Don’t bother. Your food won’t arrive and they won’t care at all when you phone and ask where it is. Absolutely screw this place.

Ordered 4 kebabs with salad & sauce. £50. Delivered with. No sauce or salad. All put In the bin. Reordered from a reputable company Mariners and all was delivered perfect. Vegas delivered salad & sauce 25 mins later after the kebabs.

I ordered chicken kebab with chips, it was just chicken and chips, no salad, no pitta bread, meat was at best luke warm, what a rip off !!

Have ordered twice from here recently and the food hasn’t been great. Ordered chicken kebabs on both occasions and the chicken was incredibly dry both times. Thought I’d give it a second chance after the first time and I’m now wishing I hadn’t. A couple of years ago this was one of the best places in Cleethorpes. I’d say it’s one of the worst now. Unlikely to return.

Ordered from here a while ago now.. and remembered how good the food and delivery service was... so decided a night off cooking. I had a heart attack just over 2 weeks ago... and have now changed what I eat ... so knowing how clean, fresh and non-greasy the food is from here meant I could eat healthily without the effort of making stuff myself! Me and my wife ordered the mixed 2 kebabs... choosing chicken and shish times two! The chicken was seasoned beautifully, as was the lamb, with both cooked over the clay grill... creating a deep charging flavour on top of the sauce/spices. The meat was in large chunks (generous portions) and cooked to perfection. Charred on the outside and juicy on the inside. None of it was chewy, fatty or had any gristle. Got to be one of the best kebab combinations we've ever had. We also chose 2 salads. Both came in separate plastic takeaway trays... fresh and loads of it. A real mix of salads. Only thing missing was fresh tomato... which isn't on the list... which is just something I normally enjoy.... but with the extra grilled veg... it wasn't needed. The veg consisted of mushrooms, Spanish onion and a mix of peppers. Everything being grilled means great flavours, cooked perfectly, any fat/grease has drained off and the veg retains it's vitamins. The pitta bread was also cooked well.. although didn't really need the carbs! With delivery and handling fees coming to £4 the total bill was just over £30. For the amount of food.. it would have fed 4 easily! The delivery was super fast and really friendly. Paying upfront by card is great... but the delivery man deserved an extra tip really.. and had no cash to hand. We were surprised by a huge... massive garlic bread with cheese... free! Must be due to going over a certain price? I did have one triangle.. despite trying to be healthy.. and the rest of the family helped out with the other pieces! It was very tasty. Lots of cheese.. and a good garlic flavour. A doughy pizza rather than a thin crispy hard bread as some places do. A nice touch to be fair. Summing up. Order all correct. I did ask for no cucumber in my salad (allergy) and they got this right. Food fresh and tasty... tasting healthy and clean. Service spot on. Delivery fast and friendly. Definitely good value for money. Quality. Chili and garlic sauces... also given two of each... were lovely. Spicy and calming respectively! Thank you Vegas Grill.

Ordered food on just eat app, after two hours food not arrived, rang them only to be told food was ‘on its way’, food has been sent to another universe!!!!!!!, if you want feeding then go else where.

Most awful takeaway we have ever had, ordered 3 pizzas tasted mouldy,off, fishy and like 5 garlic cloves in one mouthful. Refused a refund as the manager was busy and would not speak to myself regarding my order Would not order ever again or recommend

Called in this evening for a takeaway, all staff looked glum and looked like they had the world on the shoulders, probably due to the young blonde short haired teenager that took our order, who was obviously running the place, I know it must be stressful because the food is good but please have some manners and he a bit courteous next time

Have ordered from here for years as they do great pizza but the customer service from our recent order was appauling. Food was pre-order online. When it was 15mins late we called to see where it was. Told it was out for delivery. A further 3 calls later after being fobbed off we are told that the food has been delivered. Staff were rude and insinuated that we had taken the delivery. Ended up having to go and collect the order myself. Met the delivery driver who just kept smirking that he had delivered the order to the correct house. Certainly will be looking for a new regular takeaway after this experience.

Atrocious from start to finish and not for the 1st time.... Gave it another go as we've had a couple of good meals however the service is terrible. Divery to Humberston took 1 hour 45 mins and when I called and asked where it was after 1 hour 30 mins all I got was "on its way" no apology no customer.er service. Turned up and I had been advised 2 different prices over the phone as added £2 delivery only for that to become £3.50 at the door.... I advised the young girl of this who rang the shop and that clearly fell on deaf ears as seems the charge would have come out of her pocket therefore I felt I had no choice but to cough up. I highly recommend you find a take away more local to your house as seems these guys are in it for money only as service and quality are rock bottom. I will never use them again, junk.

