Always missing at least one item when I get delivery, foods mostly cold and when I get in touch for help they say they can't help. They dont apologise for messing up orders they just pass the blame, Worst mcdonald's store I've been to

Appaling always running out of stuff. Never get the orders correct either if you go in or drive through! Staff too busy chatting to one another and swearing!!!

We stopped off for something to eat on a long journey - our food arrived swiftly enough. When it was served at the counter we said we wanted to "eat in" the staff member said that was fine. When we move to the seating area another member of staff told us in a very unfriendly manner that the seating area was closing in 5 minutes and unless we could eat in that time we could no sit down. When we said that the server had said we could we were sharply told no, they are kitchen staff, they do not know, they should not have told you that. There was no "sorry" we are closing, not apology for having been given mis-information. They did not actually use the word but they might just have well have told us to F**k off! We then went to eat in the car. The burger was cold and soggy and all the icing fell of the donut. When we drove away, we could see through the window that the cleaning staff having left the seating area - and other customers were now sitting there eating. Abysmal manners, poor customer service and very poor food.

Terrible, staff moody and grumpy. It says open 24 hours but it's shut by 8pm, this false advertisement! And times need to be changed. Food cold and missing some items.

My review is actually for your delivery service. Food is in but we NEVER get the sauces we order, not even once. It’s frustrating because we can’t even contact you as the order is done via Uber and there’s way to contact you or way to have them once the order is delivered.

By far the worst McDonald’s for getting your order wrong or missing items. Save yourself the journey back check your order before leaving the drive-through or the restaurant.

Poor service and cold food waited around 45 just for a drink and a McFlurry very disappointing won’t be hurrying back for a while.

Hot tasty food can’t complain. Nice clean restaurant, there was a lady going round asking people for reviews which was a bit weird and interrupted us actually eating but otherwise very good.

I ordered my food on the app, I ordered 2 meals and 2 extra burgers and some apple pies, when we got home from picking it up there was a burger and fries missing, how hard is it to get peoples orders correct, they constantly forget to stuff, so if you go there make sure you check your order

Why advertise you're open 24 hours when you're not?!! Drove well out of our way just to find shut doors and no sign to say it was closed. Another couple there at the same time as us had come well out their way to visit there too Sort it out!

NOT 24 HOURS! Constantly closed passed 10 pm and when it is open Mcflurry machine is broken. 25 mins wasted in drive through. Put signs up stating that something isn't working! Probably one of the worst McDonald I have ever been to. Avoid disappointment go Andover.

Pretty good. Went for dinner around 6pm, it was busy but food came out quickly, correctly and hot. The machines weren’t all working which was annoying and you can’t order with a human anymore unless paying in cash

Stopped here tryed to order food but the shop was shut tryed to order at the drive threw to be told I can’t if I have no car informed them my lorry was parked out front with the big orange flashy lights on it to be told I can’t be served what a joke

Long time coming review: McDonald’s food is as expected (Y) Wacking great 24/7 sign out front but closes around 22:00 every night, no milkshakes on in the evenings and no student discount this evening.

Arrived at the drive through on the way home, quick chicken mayo… just found it a very solemn affair. Staff took a while to respond to the order machine, even longer to be served my food (so much show cares were flashing me believing I was taking too long…). Staff didn’t speak to me, no greeting, no apology for wait, didn’t even ask for sauces… I get it, it’s just McDonald’s but say hello at least! Oh and where’s my sauce at?

This is the second time now I’ve come to visit family, turned up just after 10 with a car full of hungry kids to find it’s been closed. Drive through coned off and staff sweeping about inside with doors locked. If your not open 24hrs...

Only two of four of the selection panels were working. Tables were left dirty and the queue was out of the door. Food was warm but I didn't want to push through the queue to wait another 20 minutes.

Stopped in on the way back from Brands Hatch. One of the urinals in the toilet was broken. I knew this as a staff member had applied a number of strips of tape to it. Very hygienic...My wife also went to the loo and found the flush button completely missing. Nice....The touch ordering screen had no paper...I had the Indian chicken nan bread burger thing, my wife had the Canadian burger thing.I call them things, as it looked like they had been assembled by a visually impaired person wearing oven gloves. Fries were large and regular for no apparent reason.In summary, a totally underwhelming experience. Will go to KFC or the hut next time we are passing.

Went in here after an awful 7hr journey home from holiday with 3 small children under 4 for our tea, hoping for a quick service as everyone was hungry & tired. We ordered at the screen & waited ages till order ready to collect, there were 2 items missing & one wasn't the correct item anyway. The drinks were lukewarm as if they had been made instantly then kept till food ready, the burgers nearly cold & the nuggets were the same. Didn't bother complaining as too many people still waiting at counter & the children just needed food. Had to visit the baby changing room but that wasn't very clean, infact was probably one of the worst McDonalds we have ever visited!

Visited for the first time whilst in Wiltshire today. A fairly decent McDonald's. Plenty of parking and quick service.

Took grandchildren for a meal, once we managed to rder using the automated ordering with no water or icecream available service was fast. The place was busy and hygenie and cleaning up had slipped, bins full, surfaces dirty. The food was OK.

Friday 31st May 2019 We used the self order machine and the food arrived quickly from submitting our order. The eating area was clean and seating available. Would recommend more regular checks in the WC facility area.

