Went with family and friends for a special lunch and was not disappointed. The dining room was not busy, so service and food delivery were all very timely. Food portions were quite adequate and each guest enjoyed their choice. Loved the ambience of the huge vaulted dining hall.

I had a hotdog that looked good on the menu and pictures. When it came. It was very disappointing the bread rolls was wet and soggy cheap hotdog sausage one on the picture looked like a proper German sausage. Onions wasn't even cooked. Chips bland and boring. Kids meals wasn't the best. I wouldn't hurry back. Very expensive for what we got. Staff was always looking over our shoulders asking if we had finished. Felt rushed

Don’t bother read previous posts! They don’t deliver your food and the contact number isn’t real. No contact from them either to attempt to deliver. Don’t waste your time or effort and money because you won’t get it back when you order! Yes I know I used Deliveroo but they also didn’t sort it or refund it. Absolutely shameful of a so called business. They don’t deserve to be open if they even are.

The restaurant has no refinement, plain tables and the napkins are actually cocktail serviettes so too small. Staff are young and inexperienced. More of a cafe than a restaurant. First course was Thai Fishcakes that had been fried from frozen, not great but edible. They seem to be more worried about presentation by placing food on bits of wood than actually the quality. The menu was basic and many things were off. My steak choice was not available and I was told there was one sirloin left. I then heard a server tell my server they had run out. The steak did turn up however but it was definitely not 8 oz more like 6 oz and probably what they serve with a mixed grill. To be totally honest the food was cooked to perfection but the steak was totally tasteless and arrived on a cold plate. I doubt if I have ever had a better Medium Rare cooked steak anywhere but if the person cooking it has poor quality to start with, you can't make a silk purse out of a Sows ear. I don't think £16.50 for a 6 ounce tasteless piece of protein is good value. I am sure this place has potential but it needs some more experience with more focus on choice and quality and less on serving things in wire baskets and on bits of wood. I would have to read an awful lot of good reviews to ever return.

Firstly, there was a man in the front of me waiting for his order, but he left as he was waiting way too long and other people who was after him get they order before him. While the manager or supervisor, just was there watching what is going on and playing with his phone insted to help the staff. And I order chicken wrap with BBQ sauce and i didn't get any sauce at all. It was dry and tasteless. So disappointed.

Absolutely terrible. A woman cashier overcharged and got our order wrong. They were then moaning that they had to go back and correct themselves because they couldn’t understand our English language. We had little children running around the establishment playing hide and seek right next to our table surrounding us. Then you had people vaping in the establishment. The tables were mucky and unclean. The floor was appalling with dirt and mud all over it. Please go somewhere else or a different kfc. It is appalling please sort yourselves out!

Waited a couple of mins to order even though there were no other customers waiting. Sat directly opposite the tills so that I'd know when my tea was ready. I wasn't aware you had ro collect your own order so despite making eye contact a couple of times with Arth who took my order - I got up after about 10-15 mins to see what was wrong. Then I realised my cold tea was sitting on the counter all along. Not a nice experience.

What a shocker this place was. Trying to order all you can smell are the toilets, which, if like me you are unlucky enough to need then BEWARE! They definitely don't employ a cleaner and you'll need to be able to hold your breathe whilst tiptoeing through the squalor Food, it was hot, so that justifies the 1 star but the food was not fresh, apart from the fries. Eating area filthy, unclean, rubbish never cleared.. Honestly, if I don't have toilet issues after eating here I'll be massively surprised.
