Chicco's Takeaway in Fylde

Unfortunately I've had to change my review. Ordered takeaway tonight from Cousins and it was not enjoyable at all. Chicken was awful and sauce seemed off (taste and smell) Massive let down as this used to be a lovely takeaway. £30 on food that was gross!

Banging food, pizza is proper dough and cooked through (not those frozen bases which are still raw dough like other kebab shops) good cheese too. Chicken shawarma was also very good, big chunky pieces, not the usual over chopped, salad fresh and sauces homemade. Recommend 👍🏽

Lamb doner & chicken shawarma of the scale ! By Far the best Kebab I've tasted! Excellent real deal homemade Doner and layered chicken shawarma with no MSG! ! had a few pizzas which were Top class with a Quality well proofed dough... A regular feed for our family !

Great food, nice large portions, lovely home made burgers but whatever you choose, it's cooked perfectly by genuine friendly Turkish staff.

Great place and great workers. The food was amazing and because my friend ate his extra large meal we got free slices of cheesecake haha. Overall though absolutely great takeaway would recommend to everyone 👍

Excellent service , they always put a ton of food , they pay attention to every need, its the best place , the pizzas are like in Italy and the Turkish food is great , by the way , when u ask for chips they give you a lot . thanks so much for your attention every time I go.

Most orders I have had from here have been great. The other week we had the best pizza from cousins but unfortunately this week I think they ran out of Mozerella as the pizza was very salty, tasted like normal cheese. Bit disappointing as the last time it was such a nice pizza

Had to leave a review, WOW ! We have just came to order some chicken schwarma and some chips with cheese/garlic mayo everything was amazing ! Loved that the chicken was crispy and perfectly done, so so nice thank you so much :)

We ordered from here burger bun was black the small Chicken wings had over 4 bones in each one cost 19.90 for just 8 wings and a burger an chips not worth it at all as can tell really cheap quality food

Order from this place at least once a month. Food is flawless in taste but this is the third time its arrived stone cold. Rang the take away after waiting 2 hours for food tonight to be told its on its way. Love warming up my takeaway in the microwave 👍

Food is nice but customer service awful. Rang up to explain that the 15% discount offer that they had sent me via email was not working..... He shouted at me told me he was too busy for this, that it was my fault and 100s of other customers do not have this problem, and not to order if I don't want to, and then hung up on me. Absolute c#%t. Will avoid unfortunately since food is good but service unacceptably bad.

Food came cold, not impressed if you can't deliver to South Shore hot food simply don't sell to here Adding to this, apparently the food stays hot for hours in the silver trays, well I'm even more appalled that you send me luke warm food that must of been sat in a tray for more than a few hours! You ask people to send it back, so what does a customer do starve and have to wait even longer for food. The idea people use a take away is convenience this was the total opposite and your bull shi5 reply is even worse

Ordered the loco burger and its amazing, partner ordered the chicken and donner kebab and I had to nick some of his too absolutely yummy and for the first time in a long while I actually got a homemade mint and yogurt dip too 😋 thank you for a lovely treat. Will definitely be ordering again.

Best kebabs on the Fylde Coast! Rushed off their feet on a Saturday night 'cause they're popular. Still managed to be friendly, bit of a wait, bit pricey was my first impression but my God it was worth it! My friend says the chicken burger was excellent. Garlic bread with cheese was too, and chicken wings, basically everything we had was just so fresh and delicious and awesome. Will definitely be back.

I would give this awful place zero stars if I could. I have never experience such an awful takeaway in all respects. Not only did they send the wrong order, they were rude and aggressive when I rang up. Their customer service is appalling. I would not recommend this establishment to anyone and I will not be using it again.

Recently stayed at laithe lodge caravan site and ordered kebabs from here,delivered on time and they were amazing,highly recommended 👌

Really nice kebabs. But I expect a "chicken fillet burger" to be a chicken fillet. Not an iceland burger in a bread bun. Will not be going again.

Amazing kebabs, the homemade donner and chicken shawarma is delicious. The lamb and chicken kebabs cooked to order and super friendly and accommodating staff, best kebab place in St Anne's.

We had a great takeaway from Cousins. The special kebab was excellent. You would expect the grilled meat to be superb (which it was), but we were all very surprised by the quality of the rice. Would highly recommend to anyone searching for an authentic kebab in the Lytham St. Annes area.

I'm sorry but I have to review like this. There was still feathers on the chicken. Which my daughter noticed and she's 2. The bacon on the burger was just white raw fat. Our whole meal was near inedible. And got all thrown in the bin. I'm sorry but the worst experience of takeaway food I've haf

Lovely fresh, hot food every time. The staff are very polite and willing you help if you need anything adjusting/adding. Thank you Cousins! Highly recommend.