We go here often. Food is excellent. Some staff are friendly. It is not always clean but trays are clean and staff do get round to cleaning up eventually. Tried a chicken wrap for the first time and it was lovely.

Well staffed by helpful, happy people. Whilst we were eating a coach load (about 50) came in, all at once, of course. They were all served and gone within 15 minutes and regular customers just fitted right in. Well done McDonalds.

Not a regular haunt, but the family like it, so for a treat we went there. All the ordering screens were busted, so had to queue for ages to get served, the young lady serving was good, polite and helpful. Food delivered to the table, and all seemed ok... until trying to drink the chocolate milkshake... it was vile. So strong that it burned both mine and my daughters throats, my son who is the least fussy child in the universe, also tried it and retched!! I spoke to a member of staff, who thanked me for telling them!!! No apology, no offer of a refund, no offer of a replacement, just a thanks for telling us your drink is undrinkable!!! Seriously!!!! Just do not bother, there is a plethora of alternative eateries on Solstice park, if you are truly desperate for a maccys d's pop into Salisbury!

I live less than half a mile away yet 5 times in the past few months I have walked away without items I have paid for, tonight I ordered 5 chicken selects as part of a larger order but got home and found none at all. I am fed up now and have lost money on items I have not received 5 times now. GET THE SIMPLE THINGS RIGHT, food is always good but c’mon.

I had two £1.99 big Mac and chips coupons from giving feedback on a previous visit elsewhere. As my wife is vegetarian I asked was it possible to swop a big Mac for a Veggie wrap or Burger? No problem I was told. Both meals arrived in about 3 mins even though the place was heaving.

McDonald's is a very clean place to sit and relax with your order super fast but gets very busy as it is a popular establishment they take your order then you can follow on screen as it is progressing excellent

This branch hardly ever has a working Mcflurry machine!!! Out of my last 10 visits over the month of November 2018, only once I was able to get a Mcflurry!!

Pulled up to the drive through and gave my order - no mention of any problems with the drive through or it's tills. Their card machine had gone out of action, meaning if like me, you don't carry cash - you weren't able to pay. Consequently held there for 25 mins in a queue to get nothing. Waste of my life when they should just let folk go if they aren't able to serve. There are parking bays specifically for people waiting for orders, if they'd been used flow of traffic could have been maintained, and I'd not have wasted so long in the queue. Mainly caused by a grossly incompetent, disinterested manager that's not willing to manage problems as they arise.

well I went to get my parents order that was all fine come home find that they had give me there orders but not mine why the hell would I want to portions of fries, and this isn't the first time it has happended they really shouldn't be hiring kids if they don't know how to get things right, none of them know there left to there right and its annoying

Stopped off here for a break on way back from Norfolk to Dorset. Lovely clean and tidy restaurant and spotless toilets. As I am on a crutch currently I opted to have table service and food arrived quickly and with a smile. Customer service lady was very friendly and stopped to have a chat which was nice as I was on my own. Once I had finished a nice member of staff took my tray for me and thanked me for coming! I wish they were all as nice as this! Well done!

This mcds is ok but they only get your order right about 1/2 the time Access is poor and badly designed for the drive through

Typical McD establishment. You get what it says on the bag. Never greasy, always hot and fresh. Toilets well cleaned.

We stopped at lunch time on a Wednesday, and it took a frustrating 15 minutes to find a place to park. Poor planning when they built this restaurant. The food was typical McD's. I should have gone elsewhere.

I've been using the drive through here occasionally over the past 6 months. Have to say my experience is very patchy. Some times they are really on the ball. Other times they don't seem interested. I've seen queues of cars coming out onto the road and not really moving while using the other places nearby. I've had experience with slow service here. I have also had speedy service here. It's very hit and miss. I can't really make out if the staff levels are too low, they aren't trained well or just not interested.

I rarely use McDonalds but came here for coffee as Costa was closed... so had a burger as well... I was pleasantly surprised that the coffee was actually quite nice .... the burger (although a 'signature burger' was typical McDonald's though (looks nicer and larger in the photo on the wall than in real life)...

Large fries filled to 2/3 of the box. Small diet coke ingredients: 90% ice, 10% diet coke. Disgraceful.

Myself and some friends have been to this particular Md'S a few time in the last week.... so trip number 1, go to eat inside.

When we walked in it was extremely busy and full of kids on their Easter break. We were shown a table for two, thats never happened before, atmosphere was good. We were serviced quickly and efficiently can't fault them AT ALL.

This was busy at 9am on a Saturday morning. The table service option was worthwhile though as it was quicker than queueing to wait to collect.

Been here several times as it’s easy when I’m going past and in a rush. However, it’s pretty poor even by McDonald’s standards.

Burger burnt round the edges and cold; fries hard and seemed over cooked and re-heated. Absolutely horrible.

Funny how it goes really. There are so many chronically poor restaurants and take-outs in Amesbury, so personally I wasn't expecting too much from dear old Maccy D's, but was I pleasantly surprised. My wife, friends and I have visited on numerous occasions now, and have always been met with a fast service, friendly staff (with the possible exception of a rather surly older woman on the night shift), hot food, good ambiance, and priced fairly. Generally tidy, or as tidy as you can expect a very busy restaurant to be. Easy to park, if you want to eat in, speedy drive-thru for take-aways.
