Really lovely place to relax and enjoy a bit of personnel time, allowed me to get loads of work completed without the stress of dealing with my kids.

This is probably one of the worst Starbucks in London if not the UK. Dirty floors, staffing issues, overcrowded, unhygienic toilets, long lines, slow service, priority to online orders when customers have to wait. The staff are overstretched. This comes down to staffing issues. I waited in line for 15 mins to be served and sat down next to a dirty table. Customers walking in nodding there head and walking out. 2 staff serving while the other two staff are sitting down and having a meeting. This is not Starbucks quality and it’s damaging the Starbucks brand. At what point will Starbucks step in.

Foreign lady serving me very rude, wasn’t even busy coffee was nice though, and came quick, just don’t speak you’ll be fine

I was very upset with the service as coffee shop was still opened but toilet facilities were closed. Staff were not friendly. Definitely avoid to go there again.

Rude and grumpy staff in Harrow,the girl who took my order was Dia and i am dissapointed about her! Terrible visit!!!

Visited the Harrow St George’s shop three times with family. Deeply unpleasant staff. Covid precautions in place. The staff look tired fed up and run off their feet. Body language not great. No greetings or smiles and a lot of raised eyebrows and grunts. Not a place one would want to visit . One time a staff member at opening time threw open the door and turned her backs on the waiting customers with not as much as a ‘ Good Morning ‘. Today 10 mins to closing time and was told the shop was closed and to go away very rudely and to other customers. Thank goodness for other alternative coffee shops in the area . .....and I forgot to add my Cinnabon was overheated in the microwave so that it was inedible and I had to throw it in the bin.

Staff are polite friendly and good coffee. Toilets need to be cleaned more regularly and the snacks and munchies need to be fresh and a new variety brought in to interest the customer. Also the choice of sandwiches are not good so I normally only buy coffee here. There is scope to improve the sandwiches and snacks for you to generate more revenue.

Terrible service. Flies all over the cakes staff said they knew. They were asking me which cake I would like. I left and went to a friendlier shop.

Considering this is a place known for coffee, you think they’d be good at it. No. The coffee is the worst I’ve ever had. I’ve made better with cheap instant coffee. Also the staff acted confused and like they’d never heard my very simple very common name before.

A good spot to have a hot drink and eat a sandwich ( eat in or take out ) while waiting for a flight. Also a opportunity to get a souvenir mug to take home with you from the City Scape collection

Good atmosphere and breakout areas, sofas, tables, etc. Usual fayre of coffee and a bite to eat at any time of the day. Average coffee but a great place to relax while shopping. Also frequented by the older generation who come in early at weekends for a good relaxing read over a coffee.

I can only imagine that a coffee shop chain gets an entry as a means of complaint. Fair enough. Second attempt here so, for the record, I bought a cappuccino and a muffin and at least partially consumed them (got that?). My standard drink-in cappuccino looked the part except you could spoon out the froth to reveal some 5% milky liquid at the bottom (so that's 95% froth) which may or may not have tasted of coffee.. As far I was concerned, it was looked like brown milk, tasted like brown milk and no more. Upon taking it back to the counter to complain, I was dismissed with an Eastern European snarl 'That's how it comes' and an implied sit down and shut up. No offer to do it again and the back of her head was all I got.... Had I not been meeting someone, I would have poured it down the toilet, not bothered with a refund even, and gone straight to the place named after that Roman fiddler next door where at least the coffee is stronger than their egos. However, I couldn't as I was meeting someone. Why do us Brits put up with such?

Quite good service from Starbucks in this district. I had a tea for a change with an almond cake it was very nice. I must have been the only customer there though that didn't look anything like Ali G.

Buen café, pero el personal necesario para abordar su habilidad servicios al cliente. Dos niñas estaban en la caja, buscando en un catálogo de avon, como les acercó. Estaban tan ocupados con la revista, que ni siquiera me aviso. Tuve que decir "hola" para atraer su atención.

