Kfc in Dudley

Ordered a delivery and food arrived cold and unappetising. When I contacted them they said it was delivered in the right amount of time so they must have lots of unhappy customers

Lack of sauce in all areas and burgers, I've never had a kfc so dry, asked for extra sauce and didn't even get the normal amount, no wounder this 1 is so quiet, ripping off paying customer

I choose a mighty bucket for one , as I have many times . Used the drive in which was very quiet 7pm. Now £10 which has increased significantly over the last 2 years. The server was very abrupt and obviously not happy in his work, looking forward to tucking in at home , on opening bag the chicken was very small pieces , overcooked, and had obviously been standing around for ages . Only half a bag of chips covered in a weird spice . Most of it went in the bin .

Had it thru just eat. Half my order turned up and what did turn up was wrong had it with this restaurant before an spoke to the manager who spoke me like crap won't go here again joke of a place

Went for late night food after work had chicken burger with fries. Absolutely disgusting food stone cold ended up in dustbin. Merry Hill Kentucky Fried should be closed down.

Pit stop lunch whilst working. Not been in the branch for many years and I was impressed with the refurb. Standard KFC as you expect. Chicken was more on the dryer side but I’ve certainly had worse. Toilets need some attention, the sanitary box was overflowing in the ladies 🤢 It is what it is.

Just had delivery of food. Order incomplete and was ice cold! Not even Luke warm Do NOT order via Deliveroo as your money will be totally wasted

Popped in here on way back from work. Mid afternoon. No one else in restaurant and no one ordering at drive through. So just my order to deal with. 1 x zinger meal. And 1 x 2 piece meal. Got home. No 2 pieces of chicken. Too far to go back. How hard can it be to get that right ??? And to be honest the zinger meal went in the bin. KFC on the whole has gone down hill but this place is shocking. Looks like a dirty chicken shop in suburbs of Birmingham. Steer well clear !!!

We haven't been to your kfc for months due to orders being incorrect. However last night 3/11 we thought we will give it try . After I came out of hospital. Instead of going through the drive through we ordered in the restaurant to takeaway and guess what the order incorrect when we got home we were missing I tub of beans . Some people may think this is simple complaint. However Im losing money.

The worst experience of a KFC ever. Dirty tables, not just sticky but covered in half eaten food. Floor swimming in coke. All apart from two tables were dirty, with people's left overs on the tables. The food took ages to be cooked because no less than 20 uber eats drivers came in and were served whilst we waited. Food came, stuff was missing, no straws, forks and it was cold. If I could give 0 stars I would. Please avoid.

A very good branch of KFC foid was delicious delivered quick , lots of nhs track and trace qr codes, toilets very clean and floor had been recently wasted

This was a pleasant visit, no problems at all will visit again when want a KFC, used the drive thru on this occasion, food nice and hot

Stallings lane kingswinford, 20th January 6:30pm. Ordered food twice through Uber eats and both times it was wrong, we put a large order in for the family and a whole meal was missing spoke to a supervisor called Sajia on the phone who went and asked the packer who said she couldn’t remember what she had packed. (As if she would remember?????), she said I could come in another day and have the meal? All the family had food except one! I said I would drive there and pick it up. After driving there in the pouring rain, we were handed the meal, no apology no sorry for your inconvenience not even a free can of pop. Stallings land is poorly run, the supervisor Sajia definitely needs some customer service training. Definitely will not be back. The branch is a disgrace to the KFC brand. 🥵

Came up here to get some food spend £25 in total for 3 meals, asked for all my order to be redone as it will going cold by the time I got back and wasted petrol coming back and actually I wanted to eat with my family, rude manager took his time to grant what I wanted, giving me dirty looks as other lady was doing my order again walking round saying to other members of staff do I look angry cus I am which I really couldn’t care less and then comes back up to me and tells next time to leave the food that was right at home ermm no thanks mate I want to eat with my family get your staff to actually put the order that I actually paid for in the bag it’s not that hard and telling me the next time mate what next time never be going back #rude!

Saturday the 27th July I visited KFC decided to take the meal home so I went through the drive through. When I got home the bag was full of grease the chicken was brown and disgusting the chips where like cardboard in put the meal in the bin. I have never seen a KFC empty before now I can see why. Disgraceful

We used The Merry Hill KFC recently and the service was as you would expect at any branch. Our orders were taken quickly and the food served in good time. We tried the new Vegan burger and I personally did not like it in a bun and thought it was better on the top of a salad. I food it way to dry inside the burger bun and it was never ending chewing just to finish it. The staff were good in keeping the burger and the fries separate as they oil used is not Vegan friendly.

My biggest pet peeve is companies employing people that don’t have any capability of speaking to customers with a standard level of respect and decency. The bloke at the drive through was so rude, then when I was brought my food at the drive through it masewell have been thrown in my car. Never returning. Food was cold, not as asked for and portion size is ridiculous.

KFC was disgusting the gravey was like water, the chicken was red inside and vile. The chips was cold. We never ended up eating it all and later that night was being sick till early hours in the morning. Avoid at all costs since they have taken over this place it’s been nasty

Staff never bought up with any manners by the look of it, no please or Thank you krushems were not up to the fill line and the the wait was ridiculous as we were the only customers there, and its no wonder

So when I visited KFC at Merry Hill I asked the question to the assistant she was polite and said I will have to ask the Manager, THEN................. OMG it was like a scene form One of Whoopee Goldberg films a Jamaican Lad came through the back door shouting I'm not cooking more chicken to be thrown away. (bt the way the chicken was for a 10 piece family Bucket) So I told him to keep it and went to the main shopping centre where I had no problem. Perhaps at 7.30pm this is why the store os empty. He did say the chicken had been cooked 10 mins after 12 mins the possiblity of bacteria infections can start.

