Queued for 30 mins. 1 person on till, then a member of staff came out and said everyone out, we’ve got to close immediately. I asked if it was a rat in the fryer again, but didn’t get any reply.

Really terrible service and food the worst. I ordered 3-piece chicken and got 3 Sad, dried drumsticks. The worst kfc I’ve visited.

Great quality food with mininum waiting time.. Worth for the money spent. I ordered for Gravy bucket from Christmas offer, the combination of Chicken with Gravy is highly ecstatic. Wish everyone to try it for once..

Anunciado como 24 horas el fin de semana. Llegó a las 3. 45 am el viernes por la noche / sábado por la mañana. Parecía abierto, el letrero dice 24 horas, y el horario de apertura en google decía que estaba abierto. No me dejó ordenar en la aplicación, incluso para conducir a través, probé puertas delanteras y estaban cerradas. Realmente decepcionante cuando compruebas en línea y esperas que esté abierto como dice que es y hacer el viaje y no lo es.

Ordered on Just Eat at around 8:15, order did not turn up until 10PM. Food was stone cold, the order wasn’t even correct. £30 worth of food ruined, would avoid at all costs

Muy ocupado, pero el personal era amable y hospitalario a pesar de tener que enfrentarse a algunos clientes muy groseros. El desayuno era precioso, café fantástico. Definitivamente volveré... aunque tal vez cuando sea un poco más tranquilo.

Food was cold, burgers were dry, bread was stale, only thing they managed to get right was the opening of the door!! We won’t be rushing back

Having done drive thru, staff missed taking my order only to tell me at the delivery counter to go-around again. How exactly can customer be at fault when the staff are busy amongst themselves and miss taking order? That's not worse, the staff were laughing at the incident instead of trying to help. There is always a long & slow queue suggesting the staff are inefficient and damaging customer experience. Appalling experience when compared to McDonalds drive thru.

Tea awful. Took it back got a replacement coffee. Comment from manager. "We can control the coffee but we don't make the tea bags". Totally unnecessary comment. May l suggest they offer milk separately or provide tea pots. That would greatly improve the tea

Me gustó que el precio del cubo poderoso para uno era £ 2 de lo que pagué por última vez. Dicho esto, la pantalla decía que mi comida cuando estaba lista cuando no estaba lista - todos eran así. Debe aparecer en las estadísticas que lo están repartiendo en poco tiempo, cuando este no es el caso. Las mesas del medio estaban sucias. Como KFC va en estos días, este alimento fue hacia el mejor extremo de la gama.

I ordered a porridge for my young daughter at the drive thru, asked to park up, no problem. Waited 14 mins, small problem. Order arrived without spoon, so I nipped into the store to collect one, medium problem. Got back in the car to give it to my daughter, no syrup, so when back into the store to get one. I wouldn’t go as far to say it’s a big problem, but the service and time spend getting a porridge was well below my expectation.

Contrariamente a las críticas negativas (que entiendo totalmente) Pero para mi experiencia personal siempre he tenido una buena experiencia. Las damas como Rooner no han sido más que educadas y complacientes para cosas como sal básica, ketchup y mayo. Principalmente el equipo femenino en KFC ha sido genial (sin ignorar al personal masculino y chefs)

Upon arrival with no previous awareness from Bourgee that this was going to be CLOSED! I was shown an A4 piece of paper on the door stating it was 'closed due to maintenance'.. Thanks for the update! How can I turn up to a restaurant with no email or notification being sent and the only way i found out was not even from a worker but from an A4 sheet of paper, is just ludicrous. Not even been open long and seems to be a shambles from the get go! PANTS, WOULDN'T RECOMMEND!
