La comida era realmente buena, buenas porciones por buenos precios, y lo mejor de todo muy buena cantidad de salsa que se siente raro en estos días. El servicio de Mónica fue muy bueno, muy atento.

1 out of 5 staff just not good enough the order was short boneless filet and dips meal. The dips didn’t appear with the order. The chap who took the order in the first place couldn’t speak much English which you’d have thought was a must given the job. This isn’t the only time I have had bits missing from previous orders. Only use the place once in a blue moon, it’ll be a long time till I go back there if at all.

Came here today waited 25 minutes for food 3 staff taking orders 2 in kitchen and 1 serving. Manager called to one angry lady he just said sorry and sneaked back into his office, 1 guy missed 2 trains waiting abd sone people behind us got their orders in 3 minutes. Total shambles I demanded to cancel and get a refund and the guy just looked at me with a blank stare. Never going back.

The food was fresh and I loved the service it was pretty quick. The manager of the store was very kind.

The experience was utterly appalling. Drink totally flat, the chips hot but massively over seasoned. The chicken was something else, hard, overcooked and incredibly wet with oil! Here the majority of reviews are poor or worse, I made the company aware and their response was to commit to putting things right, but reviews elsewhere have been responded to and management keep promising improvements but they clearly aren’t working if indeed anything is really being done

No hand sanitation available in broken toilets or disabled toilets. Asking kitchen staff for hand sanitation was non existent. So how do they clean their hands. Disgusting.

Fuimos al Dunkin al lado de Asda en el Dome Lesiure Park. El fantástico servicio de Melanie que merece una calificación de 5 * fue eclipsado por el escandaloso servicio de Ben. Simplemente pedimos azúcar blanco para nuestro té, solo para que nos dijeran, "está en la parte de atrás en una bolsa, lo siento". Mientras me alejaba, murmuró bajo la respiración, pero no lo suficientemente callado, "quéjate de ello, ¿por qué no lo haces?" a Melanie, que estaba claramente atónita. Si alguna vez regresamos y él está allí, vamos a caminar de vuelta. Debo decir de nuevo, sin embargo, Melanie era profesional y cortés y un crédito a Dunkin. Tan alegre y cortés. Gracias Melanie.

Restaurant menus in pieces. No wine or beer available, only 4 on tap alcoholic cocktails available. Made aware of extended wait for food due to trainee chef. Accepted this. Food arrived, ok presentation however burgers wrongly matched with fries/tater tots. No tomato ketchup available, just recently run out. Food tasty and staff pleasant and apologetic.

Tuve tiempo para matar antes de llegar en tren a casa, siempre pasaba por lo de Archie y siempre parecía bastante ocupado. Probablemente hasta el tiempo de espera para la comida! Sólo pedí tiras de pollo y tater tots. Esperé más de 15 minutos, un par de pedidos después de que consiguiera su comida. Acaba de leer comentarios y puede ver por qué la gente se equivoca de comida o la gente la toma. El servidor no revisó mi boleto y podría haber tomado la comida de cualquiera. Aunque, después de la espera y tener que correr por mi tren, las dos cosas que sí tenía eran muy buenas. De hecho, me impresionó mucho.

Stopped to charge the car. Store was closed due to a card fault so used the drive thru! No issues. Went to the door to see if they would let our daughter use the toilet (it had been a long drive). The rudest old lady was sat in her Modus outside stuffing her face. Stated she was a member of staff. We asked if they could let us in so our daughter could use the toilet - her growl/reply "No - we are not a services love". Then back to stuffing her face!!! 🙄

Asked for 18 hot wings told him twice. Paid for 18 hot wings.got home and there were only 12. In the bag. Seriously needs more English people working there..

Manager overly concerned with outside garbage...not a good impression for a paying customer. Outside inside and washrooms were dirty...service very slow.

Got uber deliver and they forgot 80% of the order!! Driver couldn't give a toss so wont be using uber of kfc again!!!!!!!!