Zero food tasteless throw together over 2 hours late. No refund or freebies offered just a pathetic sorry on the phone. Food was cold and so bland. Avoid

I went into the shop last night around 6 pm. I approached the front counter where there were two individuals, male and female, both rude, ignorant, and by the sound of it illiterate. No courtesy , no customer care, not even polite, they did not say a word to me, absolute silence; very strange experience ! They mumbled obscenities whilst I was placing my order ! Food OK, front counter staff need replacing or else more customers will stay away as I am !

We ordered a takeaway from here for tea after a couple of afternoon drinks, really filled a hole and was delivered very quick

Ordered £30 quids worth of food, delivery. not all the food turned up. I understand can be very busy. Rang to inform and was kept on the phone for 15 minutes while the guy that answered took more orders while I waited instead of dealing with me! Then told me understands we should have received all my order but nothing he could do! “Understands that when you pay for something, with money you’ve worked hard for you expect to receive everything they offer in exchange for that money” it’s okay though, he then offered me £1 off my next order! ONE POUND 🤣! Laughing because if I don’t I’m thinking about the £30 I just waisted at this place, at Christmas when money is tight. Thank you Vegas grill and merry Christmas! Avoid at all costs unless you like paying for a portion of what you expect! Oh, and still waiting for the rest to turn up because for some reason that’s a pain in the backside for you not your paying customer!

£6.50-7.20 for a singular wrap comes with no chips and basically no filling inside at all! 2 fillings was missing compared to what was listed on the menu. Counter staff very rude, admitted they was was aware of a mishap with our order and did not ring us! Will not be ordering from here again.

It was so bad. Pizza was square thing, toppings were woeful. Dross. Mushroom tasted 6 days old, cheese was tangy and tasteless, think the base was made from cardboard. Only way this could have been worse is if Tom Carney cooked it.

Its open. only 2 in the shop at a time , but they do click and collect. the service is fast . we put out order in as a group and it was ready in 3 and a half minutes, hot, wrapped,ready to go and eat. poilite staff, prices are good, well done to the owner he is sooooooooooo polite, and the staff are so cheerfull. Staff can’t even get order right when it’s told to them several times over the phone. Rude and argumentative kids manning the phones, plenty other kebab places in the area this place used to be good but even food standards are slipping for the price.

Stayed over for the night in Cleethorpes, and looked forward to a tasty takeaway kebab. I have had a takeaway before from this takeaway and it was nice.This time I ordered a chicken kebab a chicken donar and chips. The chicken kebab was nice but when my wife opened the chicken donar the smell of rotten fish admitted from the box. I tried a piece and tasted off and strange. We through the entire tray of meat straight into the bin. I reckon we would have been very ill if we had eaten the chicken donar. What waste of money, I will never order from here again, avoid potential food poisoning.

The food from this place is great value for money , they have a large choice on menu . We would recomend the food from here as it was lovely .

Always has great service at Vegas grill and the food is great but the way the males who seem to be in charge treat staff members is horrible they need to learn to respect their staff especially the young girls behind the counter who have always greated me my partner and my friends with nothing but smiles. after eating food from here, i couldn't keep off the loo!! it was among the worst of the food outlets that are in the area! the food gave me the runs & i was also majorly sick! its clear to me that they either DONT wash their hands before handling food or in between cooked and raw food or the raw food items are stored at the wrong temp! im surprised they haven't killed someone yet!!

I’ve only just started going to Vegas Grill after being disappointed with others in town. I love the Vegas pizza...the barbecue base, the topping.....all delicious. It’s always very busy so I’m sure they’re doing well. The counter staff are cheerful and very polite. Yes, my ‘go to’ takeaway from now on.

Ordered 2 pizzas and chips but only got one pizza rang back but still had to pay full prize for the pizza very dissappointed with the service but pizza was ok not worth the hassle and there was a hair on the pizza

This is the 2 nd time our order has been wrong great food but you guys really do need to check what goes in the delivery bag as when you ring to ask for what’s missing the excuse is always the same we will knock money off you next order or we will send you what’s missing but it will take a while just get it right in the first place we understand your busy but we are paying the bill so we want what we have ordered

Good kebabs I had the sheesh, wife had the Donna our guests had pizzas and everyone enjoyed it. Good size portions and finish what was over the next day. Can’t wait to do it again.

