first of all The chips were uncooked and food was freezing cold the chips tasted like rubber will not be reordering (waste of money) after calling to see where my order was because it wasn’t updating after an hour, stuff were very rude. after calling to get a refund the staff were very rude and repeatedly hung up on on me after asking for i refund DONT EVEN ORDER. FOOD WAS ABSOLUTELY RANK 🤢🤢

Easy to order. Slightly late but driver very apologetic and food was still piping hot. All food was very tasty

We originally ordered from this restaurant due to it being highly rated, however I started tucking in to the food and I felt something strange in my mouth, pulled it out thinking that it was just a hard piece of black pepper that I couldn't chew, turns out what I had pulled out of my mouth was a finger nail. To which all of the food has now been thrown away and I have got a full refund for this. This business needs re-evaluating for theor hygiene, absolutely disgusting Don't always trust reviews

Truly awful. Ordered a lamb shish Kebab with Mint Yoghurt, Salad and Naan Bread. The shish lamb arrived already placed inside the nan, and rolled in foil. The ‘lamb’ itself was cut precisely into tiny cubes and was spiced to the point of being inedible, the bits you could try and eat were so dry, once again you couldn’t swallow them… I’d guess that this is some form or pre-diced, frozen lamb for a cash and carry… The salad… well I’ll include a picture of that! No tomatoes, no cucumber… in fact, nothing but green and white lettuce, oh, and BROWN lettuce… let’s not forget that. Finally, they didn’t bother with the mint yoghurt that was ordered and paid for. Avoid like the plague.

STAY AWAY!!! I order from here nearly every other week, and by far this is the worst i’ve ever tasted! I had ordered a cala one with tuna but THE TUNA WAS OUT OF DATE! it left a horrid odour and the tuna was a very dark grey, tried to take a bite and i was almost vomiting the taste it left honestly i can’t compare it to anything! also had a chicken wrap, once we bit into it i believed i was chewing microwaved rubber it was honestly vile! the only thing that was consumable in the entire meal was the drinks even the chips tasted like they were microwaved! STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS!! VILE FOOD!!🤢🤢🤢

I fouwhind a piece of plastic in my pizza calzone and I called the shop and was advised to send a picture I sent to laz who work there and he said will show the boss he called and told we don't have anything like that and accused me of wanting my money back I said no I'm alerting you to this and and went on to accuse me of putting it they myself which I didn't the plastic was a,cm long and sharp on both edges I can supply photo as well but won't let me do it. Pizza King? The king of what, how to make the worst pizza ever. Honestly the worst Pizza I've ever had.

Ordered a seafood pizza ..... delivered with no sweet corn, no mushrooms and no anchovies .... and I paid extra for onion. Phoned up to ask why and response was "We'll make sure it's right next time" .... there won't be a next time!

Order never arrived, didn't answer update requests and when i eventually spoke to someone he "couldnt find the order so would call them" WHAT??? This to me screams DODGY, especially as their number when dialled came up as a totally different business! He told me he would call back and when he did, he spoke to my partner and told him that he was going to do the exact same-by calling to see where it was?! At this point we realised our food had been forgotten (and had lost our appetite) so when he called to say they were going to make it and deliver in 10 minutes - we told him there was no point wasting the food-we were no longer hungry and asked for a refund. They then even had the nerve to call back AGAIN and be RUDE and shout at US when we told another that the delivery time was way over due! Worst experience, will stick to Domino's or Zekos next time as they even went a disgusting step fiurther and tried to STEAL money by telling Uber Eats they had actually delivered to us!!! NEVER EVER AGAIN! Spend your hard earned money more wisely folks 😍

They went above and beyond to get our order to us despite the traffic which was causing major delays, and the food was piping hot and tasty when it got here. Thank you! We will definitely be ordering again :)