My impression for this Starbucks is the atmosphere is really good but they make the worst coffee of all the chains in Harrow. The wifi never works on my phone and you cannot get a phone signal if you sit near the back!

El Harrow tienda siempre es increíblemente concurrida. Comienza con los trabajadores temprano por la mañana, se traslada a la brigada de cochecito antes que los estudiantes descienden por la tarde y sentarse por horas acaparando las mesas mientras comparten un latté chai 09:6 de ellos.

Not a good experience. No pouring cream option. Card payment machine wasn't working and the semi skimmed milk jug was empty with no staff particularly interested in filling it up and after all that and the coffee was mediocre. Should have gone to Costa.

Every morning I go out for coffee and this time I tried it here and it was good. The only negative is that service is a little slow. Everything else is fine.

I go to Starbucks on Parliament Street in Nottingham city centre most mornings, but got there this morning at the usual time and they were closed. The staff were stacking the shelves. Surely opening times are opening times? I went to Costa who were open and that's where i'll be going in future.

Premetto che questo luogo è perennemente affollato e il personale è un po' su di giri per questo motivo ma per mangiare una cosina veloce e un caffè da asporto non è male. Volendo , per togliersi dalla ressa si può comodamente andare al piano di sopra. La pulizia non è top anche a causa dell'afflusso di gente continuo. Comunque: un bel muffin e un caffettone non si possono rifiutare!

Na minha opinião o melhor chocolate quente das cafeterias de Londres, com boas localizações, muito fáceis de encontrar.

We ordered our drinks and were lucky enough to get a seat by the window. It was not overly busy and we were able to sit and enjoy our drinks while we watched the world go by, without feeling as though we were monopolizing table space and stopping others being seated. I ordered a caramel macchiato which was hot sweet and delicious, and my husband chose a large Mocha. We both enjoyed our drinks and a brief rest before continuing with our shopping.

Avoid at all costs - this lot are a disgrace.I couldn't believe the state of the place and reported it to the manager. He couldn't give a toss.

We we the only people in there, at 8.45am on a Sunday, so not a busy rush hour, and still I was given a drink I didn't order. Service was not good, the staff member serving us seemed like she didn't want to bother, and clearly didn't hear what I actually asked for or didn't care, as I didn't get it!! Coffee was average, service was poor.

Tal como o titulo do review é o café para levar... O local ideia para ir beber um café e surfar na net enquanto descançamos do passeio pela cidade.Existe em cada esquina um Starbucks, não era cliente da cadeia de cafés mas fiquei fã em londres.

Was fairly satisfied, hop they keep getting better though, London is crammed with much better coffee shops than this one... If you really like Starbucks though, head to Fulham and try the one there, its very good.

A Starbucks é a minha casa longe de casa, meu escritório em qualquer lugar do mundo. Em Londres é muito fácil encontrar uma loja onde quer que você esteja. O ambiente é sempre agradável e acolhedor. O wifi é sempre bom, mesmo com dezenas de pessoas conectadas ao mesmo tempo. Poltronas confortáveis e tomadas para carregar o computador me fazem não querer comer em outro lugar durante o dia. O atendimento é muito rápido e eficiente. As opções de alimentos são muito boas e diversificadas. Ironicamente o café puro dessa rede de cafeterias não é bom, mas as bebidas doces são bem gostosas, tanto faz se geladas ou quentes.

Esta sorveteria no segundo andar da loja de departamentos Harrods é bonita de se ver, e serve sorvetes e milk shakes diversos em copos bonitos e coloridos. Evite horários de pico, pois está sempre completamente lotada.

The customer service was poor, the staff weren't helpful at all. There was a deal going on at the time to get a free packet of crisps with each meal, the staff didn't mention it when we bought our meal and when we asked later they said it was to late! we then had to wait 15 minuets for a panini after we had paid even though there was no line in front of us. And the place was far too crowded I wouldn't recommend it!!

I noticed Starbucks in UK is very crowded ,all the staff are busy in serving customers .i noticed that no body has the assignment to clean the tables or to arrange the place. every body is busy with customers and the place is dirty.