I've always been really happy with Vegas Grill before but not this time. Firstly was told around 1 hour delivery, rang up after hour and half and told it's on its way and eventually got here after hour and 45 mins.

Got a large kebab on sat didn't come already made just kebab meat on top of a pitta bread salad came in a plastic box chilli sauce came in a tub meat was tasteless but you did get plenty won't be using this place again there is far better in Cleethorpes

First time ordering tonight on the recommendation of my niece, it did not disappoint. Calzone is the size of a kite and decent amount of chips too. Choice of plain or spicy chips., creamy coleslaw. Was quoted 45 minutes for delivery, it was with us within 30. Couldn't eat it all, what's left will do for tea tomorrow.

When have a takeaway always order from here now food is always hot and we live far away it can take awhile sometimes but always worth the wait

Nunca más me he pedido desde aquí absolutamente estaba echando humo! Obv sabemos que están un lugar concurrido y cuando nos peldaño dijeron será aproximadamente hora a hora y 15 por lo que dijo sí que es bueno, esto fue en 7. 30 luego peldaño trasero en 9. 05 para ver dónde fue que nos tomó unos 10 minutos para encontrar nuestra orden dice deja en 10 minutos! A la derecha de nuevo otro ok, esperando 25 minutos el anillo de vuelta y para ellos para encontrar nuestro pedido de nuevo dicho sale en 5 minutos obv por esta vez nos están muy frustrados y Hungría! Así que esperamos de nuevo otros 20 minutos aparecimos en 9. 50:00h para el conductor entrega a decirnos que aun no se han ocupado! £26. 00 pasamos por el camino! Hicimos otra llamada recojas la chica para quejarme y hablamos de poner las recojas para nosotros! La comida era adorable esta es la razón por la que hacer el pedido y no estoy condenando que lugares que han comida este bonito no ocupados, pero esta noche fue estar literalmente dijeron una broma y que pasar un montón de dinero para ser colgó soy humo ordenados en 7. 30 comer en 10:00 pm de la noche, es una broma! ! ! !

Best tasting place to order a pizza in Cleethorpes Based in the Market place Only place that I know of which makes Square pizza's with stuffed crust Make sure you request your free vagas sauce ;) Greek salad is worth a buy thoroughly enjoyed.

I ordered 2 meals from there the other day and all I could hear down the phone was shouting from behind, not only that but I only live a 2 minute drive away and it took over an hour later without anyone asking if it's alright! We called back up to see where our food was and she just hung up! And our order was a bit wrong (no stuffed crust!) NEVER EATING FROM THERE AGAIN!

THE BEST pizza place in this town. It's clean inside with lovely staff. Extremely busy so you can't expect to wait but believe me it's worth it. Ordered 4 or 5 times and always been amazing and hot

Love the square pizzas, fills the box so you get more than with ordinary takeaway places! Very tasty and I really enjoy their meatballs. You get plenty for your money and I always enjoy my food from here. Sometimes the delivery time can just be a bit too long but generally order from here on a weekend so I expect it to be busy.

Got our pizza 2 and half hours after we placed the order, and they didn't even get it right!! So not only were they extremely late, they also failed to bring the correct order.

Can't fault the food. Me and my friend went and ordered a kebab each. The young girl who took our order was clearly new to the job and very nervous. Don't think it was very professional of the other Staff members to belittle a member of their team in front of the customers. It's not like she was actually doing anything wrong! Staff were extremely rude and nasty to her. When looking over the counter the floor was filthy!! Looked like it hadn't been cleaned for weeks! . They really need to learn some customer service skills! And manners! However like stated the food was really nice. Order was correct.

What a delight we were introduced to this place via a friend. And we've found our new home delivery place to go to. It's well worth the wait for a delivery. Food is beautiful portions are plentiful I can't fault the place they were spot on. A hidden gem with lovely staff to boot. Top job guys and girls be back real soon.

Just ordered 3 meals from this takeaway. 1 meal, a Calzone turned up as ordered. We ordered a Lamb Shish Kebab, turned up as a dry piece of chicken in a pitta bread, asked for no salad and got a whole tub of salad! Asked for a chicken bomber burger and got a chicken burger with donner meat and an extra tub of chicken donner meat as (as the delivery driver said) 'wasn't sure if you ordered chicken bomber or chicken donner so put you an extra pot of chicken donner meat in!!!) If I liked chicken donner meat I would have ordered a donner kebab!!!!!! Even left the driver a tip thinking we could salvage something out of the meal we had, had delivered, but sadly not. Toast and tea for us, a very expensive £20!!!!!!!!!!! We have been offered a credit, but doubt this will ever happen, or doubt by the quality of the food or service we want it anyway.

