KFC in Slough

Very rude staff. I forgot my reading glasses at home so I went to the counter to order my meal however the staff member wouldn't serve me Was told to use the electronic booking system without my reading glasses couldn't place a order I walked out not any staff was borthed. STAY AWAY

ABSOBLOODYLUTELY useless complete waste of time. People behind counter are pathetic never met a more useless bunch of people serving. Don't speak English. Don't understand boneless

I can't believe the service I got from this store.i went in to buy food straight after school for my kids as they where going tutor's not long after.i get home and 3 orders had something missing either chips or wings or popcorn chicken for them.i rang to let them know,they lady straight told me no such order was made and when I asked for her to check the system and cctv she hung up and when I rang back she kept hanging up.I rang head office no help aswell.How much greed does one has to have to steal food from kids that has been paid for.

Can’t be bothered to waste my time giving them a bad review... just try this place and see for yourself how bad it really is .

Absolutely shocking. Not only did they forget my drink but the food was stone cold. Not just a little cold, stone cold. I called the delivery man straight away but he cut me off. Furthermore he delivered to another 3 addresses before he came to me, hit the wrong house also, so by the time I hit my food it was awful. Ended up making sandwich.

So nice to have you back. I'm sorry we took you for granted. Your chicken is finger licking good (sorry cover 19) the 1.5 hour wait, plus two police shut downs was worth it for a, fattening taste of normality.

Lovely friendly people, clean, and hot. Well impressed. Usually you sort of expect sub par and surly staff...far from it.....highly recommend

Asked for a meal without chips. Had to get into an argument with the staff because they said they cant do that. They are so terrified of deviating from the menu that asking for something left out was a chore The toilets had human waste on the floor The seats were covered in greasy finger prints and food waste all over the floor with around 8 tables occupied and no queue. The food was how you expect.

I don’t know how it could happen, I didn’t think it ever could happen.. but thanks to KFC’s in Slough I have lost the will to live (drama queen I know, but it’s true). My family once used to so look forward to napping a Takeaway from KFC, but of late it’s just always so disappointing. No matter which one we go to, the food is horrible. Today we just had to throw it all in the bin! Over £40.00 spent and the family had toast for dinner!! The last push came from Farnham Road Drive Thru. The chicken was cold and hard The sides opened in the bag and spilt all over The fries Cold, Soggy (let’s be real, these “new” fries were to replace the “old soggy” fries. And they are horrible. Every time we have had them they have been soggy and wet and limp!! And we have been told “they just came out the fryer) on top of this I counted my fries in my meal today again. (Yes this is not a first time) A Large zinger meal had 10 fries in the box. TEN SMALL FRIES IN A LARGE MEAL! I think it’s time to make peace and say, thanks KFC for all the years of happiness you once gave us, but clearly those days are gone.

A bit of what you fancy is kfc .... Tasty .... Hot......plentiful and filling what more could you ask for

Popped in with a friend last wednesday , We were so disappointed to find the floors were so dirty. Staff didnot bother to clean and brush the floors. A female staff even walked past the tables. Chips and empty glass and sauces were lying on the floor. Avoid

popped in on the way home, to grab a quick dinner for the family. Got home, approx 5 mins away and everything was stone cold and rubbery, it felt and tasted like it wasn't freshly cooked and had a really bad odour of stale oil. will avoid at all costs

I had the Special Offer a couple of weeks ago, 9 pieces of finger licking chicken for only £5.99 which was very good value for money, and i got another 15% off for having done an online survey. It was great, i hope they do more of these offers in the future.

I don't know what it is but this place is definitely better than other local KFC branches - we'd rather detour over here than go to any others

We visit this KFC occasionally and are never disappointed with service and food. Chicken is always cooked as it should be. Nice clean place to eat with family. It can get busy on Friday and Saturday evenings.

We were staying in a hotel after visiting Legoland and needed a quick meal for the kids. Staff were friendly and helpful and food was the usual standard.

I remember this used to be a halal branch,not anymore! I was thankful for the lady to tell me before I ordered my food that it was no longer halal. It was much more busier when it was. It was quiet and dull when I went in a month ago. KFC you need to bring more halal branches. Even the one on Farnham Road is not halal. The 3 stars are rewarded for the food being nice and hot when it arrived. My children love KFC and it was so lively with more people. Now it's just quiet and dull.

Stopped off at the Slough KFC just off the Bath Road in Slough, as i thought i'd grab an early lunch.

I picked up two Zinger meals through the drive through. The chicken in the middle was raw and horrible. I would stay well clear of this KFC, clearly they are not cooking their food properly.

Very good service. Friendly and efficient staff and the burgers are well made (I normally ask for a veggie zinger and they accommodated this and made it well). Good advert for KFC!

This KFC has turned around the past few years, I've been here many times. Usually on the way home for a quick bite. Clean, staff are pretty quick at serving and food is cooked well.

