountered an issue with a child’s meal, Andra immediately took action, offering to replace it without any hesitation. She also reported the situation to her manager, who went above and beyond by bringing a round of drinks and removing the child’s meal from our bill—completely unexpected and much appreciated! Andra’s friendly and attentive demeanor truly stood out, especially with how great she was with the children. Her warm approach and genuine care made our visit all the more enjoyable. A big thank you to Andra for making our meal so memorable! Highly recommend the service here.

Andrea was our server, she was incredibly polite, sociable and knowledgeable. We would come back here purely based upon her service. The food was beyond our expectations - thank you Disappointing that the blue light card is not accepted unless you have your NHS card present. Not expressed

The food is very good and the friendly service makes a visit to this restaurant worth it. Always well attended. The equipment needs some improvement. The tables already have visible signs of wear.

I was perfectly satisfied with everything, with two exceptions: unfortunately, the offer is almost the same as in other similar places, I didn't see anything unique or special on the menu and I find it a bit expensive... I am completely satisfied with the flavors and the quality and speed of the service...

Went to celebrate our anniversary, had the chateaubriand, perfectly cooked and served to us by a really lovely waitress Miesha who couldn’t do enough for us, service with a smile, had to ring the bell because we couldn’t fault it, the best meal out we’ve had in a long time so we will be returning

Stopped in for a steak. Was lovely! Service a little slow but was very busy. My steak was rare and cooked beautifully. The Mac n cheese side was epic!

Miesha was our main server and she was fantastic, she was bubbly and really helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. We were a large group and tbe service was a little disjointed at times, but Miesha was on hand to pull it all back together for us. A huge thanks to Miesha for stepping in and assisting g where needed. Miller and Carter you're very lucky to have Miesha on your staff.

Ray at the Kettering restaurant was amazing, fast and always humorous, had a smile on his face at all times which made the atmosphere in the room really come together. Food was absolutely stunning as always, but this is the first time I’ve met Ray, and this is the most memorable visit we’ve had. We will be back.

Love coming here - it’s my occasional special treat to myself. Food superb, as always. Steak succulent & juicy, perfectly cooked (I like it rare!). Starter (cheddar mushrooms), wedge (with bacon & honeymustard dressing), chunky fries. Couldn’t fault it! Waitress (Meisha) was friendly & helpful. I _will_ be back!

Easy to book online. Service impeccable. Food exquisite. I've given four stars for atmosphere for two reasons. Being a higher end restaurant, it mentions several times when booking, no sportswear. I was worried, taking my 19 year old for his birthday, that his brand new smart trainers might be rejected. However, when we arrived, it was full of people in trackies, trainers, people who are a little scruffy. Etc. It would have been nice to stick to the smart dress rule. Also, it was full of kid's, I think you should be kids in a different section. we wanted a quiet child free meal, which is why we picked Miller and Carter. Other than this, we loved it. The food was amazing. They catered well for my food intolerances too x Recommended

Absolutely amazing meal, food was delicious. have to say the experience was outstanding, thanks to our waiter, Eoan. From the moment we sat down, Eoan was attentive, friendly, and incredibly helpful. He made great recommendations, ensured our drinks were always topped up, and was quick to accommodate any special requests. His warm personality and excellent service truly enhanced our meal. If you're dining here, I highly recommend asking for Eoan – he goes above and beyond to make sure you have a great experience!

food was absolutely incredible, we were celebrating my sisters 18th birthday and had the most amazing time.we had a table of 8 and our server was Eoan, he was super duper! the waiting time was great, even bought us out a birthday dessert with candles too. thankyou so much miller & carter!!!

We went for a date night last Thursday. The food was good but the service was very poor. The man serving us had been on holiday he said, and had difficulty finding the items on his screen. When the food came it was served by a different person, who was very conscientious and polite. Following our meal, we asked for the bill and were astounded when Ray said we could leave him a tip if we wanted. I have to say that both my husband and I have never been asked outright to leave a tip. If we’ve had good service anywhere then we tip, but to be asked outright seemed very cheeky, especially as his service wasn’t that great. I have to say we’re reluctant to return in case we get the same sever

Andrea provided us with such amazing service today when I came for lunch with my daughter and granddaughter. Food was delicious and we were made to feel so welcome in a lovely relaxing atmosphere. Lovely night good service and amazing food

If was possible to give zero stars for food, then I would. Arrived on Monday afternoon and ordered off the 2 meals for £16.95 menu. There could not have been more than 10 guests in the entire restaurant. The food that came was abysmal! Frankly, its embarrassing to mention this online. In short, I refused to eat the food presented and was not offered anything other than an apology. I would not recommend this "steak house" chain to anyone with taste buds.

Very enjoyable evening tonight food was great servise was great couldn't fault. it was my daughter's 30th birthday today so a nice meal out to treat her. can't remember the name of the man who served use but he was very pleasant And a little treat was bought to my daughter at the end of the meal in the way of a strawberry and what looked like a brandy snap had the words saying happy birthday in a strawberry sauce I do believe was a excellent end to the evening and would like to thank the waiter who served use and that little surprise which my daughter said thank you 👌👌👌👌👌👌

Excellent food serviced in nice surroundings with a car park to the rear. We enjoyed the lunchtime 3 courses offer... 19.50 good value even though the steak was a little small, beautifully cooked though. The side dishes were 3 for £10,to be honest we should not have ordered it as our 3 courses were filling. My highlight was the cheddar mushrooms starter, really filling on its own! Good friendly service in very pleasant surroundings.

Excellent service, quality and value. Recommended without question

This is not the first visit to Miller & Carter , but it’s usually a very special experience. Lucy - our waitress has been extremely friendly, helpful and very professional as usual (she has been serving us couple of times before). Not a complaint, but almost all dishes were unsalted this time and one side were twice bigger than the same second portion. But it’s just a small bits and as I said before it’s a lovely place with lovely staff and gorgeous food, so highly recommend to everyone 🖤

Had a wonderful meal celebrating my husband’s birthday. Samie our waiter could not have done enough, fabulous service! The food was excellent no long waits! Thoroughly enjoyed our evening.