Used to love this place and ordered regularly but the owners/staff do not appreciate their customers at all let alone repeat ones. They ruined a birthday meal as our delievery took 2 hours to arrive, we had items missing and sent the wrong thing, it was Luke warm and the delivery guy was very unfriendly to the birthday boy which was extremely disheartening. We loved this palace but honestly it's very much gone down hill. The food itself has always been okay but recently it's just bland, Luke warm and not worth the excessive wait time. You also cannot contact this place for updates, at all. They do not respond to calls or updates through delievery apps. Absolutely shocking level of customer service, you've lost yourselves regulars who very much would have continued our regular orders. My advice to the business would be hire more delievery people, organise your kitchen better so food is going out as it's ready instead of clearly sat for ages and appreciate your customers who actually do continue to come back. Really disappointed and won't be wasting money here again since the staff dont care enough to address these issues or apologise for their multiple mistakes.

First time ordering and was not a good experience, placed an order with Pizza King at 6pm estimated to arrive at 6.50pm, at 7pm still no delivery, I tried 14 times and could not get through, finally got through on a different number i found online, they said food was on the way, still didn't arrive until 25 mins later, in total it took nearly 2 hours to recieve the food. On arrival half the food had been damaged/squished, lettuce was mouldy, it was all luke warm and the chips were missing but I still can't get through to the takeaway! AVOID !!

The worst food I have ever tried was so salty had to put the lot in the bin and to be fair I will eat anything fuming 😡

Absolute bargain! Two 12 inch pizza , each with individual toppings choice, with a very generous portion of fries AND a cheese garlic bread that was packed with cheese and probably best we’ve tasted! All of the above for under £16!! Definite recommend.

Just ordered after shoddy service experience with " Pizza Express" placed order easily and pizza was delivered promptly and was extremely good quality and hot. The delivery driver was courteous and friendly and will definitely order from them again.

I would not recommend this place St all. They steal your money. I ordered food to be delivered. It never showed up. I ended up falling asleep because I couldn't sustain myself.. No orders turned up. I paid 15 quid for fresh air. Don't order from these. They rob you blind

I wasn't happy when my partner ordered the food the chicken wash crispy and the onions were soggy and the chicken burger wasn't tasty and the chips where dry not getting it from here again

Good quality food, cheap prices

Ordered 2 pizzas. Delivered to our motorhome at one of the shorefront car parks within 40 mins. Food was hot, pizzas were a good size and really tasty. Definitely recommend

Food was quite delicious. The pizza is to die for. The mixed kebab is massive (its very long). Have to be honest the meat inside is quite dry and the kofte type of meat was not nice at all. The chicken burger was very plain and i didn't like it but my partner loved it so good for picky eaters or kids. The cheeseburger was amazing though! And donner was very nice. Mostly surprised about their freshly baked naan bread. Very soft and warm would buy just to eat by itself even! Food came in time and was about lukewarm but we all own microwaves and ovens to heat it up!😁

Food was late, cold and quite 'rubbery' and not how it used to be. I had to warm it up, but it seemed that it had already been 'warmed up'. This place used to be great, but not now. Gone downhill the last 12 months. Most delivery companies can keep food warm during transit, why can't these. For the money we now have to pay, it's not much to ask for hot food. Won't be ordering again.

Doner kebabs from here are quite nice. We'll worth a visit.

I popped in this evening and chose a Tex Mex pizza. The service was efficient - by the time I'd bought a bottle of wine across the road, I waited only a couple more minutes before mine was ready. Lovely and piping hot when I got back to my accommodation. Really tasty, with enough 'kick' to it. And a suitable thickness to the base. Once opened, it was not in the box for long! I always get pizza or a curry from this takeaway when I'm staying in St Anne's - never had anything but delicious food from here.

This is the second time I have had pizza from this shop while on holiday , the first time in April it was excellent & tonight was just as good. I collected both times all cooked fresh with minimal waiting time and all at a great price very happy customer.

