The best restaurants serving American food in England

Came here to get out of the storm, lovely brew n coffee and excellent cakes/cheesecake etc,nice hour spent chatting in a nice place, staff are really friendly.

Firstly, there was a man in the front of me waiting for his order, but he left as he was waiting way too long and other people who was after him get they order before him. While the manager or supervisor, just was there watching what is going on and playing with his phone insted to help the staff. And I order chicken wrap with BBQ sauce and i didn't get any sauce at all. It was dry and tasteless. So disappointed.

Embarrassing.. 10 people queuing outside a restaurant that was less than a quarter full. All because Slim Chickens are prioritising Delivery's over customers who are actually at the restaurant. The kitchen couldn't keep up.

Absolutely terrible. A woman cashier overcharged and got our order wrong. They were then moaning that they had to go back and correct themselves because they couldn’t understand our English language. We had little children running around the establishment playing hide and seek right next to our table surrounding us. Then you had people vaping in the establishment. The tables were mucky and unclean. The floor was appalling with dirt and mud all over it. Please go somewhere else or a different kfc. It is appalling please sort yourselves out!

Really lovely place to relax and enjoy a bit of personnel time, allowed me to get loads of work completed without the stress of dealing with my kids.

Food was nothing special .Not much meat mostly rice and noodles. Nothing like what is advertised on menu. To top things off got a £60 parking ticket after paying a £97.00 for a party of 5.

Filthy toilets, filthy seating area, outside very scuffy, definitely a desperate stop only. I can't imagine what the homes of the people who give 5 stars must be like.

Always friendly and quick service, relaxed working environment or for a meet up with friends. Also lovely customer service :)

Pretty good food and better than the last visit. At least the place was clean. Shame about the seagulls feeding on the empty KFC packets outside.

Excellent!! This place is a cafe, not posh restaurant, but if you want a well cooked, generous portion meal at very fair price, go here!! Definitely going back …..

Como dice mi título, ben & jerrys nunca dejan de sorprenderte con su delicioso helado, el lugar está limpio y con asientos disponibles, la gente que trabaja allí era muy amable

We ordered a hot dog which did not mention spicy, but was in fact mildy spicy and overcooked. We ordered a piri piri chicken wrap which is ok, but piri piri sauce is pretty much water, so it went everywhere and didn't taste of much. The service was slow, and the manager was on the phone to her friends all the time. The strawberry milkshake was ok. Giving feedback at the end was met with stone cold faces and no empathy. In short they don't care. Avoid. Food is 2 out of 5, service 1 out of 5.

Every Sunday in the King and Queen. On the corner of Cleveland and Foley. The beer is pretty decent as well.............