After getting our order wrong twice over the phone we get a call back saying they cannot fulfil our order, time wasters!!

We have had many great pizzas and kebabs from here, but delivery times are ridiculous. To try to counteract this we decided to go in and order over the counter. Unfortunately this opened our eyes to some things that shouldn't be tolerated in a food establishment, such as drivers coming in off the streets and folding pizza boxes without washing their hands first, one of which was smoking outside just moments before. There was also another driver just wandering around the food prep area in his outdoor clothes talking on his mobile. Everyone else behind the counter looked the part so why they allow their drivers access to the food area really lets them down. Until this is sorted we will go elsewhere and hope that Vegas raise standards significantly.

Was told it would be 1 Hour & 20 Minutes which is fair enough, However we waited and waited and eventually after 2 Hours & 30 Minutes it arrived only to realise after the driver went away they had missed off 1 pizza and 1 chips. I was told we'd receive a replacement it 10-15 minutes and would get a discount..... After another 35 minutes it arrived and was not given the promised discount. I waited a total time of 3 hours and 5 minutes before I ate and didn't even feel hungry by the time it arrived.Never again will I order from here.

Food excellent,pizzas brilliant. You can have all different kinds of pizza. The first place to do square pizzas,come in all sizes

Ordered our food earlier than we wanted incase of a long wait, good job we did as it was an hour and 15 minute wait. This was fine, however when we got there we expected it to be ready, but it was still a further 15 minute wait, which was annoying. Got home with our order, chicken burger was fine. However chicken kebab was far from correct, no salad in it as stated on the menu and no sauces give even though asked for it. Food was very average, definitely had better else where. Wouldn't recommend and wouldn't buy from there again.

Best thing about this place is the fact that you get a full square pizza to fill the box. Other than that it is the worst takeaway in the area. Tasteless food burnt food undercooked food. This place has them all. ABSOLUTELY RUBBISH. DO NOT GO HERE. If you ring an order through and they don't answer try somewhere else. It'll save you time and effort bringing it back for a refund. TERRIBLE.

We absolute love vegas grill and missed it when they had the fire and had to shut but it has got to be the most worst tonight.. twice ive had the phone put down on me when ringing for a full hour i dont really want to be sat here constantley redialling on my night off work for the supposed to be the best in town, i know your busy but tonight has made me change my mind, i think this needs to either expand and open another shop or stick to orders over the counter, ive read the reviews about how long it takes to deliver and i have had to wait 2 hours before but i wont try again if i have to encounter terrible phone service.. we have ordered from you for nearly 2 years!

Ordered a Mexican pizza (spicey beef) garlic bread with cheese,chips and coleslaw.when the food arrived it looked very nice but the pizza just didn't taste great at all,nothing like a spicey beef what so ever,so would never order that pizza again,had a meat feast last week that was really nice.garlic bread a little too doughy n not much cheese.chips nice n coleslaw lovely just how I like it nice n creamy.would I order again yes but a big no too the Mexican pizza.

Got told by a friend to order from here to be slightly let down to be honest. Calzone crust was solid and chips where hard and scrappy. There's a lot to choose from in cleethorpes so I won't be advising anyone I know to be using em.....sorry!

I ordered a big family meal tonight from Vegas grill and I was disgusted with spending £26 and not getting a free garlic bread pizza when we asked for it we also ordered a pizza Friday night and received one without asking after only spending £15 when we rang them back up tonight to see where our garlic pizza bread was and our dips we got spoke to like something on the bottom of there shoe saying if u want u will have to come and pick it up yourself so as u can imagine we left it coz we wanted out tea hot. I don't really have anything bad to say about Vegas grill as I think its one of the best pizza places in town but after tonight episode I don't think we will be ordering again as we were discuted to be fair I think there a bunch of tight bastards

Love the Lamb wrap, my daughter had a pizza platter and it was excellent and a huge portion! No dislikes, except the waiting time but that's because they are so popular! We were advised when we ordered of the wait and they arrived on time! Allow at least an hour on a Saturday night when placing your order

This place never disappoints me, amazing food amazing pizzas and amazing toppings, garlic mayo is beautiful and a essential from here. All of the food is perfect except the kebabs they let them selfs down I have had 3 kebabs from here and all of the 3 times they have been awful hard, dry, and just not not nice this standard has dropped for me as it is the best take away in town it's a shame the kebabs are not top quality.

