My Quarter Pounder was stone cold, even the cheese was not completely melted. The gherkins and onions were so sparse as to be almost non existent. The fries were cold . My husband had a double cheeseburger and fries which were cold. His chocolate milk shake was pink and had the taste of a mixed strawberry and weak chocolate. The staf were very pleasant. We would never return to or recommend this restaurant . The birds ate some of the recycled food; although rather expensive bird food.

the order was very slow going through and I didn't receive my code I started my work an uber delivery man arrived. He appeared to have difficulty understanding simple English and he was very difficult to understand as he just kept repeating Code he was calling my mobile number and repeating code on the phone. I showed him that it was me he was calling but he just repeated code I explained that I hadn't received a code and I told him exactly what the order consisted of but to no avail.He left with my order which I had paid for.Then I tried to complain on the uber app but all it kept doing was showing me a picture of my food and showing it as delivered! Absolutely appalling service. Luckily I work full time as a night receptionist at a large establishment where I am asked at least 3 x a shift what food de companies I recommend needless to say I will ensure to explain why I don't recommend Uber food. As I paid with PayPal hopefully I will get my money back ASAP. It is totally unacceptable for a company not to be able to deal with a straight forward staff capability issue by being contactable. So I ordered a meal from the Birmingham New Street - not for the first time, but most definitely now the last time. Usually they get orders wrong or the driver just doesn’t bother turning up - this time however, it was the portion size. Omg who are they feeding - mice????? £8.99 for the smallest portion of food to have ever graced my plate. These KFC franchisers are killing the once respected brand

Just on way back home for quick snack. Only disabled toilet open downstairs. Upstairs locked.. So one disabled cubicle for men, woman and disabled drenched in toilet paper and urine... Absolutely vile.. Should be ashamed of yourselves.

Lost for words had yes a 2-hour wait for home delivery and when it arrived it was stone cold and the courier could not find my address. I had to give him instructions. the family was looking forward to a KFC meal as its expensive but tonight was just a joke will not be going back to KFC in Slough and yes I do have an order number 464141039 used the Just Eat app which was quick and easy to use. 2 hours I could have walked there and back in that time.

ABYSMAL Service from start to finish. Ordered a quick bite to eat at the self service machine, no receipt from the machine. Took a photo on my phone of the customer order number as proof that it was my order. Stood next to the counter waiting for my order for a good 15 minutes..I'd only ordered 3 chicken fillets, chips and a drink. I asked a member of staff how long would my order take as I'd been stood there like a lemon. She told me that their would be a 6 minute wait as they are having issues with something or other. A further 15 minutes went by and I asked for the manager. The food was slung to me over the counter and a half hearted apology was given. The food was stone cold, chips were terrible and the Pepsi tasted like water. Prices have rocketed at KFC and the customer service/ quality has gone drastically downhill.

This is the 3rd time i have been there in last couple of Months and the service i have to say is terrible. it took them 20 Mins overall to take my receipt to the counter that i got from the machine and then serve me what i wanted and even then got one of them wrong {gave me two hot wings instead of the 3 i ordered}, and other 2 times i wanted a Variety meal and the woman behind the counter said because it wasn't on there machines i couldn't have one, but then when supervisor came after 10 Minutes of arguing , finally ordered one for me. Thinking of not going there again, shame is the branch in Aldgate , London is pretty good, but this lot are inept and basically shocking

Dreadful. It’s understandable that KFC are closing down. How difficult is it to make a simple burger meal? Awful fries and burnt and cold. The worst bit of chicken in a stale batch. With no salad or Mayonnaise in it for £7.50. Absolutely disgusting should be had up for trade description. What has happened to this chain which at one time was a leader. Last time I ever go to a KFC again!

The slowest fast food in Essex? The food was OK. But the service was poor. 3 staff behind the counter, only two people waiting for food when we ordered. But the food still took almost 20 minutes to be prepared.

This place has gone further downhill, everyone seems to have to wait for their food after ordering at the drive through we waited for 35 minutes last time and the waiting cars just clog up the car park up as there is nowhere else to go. Food is ALWAYS missing whether it’s a burger or fries in the happy meal so annoying when you get home and realise someone hasn’t got their dinner. Happened a lot of times. Going elsewhere from now on