On ordering the staff seemed very rude, we decided to eat anyway as we had been hungry for a while. The food was over cooked chicken, burnt chips which had been left to go cold and flat Pepsi. On leaving the car park we noticed that a pallet from what I can only assume was from a food delivery was left directly in the middle of the car park which was a major hazard.

Kfc is at very nice location. Busy route. Very friendly staff. Taste is also nice. Kids enjoyed the food and atmosphere.

Merry hill Shopping ....My wife and myself are very fond of KFC ..so decided on ,as it was on Tuesday to Have the Bargain TUESDAY Bucket ..to take Home ...as it was a quick to take home after Shopping ...and very Enjoyable

offa the food court one but can't find it. I had a twister wrap. I managed to count 2 chunks of meat in the whole thing! It was obviously a mini fillet just chopped up. I was charged nearly £5 for this tripe. I won't be back

Useless customer service! We went about 6pm, we went inside. Being the only people in there we expected half decent service. We waited about 5 mins to be served by the rudest guy they could possible employ! Order was wrong, waited another 5 mins to get it changed, then half the food stone cold! Good job it wasn’t busy, we might still be waiting now! Won’t be going again! AVOID!!

Went to drive thru at 22.00 waited for 15 mins to ask for my order. The store was empty and the staff had cleared down all surfaces and no food cooked even though they were supposed to be open for another hour! People were then having to wait for a further 10-15 for oil to heat up and fresh food to cook. Definitely won’t be going back there again. Always limited staff, no food and terrible customer service!

So today like other days me and my partner went to kfc and ordered two big daddy meals, both with no salad and no mayo, one with no cheese, never had a problem with this order before until now. Firstly the woman at the till was getting annoyed because the buttons on her till weren't working so she shouted to the back my order and specifications, three burgers got put through the pass, I mean, at the end they must of passed burgers back and forth about 5 times, and while that was going on the chips and pieces of chicken were just sitting on the tray going cold, when they were finally done and passed me the tray I sat down, looking in my box, my partners had mayo on which was not a problem due to that just being preference, mine came without the cheese as asked however the mayo had just been scraped off, baring in mind I cant have mayo due to an intolerance, I just had to rip my hashbrown in half and not eat it, the burger was dry, our one piece of chicken was dry, tasteless and cold, all in all, awful service and awful food

Every single time I order from this place the order is wrong every time. The staff always correct the order once notified but always then have to wait far to long again

If you like kfc then then there are two at merry hill, one in the food hall and a main one outside The one in the food hall has plenty of seating and you share with all the other food outlets

I have been to this kfc a few times and they always mess up my order, its either the wrong thing or they dont even give you what you paid for...i mean come on, its not rocket science ffs.

We have visited this place a couple of times and its not very good. It looks tired and dated, the staff are a bit off hand and while the chicken is good the chips are aweful.

KFC es el mejor lugar en el que he estado me encanta comer muuuuuy mucho, es bastante caro, pero para ser honestos, te llena y merece la pena el dinero, es simplemente Absolute Gorg me encanta mucho

After a quick shopping spree at the MERRY HILL CENTRE we decided to go here rather than the MACDONALDS as we've had a few bad experiences at that one in the past but this one KFC is just faultless great fresh food and served by the time you've gone to toilets to wash your hands!JOE JOERUL JUBZ KOLY YNWA

Very busy, always a long line which says a lot. Really a standard KFC and they do well to serve so many people accurately in the time they do.

This is by far the worst KFC I've been to the Stallings lane one in Kingswinford is almost as bad!! ( a recent TV documentary said as much rated as one of the lowest scoring by KFC themselves!) Waited at the drive through for ever and a day. Food was wrong. They rectified it. I pulled onto there car park to eat it.The food was just warm, totally greasy more bone than meat. The BBQ beans were boiling hot. I had an original recipe meal... It was awful the Pepsi was the only good thing about the entire meal!! No serviettes no clean up packets.. Meal was a disaster served by chimps. You know the saying " you pay peanuts you get monkeys"

We've used this KFC numerous times after and before shopping,we just love this one as the service is great and you can just feel relaxed,chicken great too!!JOE

Its always hit and miss when i go to these fast food places in regards to service and how fast they are actually going to be and if they even have your order correct but this visit wasn't that bad.The Guy who served me on the drive thru Daniel i think his name was was really friendly and got the customer service experience down to a T so A+ on that, then after taking my order and going to the next window and the next person served me it was very very quick and there was my drinks followed by there is your food so interaction with the next server wasn't for long however she was polite and off i went.Apart from sticking the wrong sides in the wrong boxes the food was how KFC always is and thats was dam good however the fries were only warm even though i only live 2min drive away i feel this was not due to me but never the less food was good.I always feel like KFC is massively over priced and dont tend to eat in or out from KFC often as £13+ for 2 fast food meals seems a bit steep, maybe thats just me but i like to get value for my money and KFC is never good value but always dam fine when i treat my self to it just a shame it wasn't a little bit cheaper but thats is my opinion

We go there nearly every other week as we shop at the MHC on Sundays and tend to go here as it's the closest one to us,my little princess loves and so we usually take a take away too during the week,chicken is the best youll get anywhere,perfectly cooked,staff there are great too always there with a smile and there to help too.Great place... Won't stop going as my daughter ARIYAH just loves the pop corn chicken !!JOE ARIYAH ALISHA X YNWA

Always have a good meal, staff always friendly and polite, never had a bad experience, always a place to park, and takeaway service quick.