Usual good KFC - clean inside - food is as you expect. It's fired chicken but done to their usual formula.

Went to have a late night meal. Was not greeted with a smile. Lacklustre service. Food was not up to usual KFC standards. Litter was evident everywhere in the restaurant and outside on approach.

After leaving Legoland we were staying at Premier Lodge Bath Rd..on the way we saw KFC..with 2 children..." KFC KFC"...we stopped....what a hole..food all over the floor..not one table clean or cleared...a assistant tried to put rubbish in the bin..the bin was full...so he pushed and pushed till he forced it in...grunted and walked away...I said "what a mess" the assistat just looked at me..other customers were just shaking their heads...the food was ok...dirtiest place ive ever been too....a trip for the health inspectors i feel ..i will be making a formal complaint...disgusting...when i asked to see a manager the assistat said..no manager here..this was 8.30pm

¿Por dónde empezar? La comida estaba fría. El personal realmente no importa, cuando nos dijeron que el personal de las patatas estaban frías. Me empezaron a señalar cómo los granos estaban calientes. . . . ¿Dónde ir desde allí? Cuando el personal no hay siquiera escuchar. También me gustaría señalar que la cocina no es muy limpia, contenedores más fluida con la derecha basura por donde hicieron la comida.

Me encanta KFC pero parece que su calidad en bajar por el pan o por lo menos no en esta ocasión. Compramos un balde de familia de 12 piezas. Cada pieza era más grasienta, la capa exterior de las trocar era agradable y crujiente, pero por dentro estaba todo pastoso. Casi no había ningún pollo, nos dieron una mala elección de piezas y terminó arrojando la mitad de distancia. Experiencia muy pobre y me ha disuadido de KFC por un tiempo. Puedo probar el aceite y combinación de pasta cruda - Puaj.

Quick friendly service. Best fried chicken in town, reasonably priced. Coffee is great too, would recommend if you are on the run.

The service is very quick, the food is nice if you liked fried chicken and the person serving us was helpful with what items can be substituted in the kids meal. Sauces, salt, pepper, tissues, etc are on the side, saves having to ask for extra sauce and tissues. This restaurant does have high chairs, which is very helpful if with young children and toilets.

Located in the center of Slough, this KFC is nothing special. The food was OK and service was good and fast. There are better KFCs around the world, but considering this is Slough, it's not too bad...

I have visited this kfc in particular on numerous occasions. This time I needed the loo, no biggie I thought. However upon investigation of the toilet I was mortified to see how disgusting it was. There was looking roll strewn across the floor, wads of the stuff clogging the sink and words can't even describe the state of the cubicle. It makes you wonder the cleanliness of the places that the customers don't see!

Functional and reasonable value. They had a themed chickenburger on offer so I chose to try it. Taste was fine. Very cheap in price. The only thing that was questionable was the cleanliness in this particular branch. I found it was a little tatty, the floor was filthy and the toilet arguably better than the train station but only average!

Oh no, the chicken is miserable and no taste. I've given this place too many chances and certainly won't be eating from there again.

KFC is one of the defacto eateries for those of us with tight time constraints. The slough store is located at the lights on the A4 with parking at the front. This means that you a snap decision to KFC on the way home costs you seconds. The food is no less and no more than classic KFC fare and the accessibility put it at the top of the list for convenience.

Rude management and staff don't even eat from there stay away. It's cold and not very nice. I won't ever go back

Boneless banquet for one always. Large meal perfect to veg on for the day whilst I get over my Friday night hangover. Regularly POp in n get kfc to take away on a Saturday morning Love

I ordered 6 piece bucket - all the pieces were tiny except 1 - so it was like only have 2/3 pieces. Leaves you feeling ripped off. :(

Very clean. Staff were very helpful. I had broken my ankle and they brought our food over. Couldn't help enough. Food was hot. Toilets were clean. Restaurant was clean.

Food is what you would expect. 4 times out of the last 5 my order has been incorrect. Quite annoying.

Food cooked okay but stingy on white meat. Annoyingly for an American company they don't accept American Express.

Stopped by here late several times on the way home as a quick bite - alawys seesm to be an atmosphere of tension or moddyness in the place. needs lots of attention on customer service as its pretty lacking - staff look miserable.

Third time i have been given food that is not fresh,, after complaining several times to the manager and head office this branch just don't care to improve their quality.

Everyone knows what you are going to get, that is as long as they are listening and not rushing around, even if you are the only customer in the place. Orders get muddled so there is often a surprise!But it is good quality, value for money with speedy service, Never seen the same two people there so something is not right.Mostly the servers are cheerful and polite.But I came to eat, not necessarily meet new friends.

I found a hair inside my wrap and didn't get any apology from any member of staff. They offered me new one to be passed to my table which I was waiting for 10 minutes after that time I went to the counter and one person said 'oh I'm dotty apparently person who served you forgot, it will be ready in a minute'.