I think that it is very well priced and always happy to give you recommendations and lovely staff. Happy to make something again if it is not to your requirements. Love it and having a loyalty reward card is a great idea.

Nada que ver con el café que ofertan en España: café aguado y bastante soseras. No entiendo por qué está siempre lleno. Los precios son los estándares por un café en Londres, pero la calidad deja mucho que desear.

Our local Starbucks has been going down hill since the manager Fernando left some time ago. Then there was a service with a smile and a warm welcome. Now it’s service with a frown. In comparison to the local ‘coffee competition’ it’s way off the standards offered by the others. Variable coffee quality that can changes from a cup of warm milk to a cup for frothed milk and food that doesn’t even to pretend not to have come from some nameless food factory. Café Nero at least try’s to seduce their customer that they are buying hand crafted cakes to accompany their beverage. They (Starbucks) used to have scales to weigh each servicing of coffee,- I’d guess to see if the poor customer was getting what they were paying for. But they don’t even do that anymore. A can’t be bothered attitude by the staff (I get the feeling that they’re only doing this job because there’s nothing else available). Anyway after a particularly poor experience this afternoon that prompted a call to their customer support telephone line I and everyone else in our office are leaving Starbucks and heading to Harris and Hoole or Café Nero to take our chances there. More fool me (us) for putting up with such poor service for so long. But then they are located beneath our offices – which made it convenient.If poor service and mediocre food and coffee are what you seek, then Starbucks in Pinner is for you. If it’s not – then avoid this branch and go else ware.

Atendentes muito educados, ambiente aconchegante e lanches e doces gostosos era sempre o que encontrávamos quando íamos ao Starbucks, em Londres. Gostamos bastante.

Senti tanto parlare di Starbucks, poi ti chiedi il motivo di tanto clamore. Questo, collocato quasi di fronte ad Harrods, è caotico, disorganizzato, con un numero risibile di posti a sedere considerando l'ampiezza del locale e sconsigliatissimo per bimbi.E se non parli inglese scordati di riuscire a prendere qualcosa perché paghi ad uno, che scrive il tuo nome sul bicchiere... che lo passa ad un altro... che poi lo mete in coda agli altri.. che poi viene preso dal banchista che chiama la persona quando l'ordine è pronto. E poi trova posto a sedere se sei capace.Ma anche no, grazie.

Personale scortese. Disorganizzazione ai massimi livelli. Pulizia del locale praticamente assente. Ho ordinato un caramel cream e mi è arrivato qualcosa che assomigliava vagamente a un vanilla cream. Da evitare assolutamente...!!!

Bei posti per socializzare atmosfera cordiale le cioccolate le torte e le paste sono d buona fattura l espresso è un po' americanato (cioè lungo) i cappuccini ok cmq un posto dovedivertire passare un ora in gradevole compagnia

Todos os Starbucks tem internet wifi para os clientes, banheiro e cafes e bebidas quentes com lanches variados. No clima gelado de Londres, e após muitas horas na rua batendo perna, com certeza nos salvou da fome, frio e outras coisas..., muitas vezes!

Starbucks have diversify their interest from selling good quality coffee coffee to selling sweet beverages full of cream etc.A coffee shop should be a coffee shop and the cost of products like sandwiches should be reasonable. I prefer Costa Coffee actually, but it is a matter of choice.

Firstly, It has an urban, contemporary and natural atmosphere/look, which I feel makes this one of the Starbucks' best locations. The toilets are sufficient and generally clean. Upstairs seating provides great views of the sorroundings, including Harrods. And arguably the major feature of this Starbucks is the plug facilities on both levels allowing the charging and use of electronic devices. Even for a large coffee chain, power sockets are rare. However, there is some linguistic problems during service. For instance, I was served "three coffees", without saying the word "three", which is perculiar. Furthermore, it seemed that three staff members were not enough to provide an effective service (at 19:50), although during the day (11:30) orders were processed relatively quickly. This Starbucks is well served in terms of infrastructure; within a few minutes walking distance of Knightsbridge Underground Station, and directly outside a bus stop.