Had a curry from there, but never again, they really don't know how to do a curry, and heigene rating of 3 terrible

Pre ordered on line (eventually) told a 20 minute wait, Fine except i waited in the shop for a further 15 minutes after arriving 20 minutes before ordering. 6 staff mumbling about pandering to delivery guys and ignoring collection guys. Food was under par. eg chicken tikka kebab and chips no bread and chips buried under sauce so all soggy mess and looked like a dogs dinner. Avoid. poor customer service and poor standards. Never again. Go to Antalya for a better overall experience

Nice food as always, massive kebabs

An hour late for delivery, rang them 40 minutes after having a notification it was our for delivery and then said its leaving now. Even though they are a 2 minute drive away it still took them 15 minutes to arrive after saying it had left. Then to top it off the order is wrong. Will not be ordering from them again I'll stick to Queens or Food Fest

Waited over an hour for food, i ordered a Calzone and got this mess, garlic bread was barely cooked. Seems to have gone downhill the last year or so. Wont be ordering from them again

Excellent Take-Away and fabulous staff

My pizza arrived and it was stone cold. I paid for three toppings and was practically a margarita as barely any of the topping were put on. When rang up the first time they wouldn’t do anything about it. When a parent rang and calmly explained abuse was shouted down the phone and the issue was not resolved. Incredibly disappointed will not be ordering again.

Delivered 2x pizzas, 1 was hot and the other was stone cold and barely any toppings. Rang them to tell them and the guy shouted down the phone at me for 5 minutes. Always forget something on our order only called once to complain and this is how they treat customers - DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE, THEY WILL GET YOUR ORDER WRONG AND SHOUT AT YOU WHEN YOU LET THEM KNOW

Received order and it was late also the dough in the calzone was raw and cold and also on the garlic bread so rang up to complain and get a fresh cooked order and they sent it out and it was even more undercooked than the first 1 so rang them back and I received abuse on the phone from the manager, I will never order from here again waste of money amd terrible service AVOID AVOID AVOID

Ordered the double spicey pepperoni pizza with Donner kebab meat..as you can clearly see no Donner kebab and about 4 slices of pepperoni that’s been cut in halves!! Tried to Ring up but no reply!! Sorry will not be ordering from here again

Where do I start. Ordered a chicken burger meal, beef burger meal with wings, a meat feast pizza, large donner kebab. It nearly came to £20. The chips throughout were cold, stale and chewy. The burgers tasted fake, old and cheap. The donner had no flavour, the pizza I had high hopes for since it was called "Pizza king", the pizza was basic and tasteless. Oh and the wings were the size if my pinky finger. And shrivelled up. Thanks for the experience

Got a cold kebab a cold chips... everything was cold. They said it will take 45 minutes for delivery but it took over an hour and 15 minutes. The lamb was horrible not sure if it was lamb actually, it was so though and chewy...I am sorry but I will not order from this place again.

Excellent place to go for a takeaway good portions and value for money cash only though.

Ordered a fair amount of food from here, we are regular customers and the food was very late and once the food actually arrived it was cold. We called back to get a PARTIAL refund not the entire amount and the member of staff on the phone was completely unreasonable. I won’t be ordering again and will be suggesting that everyone else I know in the area won’t be either.

Incredibly rude staff, very very late delivery which left the food stone cold and an incredibly disappointing interaction when we tried to nicely talk about the issue. Swore at us and yelled down the phone when we tried to nicely complain about the issue

Absolute beast of a meal, Triple H meals are amazing, I try get one every 2 weeks and he's never let me down, cheesy garlic breads are also amazing.

delivery was very very shoking or basically non existent! sent me a message saying it was 'en route' after 40 minutes of waiting out side, i called them, they said they thought it was a fake order then claimed they were on the way and declind the text message its bloody freezing out side!

Can't believe people are rating this place 1*, they wanna try ordering pizza from Stockport where we're from.. This place has great service and the food tastes great.. If we ever find ourselves in St Annes again, we know where to buy our pizza