Waited an hour and a half for our order with no explanation. Called twice to query this and was hung up on and shouted at. Called a third time and was screamed at down the phone repeatedly by an extremely rude and aggressive man. When the pizza finally arrived, it was the wrong pizza as well as being cold, soggy and inedible. Rang a fourth time and was shouted at an hung up on again when I asked for a refund. Never experienced such appalling service and will never be ordering from them again. If I could give my experience less than 1 star, I would.

The pizzas are thick, doughy and too salty. Wouldn't order again.

Brilliant service, delicious pizza, burgers and salads everyone should go and grab a bite.

Disappointing, ordered the full piri piri chicken and a portion of rice. The rice was plain boiled rice in a tiny tub which was 2.20? We received 2 large tubs of coleslaw, which were OK But seemed to be loads of it. Quality was average. Delivery was quick. Don't think I would order again.

Shocking customer service, they have just taken our order took payment then refused to deliver as they didnt believe our post code.... so they have taken money out of our bank to put in their own pockets... utterly disgraceful. ... rude staff, abusive staff and down right horrific.... never again.

Took over 1hour to get here. The worst food I have tasted ever! Through most of it in the bin!!!

Delivery time and driver were great,unfortunately everything else wasn't! Ordered 2 kids meals of pizza, chips a Yazoo and lollipops. First off it was half an hour late then there were No chips, two small fruit shoots instead of the yazoos and no lollipops, plus a random 10" donner pizza came. Probably won't order from here again :(

Ordered food waited 20 mins to get a phone call saying they won't order my food because they want to change the minimum price order to £10 when it says it's £5 on there menu. Ridiculous. Especially how they waited 20 mins after me ordering to tell me. Would not recommend.

Food was absolutely discusting, i ordered pizza and it just taste like a frozen micro pizza you would buy from a supermarket, started to feel ill already from it, absolutely disgraceful.. What a waste of money.if anybody orders anything from just eat now, i suggest you go yo a takeaway you know or at least read the reviews first, its the biggest mistake i just made!! Absolutely disgusting. Mold on pitta meat awful chili sauce was just watered down ketchup and the salad was just a bit of onion. Don't waste your money we had to bin all our order.

Slight mistake in toppings of pizza but it wasn't an issue (guess they were short on meat toppings we asked for). Plus garlic bread came with same toppings at 16inch pizza - winner!! As always a feast...

The only reason this has got one star is because that's the minimum allowed to leave a review....Ordered 2 pizzas,chips & chicken burger with chips. Food arrived on time. Pizzas were ok but the burger and chips were absolulty DISGUSTING. Asked for salad on the burger,received a few brown slimey bits of lettuce and the whole thing was absolulty drenched in mayonnaise! I am not one to complain but this was inedible. I couldn't even pick the burger up,the bread was ridiculously soggy! The chips were not just brown and overlooked they weren't burnt black. I rang the takeaway to try to explain what the problem was,first to be told it was the oil they used that made the chips that colour and basically I was lying about the excessive amount of mayonnaise used!! After speaking to me rudely he put the phone down on me!!!! Contacted Just.Eat who also rang the takeaway on my behalf and he was extremely rude to them too!!! Customer service at its worse,will never order from this place again and would certainly never recommend it.

Ordering was fine, delivery great, food was awful very greasy and bitter tasting . Calzone was a pizza, garlic bread was awful didn't taste of garlic. Most of it went in the bin!

I usually leav epositive messages, but oh my word - chicken and chips - the chips x4 - some were burned, some were green inside, some had mold on them. I can't believe it - they were all so different - some soft some hard/crispy - I am shocked

I'm only giving one star in order to submit my review, but really and truly I give 0 stars. AWFUL AWFUL AWFUL food and when I called the store to let the man know, he was very rude to me and said to me 'you're a woman, don't speak to me with disrespect, your words don't mean anything to me'!!!! Can't comment on food quality as it never arrived. Waited an hour and called to be told driver was on his way, called again half an hour later and cancelled the order. Very disappointed will not be using this establishment again.

Food was under and over cooked and orders missing and jad to wait nearly two hours for it to be delivered. When ringing to see what was happening tjey was rude and lied and when ring again and blame it on the delivery man. But when speaking to the delivery man he said he was only just given out food to deliver.

Disappointed. Asked for a mixed kebab on naan. Got a box of meat and two pittas no salad. I didn't realise you now had to make your own kebabs. Only salad we got was a box of onions which we don't like. Used to love Chiccos. Won't be ordering from there again..

Food was horrible tasted plain I am sure the delivery boy walked to my house and then proceeded to drop my cans of coke and tryed teaching me a science lesson at 12 30 at night second time we have ordered from here and left a full pizza will not be going here again