Thought I would treat my dad and the rest of the family to a take away treat for Father's Day. As normal Las Vegas grill did not disappoint. By far the best pizzas and kebabs in town for great prices. For less than £30 we fed 3 adults, 2 teenagers and a very hungry child (who probably eats more than all of us lol) and still had enough pizza left over for lunch the next day. Could not recommend this take away enough

We've never been to the restaurant but the take away is amazing. Quick, no fuss telephone booking; kebabs ready at the time given; plenty of helpful staff; food delicious. We would definitely recommend to friends, in fact we have! Vegas grill is one of the best recommendations we have been given for a local takeaway!!

If you like a decent size kebab, with lots of extras on offer and the best sauce then this is the place for you. Yes you will wait around 40 minutes but the quality and amount you get is well worth the wait. I don't know how this place makes money. The special kebabs are my favourite and never can finish them. I have tried their square pizzas too and they're also great! This place needs to open a sit-in restaurant!

Now then, my previous review for this establishment was less than savory, but Mary mother of pearl these boys are back on track and banging out top pizzas again. Best pizzas, best burgers, best takeaway in Cleethorpes!!! Every time I've had a takeout I've struggled to eat it as there's just so much!!!!

It was a very nice experience with lovely food and wine. The staff is very friendly but they don't like to rush too much so don't choose to go to Relish if you need to be somewhere else the same evening. We waited ages for puddings which never arrived and we were asked to wait for another ten minutes. Unfortunately we couldn't wait any longer. On another note, we were offered free drinks as a way of compensation, which was really nice. Now I have to go back one evening to eventually try their puddings!! Highly recommended.

I have ordered from here versions amounts of time, calzones are the best I have had, and for 6.50 what an absolute bargain, pizzas are spot on aswell, meaty casino being my favourite and the menu is the biggest you will see, delivery time is usually around a hour to hour and half due to popularity, great restraunt !!!

After hearing so many people rant and Rave about the Vegas grill I decided to give this a try. My order took about an hour to arrive. The pizza was just warm very doughy, greasy, over cooked and burnt. Tasted very salty and dried my mouth out. A bog standard pizza at best and I think people find it fascinating because the pizzas are square. Square pizzas have been avaliable in Barton for years it's nothing new. Very overrated you can get better pizzas from a supermarket.

We tried this takeaway for the first time a couple of weeks ago and have now ordered twice more! My favourite thing about them is that they sell tasty salads made up of cheese, olives and other various options which is lovely as I am eating healthily so whilst my partner still wants to order a takeaway on a Friday night I don't have to miss out, unlike most restaurants. The food tastes wonderful and there is a wide variety of options. When ordering there can be quite a long delivery time such as an hour and a half but that is because they are so popular! Portions are large and the building appears clean and usually busy. Prices are very good too considering how much you get in comparison to other restaurants. Will definitely be using again.

called here by chance and wasn't expecting anything out of the ordinary but have to say there was so much choice and the food was lovely. Will use more often. The shop was nice and clean and staff were polite

My friend and I ordered a donner kebab with chips and a stuffed crust create your own pizza. Ordered from the mighty Vegas Grill before and it's always been great, but this time, Jesus lord Almighty, it was foul. The donner meat was dripping in grease and was tasteless, while the chips where cold and undercooked. My friend's pizza was likewise drowning in grease, and it came with completely the wrong toppings. Tried ringing them up, but couldn't get through, so it went out in the garden for the foxes.Had to clean it up off the grass the next day as well.

Great food with large portions. You may have a little wait for delivery but that's cos it's worth waiting for & busy cos it's so popular. Well worth paying a little extra than we normally do for a luvly meal.

Ordered from here last night with friends. On previous occasions I have picked up the order as I have heard about the dreadful delivery times! We ordered on a Tuesday night and they estimated time of delivery would be around 45 minutes to an hour (typical of a takeaway)! We were pleasantly surprised when 30 minutes later the food had arrived piping hot! Gorgeous food and you get plenty! It is much too nice to leave any!!

Food was fantastic...however we wanted a delivery and after phone ringing 8 times, being cut off twice, my partner went to order in person to be told 45 min wait!! Hence why we'd wanted a delivery.... Know it's a busy place but answering the phones would be a good start. Would have scored higher as the food was great just customer service needs working on.

Food is lovely but delivery times are awful...two hours for a delivery is very poor. The food though is good and fresh and hot when it does eventually arrive.