This branch has the Starbucks staff who are unusually unfriendly and a bit stroppy, I would avoid. The tables are not cleared regularly and the whole unit feels rather dirty and unkempt, which is not like Starbucks.

I like Starbucks coffee (correction, I like Starbucks Coffee Frappuccino) which is why I went to this Starbucks. However, I found the bloke serving, very impatient. English clearly wasn't his first language (mine is) and whilst I have no problem at all with that, the fact that he didn't understand my clearly spoken English, was not my fault, but his! I reconfirmed my order 3 times before he got it right. The rest of the staff were smiley and friendly enough though.We struggled to find somewhere to sit, but eventually perched on the end of a bench next to a family of tourists who were all glued to their iphones or ipads (having clearly long ago finished their drinks). The tables were littered with empty cups and wrappers, as was the floor. I wouldn't go back in a hurry.

I was out all day shopping and i just needed something to tie me over until i got home, on the way out i nipped in starbucks and got my self a double chocolate chip muffin and a latte, i was utterly thrilled with the service provided it was superb.I sat down and had a small bite of heaven, the chocolate danced on my tastebuds. Not only is their coffee great, but when traveling you can rely on being 'connected' wherever there is a Starbucks. By using 'Facetime' with my iPhone in different Starbucks locations, I was able to share my experiences with family. All I had to do was place myself near a window with an interesting outlook and show those at home exactly where I was located and they could also experience the view. Thank you Starbucks for good coffee and always great connectivity bringing 'home away from home'!

...il caffè è pessimo, la cioccolata calda peggio ancora.Inoltre i prezzi sono molto alti per quello che servono (la cioccolata calda era praticamente acqua colorata, così come il caffè). Preferite le altre catene che offrono prodotti migliori a prezzi equi ;)

Bene, ragazzi da Starbucks mi fermo per un muffin ai frutti rossi, è l'unica cosa che mi piace. Mi piace quando solo lì guardare la gente perchè è impegnata al pc o solo per leggere un libro, "gustando" il proprio food or drink. Ci tengo a sottolineare che sono Italiano per cui ho una eccellente cultura del caffè e del cappuccino. Se lo starbucks fosse stato sotto casa non lo avrei mai frequentato. è il classico posto da film anglosassone!!

Denne gang besøgte vi Starbucks i Camden, der er hyggeligt, både inde og ude, og tæt pakket. Chokoladen er skøn på en kølig dag, og kage og sandwich er altid i top. Super betjening som altid.

We gave up visiting Starbucks in London after the fourth different location. ALL were filthy, both in the front and the bathrooms. The coffee was incredibly strong (could just be that's how they like their coffee in London) so don't go there and expect the same franchise experience you may be accustomed to in North America. Besides, you're in Britain, they know how to brew really good tea.

.... the beans. Granted it addicted the world to the stuff, but try Illy and you will find it hard to come back

Staff were unfriendly, more concerned that it shut in half an hour. Slow & unwelcoming.Place felt very cold in atmosphere, bad layout & loads of rubbish left around.Won't be returning, plenty of betters ones around

I love the chocolate Frappuccino which is what I usually get and my husband loves the caramel latte. You know what you are getting is going to be good and the décor is tasteful and relaxing.

I start all my Starbucks reviews like this – the food and drink is all the same - that’s why I go there! As such, I will only mention the quality of the food and drink if it is unusually good or bad. Generally, my review will focus on the atmosphere, location, layout and staff quality. Brompton Road consists of two large floors, the ground floor with nice sofa-seats and the service counter, and the 2nd floor with ample seating, including a well-lit study desk! Of note is the very cool wooden counter and the multitude of staff who are kept busy maintaining and cleaning the store – the row of cups behind the counter suggests that the turnover here is immense. So,a big store with an equally big customer count.
